My family and I were traveling on Friday, July 19th. When our plane was delayed 4 hours we asked the gate agent if we would miss our connecting flight to Honolulu. We were told that it would be delayed just as long and we would be able to continue our vacation.

When our flight cincinnati to Atlanta arrived in Atlanta, we found that our connector had left already. We asked for our checked luggage and was told it was expedited to Honolulu. We recieved a notice through the app that it did not fly to destination until the 20th.

We asked about options and were told there were no flights to our destination until Tues the 23rd and there were no flights back to Cincinnati until at least Monday eve. We got an uber went to a hotel. I made call after call trying to get help with any of the issues…

We made and paid for Delta Comfort reservations (Conf#JNQ3JY) on April 19, 2023 from Lex, Ky to Lihue,Kauai. We reserved seats 22AB on the outgoing Delta#837 Atl-Hon portion of the trip. Since then you have made MANY changes to this flight but are back to using the original Delta flight #837.

BUT we find now that we have lost those seats 22AB!! We're being told we can not have our original seats!! What's even worse, we are now left with no option but being separated in 2 different rows , with interior middle seats in the section of 4 in a row.!

Delta has been using our full payment since April, 2023, and taken away these seats. We have made this trip to Kauai MANY times with you. We booked this trip with you because we could get 2 seats on the side on the long flight from Atl-Hon.

I travelled to the USA using Delta Airlines from Nairobi Kenya to Raleigh Durham North Carolina via Paris France on Wednesday 9th August 2023 and I arrived afternoon of Thursday 19th August 2023. On arrival my luggage was missing, it did not arrive with me.

I waited its arrival in vain. reported in the office and I continued with my travel. twice twice, received a call of luggage delivery but it actually did not arrive. It arrived on Saturday at about noon but with broken leg or wheel and torn on top of it.

My husband Stanley Kaplan and I flew DL519 in first class seats 3A/B on Sept. 7, 2023 We flew DL323 in first class on Sept 11, 2023. 80 for each seat. We have never experienced such poor service and poor airplane accommodations- ever, and we travel a lot on other carriers.

Flight DL519: Wifi was totally broken, stewardess tried to "restart my entertainment screen but couldn't', food was not edible, freezing cold with no blankets, could not understand overhead announcements from stewardess or captain until the final one ready to land. Flight DL323: flight delayed 2 hours, one hour on board at gate, 3 hours on board on tarmac- it was weather related but not sure if any compensation.

Problems: This time, my entertainment screen was entirely broken- outlet for head phones broken, so 7 hours…

JFK Airport September 9 2023 staff for flight DL668 flight and many others were so unprofessional in how they went about communicating the flight status to the rude help desk that took 2 hours to get seen to the luggage line that took another 2 hours just to request my on bags and had the nerve to make it seem like we were the people that cause the airline to cancel… and a lot of people on my flight did not live in New York so

no hotel voucher or anything for the inconvenience is absolutely absurd I’m in the military and communication is key I will never fly with delta after this situation and how all the people were treated and I hope no one else does either .

Y’all should be ashamed of y’all self at delta JFK airport.

This NOT a complaint about Delta Airlines, but about one of your attendants at the Atlanta Terminal. His name (according to his tag) was_____Jones. He had an exceptionally long first name I couldn't spell, much less pronounce. A dark-haired, balding man in a suit & tie.

I paid for Comfort plus extra room on my flight from DCA to LA on 8/23.

Instead I received "Comfort Minus"

My aisle seat was compromised by an enormous passenger sitting in the middle seat who spilled over into y space such that I was pushed into the lateral half of my seat.

It was a very uncomfortable 5 hour flight.

The attendants should have seen my predicament and intervened.

Boarded a plane in Belgium, Brussels. Sat on the plane at the gate for 5 and a half hours.

Finally arrived at JFK airport, but missed the flight to Detroit. They put me up in a hotel for the night. Paid out of pocket 18 dollars for a meal, as well as 2 5 dollar tips to the taxi driver to and from the hotel, back to the airport.

On July 18 flight AZ 3356 operated by Delta MIA-JFK connecting with ITA Flight AZ 605 missed the connection due to weather and no gates available. Next flight available was July 19 at 8:15pm. We were given a hotel night at NY and vouchers for meals not accepted anywhere as they were via email. I missed my paid hotel in Milan for the night of July 19, my luggage did not arrive in Milan until July 21, had no clothes to wear for 2 days.

I asking compensation for hotel in Milan for July 19 not able to refund, for my lost luggage for two days, and all the inconvenience not able to use the meal vouchers.

I wish to complain about the extraordinarily rude and discriminatory treatment we are currently experiencing aboard flight DL 1554 from JFK to Atlanta. We are celebrating an anniversary to Joburg on Safari and the first leg of our trip was to board the plane and NOT be greeted by the most unpleasant miserable Flight Attendant in history.

