I use to go to the Fallbrook Dennys all the time. I will never go back. While the food is OK, the service is horrendous. I come in and sit at the counter. The waitress runs up to grab her tip and looks at me sit down.

No smile, no water, nothing. Then she never comes back. There are 6 people behind the counter. I right across from me putting utensil/napkin set ups together. She stares at me and does not even bother to give me water or a menu or one of the many set ups she was making.

I wanted to test how long this would go on before someone noticed me. I sat there for 10 minutes and no one said a word OR acknowledged me for that matter. 6 people behind the counter, a cashier and at least 3 waitresses and not one of them could even get me a menu.

I will never go back. Unfortunately…

Hands down the absolute worst service. Ordered our milk shakes an cheese cake didnt get them till 320 the milk shakes were straight liquid the she made the shakes an left them in the blender for 15 min . I will never come back.

com. Paid with a debit card including tip. My order was suppose to be delivered at 11:17pm.

However my order never arrived. I called the location on Simmons and Ann in north Las Vegas to see what was the issue. I was informed twice that my order had been picked up by Denny’s 3rd party delivery service .

Again my order never came. I called the number from the text message from door dash and no one answered

My SON received an email for a free grand slam for his birthday. His Mom(diane)and son(carl) went to dennys on October 10 on his birthday to receive it. When he was through eating we went to pay for his drink,and cheese that was extra. 01.

The waitress did not give us her name. 39. paid by a debit card. 01. No free grand slam!!! The next day we went to talk to the manager and he didn't give his name. i stood there and explained to him on what took place and he said we give the grand slams as a courtesy to our customers. 78 back.

I blame all this on the waitress fault for not doing her job right. It sure was upsetting. 00 of the free grand slam. that's when I went in the restaurant and confronted the manager on what took place. I don't plan on going back there.

We love your . Service is great. But you seating terrible . Leather is torn and the repair tape is coming off and sticks to clothes. The big complaint is noise . Many of us wish the staff would not laugh and yell so much.

The dishes are thrown . And it is really noisy. As I said love your food and service is great . Noise is bad.

Zero Stars. I went with my daughter to the Denny's in Surrey on Scott Road. We were seated, given menus and were ignored completely for 10 minutes. No water, no coffee offered, NOTHING. We were seated smack in the middle of the place, so it's not like they could have missed us somehow.

The couple that came in after we did got served within 5 minutes and after 15 minutes we were still ignored, still no coffee offered. Even though we had closed our menus at the 10 minute mark. " Didn't even clue in that we weren't there long enough to have eaten.

NO one cared that we had left. The other customers noticed though. My daughter wrote an email and complained and they called her and left a voicemail asking if she would take a call from the Denny's in question to help them with how they could…

Was at Denny’s in Conroe and was seated by a waitress. Without asking what I wanted she delivers a cup of coffee and a glass of water to me. She said she figured that’s what I wanted based on what I had ordered the previous time I had been there, then she left.

I read the menu and decided what I wanted to eat, however, the waitress never returned to my table. I finished the coffee and continued to wait for the waitress but she never came around and after about ten minutes I went to the front counter to pay for the coffee.

That’s when the waitress showed up to take my money. I said “I guess I have to go to Applebee’s to get supper” and the waitress got really rude and sassy towards me. Before I left I asked to see the manager and everyone acted like I didn’t have a right to be asking to…

Sept. 29 @ 1:00 pm stop @ Denny’s near Kirkersville, Ohio off I70 in flying j truck stop after being seated & placing order 3 other orders takin near us & served including a party of 9. After 40 minutes still didn’t get served ask waitress what problem was with no explanation we left paying for cup of coffee & ice tea.

This a order of waffle & omelette not that difficult customer service didn’t exist.

Went to your restaurant on North Atlantic Ave in Daytona Beach, Florida. Resturant was nearly empty. We stood waiting for table for over 10 minutes. We were completely ingnored by both cashier and waiters even though they weren't busy. We left and went to another restaurant.

I use to work for Denny's family restaurant on w. 150 the st. In Cleveland just wanted to warn people how nasty it is there you can't eat a decent meal without shawting files away from your plate the food is slow at coming out the restaurant smells of sewage the workers are on drugs during work they do them while being at work and

they fire honest hard workers under false aligations because there managers are stealing money for there drug habbits thank you and have a great day

My friend and I have always enjoyed grabbing dinner at Denny's. It is usually an easy place to eat with decent food. All of that changed this past Wednesday, 9/11/19 We met at Denny's at 1505 S Havana, Aurora, CO 80012.

The cook apparently decided to take a break at 5:30 leaving the superior/waitress to cook, which she did extremely poorly. This also left no one to wait on the very few tables in the restaurant. The only person on the floor was a very nasty trainee.

After waiting for 30 minutes and complaining many times he reluctantly had the "cook" take our order. Another half hour passed until we received our dinner. Mine was inedible, my friend's was missing part of her order. This vile trainee was asked three times to get her toast, which never happened.

I work nights and eat at Denny's frequently because I work nights. I usually call in and pick up food. Everytime I call it seems as if I'm bothering who ever answers the phone. They usually put me on hold and keep me waiting five minutes.

