I had an appt for 12/26 I had to change it when I called the rep gave me 01/02/25 said techs only come to my area on Thursday's I said okay between 8-12 so My husband has been sitting home waiting and NO ONE SHOWS - its now 130 and I call the # I had to check on my appt and the agent said that the tech's don't work the day after a holiday if that's the case why was my first appt and

second appt scheduled after a HOLIDAY between 8-12 He said he was sorry about the inconvenience. That is easier said than done since he is self employed and had to take the day off today 1/2/25 to wait on someone who didn't show nor did anyone call or email us to let us know.

Underhanded I have been with directTV for almost over 10 years, I signed a 2 year contract about 10 years ago, I almost cancelled last year, and then a rep called me and offered me a promotional price for a year and he said there would be no contracted time just a discounted price for a year.

So I took the offer, Now a year later I cancelled my service after being with the company well over 10 years, and I see an early termination fee of $420 there is no reason I should be incurring this charge. I have not updated services to add new channels or anything in several years.

I had DirecTV for many years. Canceled it. The Win Back Department called me up and offered me a great deal.

However the deal that they offered is not available in my area. After being on the phone more than 7 hours at a time and multiple Associates.

Finally got it fixed with the Loyalty program people.

However DirecTV never worked because of error code 721. 5 tickets were opened and escalated to get the technology fixed.

Finally a lady named Lakeisha helped me in zeroed out my bill and we canceled DirecTV. Now I receive a bill for over $300 for something I never received.

Would give negative stars if that were possible. Made timely return of device ($130) but never received refund. Bought device on 8/26. Credit card shows charge. Device didn’t work and after two hours of customer service chat dt had me return it and sent new one. New device mailed 9/14. On 9/28 did two more hours/ of chat culminating in rep having me access through app. When I asked how to return device rep said I could not because had to be returned within 14 days and the time runs from March 2023 when I first established service. Finally convinced rep that this could not be true and rep said yes return it. Dt rep then telephoned me telling me to be sure to get it to post office same day because was 14th day. Did this. My account shows Dt deleted device from my account 10/05.

I have been a customer with AT&T and DirectTV since March 2023. Ever since I have been a customer I have had to call AT&T to resolve an issue with the technical support or regarding my bill. This month I have received a bill stating that I have a past due amount of $28.85. As I previously stated, every month I must call for customer service to make payments, which is what I did last month, so I am baffled to understand why I have a past due balance this month. While I was speaking with the agent there were adjustments made on the bill, and all of those adjustments and many more are reflected on the first billing statement I have received. Customer service= I do not understand why put on hold so many minutes, just to make an appointment. TO ME, it a seemed the operator was answering lots of calls at one time. How long should take to look at appointment schedule and make the appointment, seconds not 15 minutes.

AND first representative did not seem to know how to work your systems. Gave wrong information and assured me I had an appointment for repairman to come NO show and looking at 'appontment' no appointment schedules.

WAS referred to person after person,, having to repeat the problem every time after representative assured me he was taking notes.

I and in Denver. A great percentage of the time I watch DirectTV daily is the morning and evening news. Channel 2 (WGN) and channel 31 (Fox). You have had a dispute for a month now with these channels. I have a contract with you to provide them to me. Will I be getting a discount for you not providing these services? This is between DirectTV and the Broadcaster. If it's not resolved soon, I will be looking for another provider.

Bottom line, we have loved DirectTV since switching over from Dish Network. But frankly, this is the exact reason we switched. Please resolve soon.

I have had the worst experience with this company than any other company I’ve ever used. I have had to call every single month to dispute and argue with customer service about overcharging me. 00 a month. 00 a month, and after a 3 and a half hour call, I was told on text messages that I didn’t matter and for the person that was dealing with me to ignore me and transfer the issue to someone else.

I spoke with 9 different people in different departments and still never got anything resolved! 45 for my next bill, and I won’t pay it. I WILL NOT PAY IT! I’m tired of having to take time out of my day to call every single month, to get nothing accomplished.

I had a technician that did no troubleshooting to fix the problem. The only fix he offered was to replace the box. He then left the box here for me to return with no return labels or box to put the old receiver in.

I was on the phone with DIRECTV again today for 25 minutes to have a box main to return receiver. Very unhappy with this process. How should a loyal customer like myself be compensated for going out of my way?

I've been a LONG TIME customer to Direct TV, and my latest experience with my last 8 calls over the last month has been horribly atrocious at best!! I've not been one to complain as a Christian, but this has been impeccably atrocious!

On top of that my request has resulted in "the opposite " of what I requested! It doesn't help that Direct TV has many reps that are NOT fluent in the English language with very limited knowledge of Direct TV distinctive.

After trying for a few days to get my DirecTV bill, on 5/18/23 was the absolute worst service I've ever received. I stated right away what I was looking for. I was transferred. I was transferred to a total of 7 agents despite telling them right away all of my information and what I was looking for.

I took screenshots of each agent's name. The agent's were: Keerthika, Joyce, Amartyan, Ran, James, Remi, and Joshua. I had had enough and them to fuck off that I was done and was going to look into other service. I first called regarding a technical issue with pairing the remote to my TV. The problem was resolved in that the instructions were confusing. It says to press the mute and enter keys. I was pressing the mute and select keys instead.

I suggested that the on_screen instructions be modified to help the customer distinguish between the select and enter keys. The technician responded saying that they have made that suggestion numerous times but are ignored.

I discontinued my Direct TV service on April 28, 2023. My account number was 28396495. I was told I would need to return the leased receiver by May 19,2023 in order to not be charged a late fee for the equipment. I was also told I would receive a box and pre-paid mailing label in in the mail in which to return my receiver. I waited 3 weeks for the box and label. Then I started calling customer service. I have called 4 times.

-I spoke to one agent who told me to take my receiver to Fed EX or UPS and they would scan the receiver and generate a mailing label. I went to both a Fed Ex and a UPS store and they told me that the information I had was not true.

-I was told twice that a box and pre-paid mailing label would be sent to me in the mail. I have not received a box or mailing label and…

I have three recievers, one of witch only works when it wants to. I have contacted cust service to replace, went through all the testing only to be told they will send a tech that will cost me 95 bucks. S.

i switched to a different reciever and it works fine. Its is the reciever that DIRECT OWNS and sure not paying to have somsone tell its the reciiever. I have been a customer for probably over thirty years and this is what i get.

When we started with DirecTV back in the late 1990's, their customer service was the Gold Standard. They were the hands down best! Nowadays, they are amongst the worst customer service providers I've ever encountered. It is inconceivable to me that Spectrum would go on to have truly good and efficient service while DirecTV can't even tell me what boxes I have on my account!

They claim I have 6 active receivers on my account when I only have 4 tvs! Then they have me walk around the house going in to my TV systems to tell them what boxes I actually have, as if they can't access that data themselves.

That's AT&T industry-leading technology for you.

Also, their billing dept rep said they automatically add a Customer Protection Program to one's account when service is added or changed,…

Directv reached out to me with a good deal for my tenants. But they did not mention that if I went with their services. My tenants would never be able to have their own service if they chose or would be able to get internet connection.

If I made it to where none of my tenants would be able to get their own Internet we would lose tons of business. This is something that should have been mentioned and we had signed a contract and now.

My box was working on April 2,2023 and it recorded and purchased several movies. I noticed and call the customer service chat and was directed to call in. I was on the phone for hours. And the customer representative said it 's my fault and I must paid.
