Found 2 beds in our bed in morning. I called the front desk and they sent in a maintenance guy that said he had searched room 2 days ago. Put bedbugs in top of coffee cup wrapped in plastic and gave them to him.

He agreed they were bedbugs and I took a picture. Went to front desk and she said manager was giving 30% discount. Gave me phone # of manager “Gail” at holiday inn express. She said no other discount until she had report from exterminator.

Waited 2 weeks and no call back. Called and was put on hold for over an hour. Called back and talked to Margorie from holiday inn. She said no bugs were found so 30% off that’s it. Basically saying we were lying and planted bugs?????

Very upsetting the way we were treated. “Managers” we’re not even aware or cared that we actually gave the bugs…

I normally rent rooms at the Days inn on 87th and Hillcrest in Kansas City Missouri. I have been renting rooms there for over 2 years I know on and off very frequently with absolutely no complaints no type of disturbances normally when I go to rooms is because I work a double shift and I don't want to go home.

There is an employee that is I guess the supervisor Miss Tammy she's very rude she's disrespectful at this point I will be bringing a lawsuit up in civil court because number one of discrimination number two is defamation of character. Because me and Ms Tammy did have a disagreement about charges for a room 2 months ago and there was never a problem I left that was just fine less than a week later I rented a room every since then

I probably been at that room maybe 15 to 20 times…

This is the hardest complaint I have had to make. I was traveling from Michigan to Myrtle Beach on Friday (10/14). We ran into heavy traffic and multiple delays. I normally make the 13+ hour drive in one day but was very tired.

I opted to stay in a hotel once we crossed the North Carolina line. I went to Mt Airy and EVERY hotel in the area I tried was booked. They said Friday night and all of the events going on, there was no rooms within an hour.

I drove to King and decided to give it a try. I pulled into the Days Inn by Wyndham. Pictures on the internet looked very nice but that must have been take many years ago. This is the hard part.

Very Poor condition. Had to go back to cancel my room. , Jeffery Escobar, listed Manager would not take her call for help. She guided me to please text him directly. It has now been three hours I stay in dozens of motels/lodges every year.

I live in CDA, IDAHO. I will cancel/stop payment on this transaction, in the AM Oct 18. I will also be one of the most diligent and loud critics of this motel chain

First at check in Manager was hostile & rude about a deposit. Then as me and my guest slept in the bed the headboard fell. Almost hitting me & them in the head. I called the front desk.. They repeatedly called me sir after I corrected them several times.

They did not accommodate me. No other rooms & we have to just sleep in the bed with a broke down headboard.

Also killed a very large spider. I reserved 2 nights at your Establishment. I am very dissatisfied with my stay. My stay was 10/14 to 10/16 of 2022.

I'm emailing you regarding our recent stay at the Days Inn in Dubuque, Iowa. We stayed in room 242 from October 7th-10th. The room was completely filthy. There was trash in the room from the previous guests, the refrigerator was absolutely filthy, the lamps were falling apart, the nightstand drawer was filthy, there was no hand soap to use after going the bathroom, 3 fire extinguishers (that we noticed) were either missing and/or the glass was broken (huge safety issue!), and housekeeping never once came and cleaned during our stay. These are just a few of the main points I would like you to know about. I've attached some pictures that will hopefully give you an idea of how your hotel is maintained. I have more pictures but it would only let me upload five.

We had to evacuate our vacation rental on 09/27/2022 when the Hurricane was headed to Fort Myers. I found the Wyndham Days Inn on-line and the pictures provided looked like a pretty decent hotel. When we got there we were allowed an early check -in which we much appreciated, we were frightened and exhausted.

We rented 2 rooms for 4 nights each and the Lady at the front desk was telling me this was the 1st time they were fully booked in 20 years and turning people away. The elevator taking our things up had a horrible smell of burning electric and our rooms were awful.

My friend and I transferd jobs from miami Florida to Dallas Texas. We decided to drive and rest in hattiesburg MS after driving for 12 hours. We booked a hotel through priceline at Days Inn located- 111 Thornhill Drive, Hattiesburg MS 39401.

We arrived at the days inn around 6PM and we were exhausted from the long drive. We entered the hotel in the rear entrance wich had a card reader but the door was not locked and just opened when pulled so it was not secure.

