David’s bridal has the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with. Their alterations department RIPPED my dress and refuse to accept responsibility or do anything about it. I’m 2 months out from my wedding and don’t have a dress with NO HELP from the company who ripped my dress.

The manager refuses to do anything to compensate me for the damage they caused. She talks over me when I’m trying to talk. She constantly changes her story. Corporate isn’t any more helpful either. They like to pass the blame too.

In February 2022 I scheduled my alterations appointment, for February 13th. The dress had fit great, zipped up with no issue, and no excess room. I needed to have the dress hemmed, a bustle added, and asked about the way the dress didn't lay flat across my chest.

Imposible to contact someone to help you about your order or how bad they treat you, in my case the manager for alterations department was Rudy and nasty, but it’s no one to talk about this because all the phone numbers I reach it’s just a machine and no option to talk with an other human. Went to pick up my daughters dress today May 5, 2022 at 5 o’clock at the David’s bridal 7759 W. Bell Rd Peoria, Arizona. We went back to the alterations and alterations manager Amalia was extremely rude. Her words to me and my daughter were try on the dress then come sign the ticket and take the dress.

Well there was an issue with the strap which the store manager Anna took care of for us which was nice however one shoulder was lower than the other. Well, Anna the manager told me go buy some two-sided tape and tape it to the bra and then it will look even.

I paid $50 for that advice. I am so disappointed in the customer service from David bridal we could’ve went anywhere to have the alterations done but since we bought the dress there we thought we would have the alterations there and…

I was so looking forward to my experience at David's Bridal and was gravely disappointed!! My daughter and I had a 1:30 appt and when we checked in, were told our salesperson would be helping myself and another client (so why did I make an appt in the first place), we were then

greeted by a very forward a very forward salesperson informing me that I had "5 min to find 5 dresses and that her goal was to get me out the door in 1/2 hr with my wedding dress"! I was very taken back and already my experience shopping for a bridal dress was tainted!

Thank goodness my daughter was with me to help find 5 dresses ASAP! During the "trying on" process, my daughter had to help several times adjusting me, zipping me up because my salesperson was with her other customer which is not ok!

I bought a dress online at David’s Bridal website. When it was delivered to me, I noticed it had the sensory tag on. So, I went to the store (what wasn’t my plan, that’s why I made a purchase online) to ask them to detach it from the dress.

And the girl who talked to me said they didn’t have time for that. What????? I said - you guys send me a dress with a sensory tag on and I have to come back to have it off? Of course the women took it off in less than a second.

And I am amazed by the terrible customer service of all times ever.

Racist workers. We arrived @4:45 as a walk-in. Ashley welcomed us & let us she didn’t have a stylist available until 5-5:10 because we didn’t have and appointment booked. That was no problem, we waited. During our wait, 2 stylists (Carrin or Alyssa and Jared) became available (I watched Jared finish with his customer).

We didn’t bother to ask them anything because they were avoiding us anyway. Ashley came up to us to let us know she’ll assign someone else because the stylist she was waiting for still wasn’t in. She stated the stylist is getting ready for us.

My wedding is July 16, 22, we purchased our bridesmaids dresses on Feb 19, 22, was told we would receive our dresses by April no later than May. We received 2 dresses and if I didn't call to find the status of the 3rd dress I would have not known it would not be coming until June.

Spoke with Supervisor today and was told the dress was always in the system to be received by June in I was assured in Feb it would come in April or May. Now unable to get my money back even though have no money yo return dress and I didn't find out dress wasn't coming until June, until after 3 weeks went by.

The return policy of 7 days is ridiculous. This dress ended up causing actual pain to my daughter. I attempted to return the dress 10 days after purchase, because of this, and was denied. Making an exception to the return policy would have been good customer service in this case.

I bought my wedding dress , which I love, from David’s bridal and had my alterations with you as well .. the only alterations needed were the length of the dress and the straps to be shortened a tiny bit .