During the day is great. At night nobody cares. I guess I will start eating from IHOP!

Hi I called a few weeks ago about a complaint I had at dennys for takeout on 37050 47th St E, Palmdale, CA 93552 I gave yu guys the date and Time I got there at 12 am and left at 3:30or 4am when I got there I asked the guy when he was going to take my order if they accept ebt he said he wasn't sure and

I took the time to look at the menu mean while he's busy surving everyone else and also taking all the orders of the people behind me when I was in front of the line so now he told me to take a seat that he will take my order in few min then 2:30 hours passed by and then he takes my order after I waited 2:30hours then

The branch located on sixth street in Vincenses IN has seriously declined. My family visited this locale today and the wait time on our order was longer than it should have been considering the restaurant was practically empty and the wait staff were having out socializing.

Our hostess was non attentive and practically zero drink refills considering how slow the food preparation was. I ordered biscuit and gravy and was specific on my order and was told that it wasn’t available only to be told that I had to request it off the menu afterwards.

I wanted a full order of biscuits of gravy and was forced to order off the value menu. Totally disappointed.

Online app charged my card. The order was not even at the store when I called to make sure it went through. So I reordered and paid for it when I arrived. I’m going to write, in detail, my experience of Denny’s on Commerical and Dixie. We got into Denny’s on 8/2/19 around 10:20 am. We got seated immediately, which was good, but we didn’t get a server until around 10:30 am because my mother received a phone call.

Our server was name Lekersha and SHE WAS HORRIBLE AND A RACIST! From the moment she introduced herself I knew it was going to be a bad experience. ” So that was a red flag, then we put our drinks in.

She gave us water that you could SMELL the chlorine before you pick up the glass. My folks got coffee and my younger sister and I got two milkshakes. It was until around 10:40 that she came back and took our order.

Order boneless wings & they came out raw! No manager came to the table. As we are on our way home, both my husband and I instantly had stomach aches & needed to use the bathroom. We both work in the food industry & will NOT be returning to any of your locations & will be sure to share our experience on social media so nobody else gets sick!

I placed an order today through Denny's online ordering system. I received a notification that they had received my payment. 30 minutes later I was notified that DoorDash would be picking up and delivering my order.

DoorDash dropped off my order around 1:32pm. Once I opened the bag, however, I noticed that two of the orders were made incorrectly and the other was missing altogether.

I called DoorDash only for them to tell me that since Denny's processed the order, Denny's was responsible for refunds or reorders. I called Denny's. A surly employee answered the phone and told me it wasn't his responsibility and that it was DoorDash I should call. I conveyed what DoorDash told me, and his voice got heated. My wife and I have dinned at Denny's for both lunch and dinner for years. Today was my first experience at having breakfast. 89 for "A" cup of coffee to a senior is way out of line. I guess i will have to locate another restaurant for breakfast that charges a reasonable price for coffee.

im a regular customer at dennys and seeing the head boss at the location in Brooklyn New York on Pennsylvania Ave he's very disrepectful to his employees . I've been seeing this alot with his employees and i dont feel like hes a good fit for your business , he setting a bad look to the customers and it very disturbing to watch him act or lash out on the working employees who i feel like is going a great job at the store .

other than that the service is excellent , and employees are very nice and welcoming .

Denny's 6506 in Mokena was the most unorganized restaurant that I have ever had the misfortune to witness. It was on an average 25 to 35 minutes at a table before anyone acknowledge that you were there and then another 10 to 15 minutes before someone asked if you wanted anything to drink.

So, it took an hour on average, before one even had an opportunity to place an order. God help someone on a lunch hour, because they would never eat in time to go back to work. The waitress was unable to focus on her job and continuing to walk around in circles.

The hostess had to constantly cover for her to ask everyone for their drink orders. My husband is on a strict diet and had asked for a pouched egg softly done. We had to send the hard pouched eggs back.

The waitress never came back to find out…

Jul 12, 2019 My wife and I came thru CT (6-20-19) and ate at the Denny's 7208, 621 Queen St, Southington, CT facility. What a disappointment that facility.

#1) Floors were so slippery we each had to hold on to whatever was close to avoid slipping and falling. (we should have left right then) #2) Our server took several minutes before taking our order. (we should have left right then) #3) Order finally taken: 18 minutes later we were getting our food. (we should have left right then) #4) Check out- had to get up to leave before check total was rendered, it took 7 min to be checked out by another server who was in no hurry to take money from us and others standing at the front checkout counter. Incoming new customers were seated well after we were ready to checkout.

Poor food quality, over priced, undercooked sauges can get people sick and flies on your booth. Disappointed, I argue with my husband to come visit Denny's after constantly being disappointed in almost all restaurants we visited.. I paid 46 dollars for half the food I didn't eat, order of pancakes I didn't make if the server would have paid attention to my order and then lie to us saying my coffee was bold coffee and

the manager of the restaurant later said Denny's no longer serves bold coffee.. Almost 50 dollars sad. I'll be going IHOP at least they cook your food right and take care of you as a paying customer.. My poor son love's this place so much but I love him more and wouldn't risk getting him sick with under cooked pork, wet saugy toast???

