Absolutely appalling service and total incompetence from this company in Spain. No effort made to deliver to the recipient. Website useless and hard to navigate to trace an international shipment because of time limited code verification. There was never any attempt made to deliver important documents to the home address they were given. Instead I had to drive miles to several petrol station collection points, on different days, checking with wrong waybill numbers. I was eventually helped by a DHL manager in the UK (where my package originated), but not by any DHL employee or partner in Spain. I would never, ever use this company.
SEUR is better, Amazon is best.
Sent two parcels all about US$4K value over a six month period.
DHL 'lost' two out of the four parcels - the service centre claimed they "knew where the parcels had been delivered to" but refused to go and ask for them back.

My package was a contactless no signature request. In that request I put please put in backroom where door is ajar a little on green rug. Instead the carrier just placed my package in the nasty weather in the middle of my front yard.

A delivery driver damaged property of mine in December, I have consistently tried to reach out to them to get the matter taken care of and have been getting the runaround. I have used every contact number they have to still not get to the person that is capable of handling the issue. There system is broken on dealing with the public.
DHL drive threaten to kick my dog. I have a sign that says “beware of dog” with a chain on it, the chin was not locked because I was going back out to my car. This man opens my gate and walked in my dog did not bite him the man was able to walk out before the dog got to him.
Then he said that he was going to to kick my dog. I told him there is a sign and a chain on the gate why would you go in. He is the first genius ever that has walked in with all the signs up.

I purchased a product from Grey Shop under the name Trinity Whitmer. The product has a tracking number as #9700821690 in which was attempted to be delivered to the designated destination by DHL EXPRESS. Unfortunately, not only did the driver not notify us the package had arrived via email/personal cell, but they didn't even attempt to knock or ring the doorbell.

This service is terrible. I’ve been waiting a week for my package and I tried to call but no one answers. I changed it so that I could go pick it up instead but when I went it was not ready until 4 hours.
I had to travel and hour to go pick it up and when I called about that they said we have to get an email in order to pick it up which they never said before. They have to work on their service because it is horrible.

After being stopped for more than 7 days due to bureaucratic issues, he was sent to Miami to send to Brazil by plane.
However, the package has been stopped for 3 days at that site, without any plausible explanation for such delay.
