Dairy Queen

Store at1575 Regent ave Winnipeg. These burgers were obviously reheated or microwaved. Meat was too hot to eat and bun was a soggy mess, This was a take from drive thru . Did not have time to return to store.

Worst burger(half burger) as tossed rest in trash. This was today Jan 13 at 6:00pm

We were at the windward mall location where we ordered 3 blizzards 2 oreos/1 snickers for an 13 year old, 10 year old & a 2 year old. and an orange julius smoothie. As we continued about our way After receiving the products, my son & sister slowly ate and enjoyed their blizzards, while I fed my 2 year old daughter.

After about 5 bites my son pulls something from his mouth showing me a triangular SHARP SHARL clear object, saying it came from his cup. I was FURIOUS!!!! I took away his blizzard as well as my daughters blizzard walked straight to Dairy Queen and asked for a refund!

the Male did not apologize after me explaining why I wanted a refund. Until I said you are lucky my son did not swallow it. Then he apologized and gave my refund. I shouldve took a photo of this plastic piece.

I went to Newton,Tx Dairy Queen. 00. Got 2 Hunger Busters. I have hardly no transportation and live in the woods. When I got home I didn't get what I ordered. The next day December31 spoke to Emily at the window and was told the manager wasn't in to bring the receipt back the next day when she was there. January 1.

When it was done was told nothing could be done because the food wasn't brought back. I was ripped off and done wrong.

I drove up to a DQ that is scheduled to close at 9:00 pm. It was 8 :15pm but the employee who had been cleaning up front refused to help us at the drive up window. We waited and went to the door.

I know she saw us and then refused to take our order! That's the worsted service I've ever experienced! I will never return to this store! EVER! RATES A 1!

What is going on with the Dairy Queen in Danville Illinois. The place is absolutely filthy dirty. There are ants, maggots in the ice cream machines, mold, nasty nasty food and just not fit for human consumption. I have not seen for myself, but from friends of mine they said that the manager is living out of the Dairy Queen.

He is making the employees serve nasty food to the customers. The health department at Danville Illinois is not doing anything about this, but somebody needs to step in and do a major thorough inspection of this restaurant. I hope that somebody from corporate office makes a surprise visit and to inspect this restaurant thoroughly.

I ordered a chicken sandwich in Hastings Mi and not happy. It had two small pierces of chicken strips, wasn’t what I expected, the lettuce was wilted and the tomato was soggy. I called the store to address my concerns to the manager and he said that is how they serve chicken sandwiches is with two small pieces of chicken not a chicken breast. I was highly disappointed.

My wife and I were visiting Port Dover on November the 29th when we decided to stop into DQ for lunch and was totally astounded by the rude behavior of the manager/owner of this DQ. My wife filled up our pop at the self serve machine when she tasted the diet Pepsi it was off I took it up to the register where the girl was very helpful in refilling it from the back machine.

A few minutes later another customer came into the store took regular Pepsi informed the gentleman at the register something was wrong he was informed take another pop. When the customer informed him all he drank was Pepsi he was totally ignored.

The Dairy Queen in Tupelo Mississippi had the audacity to leave me waiting in the drive thru from 9:50-10:00pm and not take my order only because it was 10 minutes before closing !! I even called at 9:54 and ask why they are in there not taking me order and the lady who answered the phone said “let me see.” She then hung up and she along with the rest of the crew hid in the store. If Dairy Queen closes at 10:00 it should do just that!

Service is terrible on consistent basis and place is always dirty.

Our town of Plains Texas would prefer that it be shut down. My family lives here and it is where I grew up and I am ashamed as most people are here to have this Dairy Queen.

We have a lot of people who travel through to Redoso New Mexico and they must be appalled at the filth and subpar service that they experience at this Dairy Queen.

DQ in Troup TX. So tired of inconsistent food quality. Got tacos on Tuesday and they were soggy. Got chicken taco salad today that had a lump of crusty beans in bottom with dried out old chicken. This DQ really needs some management help.

Store #41541 is filthy. Tables dirty, food still on tables, womens bathroom with stuff all over toilets, floors dirty, mirror nasty, food on floors in restaurant.

Dry, old inedible chicken tenders. Suppose to be 6 tenders 6 pieces of fried old flour. Bread had a layer of what was supposed to be butter but looks like American cheese it so bad. Fries not fresh either. 6520 N. North Avenue Milwaukee, WI.

My family and I stopped at the 12637 10th St, Osseo, WI location and had a very friendly cashier named Grace. I asked if this location had a BLT sandwich as other locations do (and this location offered a turkey BLT) when Rosie, shift leader, answered for Grace in an extremely rude tone, that the turkey BLT was the best they could do.

You could see that Grace was embarrassed by Rosies tone but remained professional. We waited for our food and before leaving checked the order to make sure that everything was correct before leaving. We were shorted a order of cheese curds and the turkey BLT was missing the tomato.

I walked with my husband to the counter to get this corrected. I made another counter worker aware and had the sandwich in the box to have the tomato added to it. Rosie again…

On September 6, 2019 on or about 4:30 pm, I experienced a very unsatisfactory attitude the from one of the evening managers (Breanna) on duty at your Dairy Queen establishment, located at Huntington, TX establishment on US Highway 69. I attempted to order a “Hunger-Buster sandwich”—with no fries and no tomatoes. Also, a large drink, as well. I was at there with my wife.