As soon as we entered to the hall way with had vending machines and a washer and dryer we noticed the ceiling and wall had water stains and paint was peeling off and had a smell a damp smell. when we entered the room it was clean and looked like it was remodeled.

The Days Inn in Talleyville, Delaware should be embarrassed to fly there flag!! 00 and EVERY week I get horassed about being thrown out if I don't pay my weekly fee by 11am. 11:01 they start calling and telling me to get out or the police will be here, then it excalates to them knocking on my door telling me I need to find another place to live.

I understand that you need to pay by 11am, but my husband is working now and the other person that helps me pay, works 2 jobs and just can't get here on time sometimes. Room floor so nasty we had to throw our socks away. Dust hanging from the ceiling, dead roaches in the floor and live roaches running up the wall and in the tub. Towel racks rusted and one end hanging out of wall.

We woke up with the floor in kitchen area flooded and was told be the maintenance man h didn't have time to wait on me to put on clothes because he had grass to go mow. Days Inn 13050 48th ave S Tukwila Wa. I reserved through Expedia for Sept 17th and 18th. ck out 19th . Woke up early on the 18th my grandson covered with Bed bug Bites. We took pictures and video after we located them in the box springs.

Given Garbage bags for our clothes. I had to throw away a $125 Down pillow. We had no extra clothes and was told to go to another hotel. At first John the maintenance man told us we would be compensated for a new hotel.

rented room from 9th to 12th at days in warren michigan traveled 16 hours to ge there. now i clean rooms in vermont but these 2 room were disgusting not clean, mold dirty linens and in grandsons room walked barefoot across room and bottom of feet were black from the carpet.

Lots of homeless and drug people come in and out. 1 unit has many of them but staff including manager are friendly to this unit back and side door always being propped open and that takes away security issues I know one staff took food from breakfast room and

I made a reservation on Friday evening for a room from August 22 to 27. When my husband checked in and was given a room it was filled with clothes and other things. He then got another room which was 2 queen beds and the reservation was for a king.

He noticed he wasn’t charged for the whole time of the stay and questioned it. The front desk said it was only for 1 night. I called an 800 number and she found the reservation after they couldn’t at the hotel but stated it was cancelled Sunday.

When I got to my room there was no toilet paper, Kleenex or towels. I could tell the floor hadn't been vacuumed and there were crumbs on the counter as well as lots of dust on the table between the beds.

On August 6th 2022 I rented a room at the Days inn in Butte Montana room# 219. Upon arrival I had to park in the motel parking lot across the street as there was no parking available. After checking in I took the elevator to my room and on my way down the hall noticed many dark stains on the carpet as well as caution tape over one of the doorways.

As I approach the door I realized it was the stairwell case for the second floor. When I entered my room I went to use the restroom there was no toilet paper, no Kleenex, and no towels or wash clothes in my room.

PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL BED BUGS!! BED BUGS!!! We stayed in room 109 and it was the wosrst mistake, Do not stay here please! sleep in your car if you have to, they have bed bugs in the beds, the sheets are dirty and stained same as the mattress, the rooms are dirty and covered in dust.

We only stayed for an hour that's how bad their infestation is, we moved the bed skirt to check and there was shells, eggs, and bugs all over. Lobby is also dirty, smelly, and with coffee stains running through the walls!

My friend and I booked a room at the Days Inn by Wyndham Towson. We pulled up to the hotel in front the window was boarded up with plywood a broken down car with four flats, and around back was 3 more broken down cars with people living in them, a woman stung out on drugs.

The rooms were filthy bed bugs cockroaches. The lobby stunk, the bathrooms looked like they were never cleaned. If we stayed we would of never left that hotel,we were scared to death by the filth living in that hotel. They came to my car and asked why we were leaving?

Stayed at the Days Inn in Maryland the first thing I saw in the bathroom was roaches. I spoke to the lady at the counter and she expressed that yeah it's common to have roaches. There was no TV service.

Went to the pool area and the pool wasn't clean. My daughter and I got no sleep due to the issues concerning the roaches. I'm requesting a full refund no one should have to be scared.

