I am a lawyer and State Representative from Kentucky. I live 3 miles from CVG. My daughter was married in Wyoming this past week. My family flew Delta. I had to return home early with one of my daughters because of other commitments. My wife, daughter, son in law, and two grandchildren are stranded. They were to fly from IDC-SLC-CVG. They were told the flight was delayed because Delta was waiting on equipment. I tried to rebook them so they could fly home when I did. I booked a flight on 6/22/22. I was told by the representative he was having trouble with his computer and asked me to give my credit card information again. Upon doing that when I hung up I checked my bank account and I see that I was double charged.

This puts me in a terrible position, being that I am a senior citizen and live off of my pension and social security. Now I’m told that the money will be refunded in 5-7 days, so am I suppose to tell my creditors to wait.

Now this will cause my account to be overdrawn. I think that Delta should be responsible for any fees and inconveniences I encounter because of their error.

June 16 my flight from LGA to Minneapolis was delayed from 10 am to 6pm to be canceled at the end.

First I received a voucher for $15 for food that was invalid. When I went to the Delta Sky Club the person working there was extremely rude and said that my American Express platinum was not accepted which is a lie.

When I asked her for Delta Customer Service desk she responded: “why should I know go and find it yourself “. Totally unprofessional, you dont treat customers like that. Unacceptable.

If I could give you 0 stars, I wouldn't even give you that. 22 at 8:10 am to get to CHS, SC at 10:15. 22 my flight was cancelled and I was rescheduled for a flight later in the evening 6:05 to 8 something. Fine!

They even upgraded my comfort class seat to first class. I booked my flight a day earlier than the event I needed to be at so I didn't mind to much, even though I would've preferred my original flight. So abiding by the rule of being to the airport 2 to 3 hours in advance, I take an $80 cab to the airport (I live in NYC, and Lyft at the time wanted $90).

I took Saturday off from work so I can take my son to the airport to catch his flight to providence. I booked a flight with Delta for a Wed 4/27/22 but needed to change it as an emergency happened. I wanted to change it for the very next day. Let's just say I was flying first class and had insurance protection.

After being on hold for over an hour, the customer service agent was rude and not very helpful and I was transferred to several different agents (still do not know why). When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told "the supervisor is going to tell you the same thing I am telling you".

I booked a flight on your airline to attends a funeral in Virginia. My trip started with leaving Cleveland Hopkins on April 8th with a connecting flight at LaGaudia Airport, then on to Northfolk. fine no issue. It was not until I landed at LaGuaraudia that the nightmare started.

Poor customer service at airport in St paul, MN. I traveled to Bogota Colombia on February 16, 2022, when I arrived at the airport and presented my US passport to the woman at the counter without looking at the passport she asked me for a permanent resident card.

I explained I was an american citizen since 1986, she then asked me if I had completed all the forms to enter the country. I explained I have a dual citizenship and didn't need to fill any forms, all I needed was my vaccination card.

We missed our connecting flight to Boston from JFK (DL1194) on 3/17/2022 that originated from Bermuda (DL616)which was delayed due to mechanical issue. We were told by the pilot that the connecting flight to Boston would be held up so that we could make the flight.

When we landed we were told by the wheelchair assistant (which my husband needs due to stage 4 cancer) "that they don't hold flights". We also discovered that there were no more flights to Boston until the next day and that we would need to stay in a hotel overnight.

I had recently tried to purchase a ticket thru your app for international ticket to Rome. At the end of the transaction I went to purchase my ticket to complete it. The transaction had taken the money out of my account but I had NO Ticket.

After calling delta and waiting 2 hours they told me there was nothing that they could do because there was no reference # from my bank and they said it needed to fall off my bank account. At this point I’m very upset with your customer service for not even apologizing or offering a solution.

Meanwhile I have to wait at least 10 days for this to happen with my bank. I’ve been a long time customer with delta and this is not acceptable!!

I arrived two hours prior to departure on Delta Tampa to Salt Lake City on 2/25 and waited one hour and twenty five minutes to check my bags Then they did not include my global entry Number so I arrived at the gate five minutes before departure ( the pilot was nice enough to hold the door) There were five other passengers all rudely greeted by your gate agent telling us WE were lucky! On Dec 29 Our connecting flight DL2621 was late arriving into Minneapolis and I had 27 minutes to run to gate C18 for my flight to Nashville #Dl3546 The flight attendant called ahead to the gate agent to let them know we are coming! I got to the gate C18 to watch the gate agent Rosemary print out a standby ticket with my seat and handed it to the woman in front of me!

