The location in Hudson Oaks, TX is so dirty. It’s always busy so I’m not sure why they don’t spend a dime and clean/fix it.

I don't know if it's company policy or just my local area stores, they tell it's what they are told to do. When I order a burger, fish etc. and request onion. I get one ring of onion, how cheap can you get?
I am trying to out a complaint in a general manger. She does not care about her store treats her employees like they are nothing. I have ran a dairy queen for 5 years so I know the rules. I have no idea what to do about her.

At window blizzards given before food. Food not complete had to ask for rest of order by time complete order given asked to have blizzard remade completely melted told by mgr made that one not making another. Then told if I hadn't sat there it wouldn't have melted WAIT I am waiting on my order asked for store mgr name said she didn't know it and told move on by time home first part of order COLD.
FINALLY DID REMAKE BLIZZARD but gave to me 1/2 full and wrong gave back and finally got one correct DQ on Blue Valley Pkwy Independence MO
Visited DQ located at 1100 Jefferson Road, Rochester NY 14623 today 6/6/21. Ordered a banana split and small twist cone, after waiting 30 minutes I asked an employee how much longer it would be and was told another 10 minutes.
I went back to the register and told the employee I wanted to cancel my order and he said he didn’t know how to do that and the manager would have to. I asked him to get the manager and he told me they were to busy and the manger couldn’t come to do that.
Waited another 15 minutes to get my order. If a manager is to busy then the employees operating the register should know how to cancel and refund an order. Will not be going there again.
If I could give a 0 (zero) rating I would. I waited 10-15 minutes to order in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. Then after ordering waited at least another 15 minutes. I ordered. 3-piece chicken strip meal with gravy, Diet Coke, and caramel sundae.
When I got to the window not 1 word was spoken to me by the worker the 3 times she opened the window—-NOTHING! I figured with all that time I had to wait that my order would be ready! Nope had to wait longer but they gave me my sundae which apparently they made up a long time ago as it was half soup by the time I got it.
My Diet Coke was root beer (which I ordered diet as I am diabetic), 2 of the strips were no bigger than 2 inches long! I normally can make 2 meals out of one —- not this time! As I’m waiting at the window there were…
I ordered a $6 meal deal double cheeseburger only ketchup and mustard they loaded it with mustard so much that it was dropping all over me didn't put any ketchup on it didn't give me my drink my ice cream was melted and didn't give me ketchup for my fries after I asked them twice and the lobby was closed so o couldn't sit down and eat. I went through the drive through at 6:18 pm on 5/6/21 in martinsburg WV. I ordered 4 large cotton candy blizzards and what I got was 4 large cups of vanilla ice cream!!! I paid over $20 for vanilla ice cream!!!

Went through drive thru last night at 745 , nobody answered so I drove up to window, didn't see anyone working , there were cars behind me and the sand thing happened, so I and a few others went back around , nobody answered , I was later told they were closing early and we should get the hint if they didn't take our orders , also outside sign in drive thru is off laying on the ground , looks trashy and service is aweful
near Altamesa in Fort Worth for lunch today. I had not been in years but stopped for lunch today. 56 plus tax. 00. 25. I asked why it was more than represented on the board and they told me they automatically super sized everything.
I told them I did not want it super sized and they repeated that is what they do. I again repeated that I did not want it supersized and he once again said that is their policy . Since we were not communicating well, another employee came over and said to give me a 10% discount (I obviously was a senior citizen) so they took off a portion of the over charge and I went ahead and still paid more than advertised.

I don’t know how to start or where to start from but we had one of the worst experiences ever at the Dairy Queen ludlow location in Saskatoon we went through the drive through ordered mango pineapple smoothie we got the smoothie and drove away as soon as we had our first sip the smoothie did not taste the way it should it was so watery and had absolutely no flavour so we decided to go back to the same location and

