I have to report extensive workplace bullying and mobbing against some employees that comes from some employees as the bullies.The boss bully is Bonnie from fragrance department, the store manager's friend, who has the capability to instigate others to hate and stalk people who they dislike.They spread false allegations based on their assumptions and the environment became hostile and absurd.The whole scenario is fake and it is accompanied by criminal gangs in order to spot the targets and slander them.This management is a threat to people's identity, integrity and human rights.

Last Saturday, January 20 of this year, I visited, as I do regularly every week. Some employees already recognize me. This day in particular I am going to enter the bathroom, I took my purse and a coat for the cold and entered the bathroom and once the door was closed a man opened the door abruptly, and

yelled at me that I could not enter the bathroom with merchandise from the store. store. I immediately turned around and saw a very tall man shouting so loudly that I immediately got very scared and showed him what I had in my hands.

I was very scared and very upset that this person entered the bathroom without any uniform or identification of being a store security guard. When I showed him what I had in my hands he told me, oh sorry, it's his coat.

I would like to file a complaint against Jennifer the manager at town east mall in mesquite Texas. Upon attempting to return an item, she refused the return and accused me of wearing it.

I had bought this for a birthday dinner and it was too short so I never wore it. after explaining to her she states that I wore it and demanded I leave the store.

I cannot believe a store like Dillards actually hires people like this. I will no longer shop there or allow anyone I know to shop at Dillards.

I ordered a formal gown from Dillards. FedEx delivered an empty box that was crushed and gaping open… Nothing inside. I called Dillards to file a claim which was denied due to the fact that the box weighed a certain amount when it was shipped.

They did not offer to take the matter up with FedEx although obviously, the garment fell out during shipping (due to the fact that Dillards did not bother to put tape on either end of the rectangular shaped box, and the ends were gaping open due to being crushed). Their customer service personnel are horrible… By far the worst customer service I have ever been exposed to in my lifetime.

I stopped by Dillards Domain a few days ago to purchase mascara. No one was at the Lancôme counter (no one ever is). I walked around looking for assistance. The only staff in the area were visiting with each other and ignored me. I left. I was dressed in a T-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes since I was stopping on my way home from work but I hardly looked like a homeless person that can’t afford a tube of mascara; I don’t understand why I was ignored; it wasn’t like they were overwhelmed with customers.

The next day I went to Macy’s where I was greeted as soon as I entered the cosmetics area. When I got to the Lancôme counter a salesperson came over from another counter right away and rang up my purchase. Excellent shopping experience.

We’ll Dillard’s I didn’t know you guys hired racist employees. Well, I don’t know about all locations, but the one in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, is! I shopped at Dillards frequently when I lived in Florida, but now that I went to the location in Tennessee for the first time, I found it very unprofessional and nasty as hell!

I ordered 2 dresses doing the 65% sale and when I received the purchase the quality and length of the dresses was not what I expected. The dresses from Alex Marie and Tommy hilfiger is trash. It's not right for Dillard's to state non refundable or exchange for an online purchase, because you don't know what you will be getting .

I will never shop at Dillard's again, and will be filing a consumer complaint with the Texas AG OR any agency that will listen. Shame on you Dillard's. I order all my dresses for you all, but never again.

I received a gift for Christmas, 2022, and was not able to make a return/exchange due to exceeding the 30 day return policy. I was not aware of this policy. I spoke with Justin the store manager in Mobile, AL who was helpful at all.

I asked him how was I supposed to know this was the policy? It seems that since they are having clearance sales this item could be retuned/ exchanged. There’s no way they have placed all unsold items in storage at this point in the season.

I recently visited your Baybrook location and was racially profiled as soon as I entered the store. I was seeking to MSN’s a purchase for a formal event and no one approached me to ask if I needed help nor did anyone volunteer to get a dressing room started for me in contrast to the other customers that I witnessed.

I’m African American and I’ve supported this business since it’s inception and I was appalled by this behavior especially since I had the same experience 20years ago. I think I will reconsider where I spend my money.

So thankful for the Mangager and the other team members, they were fantastic and very helpful. But one worker I believed she said her name was Sheryl, she was very rude. And got smart with a 14 year old. Just felt like I was being a burden for trying to shop there, she was very very disrespectful, mean and just plain hateful.

I recently purchased what I thought was a full sized backpack. When I received the item I realized that it was smaller than what I would need it for. The return label stated that I would be charged 9.95 if I chose to use it (totally understandable). I chose to drive to one of your brick and mortars and returned what I thought was a full refund amount. I have now noticed that I was charged for the original shipping and this is not being refunded. I went here to go Christmas shopping and i sadly did not find anything that caught my attention because their sales weren't great sales. I was walking out the store and while walking out the manager and 2 armed police officers had stopped me and publicly embarrassed me in front of everyone in the mall, and accuse me of stealing two pairs of underwear.

Being stereotyped. I’m more hurt than anything. I did a return something and I paid with cash and a gift card. The associate informed me that they don’t do money refunds anymore but on the back of the receipt, clearly states that you will be refunded, in the form of tend you paid, including sales tax.

In December 2022 I purchased (8) pairs of earrings soe were Christmas gifts and two (2) pairs were for me. I failed to see the 3 day return/exchange and went back to the store after that time because one (1) pair broke while removing it from the pkg.

44 refund upon return of two items in two orders. I am hoping you can help by giving me a return authorization for two items ordered at the onset of the COVID pandemic. I had ordered 2 dresses in 2 sizes for my daughters to wear to Disneyland.

I was returning three Jim Shore Christmas figurines that I had bought for my daughter 3 weeks earlier only to find out that she had the same figurines. I had my receipt, but the sales clerk told me that I could not return any Christmas purchases.