I paid 630$ for the alterations . The length was perfect . The crisis were the straps . Literally as soon as the ceremony ended and I went to hug the first person the strap pulled off from the front of the dress .

I spent the next hour and a half having to run to the bathroom to keep safety pinning it every time I hugged someone or danced . It was awful .

Finally a member of my family had to go buy a sewing kit and re attach the straps during the reception. Literally ruined . I was afraid to hug anyone or dance . And the inside of my dress ruined with my blood from constantly poking…

I purchased a dress on 12/18/21 with expidited shipping. It was suppose to have arrived 12/23/21 and it never did. When called customer they said that the store located in Louisiana failed to shipped the dress and that it will be shipped that day.

I did not receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Worried about the dress, I called on 12/27/21 only to find out that it was nit shipped and no one knew where the dress is currently. Im apart of a wedding on January 1st 2022 and now I need to find a new dress in literally 4 days. Im so upset.

One of my maid of honor went to this store to order her maid of honor's dress. She called me to be on the phone with her through the whole transaction and speak with the store clerk to make sure everything was done correctly and to make sure the store clerk went by what was already in the computer.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. I went to my local Fresno, California store (store 0172) on Nov 6 to get measured for a suit I wanted to purchase which cost me $379. The suit took two weeks to arrive to the store because it wasn’t in stock.

The suit arrived on Nov 19 and I went to the store on Nov 20 to pick it up. I tried it on at the store and the suit was about three sizes too big so I requested a refund.

I was told I was past the seven days of return and therefore I could not get a refund. I questioned them as to how I was supposed to return an item I have not yet received being that it took two weeks for the suit to arrive to the store.

I brought my 2 daughters and my soon to be step daughter in to look for bridesmaid dresses. I had an appointment. This was in Clarksville, IN. A lady who said her name was Jordan was very rude. She treated my daughter horrible and rolled her eyes numerous times.

My daughter went to the David’s Bridal store in Stevenson’s Ranch, CA in search of colors and styles for her bridesmaids today. The employee handed her a catalogue and told her to look in there. She explained she wanted to see the colors in person and asked for some help.

Store ordered the wrong dress and stated they would fix it by making alterations at no charge. There was also what they thought was a stain on the dress. They said they would fix it during the fitting. Right before the fitting they called and said that I had to supply the material to make the alterations.

At the fitting they realized that the spot on my dress was not a stain but an imperfection and since I took the dress home they couldnt do anything about it. They then said they would order the original dress and have it rushed in.

My daughter Bought a reception party dress that I paid for. We were told yes we could return. The dress isn’t even in yet. So my daughter calls up to enquirer how to do the return. The manager at the orland park Illinois store was unbelievably unprofessional.

My soon to be son in law confirmed the manager talked to my daughter very condisending snd rude as though she was talking to a child. After our experience we will not back down, I want my money back on the dress.

It has been impossible to get someone to contact us that can help us resolve our problem. I have gone to the store manager stated they would have the District manager call us to no avail.

I spoke with customer service yesterday (Alejandra), who stated she would help us resolve our problem and would have someone call us. To no avail.

I'm going to get straight to the point. Months ago I scheduled a bridal and bridesmaid dress fit appointment. After driving 4 hours and hundreds of dollars planning this trip o walked out completely and utterly disappointed. When we got there, there was not a room available.

I experienced a hazardous situation on 7/1 not to mention my dress is RUINED. I am supposed to be in a wedding 7/10. My hemline is messed up. The split is a mess. The alterations rep bled on my corset from a prior injury, knowingly dressed me in the corset with blood on it, and did not tell me until she took it off. I am stressed out.

She said this happens all the time, and they use Shout It out to get blood off. I am disturbed by this. When I asked for a new one, I was told it would not be back in time. They could give a used corset, but the alterations may not be done due to only one person working on Sat.

