I walked in and was greeted by a nice hostess-didn’t see a name tag-she sat me, asked what I wanted to drink and handed me a menu. She brought my water and said a waitress would be right with me.

I sat for over 5 mins and no body came. I got up and told the same hostess. She apologized and took my order, brought my food. Perfect!!!!!!

However, when I went to check out, the hostess-same nice young lady-couldn’t find the ticket. The ‘waitress’ came over and said ‘how come nobody out it in? -as if it was the hostesses fault. When she returned after putting my order in to print a ticket, I told her ‘it’s not the hostesses fault, it’s your section and you never came to take my order.

After I had my food you saw me and never came over to greet me or see how I was doing’ she stated she just…

It's 2:24 pm I just walked out of Denny's after being ignored as a customer... I wasn't greeted at the door by anyone and a waitress by the name of Tina , greeted the people behind me , sat them ,and looked right past me , it felt intentional ,it's hurtful and it's weird...

I am very disappointed, this weekend My Mom wanted to take me to breakfast at STORE #6768 here in Round Rock , Texas. I normally don't write bad reviews, but this need to be addressed. Customer Service is very important.

I am in the same business , so I understand. The coffee was cold , I asked for a refill 2nd cup was better. No Regular Creamer. But I settled for flavored . The food was cold ... I ate it and did not complain. It wasn't even busy.

The waiter Marquez was nice. I have to been to Denny's in the past, But I think this will be my last time . :( Thanks Elena C

We are at 17455 IH-35 North in Shertz Tx. This was by far the absolute best experience ever at Dennys. Our server Sandra H. was so pleasant and cheerful and the food was everything we expected. We are so happy because at this particular time (pandemic) we have experienced very poor customer service almost everywhere we eat at.

To have such a great was was a true blessing. Thank you Sandra and keep up the great job.

The Corpus Christi Texas Dennys restaurant is not customer friendly. The tables and floors were not cleaned after guest left. No condiments on table. Had to ask for refill (1) on coffee. No napkins.

Group of 7 Hubbard Ohio Denny’s at 7:30pm Saturday Nov 20. Waited 15 minutes for hostess to seat us. When ordering they were out of almost everything we ordered. After 30 minute wait the food arrives. Everything dried out, crunchy, over cooked and cold.

About 50% of other customers left without ordering due to long wait to be seated and no availability of menu items. Definitely needs new management in this restaurant!! We will not be stopping at any Denny’s after this experience

I came in later in the evening. My order was the salted caramel pancakes and a house salad. I could hear the server talking to the cook when my food came up. She mentioned that my meal salad was not in a salad bowl and the cook said to send it out anyway that I wouldn't know the difference. " (i did).

My meal salad came out as what looked to be a side salad bowl. The pancakes were embarassing. My banana caramel pancakes were two pancakes with just creme on top. No bananas no caramel drizzle no crumbles. I flagged my server told here there were in gredients missing so she took my pancakes to "fix" it for me and this time they came out with bananas but still nothing else.

I said this is still missing ingredients. So she left again came back with just the crumbles. At this point i was tired…

awful service. we ordered online and i went to pick it up. got there told her my hubbys name since he ordered it she goes to check and calls out his name and then just left the completed food on the counter and went off and did whatever while im just standing there waiting...5+ mins go by and she checks it again and finally bags it up but then she tried to send me away without the drink and she put fricken butter on my food which i explicity stated online NOT TO DO. get home and find that hubby's food doesn't even have the eggs its supposed to come with

turns out the food is cold too by the time i get it home and i went almost immediately after ordering to get it to prevent bringing cold food home...awful awful awful service

My nightmare at Denny’s Colonial- University East Orlando Fl. I got there at 8:00 pm for dinner, was assigned to a very dirty and bad odor table. When we notified we were assigned to another very sticky and dirty table that we ended cleaning up by our self.

My husband and me order our favorite Spaghetti and after 20 mins waiting the waitress told us that there was no Spaghetti so we had to order another thing. I ate a delicious Salmón but my husband asked for boneless chicken with Celery, that there was no Celery per waitress 10 mins after.

Went to Denny's on 2004 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL, for dinner after a concert with my wife. Arrived at 11:30 PM. The store was not open for business, the 24 hours open? Very disappointed, looked forward for a meat loaf dinner.

Went to I Hop instead. What happened to have that facility closed? Building was dark and some employees were still in the parking lot, told me that they were closed for the night. Will be opened in the morning for breakfast.

Wasn't going to help me for dinner that night.

Waited over hour for food. Food was cold when delivered and not all food was delivered at the same time. Had to go out to vehicle and get bottle of water because waited for 20 minutes and never got the water.

Gravy looked like gooey jello. Pot roast was extremely dry. Fries were half burnt. Manager was yelling at employees where customers could hear her. She was talking about employees with customers saying how they have been arguing with her all day.

