I booked a trip and two months prior I needed to cancel. I was told my "over a thousand dollar" airline ticket purchase is nonrefundable. I wasn't told my ticket was nonrefundable when I went to cancel. This is very poor business practice.

I am very upset to lose over a thousand dollars. I will no longer be using Delta Airlines. I will be telling all my family and friends to not book with Delta Airlines. I personally feel betrayed and also feel like I have been robbed of my money.

You can bet my congress person(s) will be contacted with this complaint!

Hi there,

I am emailing in regards to the internet service I purchased while en route to Detroit yesterday evening from Seattle. Unfortunately, the flight experienced technical issues and the wifi service I purchased was extremely slow making it impossible for me to get anything down. I am requesting a refund for the $20 Wifi service I was unable to properly use.

Poorer than poor customer service. Absolutely no concern for customers and agents taking no responsibility for flight delays due to Delta. Recommending to my company to not use Delta for corporate travel. Flight scheduled Memphis-Atlanta-Greensboro the morning of Mar 19, 2019 with return at 6:30pm, same day, from Greensboro was delayed on the return with obvious mechanical failure.

As I sat in the airport I was concerned that I would miss my connection. Not one gate agent offered to assist or even suggest we call Delta. When I finally realized I had to call, I had my partner call from home.

She spoke with Delta agent Ivy offered to accommodate me and told her she had re-booked me on Flt 1958 (Atlanta/Memphis) on last seat out but not to worry, it was done. When my partner asked to speak…

I took DL1547 from MPLS to Madison today and had person sitting in the window seat who was large enough that he took up a third of my seat, forcing me to take some of my wife's aisle seat. My seat was 28E. Very uncomfortable, even though I put down the armrest between us. Is there compensation for this?

I have reservations for first class on March 30, 2019. My brother just passed away and I tried to change my flight to January 14, and I was told by representative, who didn't speak English clearly. I did understand that the reservation I already have I lose the money.

That is completely unsatisfactory this is really messed up. I am a 100 % disabled veteran from Vietnam and I thought that I would be treated like a human being by Delta. I obviously am not, I will never fly Delta again. My confirmation # HQOD3Z

I filed a complaint concerning Delta switching my flight without notification. They said I was sent a email. I never received it. They switched my flight I made 6 months in advance for 11:15 to a 6 AM flight. when I arrived Delta said my flight was at 6.

I had my confirmation for the 11:15 flight. They said that was full and booked me on a 8 PM flight. We went upstairs and twaited. When the flight we were to leave on begain to board they took 3 stand bys.

Whey did we not receive the stand by flight. The person I spoie to said I should have ask when I was there. Knowone told me and they should have put me on stand by. They finial did come and tell me I could get on the 6 PM flight but still had a delay in Atlanta.

Got home at 10:15 PM. I have vision problems and had to drive at night.…

I was on Delta flight 2426 from New Orleans on Nov 23, 2018 to Atlanta, Georgia. The flight landed on time, but it took me 1 1/2 for my luggage to come up. It was several travelers waiting on luggage from this flight. The employee was very nasty toward us. I will not fly Delta again. I'm also a Sky miles Amex and TSA Pre Check. I normally flight Southwest and never had any problems with the employees or my luggage.

I bought a ticket to Atlanta on flight Dl 2035 tus,512pm arrive in Atlanta at 845pm my baggage was not on that flight I went to the lost and found dept I was told to leave a phone number and address and some one would deliver my baggage to the address where I was visiting.

I was there in Atlanta because my daughter was having a operation,( my baggage never arrived) I had to get my daughter to drive from Kennsaw Georgia to delta air-line to get my belonging. I had to pay )2) two hour parking.

when we got back to kennsaw, visiting hour was over, I had to wear my same cloth for (24) twenty hours. (THANKS FOR NOTHING) EDWARD

We have a party of five flying to Seattle. m. m. and we are still here. This is unacceptable! I'm a 65 year old woman and have been around the block a few times but this is completely unacceptable. m. m.

we were told we had to disembark and it will only be a few minutes until we board again. You can see that did not happen. As the day progressed, we received several announcements saying we would board maybe and that never happened.

Announcement did Ashley say maybe, what do they need It Is by maybe? Several of our party received texts offering to pay us to not get on the flight. I am visiting my brother in Montana that has cancer and looked forward to this trip for several weeks.

My family and I had a delta flight on August 11, 2018 flight #2324 from New York, JFK to Ft Lauderdale, Fl. Our departure time was suppose to be 8:05am we got to the airport at 6:00am and was not notify prior to our arrival that the flight would be over three hours delay.

We traveled on Delta airlines out of Atlanta to Munich and then Croatia airlines to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Hercegovina. Our Delta experience was very nice until we unpacked our bags the following day after we arrived home. Our two suitcases were wet and many of our clothing, including a new book (a gift for someone) were wet.

