We stayed one night at the 3506 1st Street Bradenton 34208 on Fe. 12th 2022. From the 1st impression I knew this place was a dump. We had a loss in the family which is what anticipated our stay. We were charged double for a one night stay, in addition drug dealing at the location premises, blood stains on the bed.

I can explain to the full detail but I am limited on the characters so I need to have someone reach me in regards to this matter for some kind courtesy compensation. This is no fair as we were unfairly treated and also never acknowledged as the only personnel we were able to deal with was the franchise owners - Rakesh Tripathi and Falguni Tripathi.

I woke up to two gentlemen In my room around 10:00 at night these two gentlemen I was sleeping in the chair I'm my room with gf of 3 half years. These two individuals had no permission to enter my sweet they had no warrant I did not even open the door they just were in my apartment hotel room I would like these individuals charged for breaking and entering they were going through my personal belongings.

Courtesy van driver Jimmy Pat Patel (that is what came up on his caller ID) did not pick me up where the person on the phone told me to go. When I attempted to locate him, he told me to "hurry up, he wasn't going to get a ticket for me'.

When I told him he should not talk to a disabled person that way.... ' proceeded to drive very very fast.

First room was nasty. The bedding had 7 large burn marks on bedding. After being relocated to new room, we left for soccer game and air conditioner flooded right side of room. Bag and clothes ruined and the staff did nothing to compensate for it.

They actually told me its my problem and you get what you pay for. Speaking to the manager of the Sarasota Fl Days in was a rude and unprofessional experience. I highly recommend not staying here.

I had a terrible experience at the Days Inn in Phoenix, airport location, on January 24, 2022. Upon checking in I was asked how many people were going to sleep in each of the two beds in the room. I found that a bit strange and was totally shocked when asked for picture ID of each one.

I did as was asked and gave my credit to pay for the room. When entering the room it was a disaster. It bore NO resemblance to the pihotos on the website whatsoever. The bed skirt was heavily stained and there was no bed spread.

The furniture showed graffiti carved on it and other damage. There were no chairs even though it had a desk in the room. There were no hangers although there was a place where they should have been. The window in the bathroom could not be keep locked and was in bad condition…

I stayed in days inn in Jaleco, tennesse a couple days ago. The guy in charge was very rude. He lied about having breakfast there. There was nothing there. We was in the middle of a snow stor,m where we couldn’t see.

We was in the parking lot deciding if we needed to stay in your motel. The guy was threatening us to call the police. I am 72 years and was already stressed out because of the weather. Came in the middle of the night.

Stayed there 4 or 5 hours. 00 . Because of your rudeness, poor service and threats, I am requesting a full refund.

I've been staying at Rockford IL location for a little over a month (paying DAILY rates) room 231 on the night of 12-24 my friend and I are up talking and laughing (no music or tv & just 2 of us) when there is a knock on the door. Room 110 in Lacey Washington my two kids and 2 dogs were staying in the room I asked for no service first off,secondly the housekeeper that did show up falsely accused my dogs of attacking her when clearly on hall video it would show something different,she also left the door open so the dogs could get out. My does barked viciously at her but never attacked her causing my kids to be put out in the rain in the cold because I was at work.

I booked your Groton, CT hotel in June and had to leave minutes after checking in due to the extreme uncleanliness of the hotel and my room. The room contained bugs and there were used dirty tissues in the night stand that I ended up touching when I reached in the drawer.

The hallways were lined with people's garbage and it was a fire safety issue as well. I called the manger and was told that I would receive a refund for the second night but then when we found the bugs we left the room immediately.

There was no management or any staff to be found and this was about 4pm. II left the key and a note on the front desk but was still charged $195 for the 2 nights that I never stayed. I have written several times and never received a response. This is unacceptable.

38 which includes tax for two nights stay at Windham/Scranton, PA Days Inn. The moment we walked in it smelled awful. We could not leave we had no other place to stay. The place was so neglected - our toilet seat was broken - it moved like it was ready to fall off.

I am very disappointed in the visit with the Days Inn Wyndham Carlsbad CA and will not recommend or return to that hotel again. We booked a week to visit my daughter and the first night experienced an allergic reaction to the strong smelling cleaning solution the seemed to use on everything.

The lobby, the tile halls, the room smelled strong that I could not sleep there. I was having trouble breathing, had strong head and sinus headache and felt nausea. The hotel clerk said there was nothing they could do so my husband and I left and slept at my daughters.

My family stayed in your Days in 10/08/21. We had 7 rooms, and every one had complaints. 1. My complaints.. Room 123 The carpet is so filthy, our white socks were black. 2 no wastebasket in the bathroom. 3 dirt piled up in the corner .. left side of tub.

