My mom made an appointment for us all to go into for a dress fitting at David's Bridal on Westminister, CO. We got to the store and told the stylist what I was wanting and what I wanted to try.

She kept pulling stuff that I had already told her I didn't like. When it came to trying on the dresses, the stylist didn't help me at all. I had to get in and out of all the dresses myself while she stood there and barely even spoke to us.

My mom had to ask for clips to tighten the dresses to see what they would like in a more fitted way because the stylist was doing absolutely nothing to help us. When we finally decided on a dress, she tried to sell me the one I tried on even though I had already told her it had a broken clasp on it.

She agreed to order it for me and told me I would receive an…

First off, we had an appt scheduled for yesterday at 12 pm for bridesmaid dresses. Terrible TERRIBLE service from one of your staff !

I was there the week before with my mother and the experience was fantastic, so I expected the same for myself and my bridemaids. Unfortunately that was NOT the case.

I had Henrietta ( I believe was here name) when I shopped for my wedding dress, I was so impressed by her knowledge and help finding the perfect gown for me !

First I need to preface that I RARELY take the time to leave a review, let alone a bad review.

However, my online experience was AWFUL. it took over a week to get an initial response, once I did get one, they then did not include all the items I requested in the return slip (not to mention I was only getting 50% of my money back due to the cost of returning).

I emailed them back twice to which I never got an response… it’s been over a month and a half since my purchase. Not even worth returning anymore. I will never be shopping at David’s Bridal again.

There is no way to get ahold of this company. They have charged my cards and sent an email saying the order was recieves and will send more info when it ships. There call center just hangs up on you saying they are too busy and to use thier text service. The text service does not answer the prompt so I get no reply. Emails have gone unanswered and local stores cannot help me.

I would never buy from them. Easy to see why they are going under.

We are 4 days out from the event the dress needs major alterations, I bought the dress a month ago with a promise it'll be here before or by the 2nd, I paid for the rushed shipping. It's still not here, management is involved and the dress still isn't here.

Picking out the dress, my daughter and I had multiple employees tell us different information, once the dress was selected there was major confusion with the sizing, it was on a mannequin, but not in store. I was assured by multiple employees the dress will be ready, but no one can tell me where the dress is and everyday it's more appeasement and no actual customer service.

I was going to purchase one of your dresses off your website, but I first called the local store here and Dartmouth Nova Scotia to see if I could take it there for alterations once it arrived. I was told that they could order in the same dress from one of their other stores in Ontario.

I paid them for the dress and they ordered it and had it sent directly to my home. It took about a week to arrive. Once I got the dress, I realize that it didn’t suit me very well and called them about returning it.

On 2/18/23 myself and my bridal party visited your store in the Christiana Mall in Delaware. While in the store picking out dresses only one stylist ( Georgina C ) came and asked us to assist. We allowed her to help needless to say.

But when your store manager Wendi Miller told her to register us Miss Miller handed us off to another stylist. We were really bothered by the change in help because ( Georgina C ) the first stylist had already knew what we wanted and wax’s very knowledgeable of our needs.

When I ask Miss Miller about and why she changed stylists her attitude was very cold and disturbing as if to say because she could. Even when I requested for her to allow us to use Miss Georgina she rolled her eyes in disgust, which we did not appreciate.

The Woodlands, TX location. Woman at the front was incredibly rude when we arrived it was clear she did like black women shopping at this establishment, the entire staff! Ignored us the entire we were there until I said something and they still didn’t care , I didn’t yell, curse or anything just asked why I was ignored.

The mistreatment was very apparent and you won’t do anything because they will lie and you still will be busy. I hope you go somewhere and get treated the exact same way so that you see what it feels like.

If I didn’t have the money to shop there I wouldn’t have come. I have worked in the woodlands for 20 years shopped everywhere and this is how I get treated at a bridal store lol obviously hate yourself

My daughter’s bridal gown had buttons basically falling off the day of her wedding as the photographer asked me to button her dress. There was no time to stop to find a sewing kit, nor should there even have been an issue, since your seamstress and staff buttoned her up at her final fitting this should have been addressed.

I was promised a refund over a year ago. Amanda at Lake Grove said it’s too late now. This has been going on far too long. I’d hate to leave a poor review.

On 01/16/23 and was her first day trying on wedding dresses we had been to one other place that day but had High hopes that she would find her dress at David’s but instead came out crying and upset from her experience with one of your consultants she didn’t do a good job she made my daughter feel hopeless in finding her dress when we thought she would have the knowledge to help her and

I purchased a dress on December 3rd at David’s Bridal for my granddaughter’s sweet 16. The dress we chose was not available in-store thus, we ordered it for delivery to the store. I was scheduled to pick it up the dress December 15 and when I called to confirm the dress had arrived, I was told it had arrived December 12.

Nobody bothered to call to let me know the dress had arrived. I came to pick up the dress 12/17 however, it needed alterations. After Carol took measurements, I was told to come back December 29. When I came back on the 29th, the dress was not altered correctly, it was still too big and required additional alterations.