It was wet several layers down. It was raining quite hard in Atlanta and it is as if the suitcases were left in the rain. I do not find this acceptable that someones belongings would arrive wet. Everything else was a good experience.

Carolina. Friday 27th flight boared at 6:ooam for Atlanta then Portland Oregon on to Redmond Oregon. When I got home I unpacked. and several things missing out of suitcase. shave kit, coffee cup I bought in S. Carolina, coin collection.

I was scheduled to fly home from Portland, OR. on Monday July 9th on flight DL1142. It was scheduled to board at 5;55 so I was driven to the airport by my son and arrived about an hour and 45 minutes early.

I checked my bag and went through security. I received notice that my flight would be late, No big deal. GREAT, I was supposed to be at work the next morning. I called Delta booking to see what I could do and was able to get a later flight to Salt Lake.

I was told to see the ticket agent for a hotel voucher. I got back in line and waited to talk to the agent at the gate. I waited about a half and hour. When I got up to the counter, the agent rudely said "you'll have to go somewhere else, I've got an incoming flight to deal with" Obviously he could have said something before I waited…

our flight from las Vegas to Minneapolis was changed on June 28. Flight was delta 2051 to arrive in Minneapolis at 9;25 p. m. and to fly to Rhinelander Wi and arrive in Rhinelander Wi at 10;52, needless to say our flight to Rhinelander was already gone by the time we arrived in Minneapolis.

You got us a room, but the next day the flight to Rhinelander was fully booked so we had to go to Mosinee Wi. CWA airport. From there we had to get somebody to pick us up to go to Rhinelander Wi costing us 100 dollars and missing a doctor's appointment.

we also checked our bags in both going to Vegas and back to Minneapolis, when we were at the boarding area they were checking bags at no cost. We feel we got taken advantage of for another 100 dollars.

On 6/27/18 I received a text stating "That a Delta Waiver has been issued due to weather that may effect your travel" I called to Delta to understand what I needed to do and was told that flight 453 that I was booked on for 6/28 would be cancelled due to storms at JFK.

They suggested that I leave Santo Domingo on 6/27 instead of 6/28.

However, I was charged a $200 change fee? They also said I would need to check in at the airport. When I arrived at the airport with no luggage to check I was told that since I was 59 minutes before take off they could not check me in (I waited almost 30 minutes in line because they were not aduquately staffed).

My friends and I were in wine country, CA. We were scheduled to fly home Monday, June 25th. 3 of us had bought the 4th friend's ticket for her due to her financial situation. She had purchased insurance on the ticket due to her brother's health situation. Early morning onJune 25th she got a phone call that her brother would most likely not last through the day. As we were not scheduled to fly out until 5:40 PM, she called and was told (after many tears and arguments) that she would be charged $2000.00 from San Francisco to Tampa, through Atlanta!!!! Myself, husband, mother, and daughter just returned from a vacation in Hawaii via Delta. The flight home left quite a bit to be desired. We planned carefully so we had no checked luggage to avoid the over the top fees and aggravation of dealing with luggage claim at the airports.

The last leg of our flight from LAX to MSP we were forced to check our carry on roller bags as staff said the overheads would be full. M. is exactly what we were trying to avoid! It appears Delta has NO clue how to figure out the carry on baggage situation depending on how many 'customers' are on a flight and how much carry on is allowed. Pathetic!

I realize the snow and ice caused a LOT of problems.

HOWEVER, on 1/17/2018, you canceled my sister's flight (2488), while on the MLB tarmac after delaying it almost two hours due to the weather etc. , and catch the flight out the next day. This all happened AFTER her flight 729/2488 was canceled on Tuesday (1/16/2018).

She WAS NOT placed on any standby or the next flight out #699 which was still sitting in ATL waiting for delayed take-off to HOU. She arrived at ATL while #699 was still at the ATL gate. If I could rate a 0 I would. I travelled from Nashville to Detroit to Akron Canton on Dec 18th ticket 1 0067069549736 3 Because the airport in Atlanta was shut down the Delta flights in Detroit were delayed. No one seemed to know what to do and could give me any guidance.

My flight home was delayed numerous times and I was home a whole day late and missed work and a days compensation. They would not pay for a rental car so I could drive home 4 hours and make it to work.

I have a bad hip and no one offered assistance to get from gate to gate and to a hotel at 2am in the morning. The representatives at Delta in Detroit were rude and no help. I've tried to call the number on a card a rep from Delta in Detroit gave me for compensation for my trouble or a travel voucher and no one will help…

I am NOT a frenquent flyer, I am 70yrs old, checked my send bag for $25 dollars then asked where to go she said Section C4, I MISSED THE PLANE BECAUSE NO ONE TOLD ME IT WAS CHANGED TO SECTION C8. Then I had to pay $75 to go on ANOTHER PLANE hours later!