Today, 4/10/21, we went into the Dairy Queen in Greece NY 14616 and was very disappointed.
We ordered 3 dinners and blizzards. The one order was for a burger without cheese and maho. The total came to $45.40. We waited for over 30 minutes until a worker came over to ask what we were waiting for. I gave them our ticket # and the waited another 10 minutes before we got the bags. I asked if there were 3 meals for the bag was very small. At this point, our blizzards are now melting. I checked the bag before we left and was missing 1 meal. We then went back up through the very busy lines and explained that we were missing a dinner. They went back up to the counter and after many minutes, got the third meal. We got our food opened our bags and when we opened up the burger there was a piece of hair stuck in everything.
I ordered online for faster service my order was sent to a further store . Went to store and was treated rudely got sent to a store up the street . Got to that store and my order had not been started .
Was upset asked for fresh fries and paid for extra gravy which i paid for and was continually ignored and just 1000. % bad service and experience will never return to another Dairy Queen due to todays experience.
The fact you do not except cash! legal tender to purchase anything.. but can’t get ice cream! places like yours will ruin this country.

Manager was rude and threatened me. My order was almost $30. We est there at least 3 times a week. Each time they cant take order correctly and dont listen to the order. Manager threatened meand told me not to order there again.
On 7/09/2020 ordered 2 6 piece strip baskets they told me to pull next to ice cream cone there was 4 cars pulled up behind n beside me n got there food before me I sat there 25 minutes n called n they said they had already brought them out I don’t know who they gave them to but it wasn’t me I had to show my receipt to prove what I ordered!!!
I went to drive up to get an ice cream cone. No one was wearing a mask or gloves. The employee behind the cashier was holding my cone and then he touched his face. This is unacceptable and I will never return to DQ. Also I was on line for 45 min to get this cone. And the chocolate machine was out. It had been out 1 month ago. My daughter on along Island said there’s was out also. She also will never return to DQ either. You have a problem DQ.....
I am sending this now, especially after seeing the FB post of the same issue and foul language by an employee.
I have been going to the dairy queen in Delray Beach since one closed up at the Boynton Beach, florida mall. Everytime we go there, you are out of vanilla. No matter what time (early afternoon or late afternoon) and also you only have one person working in this store. That person says they have to wait for the vanilla delivery (usually about an hour after we arrive).
Why do you only have one service person behind the counter and why do you always run out of vanilla? Your company is not run well at all and you will lose a lot of customer (some walked out) when you are always out of vanilla.
Also, because there is only one person you have to wait quite a long time if there are other people waiting before you.

Pandemic crisis customers are expected to help by buying while at drive thru if not wanting to eat inside a restaurant YET? I have gone to Dairy Queen on Bandera Rd & was in line for over 45 minutes. Do I need to ask for napkins or does every customer automatically get napkins with their orders.

Regarding store on Prevouncher Blvd Winnipeg MB, Extremely slow service, I only ordered a smoothie, I watched as they took their sweet @$$ time making it, It tasted like strawberry syrup, rude face handing it to me with no have a nice day comment. Too many times my blizzards are made wrong or hardly any ingredients in it.
I’m done visiting that store. Never again !
After seeing their advertisement about their biscuits and tenders. we decided to try them. The small baby balls of dough were not cooked thru and the 6 piece tenders looked like a childs meal. 00 for 2 fast food tender meals is a joke.

Went to Dairy Queen today, on Glenwood St. Boise, Idaho. During this time of viruses and the safety issues the staff should be taking, the girls working the counter (I went through drive-thru), No gloves! No masks! Very unsafe!!! I enjoy Dairy Queen but this one lacks supervision!
Currently you have the special on the blizzards buy one get one 80 cents and your Angleton Texas location conveniently has the ice cream machine broken every time I go to get this special. Since it happens frequently, I called last night to make sure it was working and I was told that it was , then when I make the drive ( I don't live close) they proceed to tell me it is not working.
I'm very disappointed with the service and I feel that this location doesn't want to honor the special. I won't be back
We went to our local Dairy Queen on hey 80 bossier city la. The food was cold and they just threw it in the box. Poured all the cheese all over the bag and when we called to complain they proceeded to tell us they are two busy to talk about it we would need to call back later and hung up!
I live in Kerrville, Texas I have recently visited the DQ on Sydney Baker Street in Kerrville. I’m totally shocked on how business is run here! Nobody knows what they’re doing and. It seems like there’s not a manager on duty service was a complete joke.

I ordered 3 double fudge cookie dough blizzards and there was not even 1 piece of cookie dough in any of them. They didn't even have a full cup of ice cream. I actually went there a couple weeks ago and the ice cream was very soft, not like the usual blizzard consistency and had only 5 pieces of cookie dough.

