Days Inn

I checked in 3 weeks ago to Days Inn in Jacksonville Florida. Right by the airport. The address is 1170 airport Rd. In Jacksonville, Florida. This lady burns up the breakfast every morning and doesn't speak no English. It's not fair for guest to work hard, pay for staying.

Then you wake up to burned eggs and sausages for an employee who can't cook, also speaks no English.

This is a HORRIBLE hotel to stay at. I paid for my stay with “homeless assistance “ through the county. As soon as I told the manger, Juan Carlos, that I was homeless he looked down on me and treated me and my kids HORRIBLY!!!!

After staying the fir 4 nights, the managed refused to take my payment for any further rooms and told me to leave the hotel because the hotel didn’t want “people like me” there anymore. I did nothing wrong to be treated so HORRIBLY!!!!

Before I could even respond he called the cops on me to have my children and I removed from the room. I wasn’t looking for any sympathy for my living situation, but I was at least hoping that people would be kind.

I NEVER felt so…DEGRADED in my life!!!!! The WHOLE STAFF LACKS EMPATHY IN ALL HUMANITY!!!!

I called to ask the front desk about late check ins and late check outs, and because he was having a hard time understanding what I was asking I’m assuming from him repeating not what I was asking for or about he got loud and hung up on me. I called back to try and clarify my question he told me to not call back go somewhere else he was screaming at me and refused to give me his name or any info and then hung up again.

I would like to file a complaint in hopes that someone can help me with this nightmare of a situation that occurred after checking in at Days Inn. After being rushed out during checkout, I had forgotten a couple of notebooks in the room I occupied and have had no help retrieving them through management.

On June 16, 2023, I booked a room through Agoda online and also thought about booking a second night. Everything at Days Inn was good at this point, so at approximately 9 am I went to the front desk to request another night and find out what I had to do for that.

I explained to the man at the desk that I booked online and wanted another night. The man then waved at me after asking what room I was in, as if it was ok for the booking, and my debit card was on file.

20 mins prior to actual check out time the hotel staff repeatedly tapped on the window to our room at least 20 times but didnt say anything as we were telling them we were still in there amd hadnt checked out yet. They then still did not talk but preceded to enter our room with their room key while we had just gotten out of the shower!

com. my reservation was from May 27th to May 31st. I arrived at my destination one day earlier so I called the Days Inn and one additional day which was Friday the 26th. They informed me that my room was booked for room 108 but they would give me room 111 Friday night only.

I was a guest at the Days Inn hotel in Mckinney Tx just a few days ago. I walk on the room it looks ok. Wow looks can be deceiving. My goes over to the sink there's wet bugs just laying in the sink, then she looks down and something is crawling on the floor.

I go over to check it out and it's a roach! To make matters worse the shower has no hot water. I notify the front office1 and they have no ther rooms, so I asked for a discount and that if I have to stay in this room all night I'm expecting a full refund.

On the night of 06/02/2023, my mother and father(Gary & Laura Zeutenhorst) stayed at the Days Inn at 420 Cottonwood Dr, Winona, MN 55987 in room #201. They always stay there whenever they come to visit me. This particular time, they checked out on 06/03/2023.

My mother(Laura), forgot her iPhone charger there. She called and they said they'd hold it it for her. She told them my name(Jess) and said I'd be picking it up. I called to confirm this before I went to pick it up and they told me that they had a charger from room #211 and that it wasn't my mother's charger.

Requested ground floor 2 months ago when booked room through Expedia due to my husband's health. Was not given one. Manager was rude and not accommodating. Asked if we could at least have ground floor on teturn trip snd was told no, she was not going to do that.

Well to start the luggage trolley had a flat tire and we had to drag it, the check in started with they no longer have a pool. It is advertised as having one, I said my room does have a microwave right and I was told it does. Well it didn’t.

I had a reservation at the Days Inn in Parsippany New Jersey. My confirmation number is 83026EE 012760. I called to cancel about 8:30 AM on May 27. Gentleman told me I would be charged and I read to him the reservation policy that said cancel before 6 PM.

They have a rival devoid one night charge plus a Pickleball tax. I asked him to make sure my confirmation was canceled because I did not want to pursue legally. His answer was ‘ fuck you’ and hung up on me.

I'm not sure, but I would like to ask if hotel owners are held to any kind of standards. We attempted to stay at your location in North Sioux City IA. We were greeted with the rudest man. Immediately upon opening the door we were hit with a foul odor of smoke.

Every time I stay here there is an issue with this hotel. This is the 4th stay at this place and they never get anything correct. Made to wait 75 minutes for a shuttle with with 2 suitcases and am elderly woman with a wheelchair.

We stayed at a sister company of Wyndham's in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. It was the Days Inn which I might add was not on any sign anywhere at this place.

First, they sent us to the wrong address of the hotel and claimed we were not in their system.

Second , we walked in to the hotel and it looked awlful. Construction everywhere and shady people.

Third , when we finally get our room it had no TV. And it was nasty looking. All around in the others looked the same. We have stayed at many Wyndhams and this is by far the worst. Very upset as this was a special weekend for us.

We were booked at the Days inn at St George , South Carolina on March 31 2023.. When went to our room opened the door and was immediately hit with a horrible smell of pot . As an asthmatic we could not stay there.
