1. The family next to us who arrived 5 - 10 Mins after us were served their food before us first. We only know because the server gave that families food to us. 2. The manager came and I asked him why the other family was served before us, he stated that it's because they had a smaller order. 3.

It took 15mins for half our desserts to come out. Which came out first. We had asked if they could leave it on the other table as we still haven't received our appetizers or mains yet as if they have been left in the table then there would be no room.

The servers took it back to the kitchen. 4. It took approximately 20 mins for one of our 5 appetizers to come out with our drinks. Which they got those wrong. We had ordered 1x coke no-sugar and 1x coke which they brought out 2x normal coke. 5.

P I went to the Denny's in Bakersfield California at 2684 I believe Mount Vernon avenue on Saturday the 18th and they was so poor of service my waitress Denise served us food all five of us at three different times the food was cold she went to break during our our serving us didn't even tell anybody else to serve us the waiter that did the tables was taking our dishes before it was even we were even done we ordered a pecan pie and

When in Flagstaff we went to the Dennys at 2122 south Milton , where we waited 45 minutes for a table when half the restaurant was empty. Could they have been short handed? Maybe , however as more and more customers who had eaten left , no names were being called, just more empty tables. Many left.

No one apologized for the wait, explained the reason for the long wait. Eventually we were seated at a table I knew had been empty for the entire 45 minutes we waited !!! As for the food, it arrived cold. Ever eaten cold pancakes???

Isn’t the intend to make money?? How? , By providing an environment that is customer centric, that although you wait 45 minutes that’s ok because you know everyone is doing their best. In this case the staff was robotic and unfriendly.

I went to Dennys in Kalamazoo Michigan and placed a to go order at 12:40 am I got my food at 1:45 am I ordered a California club and it is so nasty! How do you mess up a club sandwich? I waited all that time and my fry’s are cold and the person taking my order asked if fry’s were ok and charged .99 for them.

I’m writing on behalf of My parents and uncles they received an awful experience at their local Denny’s in Happy Valley, OR on 82nd their server was not only rude but unprofessional. They had asked for DECAF coffee and were given regular my parents cannot drink regular for health reasons.

After asking for Decaf once again the server brought them cold coffee. My dad asked the server if it was possible to get fresh coffee being that the one served was cold, the server was bothered, walked off and brought them back Regular coffee.

All the previous cups of coffee remained on the table they were never taken away, my parents finally gave up on asking for coffee even though they paid for it they never got to enjoy it. They also only received 1 cup of water for a group of 4.

I’m filing a complaint against a worker by the name is ragana or Rajane me and my family came A few days ago and we had the worse experience with that employee I’m demanding her resignation this is my 2nd time with a bad experience with only THAT employee even when I asked for a different employee to handle our orders I was told no and my experience was just as I thought it would be horrible due to her attitude and work ethic!!!

It’s outrageous I’m going to corporate and will be coming in again to file a complaint I shouldn’t have to be uncomfortable where I eat.

We came in and had to wait 10 minutes to just order our drinks. Then the waitress got one of our of our orders wrong. We both ordered from the value menu. If it's a staple then the wait staff and the cooks should know the menu..

after waiting another 30 minutes and half the restaurant already ate the waitress sticks her head over the booth rails and says they lost our order and what did we order again. After 40 minutes we left and asked for a corporate number to call the manager said that all corporate would do is email him and he would call.

I feel corporate should know what kind of establishment this is. Waiting for 40 minutes, the waitress never came to our table once.. we have ate there almost every week for about a year and we 1st loved it and recommended every one to go there.

My experience was crazy. I guess the oil was never changed and when they bought out the food it looked crazy. And even when I said something about it, they just laughed it off. I guess Denny's Standards have changed here in West Seneca, NY, RidgeRoad location. Very Disappointing

placed an online order at 6:06 am to pick up at 6:26 ami get there & they are closed and tell me I had to cancel my order cause they didn't open until 7am. Website & location say open 24 hours never says closed until 7 am .

Oct 7th around 9:45 pm we were at restaurant 2260 Biddle Rd Medford, Oregon. When trying to order they seemed to be out of a lot items. After finally ordering one of the dishes the chicken fried steak was bad, the Childrens chicken strip were cooked so long they were hard and the kids couldn’t eat them, a Cali club there was no lettuce or bacon on it.

After returning the steak a hamburger was ordered and it literally came back raw!! We requested to talk to the manager, we requested the manager again then a man approached us claiming to be the manager. After showing him the hamburger he apologized and stated it’s a new cook and he’s a vegetarian.