I bought my mother of the bride's dress , I bought my shoes, there, I bought my evening bag there. The sales woman was very helpful. I spend close to 400 dollars of hard earned money there. The wedding was supposed to be August 16th, but due to Covid it was postponed.

On May 9th I bought a gown at Davids Bridal store located on Coral Gables (37-41 Miracle Mile, Coral Gables, FL 33134). The dress VNECK BEADED SHEATH in size 4 had multiple beads missing all over the dresses. The store offered they could fixed it and give it to me like new because apparently there wasn't any other new they could sell. That dress should have never been displayed in the condition it was. This is a terrible company to deal with and terrible customer service. They truly do not care about their customers and the service they receive. I had a store lie to me about a dress and being able to return it and corporate legit doesn’t care or seem to want to make it right.

It’s a sad excuse for a company and I can see why they keep going bankrupt. I think we all would be better off of this cheap company did in fact go out of business. It would save us all from stress and money.

I'm going to be married in October 21, 2021. Today is 6/4/2021. My fiance has used your stores in Las Vegas, NV to receive all of the bridesmaid and flower girl dresses. It has been an honest disaster. Every day she interacts with one of your stores is a bad day.

Months ago we had ordered all of the needed dresses, and not one dress has been right. One of her bridesmaids were sent the wrong dress. They reached out to the store and were told that the dress they received was the one they ordered.

The dress didn't even resemble the dress that was ordered and photographed in store while they were trying it on. They were then quoted an additional price to receive the dress we had ordered originally and had paid in full, with little to no understanding from the staff.

I have received the absolute worst customer service at the David’s Bridal in Paducah, KY 42001. Not once, but every time I have ever tried to shop or go in this place. The RUDEST staff I have ever had altercations with in my life.

I went over a year ago, and it was terrible. I was thinking maybe it had changed and it was still just as poor, if not worse. Store looks great. But the staff is absolutely terrible, & rude. Not at all welcoming.

Not at all a place I would recommend to others or want to do business with.

Poor customer service. I had a scheduled appointment. The associate walked away to help another customer she gave me only one dress to try on, when I came out of the fitting room the associate was no where to be found I waited and

waited for at least 20 minutes before I could get out of this one dress. The associate in the Massapequa store in Nassau county Long Island New York showed no interest in helping me. I left the store so discouraged.

I traveled from one county which was 28 miles there and 28 miles back to another David Bridals in Lake Grove in Suffolk County the Service was so professional. That’s where I was able to order my dress

My daughter went in for measurements for a dress. They told her she was a size eight. My daughter tried dress on and we noticed that something was wrong. Look on tag and it said size zero. Well with less then three weeks for the wedding, the store apologized and put a rush on a new dress.

New dress came in that following week only to find out again that the young lady measured my daughter wrong and that dress to was wrong size. My daughter actually needed a size sixteen. Yes a huge difference. Of course that was time to order.

So we had no choice but to except a used dress off the rack. With only a week to go. There will be no time to clean this dress. This was our first time using David Bridal. I am beyond disappointed.

This is my princess and this has been totally crazy!!!

WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE. Purchased two dresses delivered on 5/5 and due to work constraints unable to try on until 5/13. Fit was poor and not my style once I was able to try on. I tried to return the dresses on my first day off 5/16 (tags still on, all packing material kept, dress on for 5 minutes at best).

Had to text "HELLO" to some "person" who informed me after I waited several hours for a response that since I did not request the Return form within 7 days (from delivery date), I would be unable to return. YOU ONLY HAVE 7 DAYS TO RETURN AN ON-LINE ORDER.

I picked up my tuxedos for my guys and the vest do not match the the ladies dresses. It should have been oasis and the tuxedos vest are Malibu . The error looks like the mesh color I took to men’s warehouse that David’s Bridal gave me was labeled in correctly as Malibu when it should have been oasis.

First one of the bridesmaids dresses were never ordered even when it was paid for. You guys had it in your system but never ordered it. Then 2 of the dresses were ordered too small and were told they wouldn’t be in till after the wedding.

