I was coming from a different time zone and was informed at desk that I had to wait until 3 pm to check in. There is almost no one at the hotel. I have to be here for work otherwise I would not pick this place.

There is no late check out allowance so I Have to check out at 6 am on a Friday before a full 8 hour stint. Your policies are dumb. I will avoid staying at Days Inm in the future when possible.

The desk staff told me to Stay somewhere else if I didn’t like it.

had a birthday trip to Victorville ca to visit family . on Saturday 3/18 we had an evening planned in Las Vegas and due to the long drive from Victorville to Vegas my family and I decided we would stay the night in Vegas .

Whole hotel smelled terrible. Customer service lines don’t answer. Front desk attendant was MIA for the first 20 min of us showing up to check in. Called front desk and asked for someone multiple times till showing up. Cleanliness of room was terrible.

Bugs, lent, dust, hair, remains of drugs, and trash on floor. Showers, bedsheets, linens, and walls didn’t look cleaned at all or were stained and never replaced or fixed. Damages in room were obvious and unsatisfactory. Asked for a refund that night and they said they were going to get in contact the following day to refund stay.

We had a first floor room and someone in the room above us had a child who was running and jumping and sounded like he was tearing the room up. We put up with it for about 2 hours thinking that this kid would wind down but it didn’t stop, so I called the Front Desk and told the girl what was going on and

Had a terrible experience, was put in a room next to reception and was disturbed by the phone ringing all throughout my stay. On top of this room service was extremely loud outside the room - was woke up about 6 times hearing them talking loudly and laughing.

Had an extremely disturbed sleep and me and my partner have woke up with a massive headache due to this. Can currently hear a man shouting outside the room and slamming a door - terrible.

I stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Kent WA. The place was absolutely disgusting and horrible. My client and I stayed for the weekend to attend a function. Upon booking this hotel I called them and asked for a handicapped room with two beds and got told, they would put me in one.

I also asked if they had any deposit fees or anything like that and they said no. I go to check in and they tell me I have to pay a deposit and they have me in a queen room non ada which is absolutely unacceptable.

I made an extended reservation for the Days Inn in Pigeon Forge ( Evergreen ) I believe on February 13. I made this reservation via Hotwire with confirmation number 91383EE001760. The itinerary number is 5542471123. The reservation was for February 16 to March 12 and just for me, 1 person,no pets. The price quoted was $39.00/night. The total of this stay was to be $1151.04.

I am a 62 year old disabled , retired RN. Not that this is any of your business, but I sold my home in Dandridge Tennessee and closed in September 2022. I've been looking to buy a smaller house in my "disabled" price range ever since. God smiled upon me and gave me a home. It closes March 13,2023.

Had a reservation for February 3-5 at Days Inn in Fairmont West Virginia. Upon getting to the hotel and checking in, we went into the room and it was an absolute nightmare. The mattress’s were filthy and stained, the bathroom was very dirty and the refrigerator was frozen up.

Went to request a refund and were told we had to request the refund froythe reservation center. We requested thru the reservation center and they told us we had to go thru hotel. We are getting the run around. This is the second time contacting all three places.

Wyndam owns Days Inn and should at least refund us. I heard back from the Governors office a while ago and was guided on how to handle it from here. I also sent an email to the Health Department in Marion County.

I booked a room online because it said there was a pool. I got to the days Inn at this Address: 1606 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205 and checked in and then asked where the pool was and I was told the pool was not open and has not been open for a few years.

On February 4th I "stayed' at Days Inn by Wyndham Fort Lauderdale Airport Cruise Port. This was an absolutley the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I stayed in Days Inn hotels all over the country and this is by far the worst one.

I am very surprised that you brand this place with your name. It is destroying your reputation. I paid almost $170 for a room that caused my daughter to have a serious asthma attack due to mold, mildew, dust and dirt.

Musty smell nauseated all of us when we walked into the room. Luckily she always carries inhalers. With the help of two of them she was able to get her breathing under control. This was a strike one for us.

Rude front desk services. no housekeeping until Saturday (I got there Monday). hotel not as advertised. No breakfast like advertised. lack of towels. (I was given one towel one wash rag and one bath mat towel). I had to ask for another wash rag and towel and hand towel.

I got a hand towel and towel. I was told that’s it. no remote. loud guests waking me up at 152am n being told by front desk that they will not ask them to be quiet “they are guests. You are guest” asked me if I wanted to check out next morning. Front desk mocking me. Rude attitudes.

I have never been treated so poorly. I paid for Monday - Monday stay. I left Saturday morning at 630am. I am very disappointed in my stay. I paid over $600 for my stay. I was treated like I was nothing.

Reserved room with King size bed only to get there and be told there were none available. No trash can in room. Lights bulbs burnt out no iron or ironing board in room or at front desk. No milk at breakfast bar.

I stayed a month ago and got a smoking room because to cold to go outside! It smelled like a ashtray the moment we walked in the door got worse with heat being on! There were cigarette wholes in the sheets was a awful two days.