4 toilet paper dispenser was dirty, and one roll of paper barely had any paper. 5 out on the wall next to the bed does not work, so we blamed it on the iron. had to borrow one. 6 the linen is so dingy, especially if there is one newer item.

7, the pillows are so bad that they are just balls. They try to put the pillowcases on to disguise the balls. 8 as soon as you open the door, the smoke smell knocks you back. People definitely smoke in this room.

Rooms were dirty with horrible smell. I asked the front desk to cancel my reservation bc the hotel was in a very bad condition. She agreed to do it without any fee.

However I got charge for 4 nights. I tried unsuccessfully talked to the manager regarding a refund, and last time I spoke to someone from the property, she hang up on me.

I am staying here for work reasons and need a daily shower of course. I have stayed before with this same problem. They pick up the dirty towels but DO NOT leave any clean towels. This happened both on Fri and again on Sat. I can't tell you how aggravating it is to need to shower and not have a towel. They often only leave the nearly empty toliet paper roll with no extra. Which of course you always run out in the middle of the night.

We recently stayed in Days Inn by Wyndham Lockerbie Annandale Water on 18/08/2021. This hotel is not a good place to stay. We had a lots of issues found in a single night stay. 1. Towels in the room with yellow stain and smelly. Looks like poo.

Upon arrival after already paying $140 I was told that we wouldn't have running water but it would be on in a hour. We're now at 10:48pm check in was at 3pm and still no water and no refund or compensation.

Bathtub was filthy. Room needed to be dusted. Sheets smelled funny and I was itching like bugs had bitten me. That was around 3 in the morning. I slept in the chair in the room. I got up and had red marks all over me, like bug bites.

I cleaned out the tub as best as I could to shower. I couldn’t get any hot water so I took a cold shower to help the bites on my back. Dirt came off the shower head and got on my chest, arms and my face.

I do have one bite on my right arm so I’ll show that because I’m not exposing myself to show the other red marks/bites. I expect compensation. 00 for one night.

This is the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. The Sheets were dirty, I went to the office to get clean ones by the time i got back to the room my wife discovered the pillow cases were dirty also.

My wife was so upset that we went to town and bought new sheets, pillow cases and new pillows. The floor had not been swept, there were no hand towels or wash cloths. There were no cups and coffee for the coffee pot.

A couple that rented a room from that location who was transporting my puppy from Florida to California stopped to rest there on that day.

On 7/23/21 we booked a room at Days Inn Fontana/Rialto Hotel id: 45362. The sheets were dirty I went and to the office to ask for clean sheets. While changing the sheets we discovered that the pillow cases were dirty also.

We had no wash cloths or hand towels. The floors had not ben swept (no carpeting in the room). There were no coffee cups or coffee with the coffee maker. My wife was so upset with the dirty room we went to town and bought new sheets, pillow cases and pillows.

Our room was bad! No kitchenette, the towel rack was coming off the walls, curtain was falling down, paint coming off the bathroom door, weird red stain on the back of the bathroom door and no back on the remote.

The batteries kept falling out. The TV would go gray in spots. The elevator on the 3rd floor didn't work and the pool has things floating in it!. When I asked to move they said the were fully booked. No attempt was made for compensation. I have more photos

I shared this room with my sister who used her name and credit card. We were advised by Sarah we would be downstairs and weren’t. Said it was no smoking room, but it was. The room smelled very musty. There were two towels and no wash cloths.

The carpet was so damp, I had to keep my shoes on. Other places I’ve stayed during COVID served coffee and bag to-go breakfast. I was so surprised when I went to the office and found neither. The styrofoam cups weren’t wrapped in plastic.

The coffee filter pack didn’t fit the container and was not meant for the cups supplied. I’m sorry to say I’ll no longer stay at Days Inn. Hopefully is place was an exception. Thanks for reading this.

We checked into Days Inn by Wyndham Mission Valley Qualcomm Stadium/ SDSU on Tuesday July 13,2021. We had a kitchenette. When we checked in we said ok it's decent looking so we went ahead and put all of our stuff away, (ie food, clothes, bathroom items, etc) because we were there until Saturday July 17,201.

I went down there to visit my grandchildren which are young, 5,7 year olds. Once we were settled we decided to make them something to eat and retire for the evening. This is when we noticed there were no utensils or any kitchen things in the kitchen.

There were no knobs on the stove so we couldn't use it. And the microwave would not work right. So we called downstairs and she made a note to let them know to either fix it in the am or another room.

