David’s bridal has the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with. Their alterations department RIPPED my dress and refuse to accept responsibility or do anything about it. I’m 2 months out from my wedding and don’t have a dress with NO HELP from the company who ripped my dress.
The manager refuses to do anything to compensate me for the damage they caused. She talks over me when I’m trying to talk. She constantly changes her story. Corporate isn’t any more helpful either. They like to pass the blame too.
In February 2022 I scheduled my alterations appointment, for February 13th. The dress had fit great, zipped up with no issue, and no excess room. I needed to have the dress hemmed, a bustle added, and asked about the way the dress didn't lay flat across my chest.
