BEWARE!!!! My service was disrupted back in September when a storm hit. I called a couple of weeks later for a repair man and they said he’ll be there Monday. He didn’t show up so I looked at the appointment and found out that it was scheduled for 13 years in the future on Monday.
I was never able to get anyone out to do the repair so in December I finally got frustrated and turned off my service. They sent boxes to return the equipment but I have been waiting all this time for them to send the shipping labels.
I have called so many times and each time they assured me the shipping labels are in the mail. Now they are sending me to collections for the bill for the equipment. When I call to discuss this the automated message tells me that I have to pay my bill before they will talk to me.