We did not ask the man to eat the hamburger but we did want it cooked properly. I asked why is he working here then if he can’t cook the meats…

The lead bartender needs to be fired. Very rude and angry young lady. Puts her nose down to customers. Curses like a sailor. She is a supervisor and trainer to Andreas, excellent customer server "Bartender". 1 main thing about your employee Ariel whom should never be in a customer position, is she went on and on about personal problems.

The store manager Dave fostered the rantings of Arial. Usually I don't care about anyone's lounge talk. But the employee Arial and Manger were talking so loudly and vulgar that 3 elderly ladies around 80+. were making coments about there conversations.

None of which was positive. Really that Arial person needs to be put in check and definitely DON'T LET HER BE A TRAINER. There's a great staff at this Dennys. Really good food, serice and Friendly people.…

12950 Aldrich Ave S, Burnsville, MN 55337 1040 AM two pepole were there in our party took 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee. 11:30 2 hours 15 minutes to get our breakfest, after the order. 2:15PM wicth was now after lunch time. Watress discounted our meals.

Hi to corporate Dennys I went to the restaurant this morning with 6 family members,2 of my family were parking , 4of us were inside. The restaurant in crest hill il. the restaurant was dirty and girl on the counter was rude and did not have a clue what here job was.

Camp Verde Az The seating restrictions placed on customers at this restaurant are ridiculous. Twice, approximately 2 months apart from each other, I have visited this restaurant. Both times it was almost empty and I was refused to be allowed to sit where I requested.

my requests, other than I'm the paying customer that keeps Denny's doors open. Well, maybe not this one as it has been virtually empty both times I have been there. So, Denny's management, remember, you and your employees have jobs because of the customers.

But the Camp Verde Denny's will not have to worry about me wanting to sit anywhere in their restaurant in the future as I will not spend any more of my money in there!

I was at the restaurant Monday sept 12 picking up my food in the late evening the server was so nasty and rude I gave up and left with out my food. I recall her name was Kelly a older skinny blond she was rude nasty crazy and unprofessional.

I don’t understand how a person like that is in the food service industry. Unfortunately this is the only place available to get cook meal after 10:30pm that is not fast food and is close to where I live. Now I will just have to drive 7 miles to I hop.

I am writing today to file a complaint with Denny’s restaurant located at 808 S Memorial Drive Greenville NC. My cousin and I visited the restaurant today at 12:30 pm. We were promptly seated, and the waiter was promptly at our table taking our beverage order.

We received our beverages and proceeded to give him our order. The restaurant was partially empty. Very few customers were in the restaurant. My cousin and I sat and chatted and chatted and chatted, along with drinking or beverages. We even got a refill on our coffee and was told that our order will be up shortly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to order a to go order. I wanted two HAMBURGERS and one fries. They kept saying two cheeseburgers and fries. Shayne, the person taking my order kept saying cheeseburgers. him 5 times hamburgers.

He couldn't just do a hamburger without making it a meal. give me a hamburger with no fries but was charging for a full meal. Although I didn't want two full meals if I was paying I would take the fries.

When I got in the car to check my food there was CHEESE on both burgers and very little fries. And the burgers were half raw. him. and they dont know how to cook burgers. Maybe a lesson in cooking and listening skill would be helpful.

We went to Denny’s in Ocean Springs,Ms. It was the worst experience we’ve had there in a long time. I worked with a guy who paints your stores I helped paint the one on international drive in Orlando Florida I was there from June 6 to June 19th the guy said once the job was done go home file paper work and a check comes from the corporate office once that happens we get paid.

I travel alot . I average 52,000 miles per year on my motorcycle and eat at Denny's all over the country. Acouple years ago I stopped eating at the Denny's in Oakcreek Wi. because the service was so bad. Yesterday i was going down the interstate there and decided i would try it again.

While I was waiting I could see and hear two men in back laughing and having a great time.

Third time I have made an order and it is not ready for almost an hour and order has never been complete or correct. Dennys is one of very very few places to pick up late night food. bc the answer is I am praying they get it right this time bc there is really no other option.

And there was the time I came to this location and all employees were standing outside and said they were not open bc of staff. Ok. I get that. Shouldn't be open if your going to upset all the customers anyway.

I think the company needs to have some deals some coupons some something to try and keep those customers they have coming back instead of a unpleasant attitude bc they say order was on receipt to charge me but not on screen to cook. That's irritating.

On Sunday 7/10 we went to the Saint Charles Mo Denny’s. It has always been a favourite place to go. Over the past year the service,staff and cleanliness has gone down hill. Sunday we came in waited 10 min at the front desk, while 2 staff members were standing in the back cleaning up noticed Us, but said nothing just continued talking loudly.

I wanted to talk to you about the Dennys located at 5609 Nittany Valley Dr, Mill Hall, PA 17751 We have visited there quite a few times and I noticed a trend I dont feel represents the Dennys brand very well. The staff are really slow.
