Sioux Falls South Dakota restaurant. Had the steak bowl was called prime rib when it first was introduced! The meat was charcoal bad, the desert I ordered is to be warned up (apple crisp)with vanilla ice cream that usually has Carmel swirls on top but none was on it .

Not much care for us truckers here you have lost my business. This is mgmt they don’t train employees correctly to give a care about customers, but without us your business will close!!! Truckers are human beings too!!!

As i wrote to the company they are short staffed and bad service I wanted to Know how much do you pay your manager and gm because they're always waiting on tables and making money they can't do there manager job I had a problem but I was told that the gm was busy waiting on the tables now mind you it was busy how sad is that !

they don't help the server they have a section that's why they run short so they can make money that' bad business, I go there often and find out there's so much favoritism wont go in to detail but have you you ever looked to see why there turnover is so high some need to investigate it could some discrimination there and

now i hear 3 staff members have covid did all they staff get tested ??? does the heath department need to be called ?? these trying times we need…

I have been a loyal customer In San Jacinto for the past 12 years. Over this period of time I have noticed the decline in services and food quality, while at the same time the prices rise. On my last visit was the worse.

First, my standard order, Pot Roast dinner was removed from the menu. So I ordered sirloin steak dinner. It came with dry mash potato's , no gravy. I request brown gravy They had none. I was told they would make gravy.

The wait for the whole meal took almost 40 minuets. After eating the steak they came out with something in a small bowl of white something and called it gravy. We would eat breakfast 3 times a week there, but each time the menu choices changed and the prices went up.

I now consider my wife and I as FORMER CUSTOMERS. For how we were treated on the last…

Spacing during this COVID=19 virus was good.

However the waitress was wearing a mask improperly. She had it pulled down below her nose. This is not acceptable. since they have close contact with the customer. Mu husband and I wore a mask and when ordering I did not look at her so I did not direct germs toward her.

We wore mask when we went in and left. She was a good server otherwise but apparently does not understand the seriousness of following the guidelines for not spreading the virus. My husband and I are older and have health issues.

My wife was a restaurant manager at Denny's 1330 South power road mess az upon her being how you there she was told that Denny's do not hire GM's right off the street you have to go through MIT and put in at least 6 months of training she worked tirelessly ends day and night in the store by herself during the covid 19.

The district manager hired a person off the street after only 3 months of training know anyting else when she was available and ready to become GM work very hard at it she is a female and she's African-American and she hired a white male I am a white male so me or my wife is not racist but something has to be done about this general manager she's a liar and

June 6 2020 made a call in purchase at Denneys west Hazleton pa. Ordered 2,Beyond burgers, one with fries, the second with onion rings. Unable to eat inside we picked up order and drove to a interstate rest area to enjoy our meal. We frequent Denney and had similar order before. Both orders contained fries and we were billed extra for onion rings, the beyond burgers were like mush, don't know if product was prepared properly or not, never had any purchase made at Dennys like. This before. If we were not in on interstate route headed north, we would have returned items for a refund. EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED CUSTOMER

It would be negative if available. Waitress really showed she didn't want to work. Ordered slugger and no coffee available and no discount on meal. This is a truck stop. Could no one walk over and ask for filters? Food overcooked. Nothing good about stop. Store 9233.

INSTEAD OF DOING ANY THING, RAMIRO CAME BACK TO MY TABLE WITH A SODA & COFFEE REFILL IN A TO GO CUP & TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE RESTAURANT. AND HE SERVED THE GUY WATER. THE GUY SAT AT A TABLE ACROSS FROM ME. At that moment my friend came back & she heard Ramiro telling me to leave. She was very angry that I was being removed after I told him I was being bothered with an attempt to take my phone. After we ordered & I paid for food that had very bad service & why would he allow a man to threaten me then to allow him to across from me & to serve him.