The girl never gave me back my original ticket with my LUGGAGE PICKUP TAG!!!!! She was so RUDE I guess she tore it up!!!!!!! So my luggage went to Minnesota hours before me then I DID NOT HAVE A CLAIM TAG AND COULDN'T GET MY LUGGAGE!

But 1st, the plane was still there for 15minutes it was sitting out the window, but she would not let me on my original plane and I had to pay $75 she said to get another TICKET!!! The girl was so rude and ignorant to me she made me cry!!!!!

The bursar Marguarite on flight 226 from glasgow to NY on august 18,2017 I am a senior citizen, retired BS RN, and this person was absolutely the worst person I have ever encountered on any flight. My wife and I had reservations to fly round trip from Houston, TX., to Providence, R.I., on a combination of Delta and AA., on Sept 14.

Due to Hurricane Harvey, our house was flooded and we had to cancel the trip. Travelocity tells us that Delta will not refund any money, even in the wake of this national disaster. They did offer us a credit for one year, however, there is an additional $200 charge, per person, per flight, plus any fare increases.

Are you serious ?

Is Delta really punishing their customers with additional charges rather than taking the high road by offering refunds ?

At your curbside baggage/check in counter this morning, after they checked in my bag and went to hand me my boarding pass, he held it tight in his hand whereas not to allow me to take it at first, and said to me instead " we work for tips" with a unprofessional/rude attitude.

Flew on DL1447 6 am departure time. Waited on bag drop line for total of 25 minutes. Bag drop agents were having personal conversation in between customers. This was the cause of delay in time. Agent ( Asian female) did not display her name tag. It was tucked in apron. Would not give her name after patrons started complaining that she was not working but talking to her fellow associated.

She was very upset and yelled out to the customers " if your not in a good mood step off the line". She was completely unprofessional. She was upset after the patrons complained. Started throwing out bags on the belt. My bag is now cracked because your employee threw my bag on the belt. I would like to be compensated. She should not be in customer service.

On June 23 we booked a flight from MSP to LAX FLIGHT DL311, Ticket # 0062342036338 and # 0062342036337 Seats: First Class 1A and 1B. Well, Seat # 1 A-- Aisle seat was like sitting in the kitchen..as the seat is virtually ..looking directly into the kitchen where the crew was serving the guests.

My legs are long and I basically reached into their area..It was unbelievable that as a First Class paying customer I had to sit there for 3 1/2 hours upon arriving in LA.We fly quite often to other cities in the USA including Europe. There was no other seat available so I had to sit there uncomfortably for all these hours. By the way the food was unacceptable and the flight for me was torture. Delta Airline should assure each passenger a secure and comfortably seat on any of their Airplanes.

We requested wheelchair assistance for my mum for domestic flight. But we did not get any assistance for that service. She supposed to landed designated location at 8:30 Pm but because of the delay she landed at 2:00Am in the morning.

The first flight was delayed and she missed her next flight. Due to communication issue she was instructed to board at the wrong gate but graciously we asked one of the lady next to her and she directed us to the right gate The customer service is really bad and

April 15th / Delta Flight 5200 / Taking off at 7:15 A. M. On our arrival to Cleveland Airport, we found our flight to be delayed to mechanical problems. Flight wouldn't take off until 9:15 or 2 hours later, making us miss the connecting flight. The airline put us on another flight to Atlanta 2 ours later. (11:15 A.M.) We then went to Mexico City and then on to Puerto Vallarta. arriving after midnight. By the time we took a taxi to our resort, we got in after 1 A.M. in the morning. We got up at 3 A.M. to get our 7:15 flight which would put us into Puerto Vallarta at 2: 30 in the afternoon. We spent practically a whole day in airports. A whole day was wasted from our vacation.

Flight number DL 4242 on the 8th of April 2016 from JFK airport to YYZ. The flight was scheduled for 8:56pm. My husband and I were held waiting till midnight waiting for a pilot who never came and after that we had to talk our way to be rescheduled on another flight.

We had to fight for everything. We had an important appointment to the doctor the next day and we arrived very tired because we could not sleep. We book this flight to arrive to Toronto the night before and have a good night sleep But instead of Delta rescheduling all the passengers the next morning and offer to have us sleep at a hotel and

bring us back to the airport the next morning, we were given the run around and made wait until it was too late to even think to go sleep some place. We ended up at Laguardia airport…

I had a Delta Airline flight out of West Palm Fla 5:52p dep to Atlanta on Thurs March 24. I think it was flight 1431 to Atlanta n from Atlanta to Syracuse NY dep 9:01p Fl# 1702 confirmation # HZTZIX. Needless to say it was by far the worse flying experience I hope to ever have. The flight from West Palm was originally delayed to 6pm my understanding is prior to departure Atlanta airport was already closed.

