2191 Northwest Pkwy in Marietta Georgia rooms 141, 129 and 105 is selling and using illegal drugs and prostitution daily approximately 5 or 6 people is staying in the room. Shevetta Adams and Michelle and multiple others are there daily.

I stayed in Days Inn in Attalla Alabama from December 1st to the 3rd. I checked out the Monday morning at 11:30 but I had already paid for that day. I was told by the lady behind the counter that I would be able to get a refund because I was leaving 30 minutes after I paid.

I have called over there three times and I have not been able to speak to the manager there. He is conveniently not there whenever I call. 94 for 30 minutes? And another thing I stayed in room 133 and I killed a couple of roaches.

So that I do not appreciate. My name is TyAnna LeJeune. I don't appreciate being ripped off by certain people that are not from my United States. Thanks

Me and my boyfriend have gone to TRY and stay at the Days Inn located in Torrington CT. The first time the woman kept telling me my card was declined when I had plenty of funds on it, I left and it worked somewhere else.

Tonight 10/29 we went to try and stay there again and this time she said and I quote “I don’t like how he looks, he looks like trouble and I don’t want him staying at my hotel”. She was referring to my boyfriend who is sick and has been struggling with health issues.

I am absolutely appalled and disgusted that someone working in this industry would turn around and treat people like that. We are good upstanding people and we simply needed somewhere to stay for the night. This behavior is completely unacceptable to myself and should be to you as well.

I've been a paying customer for well over a week now, I even encouraged my family to also stay at the Days Inn here in London ON Canada, it was about 330 am when I had pounding on my wall next to me from the person next door. Me and my boyfriend were laying in bed talking and watching a movie.

Next thing I know around 4am I get banging on my door and it's the front desk telling me to shut up or he's calling the cops. I politely asked him if was aloud to talk to my boyfriend and the man turns around and says no and tells me he's calling the cops the next time he comes up.

We weren't loud or being obnoxious or anything. I've been here a week with no complaints whatsoever. The pounding on the wall was uncalled for and being told I'm not aloud to speak in my room or I'll have the cops called…

Stayed at days inn in athabasca for 5days . Garbage not removed no clean towels. We had to put garbage in hallway and ask for clean towels dirt on floor asked for room to be cleaned. When we returned room was still filthy. Employee's living in hotel.

Myself, and my wife booked a stay at The Days Inn at 201 Erie Street N Leamington on August 19th 2023. My daughter and son in law Lisa and Raymond Carofano also booked a room the same night. We were both on the second floor of the hotel.

During the night around 2am there was a disturbance on our floor, the second floor. Someone was having an argument banging all the walls of the second floor disturbing and waking up many people in the hotel. This was right above the front desk of the hotel and they heard everything.

The hotel was to compensate us for our disturbance. Its is now almost two months ago now and The Days Inn still has not compensated us. 74 for one room. We had Two rooms. We are expecting compensation for our horrible stay.

I hope we will not have to go any further with this…

The room was very dirty and I'm very unsatisfied with that room and I feel like I should be given a credit for the room on Friday nught 10/13/2023 room number was 120. I have attached photos of room starting with the couch which was nasty srained an unclean to sit on, then the toilet was dirty around bottom at floor an was broken the seat was missing one side of bolt that held in place , the shower /tub an shower curtain had mold stains on them, the walls were scrapped up an dirty stained, the over all condition of this room should not have been rented.

We came into town on June 16,2023 from Virginia to attend a funeral. I usually try to say nice things instead of being negative. But the Days Inn we stayed in was filthy. Our tub had standing, stagnate water, the sink was very dirty and the overall appearance of the room appeared unkempt.

The tv was unusable because the remote did not work. We called for help from the management. Two people came down to observe the room with the promise of coming back to clean the room. They did no return. I felt unsafe and slept in my clothes.

We were unable to shower the next day. We were exhausted and unfamiliar with the area. So we stayed. The next day all of the people who came with us from various places, had similar or worse experiences. On top of that, I was over charged.

First of all I'm not a happy camper right now. I've stayed at days Inn before and never experience anything like this. E walk in room and noticed spider webs in all 4 corners of room with spiders . Bed sheets were stained.

Room looked like it hadn't been vaccumed . No plug for tub to take a bath . We had some flies in our room do to our neighbor having an abundance of flies in there room. Needless to say this was very disappointing.

I checked in for 2 nights in Lexington KY. 9/15 & 9/16. 1st thing only 1 key worked. The bathroom is old. Cracked sink. Old toilet and tub. We got up Saturday morning for the "continental breakfast". Which was an 8 oz bottle of water and a granola bar in a brown paper bag.