In the beginning I had also asked for glass of ice water but I didnt get it til I moved tables. I had asked for beverage refills not for the water. After about 15 min. The guy who was causing a problem with my friend, came back in while I was alone. TELLING ME TO GIVE HIM MY PHONE. TRYING TO LOOK OVER MY SHOULDER TO SEE WHAT I WAS DOING. I WAS IN A CORNER BOOTH & COULDNT MOVE AWAY FROM HIM. At one point I had the chance to tell Ramiro that this man was bothering me & trying to get my phone.

A friend, who visits this Dennys location, frequently and myself were at this Dennys at 8425 South Pioneer Blvd. Whittier, Ca. 90606.Order # 337291 4:29am (when we actually ordered food). Server is Ramiro. When we arrived, there was literally NOBODY in the restaurant. But my friend has been at this Dennys, lots of times. Before we ordered & while eating, we were doing some paper work. We sat at the opposite end of restaurant, from front doors. We got Very Bad Service. Ramiro was the server as well as the Manager.

Waihad the worst service. Had to ask the server several time when food will be served. The adults got served 15 min before the kids and tosdlers food disnt arrive until 45 min after everyone got the food. Appetizer made it after the food came because we asked for it.

We literally ask the server if we are going to get the appetizers or if mybson food was coming.

After receiving numerous discount emails to use at Dennys official site, I went to Dennys to eat and use the coupon i was told that the coupons are not accepted And the email cannot be used. When I asked why and show them the current and valid email with the discount I was told that they just don’t except it.

I have filed a complaint about this and never received a callback. This company is horrible and I will use all social media outlets to let the public know.

1, We went to Dennys the other day and gave them the online coupon for buy one get one free with 2 drinks - no problem Today we went again to a different Dennys on Litchfield Road in Goodyear and before we were seated I showed the person taking names for seating and asked him if the electronic coupon was good and he said yes and we would need to show it when we paid.

When we went to pay I showed them the same coupon online and they would not accept it because it said it needed to be printed. in small lettering that it must be printed. We do all our restaurant visits with online coupons.

What is the use of going to Dennys if we can't use a digital coupons/ we do not have a printer thats why we take either our tablet or cell phone to use the coupons.. I don't think we will be returning to…

I ordered a chocolate lava cake to go. I got home the cake was syrup. I called to the restaurant speake to someone over the phone to let them know. The person named "nelly" got really rude told me " i know who you are, you and him come all the time" as if threatening me.

I no longer want to eat there, i feel like shes going to do something bad. I had a really bad experience and hope she works on her customer service skills. She cant scare or threaten customers because they complain.

I was a very loyal customer and used to go there every weekend now, only because of her poor and rude customer server i no longer desire to go there. I feel really upset and angry because i shouldn't feel like this, i used to love that place. location 4403 s.

Host / Waitress did not understand english and listening to what I requested in my order. My order was incorrect. I was able to get one item off my bill. But the issue is not corrected. Training and learning is needed to prevent more unhappy customers.

I most note that waitress/hostess she was very friendly but didn't understand or listen what i asked for. My order was incorrect. When I visit Oceanside/College this location was my favorite, I have changed my route and will be going to the other location in Oceanside/Harbor instead. Thank you.

El día enero 3 alas 10:30pm fuimos a cenar familiares al restaurante el servicio es pésimo servicio ... llegamos dije cuantos hermanos 9 personas 4 adultos y 5 niños nos dijieron k esperáramos esperamos había tres personas enfrente en el counter y cuando la mesa estuvo lista nomas nos dijieron vayan ala mesa aquella ni nos dejaron en la mesa ni nada y luego el mesero ni buenas noches la actitud de sro mesero era ya van a ya estábamos listos y mi esposo le dice puede agarrar las bebidas primero y desistiremos que ordenar en unos minutos pero era apurándonos eso no es buen servicio gastamos nuestro dinero no comimos gratis y luego después de dos horas i media viene el mesero muy altanero y nos dice que la manager va va hablar con nosotros ..