I had rented a room several nights in a row. Paid $88 one night and $77 the other just to find out that my room had several cocroaches and the cleanliness wasn't the greatest. Had to go to the front desk to ask for towels due to there not being any available in the room at the time of entering.

Also had spent over $3 at the soda machine and never received my drinks as the machine wasn't working correctly. I had spoke to staff working and they didn't seem to care.

I stayed at Days Inn Fresno Yosemite @ 6090 N. , Fresno, California 93710-5008 on 5/25/2022 for 1 night. 00. When I noticed this on my bank statement I immediately contacted the facility, who explained that the charges were for undisclosed pets and a broken air conditioner.

First, let me say that I am a travel nurse who stays there from time to time and at this point I thought they realized that I travel with a Chihuahua. Even if they hadn't known, I am meticulous about not leaving behind a mess and know that my dog did no damage to the room.

Days inn southern hills is a real dump. Must be a place frequented by prostitutes as there is a sex shop and a canabbis store in the building. I made a reservation for 4 days and when I found out how bad the place was I canceled and they refused to refund and charged me for all week!

Ok first it's beyond outrageous for the price when it's that run down! So we got our room it was suppose to be handy so accessable, which they didn't have right!

Second was the room itself! There was mold all in the shower, they hadn't actually cleaned the bathtub in idk how long, and they had bed bugs! Washer smelled like dead rats, and at breakfast the apple juice had so many floaties I almost puked seriously!

m. people roaming the hotel halls- dont you ever check your own properties out? dirty windows, doors, marks and ?? someone do something???????? get off your chair and go visit this hotel, you will be appalled. and the smell, get some pine sol~calling health department for tampa cuz i am sure no one even cares in corporate.

We stayed at your property on April 14th at N Dixie Hwy, Monroe Michigan. It is a convenient place to stay on our way home from Florida. The property has deteriorated so badly, and we will never stay there again.

Clientele are sketchy at best, and it appears they are permanent residents. We listened all night to domestic disputes, doors slamming and a child screaming for her mother. The room was totally disgusting! At check-in we asked about a continental breakfast and was assured there was one.

In the morning, there was only coffee. The ice machine was broken as well. In closing, we can’t believe that a company such as yours would ever allow this to happen. We paid $70+ for this incredibly terrible, scary experience.

days inn Gulfport Mississippi this hotel should not even be open . no smoke detectors, doors dont lock ,filthy and disgusting,i have stayed at days inns before without a problem but this place should be torn down . i was forced to spent one night of my 3 day booking and could not get out soon enough.i have more info and pictures if you like. my contact info 603-540-1694

I called and asked for a 154 and the front desk lady lied and said I had to have the person name just to connect to the room. I gave her the room number 154 . Corporate office told me I don't have to have the person name just to be connected if I know the room number and I was in the room with the person that rented the room that night.

I stayed here on 3/22/2022. 10635 Gateway West in El Paso, TX. I booked this room online partly because of the free breakfast advertised. Don't advertise this if you do not offer! Bed had crumbs poking up throughout the sheets from the mattress pad underneath.

Walking up to our room the wall was peeling and had mold. The AC was on and room was till hot it would be cool for about 15 mins and then begin to warm up. We had to go to Walmart to purchase a fan.

When we went to put our snacks away we noticed the fridge was till full of food from the previous stay and a roach was stuck on ice in freezer. We called front desk about an hr later 2 kids came in emptied fridge "tried" to scrape roach off but decided it was too hard and left it.

The sink would clog so we couldn't brush our teeth or wash our hands. Came back after a day at the beach to find MORE ROACH'S. The sofa bed had springs sticking up and the right side was falling through it was not safe at all.

On 3/15/2022 I was handed a typed letter from a housekeeping person. The letter reads I have to leave this room(401) as a paying long term customer so some one else can use the room during a festival from 4/20/2022 - 5/1/2022.

I am disabled and stay at the Wilksboro Days Inn with my grandkids, since 12/27/2021 with management knowing that we were homeless due to the pandemic, I also pay on time for my room & room 225 where 3 more of my grandkids stay. They are students.

We have nowhere else to go. How can they make us leave as paying customers just for someone else to stay 4 days? We are safe, content & happy here and feel singled out