The room I rented had no air conditioner, offered a second room with no air conditioner. The desk personal was aware they did not work and rented anyway. The one we attempted to stay in had a portable fan. The room was in excess of 90 degrees and I had to sleep in the car the first night, attempted to cancel with Priceline and hotel, both denied.

I had came in the night of Friday Jan 6th 2023, I arrived in your location 1311 River Dr, North Sioux City, SD 57049 between 9:30-10pm. My husband and I stayed overnight at the Days Inn on Whitehall Rd. in Mystic CT on Monday, December 26, 2022. I have attached pictures of some things that I found alarming. Up against the mattress at the head of the bed, there was an outlet that was so loose it moved back and forth.

It had a multi outlet plugged into it. There were 3 things plugged into that. Two of them were hanging out. An amazing fire hazard. Another concern was the condition of the sink drain and faucet. Black hair (we are blond) was clinging to the disgusting drain and the faucet itself needed replacement years ago.

The side entrance to the hotel was littered with cigarette butts. Needless to say, it was a very unpleasant experience.

George and planned on staying at your hotel. We entered you reception, and we’re not greeted at all. We were a bother, trying to get info on a room was like pulling teeth. Any question we asked the answer was “i don’t know”.

You want room come back later to see if we have something. We left and went across the street to the Comfort Inn and received a smile and hello. We’re told they would have a room for us around 1 pm.

I went to call front desk but there was no wire to the phone to make a call, so i had to go up to the front and make them aware of the situation. He said it was paint that dripped , but it was black mold spores.

he said no one was available to clean the room tonight so i would have to wait till morning. I told him it was not safe to sleep in there since the mold was right at the head board. he said he would personally come and clean it.

I stayed one night at the Wyndham Days Inn, downtown Hamilton, Ontario, on August 29th, 2022 (checked out on August 30th). The stay was complimentary from an airline due to a flight cancellation and the Days Inn was one of the recommended hotels.

This hotel is pretty disgusting, actually.. dirty, stained.. Upon checking out on August 30th, 2022, the front desk was vacant. I could not wait for someone to show up as we had a flight to catch that morning. A few weeks later there was an unauthorized $200 charge on our credit card statement from the hotel.

Fort Wright Ky hotel is a dump and unsafe. The outlets on one side of the room did not work, so they put in a gang outlet and overloaded it using a plug on opposite side of the room. The ceiling tiles were broken and the bathroom was terrible.

To top of off , I paid with a debit card which is cash. They charged me a fifty dollar deposit because the night clerk could comprehend it was a debit not a CC. I have not received my deposit back as promised.

The hotel clerk was not helpful when addressed about this and the corporate office says there is no one to assist when using the automated phone number. Will NEVER use Days Inn again and will definitely be boycotting Wyndham .

Review of our stay at Days Inn by Wyndham, Goose Creek, SC, November 11-13, 2022.

Overall 3/5 PROS: 1) 4 minutes to meeting place w/grandson 2) Bed comfortable 3) Room extra large 4) Microwave and fridge - did not use, can't confirm working order 5) TV worked and channel listing provided 6) Breakfast was hot and ready when I got to lobby @ 6:30 (I can't speak to whether it was that way by the advertised 6am).

7) The plumbing issues (certainly caused by plumber carelessness) were addressed within minutes of reporting them. 8) Plumbing issues were addressed by a very pleasant and capable gentleman with hearing impairment. It makes me happy that the establishment hires people with physical challenges.

the front disk manager was very rude. was on her phone (personal) for over 5 minutes before she even acknowledge that I was standing there, booked 3 nights with booking number 4301501. On the first day, there was no room service, On the 2nd day when I asked if they are going to clean the room, they gave me the bed sheet and the towels and asked me to do it myself.

and of course, I never asked about the 3rd day. there advertise free breakfast they did not even offer free coffee. the coach was so bad it smelled like piss, and there was a roach in the bathroom .

Hello on Friday October 28th 2022 myself and 3 other friends stayed at the Days Inn off 1909 Business Center Dr. San Bernadino, CA. We arrived around 7PM and by 8PM we left the room and came back around 3AM.

When we got back to our room 128, our room had been robbed of absolutely everything we owned. They stole everybody's car keys, wallets, purses, phones, speaker, air Pods, clothes, shoes, bags and even our shower/toiletries. We immediately went to front desk to make a report and the guy at the front desk wouldn't even take a report and said he wouldn't be able to do anything but that the manager would be in at 7/8AM.

I was effected by hurricane Ian, available hotels are scarce. The Days Inn in Bradenton Florida off of 75 is disgusting. Prostitution, drugs, roaches, mold, no AC, broken refrigerator, no ice, no wifi. My son and I had to change rooms three times because I have to have wifi in order to work.

Hi I need to let you know that we call and got a room for 12 days October 6 through the 17th of 2022. Mother and I were so very unhappy with the whole stay. I asked for a none smoking room.

But I am sure it had been smoke in before and they smoke outside the door off and on all day and night. I have picture. To show you. Mom is 87 years old and we were very unhappy with this stay.

I would like to get a full refund for the stay. There was so many things wrong with this room. And it was not clean. This is very bad business. SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I have picture of the room I am going to get my son send them I can't get this to work.