Before our flight even left the terminal flight attendants were borderline harassing passengers over the intercom about overhead luggage and face masks! At minimum, they were down right rude threatening to remove passengers or their luggage. They were however proud to announce that all three of them were LA based flight attendants (of course)!

My 8:30 flight boards at 8pm. Plane is at the gate, it's 8pm and nothing. There's no one at the counter and no update on the board, it says "on time."

At 8:16 the counter rep shows up to inform us that they diverted our crew and they were trying to find another one. What?! Forty -five minutes later we board and start to taxi but, a lightning storm hits and now it's another hour wait.

I filed a complaint with the BBB since I arrived at the hotel after 2AM due to their negligence and had to speak at an event at 8am the next day.

Their response? They blamed the lightning (that started at 9:05) when we should have left at 8:30. had they NOT diverted our crew. The pilot said "if we only left 20 minutes earlier..."

On May 18th, I contacted Delta Airlines to request a refund for a flight ( conf# #GSB46D) that I could no longer take due to a canceled cruise. I was advised by three different agents that in order to receive a $486 refund, I would need to go to the store and purchase gift cards to pay for a promotional (dummie) reservation and then get the full refund back.

The agent canceled my flight reservation, sent me an email confirming the reservation which looked legit. I bought the gift cards (totaling $1086) after much hesitation- but was assured that this is the only way that I could get the refund.

My wife and I were flying Delta airlines flight #1252 out of Atlanta, on February 15 2020, this trip began in Tampa, changing planes in Atlanta, then on to Sacramento California, the flight out of Tampa was flight #2912.

It is the flight out of Atlanta #1252 that is my complaint, about one hour out of Atlanta the pilot announced that the plane was experiencing a mechanical problem, the flight was diverted to Memphis, where the problem was worked on while the passengers remained on the plane, until it was determined that the passengers needed to deplane taking all of their carry on luggage.

This is not directed against Delta per se but involves check-in at Delta security. My daughter , who is autistic, and I arrived 21/2 hours early due to loss of my daughters ID card at home in Tampa. I called Delta before we left for NYC.

I also checked with TSA to make sure I did all I needed to do. I had her prescriptions, mail with her name and address. I also brought a certified copy of a judges order that declared me as my daughters legal guardian with both our names and same address on it.

My fiancée Kay Wilkerson and I traveled to Aruba on June 6 and our flights there were pleasant. We had an enjoyable time during our vacation and set off to head back home on June 13. This is when our trip took a turn for the worse.

It began at the airport in Aruba. The bay personale was late, delaying boarding and depature. We arrived at MKE at 3:30 am Monday June 10 for a 5:25 departure, looking to hook up at a flight out of DTW. Our MKE flight was delayed 35 minutes because of an apparent smoke alarm alert in a restroom.

We were held like cattle in this plane until a maintenance person came to repair the alert. We then arrived at Gate 20 in DTW Looking desperately to find our gate we found we need to be at gate 76.

Thats a very long trek for us. We did hustle and made it to gate 76, 10 minutes before departure with our tickets in hand. What is the FAA regulation regarding the amount of baggage passengers are permitted to bring on the aircraft? Who is monitoring the baggage being brought on the aircraft. I am seeing passengers bringing large suitcases, more than one, along with a backpacks on board.

I thought the rule was one regulation size bag, and one that fits under the seat in front of you(which does not allow a large bag, as space is limited) Why is this being allowed? It is not only dangerous but inconvenient to other passengers who follow the rules.

I realize Delta is reducing the number of baggage handlers to cut cost and penalizing passengers who check their bag. Poor policy. Start charging for bringing bags on board! I will follow this with a written complaint to your CEO, and a letter to the FAA regarding…

On May 23, I flew from MSP to SFO on Flight 613. We sat on the tarmac for 60 minutes before we were able to arrive at a gate. Then finally after deplaning I had to wait 30 minutes before my priority bag arrived at baggage claim.

