My family and I were traveling on Friday, July 19th. When our plane was delayed 4 hours we asked the gate agent if we would miss our connecting flight to Honolulu. We were told that it would be delayed just as long and we would be able to continue our vacation.
When our flight cincinnati to Atlanta arrived in Atlanta, we found that our connector had left already. We asked for our checked luggage and was told it was expedited to Honolulu. We recieved a notice through the app that it did not fly to destination until the 20th.
We asked about options and were told there were no flights to our destination until Tues the 23rd and there were no flights back to Cincinnati until at least Monday eve. We got an uber went to a hotel. I made call after call trying to get help with any of the issues…