I was profiled at Dillard's town center in Jacksonville Florida on 11/28 by "Store manager" Pamela Manning

I realized shortly after closing that I left my cell phone in the store. I then call the store, the manager answered the phone and refused to give me back my cell phone.

Regarding the Dillards Mr. Bingle. You should be ashamed to sell something so pitiful! Mr. Bingle is a New Orleans tradition and you have turned him into a cheap, trashy fair type doll. He does not in anyway resemble the picture posted.

Dillards outlet in Ridgmar Mall The manager Ray is unprofessional with employees and customers. I shop at your location about once a week. He will be at the register on Sat. but he is not greeting customers . Only when I asked him who he was because he doesn't help out with customer check.

On Saturdays he also has his children who are under the age of 10 years old, sitting behind the register area. The daughter sometimes helps with the bags. I don't think he should be correcting his employees in front of customers.

I was shopping with my granddaughter for a homecoming dress at Dillard's in the Boise Townsquare Mall. We were in the Junior dress department. When I went to pay for the dress, a young salesperson was going through a rack of clothing.

I asked her if the register was open, and she said (with an attitude) that they were all open. " I asked her if ringing up a customer wasn't also a part of her job. I asked her what her name was and she immediately covered up her name.

I exchange a part of Mephisto Sandals. I originally ordered a size 10, they were too small, asked for an exchange for size 11M.

They sent me the sandals.... too small... I went to their website to print a label... was unable to print it from their website, ... but, read their return policy that I could mail it back to them at my cost... I mailed it to the web address: 600 Carnahan Drive,... in Arkansas.

In Dillard’s today at Carolina Place In Pineville North Carolina, purchased a Vera Bradley book bag, I presented my $10 Reward Certificate and was told I could not use it because I had reached my maximum use. I asked the young gentleman if he could get someone over to find out why it was giving him that message on the register?

Someone comes over just to say, “You can only use your $10 Reward certificate once”. So I asked her, can you call someone to verify that information? She calls someone, the conversation only lasted not even a minute. I still did not get the reason why I couldn’t use my certificate.

While I was shopping at my Asheville Mall Dillard’s in North Carolina, women’s mainly store (we have a men and women’s) I went to try on some shorts. My boyfriend waited, sitting in the chair provided outside the fitting room in the waiting area, so I could show him what I was trying on.

A sales associate came by and told him he needed to leave because men were not allowed in there. I asked what was going on, which she didn’t not explain. My boyfriend said it’s okay, then proceeded to wait all the way in the clothes section.

77 on my purchases of 8/10/21. I spoke with 2 different gentlemen at the credit card service. They advised that because I had not been charged interest or service charges they could not remove the charge. Being a loyal customer of 40+ years who pays her bills on time & in full, the news was devastating.

The hiring process was a nightmare. Managers are horrible. The lady that does Customer Service handled everything. Was not paid for orientation was not talked to during it sat with blank screen waiting for Secretary/ Customer service change video. The manager was there and was supposed to be with me.

I placed an order early Tuesday morning for a blouse for my Mother (Order #624021529). After checking regularly re: shipping, I have received NO notification that my order has shipped. I called the Dillards number (1-800-345-5273 ) to try and find out where my package was and was told that it had not left Little Rock for shipment to USPS. This is ridiculous!!!

It takes 55+ hours to ship an order??? I am a LOYAL Dillards shopper, and I find it appalling and disgusting that your company cannot be more efficient in getting a customer their merchandise. Most of the issues can be resolved with a letter or something in order to make simple arrangement's. while upper management still have income we are now down to one income which is mine, arrangement's cannot be accomplished without some form of letter or statement as to why Dillard's is closed.

Last week I bought a pair of pants for $89 and a blouse for $45, plus the tax involved. I took them home and tried on the pants, however, the waist would not stay pulled up and I wished to return them with the blouse that I bought that matched it.

However, when I went to return them they refused to give me my money back, quoting that the tags were not attached anymore and that the pants appeared to be worn. I did not wear the pants other than to try them on.

They not look worn and there was nothing wrong with either garment. I have been a customer with Dillard's for over 45 years, buying most of my clothes there and have never been treated so poorly.

However, I will never shop there again and we'll make sure that everyone I know doesn't either! I spent good money on these garments and…

Just went into the Dillard's in North East Mall, NRH, TX. Was rudely greeted by a girl who clearly didn't want me in her department to begin with while I was browsing in the NYX makeup section. " would have sufficed she turned it into a forceful question.

She seemed really pissed about something. " Ok. So I pay then she starts with treating me like I'm an idiot asking if I know the difference between eyeshadow and lipstick! I'm 23! I think I have a very broad and knowledgeable idea of what makeup is and how to apply it!!!

She really dished it out to me and I'm once again reminded of why I don't come to these pretentious places. I'm not going to be petty and say I will never shop at a Dillard's again but it's recommended that you go in with your defenses fully raised because workers here…

Had an associate "Robert" (tall black hair) the other day be completely and incoherently rude to my wife and I. We gazing sections of the stores looking to find an outfit for our date night when Robert came up to us and asked if we knew how expensive these clothes actually were.

We explained to him that we were looking for a nice outfit for my wife and he gave us such attitude and problems about being able to assist us; it seemed as if he didn't want to be there at all. The whole time he was making remarks about how it appeared we couldn't afford it and we should look elsewhere, despite me carrying a wad of 100's around in the plain open.

I made some purchases on Dillards Canton Belden Village through the phone in August. At that time, there was a gift with purchase on Estee Lauder. Before I made the purchase, the associate promised all the gifts for my purchases.

However, when I received the packages. Most of the gifts were missed. They didnt put what they promised into the package. they were so perfunctory and said I would receive the rest of the packages later. After continuously contacting with them for more than 2 months, I still didnt get my promised gifts.