We called ahead to ensure that our HOTEL room (it was a MOTEL) was still reserved. The coach had picked this place because he thought it was a good location. We had heard some things @ the game because some people had already checked in.

My mom had told them she would be a late check in. The motel staff called to ensure we were coming. The woman who checked us in was very nice. She said she was nervous because it was her first day ever using a computer. She was very nice.

However, our room had a whole in the wall where it was spackled and there is water damage over one of the beds. There were crumbs between the mattress and box spring and toe nail clippings in the space between the wall and bed.

Horrible customer service my fiance staying there with no cell phone. When I called because they disconnected me the person at counter said that I had to call my fiance cell phone that she isn't going to keep connecting me to room.

Also I notified rate increase tripled over night after staying for over a week was 105 a night then they charged 305 for a weekend my fiance was told 550 a week she explained that she could not pay all at once but she could pay it over the course of the week due to per diem pay and they agreed .

I stayed in your Days Inn at 1340 N Wesleyan Blvd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 252-977-7766 on May 29, 2021. When I left I forgot a toiletries bag. I phoned the motel and they admit they found it. I gave them credit card information and they promised I mail it to me.

It is now July 6th and it has not been mailed. I have phoned numerous times and gotten various excuses. Now it appears they have blocked my phone number. Surely you expect more from your employees. Can you motivate these people to mail the bag? Thanks.

Stayed one night at the1227-9 race street location in Philadelphia PA, was charged a damaged fee of $500.00 for the TV that was never used, upon speaking with the General Manager he stated room had not been used since meeting held on the prior Tuesday, asking what should I do I was told I should dispute charge with my bank. I am horrified with this experience and to call corporate to find out the complaints go back to the General Manager and we have to work out the issue because it is a private location is beyond me.

Paid $91 for a room that smelled of mildew and did not feel clean. After taking a shower, I came out to my bed and found a cockroach on my pillow. I was horrified, washed it down the sink then search the room with a flashlight for any more around the bed or in the covers.

I slept with the room as cold as possible around 60° and with the lights on to keep any more roaches from coming out. I had been traveling and checked in between one and 2 AM and was exhausted otherwise I would’ve gone elsewhere.

I have already filed a complaint. I was told someone would get back to me within a week, no one has. I do expect someone to get back to me at this point.

The staff was very rude, we received towels and wash cloths, and asked for room cleaning, but our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. There was sand in the beds when we arrived. The floor was filthy.

I stayed at the Dubuque Days Inn 4 nights and each night could only check in after midnight due to my friends odd work schedule. I asked about the rates listed online, which were significantly cheaper, but was told bc it was past 12am I had to pay the higher rates offered when booking at the hotel.

As if that wasn't enough to disgust me and make me never want to stay at a Days Inn again, two of the 4 mornings a housekeeper banged very loudly, and OPENED OUR DOOR, asking us if we were leaving. One morning she did this at 1050am and the last time it was before 10am, when checkout is at 11am.

Our truck was damage by a person that also was staying. The manager knew who it was and told her staff not to tell us because the person was a regular stay person. This guy came in drunk and also hit another vehicle. We witnessed this.

Exterior light were intentionally turned off. So it made it unsafe. place was dirty. Nothing worked. Drugs everywhere (you need to drug test your staff) and a gun was discharged in the room next to us. It was horrible. No breakfast. wifi was awful.

Call me to tell ya more. You won't like it. I would fire them all. If I owned the place.

On Whittier ca. I paid through Expedia $510. On 5/25/21. $16 on top of my already 499 $16 for the hotel for the week I need that money back ASAP and either in cash or right here in my hand because that is our only money to fund us this whole week.

We are here to visit my father in law in late stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Just got hit by a drunk driver last month and lost our brand new car. this is unacceptable and the worst experience in our life with a hotel!

We are Hilton honor members and should have stayed there, but was trying to save money on hotel over a holiday! We are currently under a settlement with our lawyer and I have no issue with getting another for this.

Yes I am staying at the Days Inn in reynoldsburg Ohio and last night I had gotten home with my dog my service animal and I walk up to my door and there's this girl standing at my door well my door was cracked open and somebody had been in my room I remember locking the door when I left closing it completely latching everything how did they get in my room I have no idea but

then after I was in my room for 15 minutes after watching the door from the inside and locking it all of a sudden two males one being the security guard and one being a plane male open my door the latch and all okay come in my room unexpectedly and run out as soon as they see me and my dog chasing them and

telling me that oh sorry it's the wrong room something's wrong here invasion of privacy is key factor do not stay…