I went to Denny's in Great Falls MT. I don't know the location number but it is the only one in town. When I arrived (yesterday on 07/05/19) the place was almost empty. Yet, it took some time for anyone to come and seat me. When an employee did finally come to let me in (male, short, dark hair in glasses.) he asked how I was and I said I had grown older waiting to be seated. He said I had not waited that long. I said I had waited long enough. He said sarcastically "If you say so" I told him not to argue with me and left the building. On the way out he acted like he was the one put out. I do not go to a business to have someone argue with me or mock me.

I know no one cares but I will never go to any Denny's again (and I did go often) until that employee is fired. Never before have I…

I ate at Denny's on I-5 just south of Eugene, Oregon the host who collected money went outside to feed a cat and pet the cat came back in and handled utensils and glasses for food for customers without washing his hands or use a sanitizer, went to the bathroom took a crap and did not wash his hands.

Denny's should teach these people to clean them selves every time after touching animals or money or restroom breaks. The cat had it's own cat house outside and Named Denny's. I will never eat at Denny's again.

I visited the Denny's in San Fransico 810 mission st at 2 am and was very hungry.

First off, i would like this matter to be handled in a business matter and tp have a understanding on how important it is to have great customer service in a high demand restaurant and treat human beings like humans. I walked in with my boyfriend that night and it seemed ok.

We have enjoyed eating at the Denny's at I-10 and Baseline Rd in Tempe for many years. The last time I took my wife, daughter, and three granddaughters, it was a complete disappointment. Our waitress tried hard to take care of us, but was inexperienced.

I did not recognize any of the wait staff. The cook overcooked the steak and the hamburgers, which was a big let down because I had come to love the big juicy hamburgers. My daughter was served her fried eggs that were so overcooked they looked terrible.

It took him three tries to get to appear edible. I was told that the restaurant had a new manager, and that resulted in many of the staff to quit. We will not be going back. It is a shame.

this is my second complaint . i had one last year in july. this is for a different store. it took a while for our food. 99 slam and ordered the mini corn dogs for my grand daughter. we got the eggs and meat and it took over 10-15 minutes and no pancakes.

my grand daughter never got her food until we were almost done. she got the corn dogs no sides at first. then we got our pancakes and later they brought the fries. they rung up everything separate for the kids meal.

corn dogs juice fries each had their own price. our server kept forgetting that she took our order. we had to keep asking for our food. that was some very bad service. i would not ever visit that store again.

On 06-13-2019 at 1:15 am I went to Denny’s to have coffee and waited on my wife where she could eat her breakfast I sat there for 30 minutes and I still did not get my coffee and I was going to order breakfast also. On Sunday, May 26th, my husband and myself visited Denny's at 6131, Highway 6 South, in Missouri City, Tx 77459, for breakfast. We visit this location frequently. We have noticed over the last few weeks that the food preparation has gotten very slow, however, this Sunday, their service was AWFUL.

We actually were seated pretty fast but were then left seated for 30 minutes before anyone ever came to even get our order or give us water or coffee. The waitress that finally did come and ask us if we had been waited on was not even suppose to be our waitress.

Beaverdam OH. Flying J. This is the last time I'll bother entering a Denny's. This was another example of apparent lack of management and wait staff that are incapable of being efficient. I stood at the front waiting to be seated for 5 minutes, a waitress basically yelled to me to seat myself.

I waited at a booth for another 15 minutes and no one came to give me a menu or even inquire if I had been tended to. I guess I could have grabbed my own menu, gone up to the order counter and told the cook what I wanted then cash myself out???

Nah, the food isn't worth the hassles. I got a PJ Fresh salad from the fuel desk cooler, it was cheaper and quicker.

Denny’s in Fort Smith, Arkansas May 25th, 2019 Although we were seated promptly it took 10 minutes just for coffee and water my husband wanted a coke and he got coffee as well another 20 minutes went by before we were able to get sugar. Over 30 minutes went by When we finally decided we’re just going to pay for our coffee at the register and the coffee was almost 5 dollars for 2 cups of coffee when in many other diners it’s free or at least a lot less.

Additionally as we were paying for the coffee our waitress lady said our food was just about done so we decided to stay for the rest of it and took it to go and although the food was at the window and we could see it sitting there, it took them another 10 minutes before they were able to package it in to go trays and hand it to us.

Went to denny's for daughters birthday free meal. cashier host tried to seat us in a booth seating with a tear in the seat about 2 inches long. I asked to be seated in another booth. Host said we could set any where we would like.

All booths where opened except one. When my daughter received her food it was cold. Waitress was very nice. J

Came in at 8 pm tonight. Every other table and booth were dirty. Said they had been busy earlier. Got our food at 8:45 and our waitress Betty said she had to help new cook make it. Most tables stayed dirty long after vacated while some of the waitresses visited with the 6 tables occupied.

Will be a while before we come back. Poor Betty seems to have been the only one doing cleanup.

The table was dirty, and was a bad odor around seat or table. Service was bad nobody acted like they knew there job. Unprofessional. Was it every one's 1st day on the job. That's what it seemed. I won't be going back!!!
