This was the worst food ever I order blt with crisp bacon the bacon was not crisp and no mayo and lettus was brown and we also got boy Buber with bacon mustard and of corse no bacon and no mustard this is not at all what I wanted

On 07/24/2023 my wife and I had poor service and horrible food. The guy who said he was the manager name Ty sat us down then he pulled chair up sat down and took our order. Left our table then went and got a drink for himself and drunk it waiting on customers.

Ordered Togo and they forgot all of our pancakes

I stopped at this truck stop because it had a Denny's. I placed an order for a build your own Burger. With Swiss Cheese. They took forever to get my order to me. And it was wrong, they took it back to fix it.

When they bought it back out, it still was the wrong order. And they had the nerve to put the fries back in the oil instead of making new fries. Needless to say, I ran out of time and I had to get back on the road so no dinner for me.. store 8583

Dennys in Ashland is awful food was cold thru it and it tasted awful! I’m still hungry leaving after having to pay forty bucks for some heated up trash! There was multiple ppl in the kitchen and was running the only girl there was to death while the rest chit chatted awful experience wouldn’t recommend it!

I've been coming to dennys for some time and the past 2 weeks I've had the misfortune of getting a waitress named Stacy in the back room. The 1st week she was so rude and swore at a customer. The 2nd week again she was rude.

I asked for some more things for us to eat our food and she had the worse attitude and just walked away and never came back. If I get her one more time I will take my business to perkins

Went to Denny’s in San Luis Obispo near madona lane. Almost done with our food when our daughter noticed there was a worm in one of the napkins. Waitress played it off and was joking about it. We still payed for the food which I felt we should have not paid anything, never has this happened to us when going out to eat felt sick to My stomach wondering what else was in our food.

Waitress never apologized for the incident. Still unsure if we will ever eat at a Denny’s restaurant again.

Lady took order. Ordered breakfast without cheese or sauces. Waitress brought food with sauce on it. I was told no white bread for toast. She offered wheat bread. I told her wheat was okay. Never came back till she brought the bill.

I ask her about the toast. She said they had no bread for toast. Never refilled my coffee. When I paid, the lady said I didn’t give her my AARP card soon enough to give us a discount. I ask her to take off for the toast, I didn’t get get.

She said she did not have the authority to take anything off.

I ordered 3 dinner plates and travelled 6 miles to get the order. I came back home and opened the food to see all the 3 dippings are missed. Dips are important to eat chicken. And we didn’t have ranch at home to adjust with it.

It was not a pleasant experience.

I put an order in for delivery 2 hours later it’s still not delivered. I call the restaurant to find out what’s going on and they hang up on me.

Shortly after arrival to restaurant which my family has been going to for the last 15 years where the service hasn't always been great but at times it can be overlooked. Another long wait before we were able to get our server to come back to our table at this point food is already cold .

When we asked about our missing items ,Tracy our server informed us their delivery food truck was late and there was no butter for our pancakes,she apologized and said as soon as the butter arrived we would get fresh hot pancakes, so another 15 minutes later we asked about the soup and were told there was no potatoe soup at this point we asked to talk to manager and what he told us was he could give us a discount so

Hi - I wish to complain despite numerous calls made to your location at 8487 120st delta BC Canada - ph 604-5901717. I own an apartment across this location and complained many times about staff being lazy and not closing / locking all garbage bins at the end of the night.

The issue is there are so many rat infestation due to garbage being exposed and it has reached a point where rats not mice are invading our neighbourhood and this matter could have been resolved if employees follow the protocol. We went to Denny's today, June 13,2023. The dining area was mostly empty, only had about 4 tables with a few people at each. Granted the wait was long, but luckily we were not on a schedule for our day. One gentleman gave up, walking up to the staff and interrupting their loud discussion of a video game and left. The worst, and most appalling, incident was a staff member, a young lady, going up to a table and loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear, announce that the young girl sitting with her family, did NOT flush the toilet OR wash her hands. Seriously?!?!?! I feel for the mortification of the child as well as the family. It is beyond words this happened.

We received our food after waiting 20 min to order and never seen our server again. Someone else delivered our food and didn’t get drink refits or boxes or our check even. We had to go get our own boxes and just stood at the cashier for 10 min before we were ever acknowledged to get our check.

When paying the other server informed us that the person who waited on us was the store manger and told us how bad that store is being ran. That’s terrible that your employees think the manager is horrible at his job.

Tho 2 servers that were there were running around like crazy I felt so bad for them! We are residents of Branson but will prob never come back. We also paid over $50 and didn’t even receive a receipt because they didn’t know where to find new paper for their machine.

The Cashier was very rude called me the B …. , I didnt see the receipt given . So I went in the store to ask for a receipt after my Grand daughter had come back to the car .

We called to place a pick up order to our local Dennys, or so we thought. Apparently the calls are being outsourced to india, the guy that placed my order placed it for a Louisiana location. That’s a whole different state from where I live.

Dennys is going from bad to worst. Now they are refusing to refund me. The call center is refusing to refund me stating that it’s the Louisiana locations fault. This is ridiculous. I will never go to Dennys again.

My husband and I went to the Denny's in Belleville Illinois on May 26th 2023 and the service was very poor. We were told that they had just opened 10 minutes before so it would be a 15 minute wait on our food, we said that was fine.

Went to the Denny's in okc Oklahoma on I240 and Pennsylvania. It was on Thursday May 19th for what was supposed to be a graduation celebration. We joined other family members that were already there and had a total of 12.

I went to the Denny’s on 7th North in Liverpool around 9 pm and ordered a bowl of soup and a side salad. A few minutes after ordering our server came back to let us know there was no more soup for the night. I came to Denny’s specifically for soup.

that's only place we went and come back home. I notice that the waitress doesn't use no disinfect the table like they suppose to do. They use a wet cloth. They have to keep the place more clean and disinfect really good before they take someone to the tables.

If I give absolutely no stars I would have. To whom it may concern, on multiple occasions I have gone into the Denny's on 400w 7200s and have never had issues tell as of recent. If I wanted to be served by someone intoxicated I would have gone to a bar, but I'm at Denny's where one employee whom I have come to believe is the manager reak of booze then we sat there watching goofing off in the back instead of her job.

We eat at Denny’s a lot, wherever we go. This was hands-down the worst Denny’s experience we’ve ever had.

The restaurant was dirty, from the restrooms to the dining area. The workers were sketchy and so were some of the people hanging around who looked like they knew them and were used to coming in late.

Several menu items were mentioned as “all out” so other things had to be chosen.

Very disappointed after a great day at Yosemite.