Every unsolicited engagement with "Debra" is a sneer. She is unhelpful and nasty. She stands with her back facing the door and away from the other passengers. When I tried to stow my knapsack in the slim bin above our seats "Debra" very aggressively scoffed inpatiently and denanded to know what I was doing then told me it wasnt an overhead bin. I said ok.

Dl 0221 was delayed 30 minutes in Paris on 7/13/2023. I had a connecting flight in SLC DL 3980 at 2:26 pm 7/13/2023. The stewardess on flight 0221 told me my gates was B-3. So at 68 years old I ran through airport getting to B-3 just to find out my gate was B-7 which I ran to arriving at 2:17-2:18 the DL agent closed the door at 2:15 even though plane did not leave till 2:26 pm I feel there should be some compensation as none of this was my fault

Waited an hour for the customer service rep to answer. She was extremely rude. com” before she “accepted” my email. I told her there were two people traveling and I wanted to know if I could change only my destination.

I had a flight from Missoula Montana to Salt Lake City I had to share my seat with a very obese woman who overflowed from her seat directly onto mine. I had to have her leg sitting on my hip and leg and her arm on me the entire flight it was the most miserable flight I ever had. Delta needs to make sure if the armrest is not go down that the passenger needs to buy a second seat.

I did not fly Delta I do not fly Delta as I was treated rudely about 10 years ago. I fly the best Alaska air! Today I was checking my email I got a survey from Delta it looked like Delta but it wasn’t of course.

I wanted to let Delta know why I wasn’t flying and they offered a free gift … imagine that. I should’ve known better Delta would never do that they never do nice things for their customers so now my credit card is compromised.

I have to wait for a new credit card you need to step up and watch out for the scams because people will not fly Delta because you don’t care! So now you know and you can do something about it because more people like me will not fly Delta because they don’t care I think that should be your slogan fly Delta we don’t care!

Flight cancelled due to weather. March 26. (birmingham to Atlanta) Only one party of the group of 3 was rebooked for the following day - my husband who needed a wheel chair due to a recent stroke. obviously he could not travel alone.

00 US for first class.

Finally we were booked on a flight on the 28th at 6:45 am. This decision occured after a 2 hour wait on the line. I would so have appreciated some compassion and hopefully some compensation for incurred expenses.

I went to the service desk/check-in desk here at the Phoenix airport. The line was short, but took about a half hour to get through. When I got to my turn the attendant checked in my bag, charged me the fee, and gave me, what I thought was, a boarding pass.

Turns out it was a receipt for my checked bag and was printed on the exact same sheet as a boarding pass. I got to TSA. And they said it wasn’t a boarding pass and let me through anyways. They told me Delta can print one for me at the gate.

So I decided not to go back down and wait in line again to get a boarding pass. I assumed they checked me in to the flight at least. I located my flight and gate and went to wait as I was early (always am).

I didn’t see anyone at the desk so I just waited. When I looked again I saw a large line…

Delta Complaint case numbers: 06082321 and 06110969. Received response on 10/12/2022 for complaint case number 06082321 from Sadie Mckellar, Customer Care, Delta Airlines with only partial resolution of two $200 vouchers. She also told us that she requested a refund of the fare difference for the downgraded cabin on both tickets in her letter, stating that refund teams are currently working on a backlog and requests may exceed 30 days.

THAT WAS ALMOST 5 MONTHS AGO!! " This is unacceptable to take this long to resolve and our next step is to contact the Department of Transportation if these case #'s are not timely resolved now with the expected refund.

S. Bank flex perk card for many years, a personal card and another affiliated with my husbands business. Over the years we accumulated thousands of points with the goal of extensive travel in retirement. Today I was online looking for tickets to fly out to California in anticipation of a new grandchild arriving in April. S. bank.

I was told that back in September they had erased all these saved points! I was told by the bank it was because I had not used the flight points for too long of a time and they cleared out the account! S.

I took a flight on January 26th from Cedar rapids to Montgomery al with a layover in Atlanta Ga. My flight was delayed in Atlanta for about 20 minutes, then boarding started ,we sat on the plane about 10 minutes & the pilot comes on the pa & say the plane was half fueled & the cap was left off the tank.

My flight on 31JAN23 got delayed by 6hr and 35 minutes. When I come to the ticket counter at GulfPort airport raising my concern that I would miss my connecting flight to San Diego and that I need to be there before 2PM to pick up my relative from the hospital.

The agent snorted at me and said “ well you just need to make arrangement for your relative” That is the most rude and shitty thing to say for a customer service rep. Delta air counter agent display the same disinterest in helping or answering customer’s question or concerns at Atlanta airport also.

I will never book delta air again and will make sure my family and friend do too. Flight AA they have more respect for their customet

Flight 1261 from PBI to JFK on 1/29/23 was delayed over an hour. When on board, the interior was old and worn. The TV touch screen barely was functional, and there was no live TV service.

the worse of it was when we landed we had to wait for a gate..then they switched gates and we had to again wait for a ground crew. We finally arrived at the gate and were stuck on the aircraft for another 25 minutes waiting again for ground crew.