Room had many problems, backed up water in sink, broken chair, metal rods sticking out from under bed. Had to watch where to walk. Shower faucet was very difficult to work. Smell when air conditioner was turned on. Asked the front desk for help and got none. Left the next morning.

I arrived at the days inn in Cornelia Georgia on 9/7/2023 and I informed the clerk working that I had a service dog. There was no problem with me having the dog and I was not charged any fees at the original booking.

Which Ga laws state that it is unlawful to charge a pet fee or any additional fees when someone has a service animal (see attached). The following morning on the 8th I paid for two additional nights. This time it was the owner who I booked the additional nights with.

I stayed at the days at 3240 matherfield road in Rancho Cordova ca on 9/7/23 and the electricity stopped working on one half of the room when I had somthing plugged into one specific outlet (but I didn't realize that was the reason for the power outage until we were packing up to switch rooms and i unplugged the clock that originally caused the power outage out of the bad socket).

I checked in to the hotel Saturday evening and immediately fell asleep. I was awaken because I felt something crawling on me. I took pictures and video of bugs in and on both beds. I called the front desk and the rude attendant said "just leave and I'll check you out" No sorry or anything.

Hotel is filthy. Asked to have our room cleaned today and no one did. I carried our trash out and stuffed it in a can by the front desk. Asked for ckean towels on the third day they didnt have any.

Waiting fir them to come out of the dryer. Asked fir a shower chair the night we arrived fir my disabled friend had to call twice to get that. We will never use Days Inn again. Totally disappointed. We stayed at Fort Dodge Iowa.

Greetings, I would like to file a complaint due to two of my rooms being filthy, toilets not clean, tubs were not clean, the towels that we’re giving to us had dirt spots on them, they did not clean the phones or tables in the rooms and I had to ask for toilet paper due to ours not being refilled.

My second room was the same and we had a family member that loss his mom due to passing and the registrar lady would not look into refunding my money back at a place I didn’t stay at. Let’s not forget people grilling on the property along with loud noises in the front.

All I am asking is for a refund for both of my rooms. I have plenty of photos but it’s saying the image is too large. If you email me, I can definitely send them.

I stayed at your property at 5701 chambers Norfolk VA 8-11/8-12 upon arrival The sheets were dirty. The security latch on the door was broken. Two of the lights did not work. They had no lightbulbs for the lights the chair was filthy.

The carpet wasthreadbare there was supposed to be a continental breakfast, but there wasn’t one of the room smelled like smoke when it was a non-smoking room the stairway smelled of urine. I brought these concerns up to the front desk and they could not of cared less.

I would not stay here again for free. They should pay people to stay here. it brings discredits to your chain of hotels read the reviews on the Internet. I left a review and I got a form email back from the people who run the hotel and they don’t care.

I reserved a block of rooms at the Days Inn Bend Oregon in February for July 2, 2023. At the time of reserving the block i was told any unspoken for rooms would be released 30 days prior to the check in date. However, my credit card bill shows that did not happen and I have been billed for 8 rooms at $195.83 each, a total of $1,566.64.

I have been trying to contact Bend Days Inn for the past week and no one answers the phone. On July 31 I sent them an email and have had no response. I have called your customer service number and have no made contact with anyone.

I want Days Inn to live up to the promise I was given to release any unused rooms.

I booked two rooms at Days inn Vancouver Mall in Vancouver Washington on Aug 1 and cancelled as soon as I arrived basically. The hotel is overrun by homeless and crack head drug addicts. The hotel is so gross and in such need of repair my room door wouldn't even lock.

This hotel was so thrashed by the drug addicts that it actually needs to be condemned. It was very unsafe for my family. Someone needs to do something about this hotel. I believe drugs are being run through there.

Days inn in Laredo tx. I have stayed at this hotel almost every other week for 2 months. The manager , whose name is Ana Flores, is rude. And won't do anything to help her customers. I stayed here 2 weeks ago and they didn't even have hot water for their show.

And the water pressure was very, very weak. And the manager couldn't care less. She did send maintenance, but it took then over an hour to get to the room. And then I book the room for 2 nights and they didn't lock in the room card key for the 2 nights.

Plus they overall maintenance of the hotel needs a lot of work. Exit signs are not lit and fire ext. Are expired. Plus the trees are overtaking the buildings and need to be trimmed badly.

Where do I start? Should I start that's it illegal to have a one way in and one way out of a hotel and that's it's a fire hazard. Maybe I should start by their false advertising a full breakfast and when we show up they tell us no breakfast.