I have terrible experience with David Bridal's alterations. I bought the dress and it was okay.

However the alterations were charging me more than half the dress's price worth just to shorten the ridiculously long train. The second day I realised the mistake and tried to take my dress back to do it elsewere.

However they refused to give it back to me and lied and said they already started working on it even when it was still due in 3 weeks and they said they would not have time to work on it the same week. Then when I just give up and go do the fitting, I hated it and the train ooks uneven.

Horrible return policy. I was lied to. Girls said my dress would be in all black no other colors. Came in with nude color and sheer black over it. I absolutely hate this dress. I’ve been trying to get this resolved because it took months to get but yet you only have 7 days from purchase to make a return?!?!? It’s ridiculous.

I keep getting ignored every time I try to get in contact with someone. I do not recommend this company to anyone. never again will I go back to this company. I will continue to leave bad reviews every chance I get on them so no one else falls victim to them.

It started off really great at David's Bridal in West Palm Beach until The current manager Natasha was very mean and disrespectful to me for no reason. The last Manager who was there until July of 2022 was amazing and so was Maggie. Maggie helped me to find my perfect dress and veil as well accessories and some shoes. David’s Bridal located around Colonie/Albany New York has been the worst and not a store that I would want representing the face of my company. My daughter found the dress of her dreams there…it needed altered and that’s when the nightmare began.

In April I first spoke to a supposed manager of alterations named Jamie…she assured me post alterations the dress would be pressed, steamed, folded have tissue and be bodice boarded in the garment bag to maintain its beauty as we needed to transport for the wedding in Ohio. My daughter had an appointment for a fitting. She arrived 20 minutes early, she had to wait 2 HOURS. That was unacceptable. She waited. She had an appointment to pick the dress up, she had to wait 1 HOUR. Unfortunately the whole wedding party located throughout the country had other complaints of bad service.

My daughter had told me not to bother with the complaint because nothing will come of, it they do not care. She probably is right. I will encourage others with up coming weddings to purchase locally and avoid Davids.

I am filing this complaint in behalf if my daughter Erin Imberi. She ordered a dress for her October 15th wedding at the end of January 2022 that was considered a prom dress. She was told the dress would be in June 3rd, she paid around $400.

She calls the store June 1st and was told the dress was cancelled and she could come into the store and pick out in dress. She really wanted black so they showed her dresses available in black. She picked one out and was told the dress would be put on a rush and to call every week to remind them to check with the warehouse on the rush.

50 charge for a return label. 99 size 10 on sale. I received an 8 because twice now Davids Bridal made a mistake. 1st mistake the sticker on the shoes said 10 but inside the shoe says a size 8 so the shoes were mislabeled by a store clerk or whom ever prices there merchandise.

They are an size 8 not 10. 2nd mistake was sending me an size 8 not a 10. 50 charge for a return label anywhere. 89 back?? Makes no sense. Im disable so I shop online I have had no issues with returning an item by any of the stores I shop but this store.

They now have the shoes back plus more than half my money back. The customer service rep on the phone even tried her best to get me a refund or what I really wanted was a size 10 but now are sold out of.

I purchased a dress in fort Wayne, Indiana at David's bridal and was told that I had 7 days to return it. I could not wear this dress I did try it on for my family in the dress was too long even with heels.

I just had a shoulder replacement and I might have sling and I was unable to wear it safely. they would not take it back after their guarantee of 7 days. I tried to return it on Sunday, September 25th, 2022 within the 7 days.

I was in your store and ordered two dresses. The dress are IDENTICAL but just different sizes. One dress arrived and I was left a message. I figured that the other one should be in soon. I didn’t want to make a 40 minute trip for half of my order (70 minute drive from my workplace).

I assume that the store could hold my order until everything arrived )but when I call the store, no one answers). This evening I got a call, I explained my dilemma and was told that they would transfer me to the manager (Albany store).

I was told by her “you choice is to pick up the dress or it will be returned”. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE… it isn’t my fault that only half the order has arrived. This is ridiculous and she was very unprofessional but she stated it was policy.

I bought an outfit on Sept 3 in the Tupelo, MS store for my son’s wedding. I know you have a one week return policy but it as in most situations exceptions can be made under certain circumstances. My son passed away on sept.

11 so I no longer needed the outfit. I brought it back to the same store, explained the situation to the manager and asked to return it. I offered to show her the obituary. I have no other opportunity to wear it and wouldn’t even if I did and I don’t need store credit.

I tried to create a David's Bridal account last week, as I planned on purchasing bridesmaid dresses from the store and wanted to add favorites online. I added my name and email then waited to receive a verification code. After getting the code from my email, I returned to the David's Bridal code entry page and it froze.

My daughter picked out dresses at David's Bridal for her bridal party. She wanted the dresss to all be different, but the same color, Sangria. The 2 girls who went into the store were able to get the dress they chose.

After getting my bridesmaids dress altered, I went to pick it up. I assumed the hem, shoulders and waist were altered, as those were the measurements taken. I took the dress home and tried it on for my mother to see.