She was threatening to sue an employee in front of the customers. She was at front counter yelling at an employee to clock out and go home. Extremely bad experience. Will never return again. 34.

The service (or lack of) was horrific. After we were sat, we got a drink order, 10 minutes.

Finally got to order our food. The food took approximately 45 minutes. They were not busy. The food came and was barely warm, tasted awful. Coffee lukewarm. Looking around the employees were joking, visiting, not paying attention to the customers.

Not sure there was a manager, certainly not anyone filling that role. Never be back to any Denny's

When we arrived to the restaurant no body take care of us the waitress saw us and she keeps cleaning the table (she ignored us) somebody fro the kitchen give us a table. We order a soup and she splash the soup al over the plate. We was about to order some more food but she give us the check ten minutes after she pas the plates.

Actually compliment. Joseph at the Denny’s in Monroeville was wonderful. There was something on the waiting seat and he promptly and courteously wiped it up for us then sat us at a booth that he made sure to wipe down everything.

He was so personable with a big smile on his face. Such a good worker. Made sure to say hello and good bye if he was near the door. Moving quickly….. and always had that smile and something friendly to say. Great worker!!!!!

I'm an event staff supervisor haven't worked in 2 years and you almost doubled your prices that's ridiculous do you know there's a pandemic going on and everybody's broke talk about taking advantage of a serious situation just to get more profits I'm going to call the Better Business Bureau and then cutting your senior citizen discount off your menu is even more crazy I'm telling everyone I know about your new business practices taken advantage of a pandemic

I went to Denys by rainbow and russel blvd I always got there during morning since I like it close to the house but last night iwent to dine around midnight there’s a waitress don’t know her name has a poor customer service skills no manners the way talking to guest very bad as soon we wal to n she I’ll be right there waiting for good ten minutes then she came back and told us to sit on waiting are she got three tables on dining area don’t even say good evening or welcome to us we feel like we’re not welcome at all iwont come back there at night since the waitress sucks don’t know how to threat a guest the right way iwont recommend at night to come in specially that server is there what a waste of time…thanks ihoPe u guys shoul teach employees how to approached the in the right manner…

I went to your Denny’s in Sacramento on florin road today and I I was very upset when my roommate brought the chicken fried steak with a maggitt inside, I mediately started recording this so my family‘s reaction to this incident is recorded. I called Denny’s to tell them what I had discovered they told me to bring it in , so I drove back to Denny’s which is across town when I went in the cashier immediately wanted to see the Maggitt so

Our burgers were not what we ordered. The season fries were all stuck together and cold. 00 off our bill. It was not the waitress fault. Watched other tables have problems also. It was all the KITCHEN help. We could see the whole thing.

The service was ok and cheesy. It seemed the staff had showed up to work to hang out. The cook was blasting his music from the kitchen. All though this was minor in comparison to the real reason I am writing this.

I have never been so disgusted and dissatisfied with the quality of food before as I was after my experience at the Denny's on 8/11/21. This is my first time ever writing a written complaint about the quality of food and poor service.

Paid $36 dollars for two meals that we didn't even eat.

First off the section they sat us in was freezing cold. The cinnamon pancake puppies I ordered came to the table and looked like they had been cooked in oil that had been sitting for a month and looked nothing like the picture on the menu.

We came to dine in for breakfast, had to wait 35 minutes for may breakfast to be serve wrong items on plate. There was a couple that came after me, was served before me, try to tell the manager witch ignored me.

I call my waitress asking her why it was taking so long and why they wore served before me,manager came to see what I was telling my waitress and he stopped her before serving us, he say you want the food or not, I don't appreciate him telling her that. His name is Cesar and my waitress name is Renee I had a great customer service from her no complained about her service.

Took my child to go eat at Denny’s last week about 730 pm on Thursday. Upon pulling into the parking lot, a WM employee advised us they had “just closed.” Since when does Denny’s close at 730pm when people are trying to eat dinner?? This was the store on Hwy 16 in St Augustine, Fla near I95.

We came in to Denny's about 8:30pm and had to wait about 15 minutes to get seated. We placed our drink order and a sampler order. Didn't get our sampler order they gave it to someone else. The restaurant was not even busy.

They put another order for the sampler. We got no silverware or napkins!!!

Finally got silverware and only 2 napkins. There was 5 of us. Said she had to go get more from the back. But never returned with more. Ordered flavored pancakes and brought them out plain and asked if we wanted them to go back or flavorings on the side.

Sampler came out after we got our meal. Will not be coming back to Denny's. Going to have to try I Hop now!!!!!