Delta departed West Palm n from early ascent conditions were turbulent as was the majority of the flight . At one point water was spilled all over me I asked 2 different stewardess for a paper towel to clean it up when things calmed I finally had to get up and get my own paper towels Ii was soaked from the water spill. Me and my wife arrived at the airport 3 hrs early from Pit to NYC checked in and got boarding passes. The said to go to gate D80 I went to D80 over an hr early. They keep announcing not enough room for carry on luggage need people to check it in. Then they said everyone sing happy birthday to a delta employee! Mean while take off is coming and still no boarding. I went to supervisor and she had bad attitude and said they changed gates two hrs ago and I missed my flight.

She said oh well everyone else heard it but you. Never announced our names or anything. Missed an important and expensive conference. The got us out on a later flight to a different airport. I and a friend of mine flew to MAUI about two weeks ago on different flights to meet at 9:30 PM at OGG....His flight was canceled because air plane problems or should I say replaced at LAX.... The 2nd plane was brought in a loaded then it developed a hydraulic problem and a pump had to be replaced..... By the time they go to OGG and he go his luggage it was 1:00AM Now we had to find our place to stay. It was no longer open and no other place was either.....

About 3:00 in the morning we decided to sleep in a parking lot at OGG... By the time we found a bed I had been up for 36 hrs..... i have reported this to DELTA twice at their complaint dept and I don't know why they have one because I have heard nothing. Maybe some one from DELTA reads this and can answer me...

Delta has consistently provided poor customer service, today in Boston after being delayed for 4 hours for a 30 minute flight I was actually told by the Delta Red Coat I should have taken Amtrak! Delta then cancelled. My flight so I bought an American ticket because Delta wanted to put me on a flight at 9pm which would have been. 6 hour delay, so much for Chuck Schumer's passenger bill of rights. Delta is dreadful, Richard Anderson their CEO is a poor excuse of a leader as his employees have no desire to service their customers!

Our flight delta 4686 on jan 14th was cancelled due to mechanical problems. Without asking us, we were automatically rebooked for the next day, so we had to lug our luggage out & make a fairly long drive home & return the following day.

Lots of standing in line time later, we were given the absolute worst seats against the bathrooms. I feel we deserve some compensation for our inconvenience. We have been loyal customers.

Flight DL 861 was scheduled to depart from Fargo to Minneapolis Tuesday December 29th 2015 at 6:45 am. I purchased three first class tickets on this flight for $1121.60 each, totaling $3364.80. This was the first leg of a trip to San Francisco. Our next flight DL 2305 was scheduled to depart for San Francisco at 9:15 am. We were aware of heavy holiday travel and weather conditions. We arrived 2.5 hours before departure as advised. We waited in a very long TSA line and still boarded the plane 20 minutes prior to departure.

My wife and I were delayed at Gulfport airport, in May, the beginning of our journey to the UK 9 hours missing our connection on a Virgin Atlantic flight to Manchester in Atlanta, Gulfport, Atlanta is a 55 minute flight. ( by road about 5 hours) We did arrive early to ensure we would be checked in well before the schedule departure.

The Delta flight was continually delayed due to a cargo door problem they could not fix. They finally sent a plane from Atlanta at 9 pm which was further delayed in Gulfport as the plane was to small to carry the number of passengers who were trying to connect to Atlanta! My wife and I were on Delta 5463 on December 29, the new, twice-weekly service from Atlanta to Marsh Harbour, Bahamas. Basically Delta staff were friendly but clueless. "What is Marsh Harbour?" the Atlanta gate agent asked me. It was an omen. There were insufficient Bahamas customs forms on the plane. Drink service was so slow we were served only as the plane landed. Five requests to a flight attendant to warm up the cabin a bit went unanswered. Then our bags were delayed for 36 hours. We were told they sat on a cart next to our flight from Atlanta as the flight departed.

I had no satisfaction from Delta baggage agents over the phone. One agent told me my bags would be returned to Atlanta. I told him we were in the Bahamas. Another agent suggested I see a doctor when I said one lost bag…

But really didn't have a good flight with this airlines delayed for 6hrs missed a wedding rehearsal lost our luggage and this is all we get for the horrible day we had. 30 and instead landed at 330 then go to baggage and find out it went to Carolina.

Which i had no coat and no change of clothes and never arrived to our Hotel until 630 that night. Really will never fly Delta again. 37 Plus we were there an 1hr1/2 before time so tell me do you think fifty dollars is enough for all that aggravation.

I am sure you would of been expecting a lot more please get back to me with a response from corporate.
