Went in your Fort Gratiot store and I waited a hour for food and my order was not even right. I asked the waitress a question and she called me a bitch. Never been treated so bad in my life.

I work at Denny’s on industrial in Hayward CA. I recently got hired to serve it’s only my third day and I’m already having issues with co-workers that have been working here longer.

First off the “training” isn’t even training because they just put me on floor on top of that I got triple sat and i went ahead and took those tables while the other “servers” were chatting in the back. Server ANA and server Sandra are in the back chatting with the cooks while there’s people in front.

So what do I do?? I seat them, and server ANA and sandra complained to the manger Abi about me that I’m taking their tables and their money. Unprofessional work space especially when the manager picks favorites. The servers are extremely rude, they don’t provide a safe work space.

And I don’t know if I want to…

This began at 6:15 as this was a 24 hour location. Store # 9603Take note of this!!! 1. After 10 minutes I went to the girl mopping the floors and asked her to get me a waitress, 2 I asked for decaf coffee which was brought but it was not hot!

Got a second cup 5 minutes later and it was good. So I ordered Hearty Multi grain Breakfast with eggs scrambled soft. Few minutes later the waitress returned, out of 9 grain pancake mix so I said I would have just regular pancakes.

3 Finally the order came, eggs over easy instead of scrambled so I began to eat. 4 NO FORK IN THE Silver Ware pack. Had to again wait another 5 minutes for help. 4. Asked for my check and it came 5 minutes later.

Left tip and went to the register to pay. Had to go into the kitchen and ask for a cashier, Waitress came out…

was at a dennys in seattle washington (sea tac) on international dr. Was there 1 hr and 15 minutes. Grandson got his food after 40 minutes .. my food came about 15 minutes later .. ordered a fried chicken sandwich with lettuce, pickle, tomato and mayo.

Came to me with hot sauce and cheese . Told them I didn't order that. the man went back to kitchen and then a woman came out with the same sandwich and couldn't understand that I ordered lettuce, pickle, tomato and mayo.

She took it back ... the lady tried to make him pay for the chicken sandwich.. Told her we werent paying for something that we didn't get let alone not what we ordered. She said he had to pay for it because it came with hot sauce and cheese.

I visited Dennys on Forest hill dr and me n a guest was greeted by a waitress who talked very fast n she was extremely rude. She bought our drinks to the table and threw the napkins on the table and said I will be back to take our order.

As we were asking questions she came back talking about the specials and we knew what we wanted to order. She was so rude I canceled my order n left. This lady need to be trained according to Dennys standards it makes the Dennys to look very bad. She works mornings.

Denny’s restaurant located at 61 Newtown Rd Danbury, CT 06810 United States Do not accept $100 bills. That’s number one. If you failed to read the signs there’s an old lady that work at the register that not only is going to let you know but is going to make you feel stupid letting you know that there’s signs everywhere.

So make sure that if you visit this location you better be prepared to start reading every sign around the restaurant since your $100 bills are not good enough for them even that you spend $85 on food. This old lady should be more courteous, have more skills when communicating with customers and Denny’s should stop rejecting people’s money.

My wife and Brother and Sister in-law stopped at a Denny's in Ocala Florida to eat Breakfast. We all got our breakfast and our bacon wasn't cooked correctly. The rest of the food wasn't to bad. But when we left the price for 4 Adults to eat breakfast was over $73 dollar's.

We have gone out for dinner and ate Steak Dinners and the bill wasn't that much. I understand that prices have gone up because of the pandemic. But that is way to much. I mean lf it's going to cost that much for Breakfast at Denny's then I guess that we will just start going to IHOP.

First, I think your site is slanted towards disapproval asking for complaints. No site for complements? In fact I have a complement. We frequent the Dennys at 12266 Midland, 63114. I've seen this store struggle with staffing problems, like everyone else, but somehow service never suffers.

One server in particular, Doris R. has been there throughout and really knows her job. Many times she been the only server on duty, as well as filling in for other absent employees positions. She's always upbeat and smiling and ourfood is always hot and correct.

In a world where people are so quick to criticize and complain, I think hard working people deserve notice as well. My complements to this store and to Doris R. Thank you.

The food was cold and old. The bacon was so hard, old and burned. My biscuits and gravy were old. My eggs were rubbery. And me and my family have diarrhea and that's the only thing we all are the same last night.

I either want my money back or comped for something else at a different Denny's restaurant

My son, daughter in law and I went to Denny's in Independence, MO Store #8524 on 5/8/22 at 1pm. 89) and when I received my meal, boy was I shocked when I lifted up the bun!!!!! The hamburger was the tiniest one I have EVER saw.

It was a two bite hamburger and needless to say there was NO need for a bun. Then the one piece of bacon on it was not cooked well and tasted horrible. Which my daughter in law also got bacon and hers was bad as well.

I interviewed for a shift Lead position at Denny's on May 6 2022 with Emma. I was told that I would train at the orange Ave location and she would move me to the John Young loca6once my training ended.

We stopped for dinner on Mother's day. A female server informed us that she could seat us but it would take 90 minutes to3get our food. I said why your not very busy are you short handed? She replied No we have a lot of uber eats orders and we need to do them first.

My daughter and I have been going to Denny's on Craig Road and Tenaya for as long as I can remember. I made a complaint a few months ago I'm made a complaint anonymously and that did not work out you have cockroaches your tables underneath when I bring my service dog in has food everywhere they never clean up.

Also you have an employee Javier who will pee in the bucket of water to wash the floors in the woman's restroom which is absolutely disgusting the Cockroaches disturb me the most when I made this complaint Crystal, her daughter sylva have been very rude to us because I called the Department of Health. When you go to the Denny's in Gallup n m. The customer service up front. Don't take care of your in a timely manner. The hosts discourage you with a long wait of 30 minutes or more. This happens every time I go these Dennys here in Gallup and window rock.

They do not know how to take care of their customers. This evening I went to the one in the east side gallup store. There was a lot of people that just left. We had a party of 5. They also do not acknowledge your present.

Dennys in my Lebanon Pa. Arrived with only my husband and I and another couple there today. Seated immediately. WAiter took our order and brought drinks. Left no straws. Didn’t see him again until order ready. Seemed to be interested in what was going on in back room.

I went to Denny's on 28th St. SE in Grand Rapids, MI. My friend and I were seated quickly and told the our waiter would be right with us, we waited for over 30 minutes before the waiter even approached us.

We ordered an ultimate omelet with a side of pancakes, also a tropical smoothie and sour dough toast to split. We waited another 20 to 25 minutes for our food, when we got our food we didn't get the omelet that we ordered we got scrambled eggs with cheese on them, no toast and no water.

we went to Dennys in Appleton Wi. on college ave at 4:50 pm on Sunday February 6th. we ordered nacho appetizer wings appetizer and a kid's chicken tender with grapes. it took almost an hour to get our food, when the nachos arrived, they were not the way we ordered when we sent them back, they came back only a half an order had to send them back again, but

this time i told them to put them in a to go container, because by then mt family was done eating their food. I do understand that staffing is short, but if you don't have enough staff to accommodate your guests you should not be open.

While we were traveling on vacation. We stopped at Denneys at Cleveland TN. Stopped in and were seated, 20 min later, we were not waited on. The cook was sweeping the floor. Very little business. We got up and left.

I am a senior citizen, so is my wife. I have stopped at other Denneys many times before but this one is written off of my list. No waitress approached our table to even ask for drinks.
