I visited your Davids Bridal store in Pinole Ca, when I arrived I was told that I needed an appointment to try on dresses. I responded with I checked the internet page and it stated if you were the MOB you didn't need an appointment.

They found me a dressing room and I tried on a couple of dresses. I found something that I liked and I wanted to talk with someone about alterations. I tracked down three associates asking for help and they all stated they would be right back.

To my disappointed none of the associates returned to help me which left me feeling very disappointed and upset. So I left the store in Pinole and drove all the way to Sacramento (an hour and 30 min drive). Made an appointment on my way up to the store.

I purchased my dress a few months ago because i was so excited and couldn’t wait to find the dress. Well i was told by my sales girl that alterations was included in the price i paid for my dresses, only to find out today from the alterations woman that it is not!

Im so pissed and i will never recommend or ever shop at one of your stores ever again! I hate being lied to!

I bought a corset at the Northridge store in September. I came to try it on before my weeding which os October 7th, 2018. the manager Kasmir ant the Northridge store she could not to an exchange. I have all the tags on it and would like to get another corset that fits.

she was not helpful at all. This is a horrible experience and I don't think its fair. Please assist me. my number is 818-462-5673

The davids bridal Pittsburgh pa ( north hills) is absolutely horrible from the first visit to the last visit from the bride to the bridesmaids. Very rude sales manager and rude store manager. Initial bride visit had an appointment to look for dress.

One employee to help 2 brides. Bride picks out dresses to try on and goes and sits down to wait to try them on. Waited waited waited and know one came to assist her with trying on dresses. Got tired of waiting so I went to get the dresses for her to try on (the girl who should of been helping her must of heard me say I was getting the dresses) so as I was going over to get the dresses she goes over.

Dresses were put back by manager and the employee was picking out dresses she told me. How would she know what dresses the bride picked out…

Poor Service.... Meaning my daughters dress cost $1,600 then you gave her the wrong wedding dress it is suppose to be a Ball Gown Wedding Dress instead you send her through Davids Bridal a Gown Wedding Dress ); then next thing eveything went just wrong even the tailor new the is a rip on my daughter dress and refused to sew the bottom of the Wedding Dress who does this your company Davids Bridal in Springfield, Mo please make another fitting and

this sew the dress or please send her the right wedding dress and just think some other young lady is crying and so, is my daughter and this her Wedding.

I had to iron my own dress on my wedding day. They charged me 40. To have it iron. I was to pick it up at 1100 was not ready till 1130

We purchased a dress at 1300 and a veil for almost 200. The experience was great with our stylist. It was very busy being a Saturday 1/27. The check out process took a long time. No big deal We where then told it would be 20 weeks before may daughter would get her dress.

The veil would be in anytime. Well the veil came in and my other daughter picked it up for her. 1/31 She brought it home and I looked at the bag which was worn veill was rolled in bag comb was bent in every different direction. Def shop worn.

I was told we where getting a new one. Rest assured!! Well I called David's Bridal spoke with manager Abigal, and she again assured me that once she received it she would order a new one. Then we had the issue of getting it back to her.

The store's manager on 23rd and 6th avenue was rude and inconsiderate. We had to change our venue due to hurricane Maria and she told me she has heard worse situation than ours. She said that our layway cancellation qas gpibg to be refunded by mail and i specifically ask it to be put back on my card bevuase we needed the money and she said no!

She stated "i dont write the policies nor do i do the marketing, are you canceling or not". I felt insulated and sadden for my special day. I do not want to go back in there!