Many other suitcases from our flight arrived way before my bag. Due to my ninety minute Delta delay, the drive to Napa Valley increased by 90 minutes. It went from an hour drive to 2 1/2 hours! It was a domino effect of lateness due to Delta!

A on May 16,2019 Due to flight delays in Detroit, and fort Lauderdale my luggage was left in Atlanta for my trip I was upset to the point of my illness Guillian- Barr flaring up. I had to take more medication.

The stress of having to return to the airport to pick up my luggage. I was attending the wedding of my daughter. 00 US funds because we were informed that my luggage was going to be there in punta cana DR I didn't get my luggage until my son returned on Sunday.

5/12/2019, flight1690, ATL to BDL with wheelchair assistance arrived 2hrs before flight time; taken from the door to holding area. I waited with many other passengers to be taken to the gate. there was much complaining about the long wait and the need to get to the restrooms from other passengers. after about 45 minutes I asked when I would be taken to the gate, 'Before my flight', was the reply. Everything was awful. Flew first class. Starving when we landed. Couldn’t sleep or work because flight attendants talked constantly and loudly. I know all about one of heir dogs, their nails and unfortunately their personal lives. Bad enough when people near you talk loudly but worse when it is flight attendants who can’t shut up and don’t do their jobs.

Wiring at baggage claim for over half an hour now and the flight landed at a different terminal then our departure so we have to take the air train. No notice of that when we booked tickets.

All in all, awful. Tell your staff to gossip after they land. We don’t want to hear it.

Flying someone else next time, even if it is indirect.

This was a form of torture.

Wish Ivcould rate it a zero but you don’t give that option.

I purchased 6 tickets to Hawaii Jan. 3, 2019, paid a premium price for just one layover in Atlanta, did this with a Delta Agent by phone. Picked flights, layover time, connecting flights to destination and got seat assignments in the comfort section that we wanted.

Received confirmation #GJRHLL by email within minutes of making reservations.

First flight update came in Jan. 19, 2019 with just a few minutes changed on flight times. April 22 while discussing trip with family I looked up flight info under MY TRIPS on Delta app. and I noticed that our connecting flight had been changed to two layovers and our layover time in Atlanta had been cut substantially.

I tired to cancel a fight today April 17. The guys name was Alex Jones. I called him at the phone number 833 789 8999. He said I couldn't get a refund because it was a special flight. Then he offered a plan by buying Google Play card and getting my refund that way. After 1500 dollars and no refund I a emailing you because this seems like a scam. Delta reservation credit #GQRIMS Credit voucher for 2 people round trip: 0062328779240 and 41 0062197429559 and 60 When we cancelled the original trip that cost $1392, we were promiised (after a penalty of $505!!!) a credit of $887, to be used ybtil 8/23/19, a, year after the original booking. But when we tried to use it, it has shrunked to 2X$173, to be used until 6/13/19!!!. Can you help?!?!

Re Confirmation # H5RF89: On Monday, April 8, 2019, at approximately 5 PM EST, my son-in-law, Fred Pomerantz, and I, spoke with a Delta agent by phone to purchase a ticket for me and my brother, William Last, to fly on DAL 816 from LAX to JFK on Wednesday, April 10, 2019.

First thing we flew into Atlanta from Charlotte on American transferred to Delta said we didn't,t have tickets confirmed so they put us on standby for a 4:54 flight we missed that one they said we will roll it over to the 6:45 plane got there they said there was no standbys for that flight we were told that no one rolled over our standby finally they put us on that flight. So when we get to Salt Lake they couldn,t find our luggage they found it was cracked in the front and the wheel was busted off is there something you can help me with or next time I will change Airlines Thanks

On Feb 20th my flight from Chattanooga was delayed, for about 2hrs due to weather. I asked gate attendant warring all red if the flight connecting to Little Rock would still be there and I was told yes "no flight have gone out all are delayed".

When I got to Atlanta I found that the flight had already left and I ended up spending the night in the airport. I had a 7:30am apt with my Dad at the “Carti Cancer center “ that I was unable to make due to choices made for me by the airline.

If I would have been told before leaving Chattanooga I could have rented a car and still made the apt. As a sky miles member I did not feel that I was properly informed by the attendant and I was not communicated to truthfully.
