Went to Denny's at 6am today to beat the rush for my husband's B-day, no customers were there. Took a bit to be seated the girls in back we're talking then we seated took a bit to take order, then asked for take out box and that took a bit longer and finally to get the check took a bit longer.

That was a really sad morning. Sooo disappointed.

My significant other and I took my three grandsons to Denny's on McDowell in Scottsdale yesterday afternoon about 1 pm. , yesterday 3/14/2023. We were seated at a table and drinks were ifferred and served. We sat about 15 minutes with the drinks when our server took our order.

There was no silverware or napkins on the table. It was over 20 minutes and no food was in site and the drinks were empty by then. We had to call out to get the attention of the server to get refills on our drinks.

When the server refilled our drinks we were told our food would be served soon. Still no silverware. Another 25 minutes went by and only part of our order was served. Three bergers. They had sat on the chef table for over 5 minutes while our server played on her desk order computer.

IThe service at the Dennys restaurant on Northwest highway and lbj freeway in Garland Texas was so unprofessional. Workers sitting on the countertop, cold food, and entertaining friends when they are supposed to be working. While they were entertaining, dishes were piling up on tables and floor needed to be swept. It was terrible!

Denny's Waikiki. The morning shift is really good whoever is managing it. The evening shift don't care about the quality of food went back twice I thought the first time was just badluck. My steak was cold and same with my veggies almost like they microwaved it.

I ordered a steak Cobb salad over the phone @ 4:20 & was told my order was 8 dollars & some change & that it would be ready @ 4:25. I picked up my order & it was a side salad.

Food was not that great. I had blueberry pancakes topped with bananas and strawberries. The pancakes had no flavor and the banana slices were crunchy because the bananas used were green and not ripe enough. Workers wore no hair nets and wore no gloves on their hands.

100 characters is not nearly enough to express how horrible our experience was. 10 orders were placed and every single one was either incorrect and/or cold, with the exception of two tenders and fries meals. The grill was not cleaned properly by Carlos, the cook, which left a distinct burnt grill taste on nearly everything.

Personally, my Grand Slam was incorrect, lukewarm, and inedible for me, due to the strong grill taste. The service by Karen was absolutely lackluster at best. Upon arrival, Karen advised us to be patient because she only gets about "2 to 3 customers a night" and now we know why.

I tried to order from the restaurant and my ordered was canceled within minutes claiming the restaurant wouldn’t confirm the order. So I called to place an order and the customer service agent said he tried to reach the store but no one would answer.

So I called the store myself and every time the line was busy for over an over like they took the phone off the hook. So I drove over there and I found the workers out back sharing a blunt and cigarettes.

They said the phone was not working which I found off because the restaurant barely had any patrons. What it looks like is this location is a drug pushing hangout for dope dealers and the homeless. I am a tourist and I expected better aesthetics as well as a better staff.

Hi, my name is Angie Barboza. I've ordered pick-up breakfast twice from your Attleboro Ma store and both times my order was missing one item. I called the store to let them know that this was the second time they forgot part of my idea and all they said was sorry to you won't come to pick it up.

I told them I couldn't come to pick it up because it was far away and I didn't have my car at the time. The girl just apologizes and that's it. I think they could have at least offered to give me some compensation but just sorry.

I'm not going to be ordering from there again because they charge you for items you don't receive and then just say sorry. I worked in the food service business and I would have made sure the customer was compensated for their loss.