Food was great,after waiting close to 3 hours. I beleive with a full restaurant, one servant, one cashier, one cook and one dishwasher is not enough when you have a full house to feed. The only employees at this restaurant are being over worked to the fullest with no rest and on top of costumers stress the only servant working on the floor.

Please be mindful of how hard you are working your employee's. I think we waited over and hour for our order to be taken and over two to have our food. Your employee's really try their hardest but its too much on them.

Denny's at southern avenue on country Club Mesa Arizona. m. May 20th 2021 host asked me what I need it after standing there a few minutes. restaurant was empty and she asked me what did I needed, instead of wanting to sit me down.

I went to DENNY'S San Angelo TX. , After ordering coffee and receiving the menu I, Waited for 25 minutes before my waiter came to take my order by that time, I did not want to take a chance and

have to wait another 25 minutes to get my order, so I just asked for coffee refill. I left as soon as I finished cup of coffee. The thing that made it worse ,was that the place did not have that many customers and having to wait for service for so long of a time period.

I took my mom and five others to Denny’s today in Hanford ca ! It was my moms birthday! It was so awful!

First of all waiting was about an hour ! Next the orders were wrong and waiting for the food was over an hour! This is crazy! The food was also cold I paid a lot of money and very disappointed!

I brought in a cake for my mom and they didn’t know where they put it!! Finally they found it! It was so awful!! I’ll never go back and gurantee I’ll tell my friends and family about this! Sorry it was an awful experience never did I have this at a Denny’s!!

Went in for breakfast. Was seated by the manager i assume. Servers were very very slow. Told mgr. I would have an OJ. Waited 10 minutes no server approaches me. Mgr walks by i said can i place my order?.

Takes my order after being there for 20 minutes. 10 minutes go by nothing no server r u ok nothing. I finally asked a lady if she could check on my meal. I needed to be at work. Nothing 40 minutes ito being there noone is speaking to me. food is delivered.

I asked for a napkin nothing. No refill nothing. I go to pay no one around about 10 customers waiting to be seated. Still waiting to pay. still waiting to pay finally mgr approaches putting change in register..

Finally pay Now im late for work. service was horrible. Need all new staff!!!!!

As i wrote to the company they are short staffed and bad service I wanted to Know how much do you pay your manager and gm because they're always waiting on tables and making money they can't do there manager job I had a problem but I was told that the gm was busy waiting on the tables now mind you it was busy how sad is that !

they don't help the server they have a section that's why they run short so they can make money that' bad business, I go there often and find out there's so much favoritism wont go in to detail but have you you ever looked to see why there turnover is so high some need to investigate it could some discrimination there and

now i hear 3 staff members have covid did all they staff get tested ??? does the heath department need to be called ?? these trying times we need…

I have been a loyal customer In San Jacinto for the past 12 years. Over this period of time I have noticed the decline in services and food quality, while at the same time the prices rise. On my last visit was the worse.

First, my standard order, Pot Roast dinner was removed from the menu. So I ordered sirloin steak dinner. It came with dry mash potato's , no gravy. I request brown gravy They had none. I was told they would make gravy.

The wait for the whole meal took almost 40 minuets. After eating the steak they came out with something in a small bowl of white something and called it gravy. We would eat breakfast 3 times a week there, but each time the menu choices changed and the prices went up.

I now consider my wife and I as FORMER CUSTOMERS. For how we were treated on the last…

Spacing during this COVID=19 virus was good.

However the waitress was wearing a mask improperly. She had it pulled down below her nose. This is not acceptable. since they have close contact with the customer. Mu husband and I wore a mask and when ordering I did not look at her so I did not direct germs toward her.

We wore mask when we went in and left. She was a good server otherwise but apparently does not understand the seriousness of following the guidelines for not spreading the virus. My husband and I are older and have health issues.

My wife was a restaurant manager at Denny's 1330 South power road mess az upon her being how you there she was told that Denny's do not hire GM's right off the street you have to go through MIT and put in at least 6 months of training she worked tirelessly ends day and night in the store by herself during the covid 19.

The district manager hired a person off the street after only 3 months of training know anyting else when she was available and ready to become GM work very hard at it she is a female and she's African-American and she hired a white male I am a white male so me or my wife is not racist but something has to be done about this general manager she's a liar and

June 6 2020 made a call in purchase at Denneys west Hazleton pa. Ordered 2,Beyond burgers, one with fries, the second with onion rings. Unable to eat inside we picked up order and drove to a interstate rest area to enjoy our meal. We frequent Denney and had similar order before. Both orders contained fries and we were billed extra for onion rings, the beyond burgers were like mush, don't know if product was prepared properly or not, never had any purchase made at Dennys like. This before. If we were not in on interstate route headed north, we would have returned items for a refund. EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED CUSTOMER

PS. WE DID EAT THE FRIES AND DRINK THE BEVERAGE
