4/21/21 To whom it may concern, My name is Bless Warner, I am reaching out to David’s Bridal corporate office to sincerely express my disappointing experience as a first time customer. I had high hopes as a bridesmaid that my DB experience would be just as magical as I imagined it always would be and how it appears on the commercials.
Unfortunately for numerous reasons, this was far from what played out. I came into the North Olmsted, Ohio store on 2/12/21 to purchase my dress for a wedding scheduled on 5/9/21. The initial fitting went fine and upon checkout, I was routed to another section of the store where I was informed I could schedule my alterations appointment.