Then when I bought my wedding dres Erika told me my alterations were included in the price. Then I got for my alterations and I have to pay $700 for my alterations. But before coming in for alterations David’s bridal called me and wanted me to measure myself.

We had appt to pick up wedding dress that needed alterations. Simple things... Adding 2 shoulder straps and a hem. Two hours before our appt they called and said dress would not be done. My daughter had already driven over 2 hours to pick me up and both she and I had to take time off work.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Totowa NJ location. The manager Janet was not helpful and should take classes on management. My dress which I am the maid of honor for was cancelled twice without me knowing. The store knew for 9 days and did not notify me.

The kicker is I paid in full. The manager would not come over and order another dress until I stated I wanted to speak to someone higher than her. I call corporate and no answer. Their Covid protocol is horrible People with no masks or masks under the nose and no social distancing.

Everyone was on top of each other, the store was way over the limit. The store clerks had an oh well additude and I feel did not care I needed a dress, and this was their fault.

This place is a JOKE!

First and foremost I was thinking being that this is a BRIDAL shop then they would make all brides feel loved and welcome. BOY WAS I WRONG! I set an appointment on April 10th for an appointment for my flower girls for April 11th.

We forget to the store to find out no one ever set the appointment like they said they did.

Second the consultant was really no help at all. I really did everything myself, this place feel more of a store than an actual bridal shop. Just recently I got a call that my “bridesmaids” dresses were in.... I said well are you referring to the flower girl dresses because my bridesmaids already have their dresses.

The lady said oh yeah I’m sorry, it’s the flower girl dresses. I said okay, well I’ll be by to pick them up after work. I drove not…

My sister ordered my daughter’s communion dress shoes veil everything from use shes paid like 300 dollars for stuff for it to be wrong sizes didnt fit. i had to pay 80 dollars to have dress alterations done and then go buy new shoes so spent even more money.

Send the shoes back n didnt get full price back because i was charged for shipping . Dress was still messed up had to get new stuff use ruined my daughter’s communion cause she wanted that dress and nothing can be done right.

I think it is so wrong use should have returned money back for your mistakes n mess ups . com The order number is 35871803 i think use should contact her or return some kind of money this is just so beyond wrong i will be contacting cooperate to make big complaints about the service we received.

I wanted to exchange my dress, and no one mentioned the day of alterations appt. that once signed I couldn't exchange. Went in the next day to try other dresses, one day after signing, and manager kept denying my exchange.

She couldn't give a straight answer as to why I couldn't, and was in no way helpful. David's Bridal McAllen TX location.

Your return policy is unfair and unreasonable and causing a big financial hardship Your “rep” who was texting was using smile emojis and being condescending. I asked her to ask for an exception to return a dress and she said she did and answer was no but I do not believe her Dress was too big and she found another option never worn still has all tags

I tried returning a dress in which I had purchased before COVID and the manager was so unhelpful and rude. The David’s bridal at 125. NW loop 114 store 570 San Antonio Tx. This was so embarrassing because the manager was giving so much attitude from the beginning I was just trying to get more information on how I can return this dress since I need a bigger size.

How do you all accommodate your clients who had to pospone their weddings and now their dress doesn’t fit this is ridiculous. No form of communication or help what’s so ever! I am beyond humiliated and wish I could just return this dress for another size I wasn’t even asking bc for my money back which is what the manager was making it seem.

I am extremely unhappy Purchase a dress for my niece for her communion... mind you we are still in a pandemic so we can’t try anything on in store so purchase online it was too big and as well as the shoes.

I go to exchangeee the dress for a smaller size they tell me I have to send everything back get a refund and come back and then purchase everything all over again.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME after all this money I spent with this company I will never shop with you guys again.....

I couldn’t exchange a different size in store and had to pay more money for another item I am beyond pissed I will be calling corporate with my issues... again I willlll never purchase from this company ever again you guys are terrible....
