I booked a trip and two months prior I needed to cancel. I was told my "over a thousand dollar" airline ticket purchase is nonrefundable. I wasn't told my ticket was nonrefundable when I went to cancel. This is very poor business practice.
I am very upset to lose over a thousand dollars. I will no longer be using Delta Airlines. I will be telling all my family and friends to not book with Delta Airlines. I personally feel betrayed and also feel like I have been robbed of my money.
You can bet my congress person(s) will be contacted with this complaint!