My mother pointed out that the back, which should be "V" shape looked more like a "U" shape after the alterations. I was not able to see this issue when I was at the store because of the angle.

However, from behind you can absolutely tell the dress was still too loose in the back. I took the dress back in to the fitted again and a blonde woman came in to see what the issues were. She simply pulled the dress down a little bit, untied the tie at the top and loosely tied it back on, and then asked me if that was okay.

Months after finding a wedding dress, the system lost my alterations appointment, but even after showing the general manager my reminder email FROM THEM and my mom’s reminder card, she kept saying “I’m sorry, our seamstresses are busy, we’re booked for the day,” etc. We said we’ll go somewhere else.

As we’re walking to our cars, the GM chases us outside begging us to come back in after she JUST SAID they couldn’t help us. Even if we did come in the alterations would be rushed and the dress would look terrible.

Took my dress in for alterations and they ruined my dress. They hot glued the side of it and split the back so much there wasn't enough material to sew it back up. I had to go 3 times for alterations to somewhat correct their mistakes.

Paid over 300 for alterations. we couldn't even pin it up the day of the wedding. NEVER TAKE YOUR DRESS HERE TO BE ALTERED EVEN IF YOU BROUGHT IT FROM THEM. Would definitely like a refund of my money.

I had to give one star but prefer to give a minus five. This place is horrible. I purchased a few pairs of shoes in the latter part of May of 2022 while preparing for my brother's wedding. The shoes were cute, so I thought, why not - right?

Well, I didn't wear the shoes until August. After wearing the shoes for the very first time, I noticed the stitching falling apart and rhinestones coming off both shoes. I left the wedding and went to the store because not only is this embarrassing but it's also very disappointing because these shoes were not cheap.

purchased wedding dress in April for a wedding in Sept. It is now the end of July and the dress is a mess! paid for alterations, ended up paying for the same alterations twice! then when the dress is supposedly done after 4 trips (that were all wrong) i find they now have one shoulder beige (not the dress color) and the other white as its supposed to be.

I bought a dress online at David’s Bridal website. When it was delivered to me, I noticed it had the sensory tag on. So, I went to the store (what wasn’t my plan, that’s why I made a purchase online) to ask them to detach it from the dress.

My daughter went to the David’s Bridal store in Stevenson’s Ranch, CA in search of colors and styles for her bridesmaids today. The employee handed her a catalogue and told her to look in there. She explained she wanted to see the colors in person and asked for some help.

They are the most flat out, Evil company that exist! They are dishonest to thousands of brides, every day! They hire snooty people, that work in their stores. They lied to me, to not give me a full refund, of a expensive, item I bought from them.

They have no ethics at all. And I can see why they are going bankrupt. But since they are constantly refusing to give refunds to customers, they are still in business. They are supposed to be helping brides, before their wedding day, look beautiful, and instead they makes brides lives miserable.

Let’s begin by saying back in December I found my dream dress and all accessories. Ordered brand new from store in Dartmouth Massachusetts. Dress came in five days later store associate said I didn’t need to try it on just take it home and wait for alterations.

Fast forward to august 2021 alterations come to find out store ordered me to small of a size and alterations said they can fix it well that didn’t happen and they dress was no longer made so I had to pick a dress off of rack of brides that were using it as a sample dress and then they said they could alter that one they messed this one up as well..

My daughter Bought a reception party dress that I paid for. We were told yes we could return. The dress isn’t even in yet. So my daughter calls up to enquirer how to do the return. The manager at the orland park Illinois store was unbelievably unprofessional.

My soon to be son in law confirmed the manager talked to my daughter very condisending snd rude as though she was talking to a child. After our experience we will not back down, I want my money back on the dress.

If this is not done I will also be wanting my money back on my dress that does not come in until later also. My phone number is 219-779-2152. I absolutely want this taken care of. The stylist spoke poor English and herself said she got a bad review.

I experienced a hazardous situation on 7/1 not to mention my dress is RUINED. I am supposed to be in a wedding 7/10. My hemline is messed up. The split is a mess. The alterations rep bled on my corset from a prior injury, knowingly dressed me in the corset with blood on it, and did not tell me until she took it off. I am stressed out.

She said this happens all the time, and they use Shout It out to get blood off. I am disturbed by this. When I asked for a new one, I was told it would not be back in time. They could give a used corset, but the alterations may not be done due to only one person working on Sat.

She felt I was over reacting. I feel that I should be compensated, received a full refund, and new items ship out immediately and altered. I leave town on Tues. The dress was rushed.…

On May 9th I bought a gown at Davids Bridal store located on Coral Gables (37-41 Miracle Mile, Coral Gables, FL 33134). The dress VNECK BEADED SHEATH in size 4 had multiple beads missing all over the dresses. The store offered they could fixed it and give it to me like new because apparently there wasn't any other new they could sell. That dress should have never been displayed in the condition it was. I accepted because I trusted the store. They told me to come back on June 8th to pick up the dress. I paid for the dress and left the store.