On Tuesday January 28 I pulled into the drive thru located at 165 Old Gray Station Rd, Gray, TN 37615 at 9:57pm to try and place an order for two small blizzards. No one else was in line, I was the only car in the drive thru.
I sat there waiting patiently for someone to answer the speaker. About 10:01pm the lights on the menu board turned off so I pulled up to the window and was going to ask if they could please take my order.

Absolutely piss poor customer service from the store level right up to their so-called customer service call centre.
Store screwed up my order, no answer when I called to bring it to their attention. Firat call to DQ customer service netted me nothing, not even a call from the store manager. Second call to DQ customer service with a request to speak to a supervisor went ignored. Third and fourth calls same result. I will never purchase anything from ANY DQ ever again. Suggest that everyone else does like wise.

My son, dad, and I came to dairy queen on 19th and frankford in lubboxk tx to order some blizzards. I ordered a blizzard for my son and the lady (manager in charge) sat the cup kind of harsh (she seemed rushed) but I advised the man ringing us up since she did not flip the cup if it was free.
He said "oh yes your right" . ) Asked why he took it off and the man handling the register looked at me to inform the manager why he took it off. This was not my experience but the experience of a good friend. I don't know who the owner of the Trafalgar Indiana DQ is, but he sounds to be completely ignorant of any form of customer service and/or reasonable human interaction!
This friend has a feeding tube in her nose and has had for quite awhile now, obviously not her choice if she could help it! She went in to that particular DQ and the manager was putting his fingers in his nose and pointing at her, rambling on about her being contagious.

I went to Newton,Tx Dairy Queen. 00. Got 2 Hunger Busters. I have hardly no transportation and live in the woods. When I got home I didn't get what I ordered. The next day December31 spoke to Emily at the window and was told the manager wasn't in to bring the receipt back the next day when she was there. January 1.
When it was done was told nothing could be done because the food wasn't brought back. I was ripped off and done wrong.
I drove up to a DQ that is scheduled to close at 9:00 pm. It was 8 :15pm but the employee who had been cleaning up front refused to help us at the drive up window. We waited and went to the door.

What is going on with the Dairy Queen in Danville Illinois. The place is absolutely filthy dirty. There are ants, maggots in the ice cream machines, mold, nasty nasty food and just not fit for human consumption. I have not seen for myself, but from friends of mine they said that the manager is living out of the Dairy Queen.
He is making the employees serve nasty food to the customers. The health department at Danville Illinois is not doing anything about this, but somebody needs to step in and do a major thorough inspection of this restaurant. I hope that somebody from corporate office makes a surprise visit and to inspect this restaurant thoroughly.

I ordered a chicken sandwich in Hastings Mi and not happy. It had two small pierces of chicken strips, wasn’t what I expected, the lettuce was wilted and the tomato was soggy. I called the store to address my concerns to the manager and he said that is how they serve chicken sandwiches is with two small pieces of chicken not a chicken breast. I was highly disappointed.
My wife and I were visiting Port Dover on November the 29th when we decided to stop into DQ for lunch and was totally astounded by the rude behavior of the manager/owner of this DQ. My wife filled up our pop at the self serve machine when she tasted the diet Pepsi it was off I took it up to the register where the girl was very helpful in refilling it from the back machine.
A few minutes later another customer came into the store took regular Pepsi informed the gentleman at the register something was wrong he was informed take another pop. When the customer informed him all he drank was Pepsi he was totally ignored.

The Dairy Queen in Tupelo Mississippi had the audacity to leave me waiting in the drive thru from 9:50-10:00pm and not take my order only because it was 10 minutes before closing !! I even called at 9:54 and ask why they are in there not taking me order and the lady who answered the phone said “let me see.” She then hung up and she along with the rest of the crew hid in the store. If Dairy Queen closes at 10:00 it should do just that!
Service is terrible on consistent basis and place is always dirty.
Our town of Plains Texas would prefer that it be shut down. My family lives here and it is where I grew up and I am ashamed as most people are here to have this Dairy Queen.
We have a lot of people who travel through to Redoso New Mexico and they must be appalled at the filth and subpar service that they experience at this Dairy Queen.