I ordered a cake not knowing it was going to be an ice cream cake. Very angry. I asked for a vanilla cake not vanilla ice-cream cake. This is the worst experience. I put it in the fridge and it melted.

The assistant manager on 10/20/2019 is very rude she talks about other employees where customers can here her. They only have one ice cream machine so whether you drive through or walk inside thinking you will get faster service and avoid the long line at the drive thru, you are mistaken. One machine sets behind the order counter inside and is totally empty of the required machine parts. This has been like this for at least 2 years.

I love DQ. But, I don't want to spend all my time waiting in line. I don't mind waiting but not when it could be so much more efficient. I have to drive further and go the the Woodbury location. In the long run it is easier.

My family ate at DQ today in our hometown and my wife bit into a burger and hurt her teeth. The item appeared to be a rodent tooth, which we saved. It seems to be part of the product processing , so I would be interested in a conversation regarding this.

I dont want the workers blamed or pointed at, I need someone important to reach me and take responsibility regarding this.

I was ordering my food, and the cashier, Daniela, got frustrated because everyone was talking at once. Yes, working g in a fast food restaurant is hard, k worked at sonic. But she got an attitude and started being rude towards me, my sister, and her friend.

All I said was I can open the cup holder because I worked at sonic and she said I can do it for you you don't know. I wasn't going to complain, but after we ordered, she started talking to another employee saying how we were annoying.

About two weeks ago, I went to my local DQ and they forgot to give me my debit card back. I tried to call the store the next day several times no answer. I went into the store the next day.

I barely got an apology. Tonight, I went back, my chicken strips were very small and the fries were awful.

Employees doesn’t wear hair net or gloves. When ordering a blizzard it’s mixed to where there’s nothing to chew. It’s blended like a shake. I asked if the cookie/candy pieces could be mixed to where you still have the chunks.

I worked at a DQ as a teen & was taught to lightly blend to where the items are mixed in throughout the ice cream without blending until everything was crumbs. Strawberry sundae can’t be made with just the juice from the strawberries.

I went to the Dairy Queen on Wilbeth Rd . in Akron OH this evening and purchased 2 med blizzards. One was the Turtle pecan cluster blizzard and a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. The Turtle Pecan cluster blizzard was on the vanilla ice cream with pecan pieces in it no chocolate or caramel as listed to be in it.

The chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard was just the ice cream and chunks of cookie dough but no chocolate chips in the cookie dough or fudge that was to have been blended in either. This wasn't right. We paid for certain kinds of blizzards but that is not what we got.

With the current bogo promotion on blizzards until October 6th 2019 all of the only four options that are available contain nuts. This does not make your promotion inclusive for anyone who may have a nut allergy. It also severely limits options to those you may not like Reese's, which are two of the four options.

Ordered crispy chicken sandwich, lettuce was brown and had to be removed. Chicken had been sitting awhile and was very dry. Chili on chili dog was dark dark brown, almost burnt. Chili dog was ordered without cheese, cheese was put on it (probably to cover appearance of chili).

Strawberry blizzard was mostly vanilla ice cream, only a few itty bitty bites of strawberries in the entire blizzard. Ordered BBQ sauce for chicken strips, none was received. Fries looked like they were maybe cooked for 30 seconds, not even close to being done and were cold, threw them away. m. on 9/22/19, order 222.

Ordered food at Starkville, MS, paid with debit card. No receipt given. Waited for 30 minutes. They had no record of our order nor the orders of at least 5 other customers. Took or order and wrote it down. After 10 more minutes no order.

While making my Brownie Oreo Cupfection the Assistant Manager, Terri, placed the brownie on the bare counter in order to cut it in half. She used a knife with a green handle. Terri did not practice good sanitary habits. I was Amazed & Shocked that someone in management would be using such poor judgment!

DQ in Lakewood Ohio did not make my blizzards I ordered correctly. They we’re extremely busy which is understandable but didn’t take the time to make the pumpkin pie blizzards I ordered correctly. They just gave me pumpkin flavored ice cream, no “crunchies” were added.

That is the best part. Not whipped topping either. Asked for them to go and they didn’t even put lids on them. Not a good experience.

We visited the Eagar Arizona location this evening. To be fair we did come later in the evening but regardless you’re still open. The service was horrible. When we got to the window the girl acted super annoyed that we were there.

She had a shitty attitude and acted like we were doing her a disservice by coming there. We ordered our ice cream. When we got home, and the blizzards looked like a preschool child made them. Overdid it with the candies and toppings.

I've enjoyed Dairy Queen most of my 65 years, but on a recent trip through Cameron, Missouri, I had a bad experience with food. The poor young lady tending to our needs tried her best but.

First of all we were in a hurry but it took a long time to get our food which we asked to go. My Cheeseburger came out cold gooey and messy, the bun was awful and my fries were half cooked and cold.

A few weeks ago I stopped at the Bolivar MO Dairy Queen for lunch. I was shocked and unhappy that my burger tasted like it had been reheated. But I was in a time crunch and needed a meal so I choked the crappy tasting burger down and also complained to one of the workers.