One star is too many food being adequate was the only positive. Time to get seated to the time too pay the bill I felt ignored. Next issue atmosphere when you hear loudly call me a N###r B###h I dare you ever jokingly it is offensive .

The volume of the tv was loud enough to hear if it in the front of the restaurant at the register. People were also incredibly loud I have heard construction zones quieter. And that was both the customers and employees.

My visit was sunday morning at 2 to 230 am. I will not recommend Denny's at the flying J on Northwestern to any one and will make sure I telll people about my experience. My meal costed 13 dollars and change.

You will get no more of my money ever. Negative 9 stars only because of food being adequate.

I am very upset because the manager at Denny’s at 910 Saratoga was very disrespectful . I complain about a hair on my omelet and she told me that I will be so great that they didn’t charge me for that dish!!!

She was almost kicking me out of the place. I raise my voice and she says “ but you didn’t paid for your dish” and she told the workers to don’t talk to me. I am a very tolerant person but that person was too much.

I asked for her name and she didn’t want to do it.

I went last night 11/26/19 and it was not busy. The service was not up to par. The server never refilled our drinks which was tea and water. The cheese sticks appetizer fell apart when you tried to eat them.

The main course for my plate was just not right. I ordered the grand slam and the toast was over done and dark. How do mess up toast. I asked for onions to be added to the hash browns and I know they forgot, because they had big serving of onions grilled like you do for steak or something sitting right in top of them also over cooked and with almost burnt hash browns.

The only thing that worked on my plate was the eggs and bacon. My daughters plate was a slim fit plate and she said it could have been warmer. The side of seasonal fruit that came with it was two very small sliced…

Ordered the Cobb salad with prime rib and the cook made a sorry worthless salad. He forgot the potatoe sticks. The prime rib look like burnt pieces of jerky and it wasnt alot at all two pieces of avocado and a teaspoon of bacon.

I had this salad from same denny's before several times and it was flawless. This time terrible. The pic shows the biggest piece of prime in the salad. Burnt small and not good at all

Noviembre 15 a las 10:00 pm visite su tienda en Ponce como lo hago con mucha frecuencia. Una vez nos sentaron el tiempo de espera fue terrible. Nos toman la orden y más de 25 minutos en traernos las bebidas.

Nos traen la comida errónea. Otro plato condiciones pésimas. Hubo que esperar casi 5 minutos para los cubiertos una vez servida la comida. Un entremés que se pidió llegó casi al final de la comida. Número de recibo 30135.

I'm over the road trucker and I'm going through Birmingham Alabama. I pull in to a flying J truck stop off interstate 65 N. to fuel up and the building is shared with Denny's restaurant so I "thought " I would get some breakfast.

Now before I go any further I'm telling you I dont have not one ounce of racism in me. I'm a white man and one of my closest friends is a black man so I'm telling you I have no problem with what color a person is.

So I walk in and this hostess seats me in a booth. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with one pancake and a coke. I'm looking around a little bit and truthfully I did notice that one other table had 5 white adults sitting across the side of me and we are the only white people in there. It's about 75% filled.

About 10 minutes later a black couple come in…

I came for a meeting that has been on same days and same time for years, there was already a group in the room during that time, I just sat and waited, when the manager asked if I had already been helped I told him I was waiting for the meeting, he very rudely said outloud to me "well there is a group of Veterans in there, you know, the ones who risked their lives for us!!!" He asked, I answered, why did he have to be so rude!!!

last Sunday exactly 10/27/19. We attended Denny's for breakfast and we had good service as always! But the down side, I ended up getting food poisoning from you all! I had the ultimate omelette and I was home for few days to recover.

I called the restaurant last week which is the one on Gratiot Ave in Roseville, Michigan. I called to file a complaint and I spoke to someone who was shift supervisor I believe to complain about it but they said they were going to have their manager call me to address the issue but no one ever has called me back.