So many things wrong with this hotel it's unbelievable. They required cash deposits for the room so we had to use their ATM. After all that BS their was a man passed out in our room on the floor with the air conditioner on.

We told the people that worked there and they laughed at us while speaking in a different language. The ceiling was only about 70% intact the rest was rotted out. This is unacceptable!

The hotel Days Inn Military Circle in Norfolk was very misrepresented on Internet. Part of the building was torn down. The part that was open was in deplorable shape, elevator not working , stairwells reeking of urine and feces evident on walls.

I did not accept the condition and asked for refund which was granted. Because I used a credit card that I had not had my name changed since my divorce. I had proof of the change: license, and social security cards.

When I refused the room due to the deplorable condition, the receptionist gave me a refund but refused to give me the copies of social security cards he made. The reservation # was 703-490487. He charged the room , cancelled the room. ZERO balance.

Our motel was horrible. The pictures were very deceiving that were posted online by the hotel. Upon arrival, it took forever to get into a room even though we used Booking. We got into our room to find it in total disrepair.

Spider webs filled the corners, someone had smoked a cigarette and had been popping pills and the cigarette butts were in the floor as were the pills, there were holes in the walls, and it smelled really bad. The room was a double bed and one bed was literally caved in as if someone 1000 ppunds had been sleeping on it.

The days inn in Hattiesburg MS, is unfit for people to stay in for even one night. It was dirty, in disrepair and there wasnt even a working smoke alarm in the room just the wires sticking outnof the wall.

There was hair on the bed from someone previously being in the room so the bedding was not washed or changed. The floor was dirty in the corners there was grime and hair. The shower had peoples hair on the walls.

The people running the place seemed to be a family that also lived in the hotel, they seemed to care more about their family's comfort rather than the guests. I went to Super 8 in Sulphur on July 11 late at night like mid night or later. The man was or is the manager. I told him I needed two handicap rooms. He said no handicap rooms cause they leak.

My mom had to sleep in a chair that had big foot rest so we made it into make shift bed for her. 2) He was rude to me and my family as was his wife. They didn't allow me to stay during the day in my room with my pets. Oh, the best part.

We were told we would get breakfast but kitchen was under construction so they offered blueberry pop tarts and coffee. We had no towels or washclothes in our room. The refrigerator was broken and we had no microwave which was supposed to be included in the room.

There was a 75 dollar charge for something to do with the room which was supposed to be refunded after we left and actually was charged a second time and still not refunded and we left 2 days early and room was in better shape than when we got there.

The front desk guy at the days inn in salem illinois is very rude and we have ended our stay after being here almost a month...he started getting loud with my husband when he went to pay for our reservation that we had...he was very unprofessional and he had no right to raise his voice at any customer...having front desk people like that is going to run your motel down real fast...when we asked him his name he refused to give it to us because we told him we was making a complaint against him..we have stayed in many motels and never have come across a front desk person as you have employed on over nights at this motel and we have also stayed at many hotels owned by this franchise and have NEVER come across someone like him..I expect this to be taken care of

I contacted Manager Mike via email on June 7th to request a group rate, but I never received a reply from him. I proceeded to book my rooms online and chose the option "pay when you arrive", but my card was already charged.

On July 3rd, I called the hotel (Days Inn Camarillo) and asked to speak with the manager Mike, but he was unavailable. I left my number for him to call me back, but he did not. I called again later that evening (8:00 pm) and the front desk person (female, I did not get her name) transferred my call to Mike.

He picked up the phone and then hung up without saying anything. This happened twice more when I called back. I asked the front desk person why the manager was behaving so rudely, but she could not explain his actions.

The general manager Eric who happens to oversee both the Day's Inn & The Quality Inn on Carpenter & Washtenaw is THEE WORST GENERAL MANAGER! He is UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDEST individual to be the face of your hotel brand. He needs to be fired or repaimanted for smearing the Day's Inn brand.

He doesn't know what customer service means! He's verbally disrespectful! Me and my family are temporarily living at the Day's Inn on Carpenter Rd and apart of the HAWC of Washtenaw County homeless program. The HAWC program made the Local news.

I paid $185 for a room that had no wash clothes, a stopped up toilet when we got to the room, there was no information on the phone to call the desk, the hair dryer holder fell off the wall, there were pat he's on the wall the front desk had to come to our room to fix the TV. The toilet was semi unclothed, there were stains on the sheets and comforter.

For the price I paid this should not have happened. I have pictures I can send.
