This complaint is against the manager of Del Taco #714 my order was wrong and my husband returned it, he was treated rudely and thrown with the order and credit card instead of handing them. Should I mention he is African American and the Manager is Mexican American as myself.

I went thru the drive-thru at 11:40pm on Thursday night and ordered 2 Del Taco taco's, 6 snack soft taco's and a large chocolate shake. It was terrible! The Del Taco's were only 1/2 full, the hard shells were chewy and the tomatoes were soggy and rubbery. the snack taco's were rolled like taquito's and the soft shells were all hard, horrible food. the girl was friendly and I think there was only 2 people working at the time, with 4-5 cars in the drive-thru and it took a while to get the food. It was the WORST food I've experienced in a long time and I can't believe it came from Del Taco. I'm not going back there again and I use to eat there at least once a week. I use to love Del Taco, but the prices we have to pay these days; well I won't waste it there anymore.

Been ordering there for years. Obviously we all experience the fact that these places are making smaller and crappier quality food and giving us the same price, however, Del Taco isn't even hiding it anymore.
Ordered a Bacon Double Del, got it home, and when I opened it, I was greeted with not bacon, but bacon bits. The little things that people use on their salad. I went and confirmed it with a few people online and many are mad about this. These bacon bits are tough, salty as hell (more than normal bacon) and just leave this gritty taste in your mouth.

The manager and a couple of the workers are angry people and are always looking for reasons to be angry. There used to be tons of mistakes and they have gotten better. The side hostility is pretty uncomfortable. I can see why theres so much turn around.

Very disappointed that you don’t have your lobby’s open yet. I know it’s hard to get people to work, but other places are managing to open their lobbies now for business. The Del taco on Euclid in Anaheim is bad and getting worse. For the last couple years has been going down. Many times I’ve meant to complain. Today is it. The order took extremely long to get . I ordered a tostada the kid handed it to me in a way that everything fell off.
The tortilla was broken and stale. It was almost rubbery. The tortillas on the soft taco and burrito were also stale. The tostadas in general never have enough beans to cover the shell. You’re lucky to get a small pinch of cheese.

Worst lunch ever!
I’ve been a customer of Del Taco for over 30 years. Love the food! Today, however, I got my lunch in the Boise, Idaho location on Broadway. I ordered a number 1 combo meal, two tacos, with sour cream and an Epic guacamole burrito.
Only one taco had sour cream and three tomato bits. The Asada burrito was awful. The meat inside was BURNED and hard, and nasty.
I’m so disappointed and angry that lunch was essentially ruined. The fries were good and the patriotic lemonade was fun, but the rest has me thinking it will be awhile before I return.

May 18, 2023 I went into the Del Taco located 9906 Sierra Ave. Fontana CA 92335. I had just gotten off work and I was starving tired. I was with my brother Jaun. Well long story short they wouldn't open the restrooms so we can wash up before we ate, which was unusual to me.

Quality at local Del Taco has gone down over last year or two. The tomatoes taste weird, the cilantro is barely there and badly wilted, the food is room temperature or actually cold, the ingredients are not distributed along the taco, and today, I found an 8" dark brown/black hair in my taco. My hair is light gray and much longer, and besides, this hair was embedded in the food.