To add insult to injury, we parked at gate 53. I clocked it to ground transportation, and I walked 1.9 miles.

It’s only a 1 star review because that is the lowest I could give. Possibly the worst customer service in history.

Originally, I was scheduled on another airline, and I wish I would have stayed with that carrier. Paid 848.00 for a flight and my first flight was delayed so long I would have missed my connecting flight. I was told I wasn’t able to cancel my ticket and find a different carrier without losing my money. So I had to rent a hotel and a car, and fly out the following day having to reschedule the following days work.

When I contacted delta I was first informed nothing could be done until my original flight took off, so I waited. The following day I was then informed nothing could be done until the I landed. Ok cool.

I would like to bring attention to an issue on flight DL2486. My son Drake Werthman was returning to Ft.Benning GA, after holiday block leave to complete his ARMY training. He boarded the flight (in uniform) and took his assigned seat. A few minutes later another passenger said he was in his seat, so he got out of the seat and asked the flight attendant where he should sit. A flight delay from BWI to SLC Utah flight confirmation # HTCBGG DL817 flight DL3576 has caused a ripple effect where the Henderson party missed their connecting flight to Eugene OR and we were assured of getting our connecting flight. What’s disconcerting is we are a military family with disabled veterans & military wife who had to wait for our handicapped seats in order to get the connecting flight.

I want to share my experience with other people. It was the worst flight experience I have ever had. Stayed 7 hours in the airplane and then to be noticed the flight was canceled. Carry-on baggage had to do the gate check-in.

After the flight was canceled, we needed to wait for three more hours to get the baggage back, which means we cannot catch up another flight.

Finally had to give up waiting for the baggage and follow the baggage service center's advice to claim the baggage upon arrival at Delta baggage center. Went to the baggage service to claim the baggage and was told I have to claim with another airline since I finally took that one to the destination.

I would like to complain about paying for a seat and not given the right seat for my flight although I confirmed with agent twice. I was given a file number by Delta and up until now, I have done all the right things, called customer service to check on the update, nothing to tell me.

I have sent another compliant. The reason I am being adamant, the same problem happened to me earlier this year with seating problems. I didn’t have a copy of receipt so of course no refund as they couldn’t find anything in their records.

I am extremely exhausted - I need a refund on this portion of my leg!!!!!!

An employee changed my flight and gave me a standby flight free of charge. When I arrived at the airport I was not allowed to check in and try to get on a standby flight because it was not the day of my original flight.

The employee was apparently not supposed to do that and so the delta employee would not honor it nor would anyone I spoke to by phone or message on line. Due to this employee’s mistake I am at risk of loosing my job and my home.

I was told there is no one I can speak to in order to resolve this issue and that my only option is to make a complaint. I am stranded across the country with no where to go all because an employee changed my flight and then the others refused to honor it unless I paid over $900.

Purchased a first class round trip ticket and when the airplane reached cruising altitude and the cabin passengers were told it was fine to move around the cabin and release their seatbelts; it was only then, I realized that my 6foot 5 arthritic body with lower leg venous insufficiency would not be able to stretch out and unbend my legs and relieve pressure on my lower back because, THE SEAT WAS BROKEN and would NOT recline at all. Yesterday, Sept. 1st my husband and I went to the Crown Room before our flight. It was Concourse A up the escalator around 2:30 pm. I am a silver medallion member, sky miles member forever and been to all the clubs many times. I had no issue.

the machine would not take his sky miles card after we both tried. The African American employee with short hair and glasses sat and told us to come to her. She had already come over when we walked up. In my opinion when she saw we had issues she should have come to help.

She told me twice that he was using the wrong card which was incorrect and she was adamant about it even when I told her she was wrong. I did not get her name , but she needs additional training or a better customer service helping manner.

I did not leave with a WOW experience…

I am a Platinum member, my husband is Platinum/Million Miler, and my children are both Silver. We are very loyal Delta travelers and I’m writing to say I’m getting frustrated. Since November, I have been stranded in random cities overnight three times due to “mechanical issues” on your end. However, what happened to me coming home from Naples, Italy doesn’t even compare to the others. It was, without a doubt, the worst travel experience of my life. I am traveling from Pittsburg PA to Charleston South Carolina. I am on flight 2850. This flight is delayed due to not enough staff for the flight, which is ridiculous. I am not flying for vacation or heading home, inam racing the clock to say goodbye to my mom who is dying from cancer in the hospital.

I did not have a choice when I booked my flight this am or trust me I would have chosen any other airline other then Delta. Every time I have flown your Airline it has been a horrible experience. But this time it’s worse Because Iam in jeopardy of not being able to say goodbye to my Mom.