So something needs to be done!

Dear Customer Service:

My husband and i went to your Dennys on Troy Schenectady Road, Troy, New York. The experience we had was the absolute worse we ever had.

We placed our order and proceeded to explain to the waitress that due to a health problem my husband need his eggs to be sunny side up but without the burned brown that happens with eggs. The waitress said no problem. Apparently she returned them (according to her) 4 times before she brought the eggs out. They were not done as asked. Her response to us was out of line. She said", dont yell at me". We never yelled at all. Her body language and the eye rolling let us know that she was angry and annoyed at us.

False advertising! I was looking forward to my Ultimate Scramble that showed in the picture two eggs on top of a very large skillet with a lot of food underneath the eggs. What I received was a very small skillet and the food underneath the two eggs wasn’t much bigger than the eggs!

I was in Dennys In Auburn around 6pm on tues the 29th and I was highly upset with ONE of the waiters, his name was cayden or something like that he was bullying the female staff , the female manager came up to handle the situation and he walked past her and nudged her very hard and he was yellin and cursing at another employee all in her face & she was highly upset , I recommend he is served some kind of consequences she didn't deserve any of that.

As i continued to watch him every time he walked past female manager hed nudge her an slap her. I am very upset and concerned with this employee working here !

My husband and I visited your restaurant on Frontage Road in Bolingbrook, IL on Sunday, Oct. 20. This restaurant is notorious for ONE server, who not only takes the orders; he brings the food, seats people, takes the money at the register, makes all the extra things, and EVERYTHING ELSE!

He literally RUNS through the restaurant. It's quite a show to watch him try to handle it all! KInd of sad really. This particular time was BY FAR the worst we have seen. He even asked a girl who was putting silverware on tables if she would bring us some - she would NOT!

My experience at Denny in Glenn Burnie Maryland was disappointing because I asked the waitress what type of soup they had today an she replied beef vegetable soup. The cook gave me the the gravy from the mash potatoes and threw vegetables in it.

We went to Denny’s off fry road in Katy Texas. We’ve gone 100 times. The service has never been great. It’s always a hit or miss with them. This time on 10-18-19 the service was so shitty to the extent I will never go back.

My waiter absolutely sucked her name was Molly P. I asked her 4 times for water and lemon. Then I ordered the most simplest burger and it took them 4 tries and even on the 4th try it STILL WAS WRONG!

The damn bottom bun was soggy and everything. The lady was VERY inconsiderate. It was literally the incorrect burger with burnt onion rings! The order was incorrect. I mean the entire night was an disaster! The lady then split the bills into 6 transactions.

When I tried telling her I needed it split into 2 transactions she walked away!!!! Didn’t even try to listen to me.…

I use to go to the Fallbrook Dennys all the time. I will never go back. While the food is OK, the service is horrendous. I come in and sit at the counter. The waitress runs up to grab her tip and looks at me sit down.

No smile, no water, nothing. Then she never comes back. There are 6 people behind the counter. I right across from me putting utensil/napkin set ups together. She stares at me and does not even bother to give me water or a menu or one of the many set ups she was making.

I wanted to test how long this would go on before someone noticed me. I sat there for 10 minutes and no one said a word OR acknowledged me for that matter. 6 people behind the counter, a cashier and at least 3 waitresses and not one of them could even get me a menu.

I will never go back. Unfortunately…

Hands down the absolute worst service. Ordered our milk shakes an cheese cake didnt get them till 320 the milk shakes were straight liquid the she made the shakes an left them in the blender for 15 min . I will never come back.

com. Paid with a debit card including tip. My order was suppose to be delivered at 11:17pm.

However my order never arrived. I called the location on Simmons and Ann in north Las Vegas to see what was the issue. I was informed twice that my order had been picked up by Denny’s 3rd party delivery service .

Again my order never came. I called the number from the text message from door dash and no one answered
