ABC isn’t on in my area. It went off on the 4 th of July. This is rediculous. A local channel not able to get. I record most of what i watch in the evenings. We should not have to pay a direct tv bill n July!

I have been on hold for 2 hours .. have been bounced back from the customers service back to customer service.. the worse customer service in the world .. Still my Directv is out and no one to help ... so sad ...

I rate this experience -10. I have been trying to resolve a dispute for over a month without success. It is totally unacceptable that I have transferred from department to department without a resolution. I have been told different options and had my credit pull numerous times to receive service again with no results.

I keep been told I owe two different amounts and I filed a dispute with a representative over the phone on June 4, 2019. Since that time I have not received any information and only the run around. I would like response back to my complaint ASAP!!!!!!

We left DirecTV Nov. 2018 because our bill was going to double. Coming back because current TV provider has not singed up to carry the new ACC Network which starts Aug. 22, 2019 but DirecTV has decided to air this new network in it's Xtra Sports package.

Our attempt to return has been a nightmare. I talked to 3 reps over 3 days & got different answers to the same questions. Today July 8th I called again. Same thing different answers. Ask for Supervisor, told there wasn't one so I hung up.

Called back same thing - reps do not know answers to some questions. Got sent to Supervisor this time. They transferred me to rep for install date.

However, that rep took my name DL #, DOB & SS # but then advised they would transfer me to sales. That rep ask questions & then sent to yet another rep.…

I am so upset with direct tv, my husband and I are seriously looking into switching to xfinity! Imagine how shocked we were on Thursday morning, when we put Good Morning America on and that wonderful message was on! There was no warning.

And don't give me that crap about it being Nexstars fault. We know it is just a ploy to raise our bill. We already pay a high price for direct tv and we are on a fixed income due to retirement.

Honestly, you do not care about your customers at all!

I am now unable to watch my favorite shows on WLNS TV (Channel 6) on Direct Tv because of a financial dispute. When I signed up for Direct I was promised the XTRA package and that included Channel 6. On the fourth of July we no longer have that Channel so you are not providing the package that I need so therefore you are in breach of contract and I have the ability to now seek another provider without being penalized financially since YOU broke the contract.

Unless this situation is resolved immediately we will be forced to obtain another carrier.

I don't care if DirecTV says it is losing money or that they have to charge customers more money. Bullshit. You fat cats, make more money than anyone deserves. DirecTV is not the only company to offer quality television. I have friends that have Dish network and are happy with the service.

Hi I am a long time Direct TV customer, and I am very angry about the service.

First thing is I pay you a lot of money for your crappie service. Not only is the fee high but the damn picture goes out every time there’s any hint of a weather change. It didn’t have to rain to go out just be cloudy or windy or what ever.

Living in Florida that’s every damn day now your service goes out. Then today I go to watch the Daytona Coke Zero 400 race and you have dropped NBC WFLA from your freaking lineup, are you kidding me. Am I getting a rebate back because you jerks can’t get along.

The service is terrible. Every time we have a heavy rain or snow the reception either stope completely or the image gets scrambled. Now, they are having a price dispute with station owners and have blocked favorite local channels. All the cable providers have serious attitude problems but Direct TV is the worst.

None of their promises to customers mean anything to them. No matter what they promise, don't believe them. Further, they are part of ATT. ATT's internet service is very SLOOOOOOOW compared to other providers. When you sign-up they make great price offers. Don't be fooled.

On 7/5/19 i called the retention dept. and spoke to Alejandro. I expained my situation & asked if he could help. I told him thst the day prior i spoke to Alex & he was able to help and was just checking.

He proceeded to get sn attitude and called me a liar! He was ignorant, rude and needs to be fired! When i said i was going to cancel, he basically said oh well and was practically screaming at me.

Just found out this morning that Topeka, Channel 27 is no longer available.

Also, our current package has so mannnny worthless programs and eliminated so many programs we had before on ATT Uverse that we are beyond annoyed, disappointed, irritated and are considering what can be done to reach out to legal options for redress. We switched to Direct TV in hopes of an increased level of entertainment and economy.

Our current package is ENT and our past ATT package was U-300. So far, no comparison to what we had to what we currently have. There are way too many junk channels and what I would call "fillers" just to "show" how many options are available. What a joke!

I am very disappointed that KLAS--CBS in Las Vegas has been removed from your lineup over a contract dispute with Nexstar. How could you remove a BIG MAJOR station on the day of a holiday. I certainly hope you are still in negotiations to restore CBS station extremely soon otherwise I will find another company.

Have had yechnicisn come to house and said notho g csn do csuse its problem with ATT software and they have come and replaced Dish. Which i knew wouldnt fix it. Franklt wr are sick of it. My mother is 90yrs old a 30+ yr retiree of Bell South and cant turn her tv on and watch it because the service is pathetic.

And when tbetr is rain or storm. Forget watching it at all. I NEVER EVER Had these issues with DISH. There is no eccusr for suchnpoor service or poor customer service.

I called direct tv to see about adding a additional receiver box and was on the call for almost 50 minutes. The agent was very rude keep putting me on hold without saying anything. I was literally on hold for 40 minutes of the call.

I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told he was on another call and the phone hung up after that . When my contract is up I will never have they service again . Very very poor customer service .

I am currently staying at the Cobblestone Inn in Kersey Colorado. I am here until the 16th of July. The Satellite service has been down for several days now. They assure me at the front desk they are trying to get a rep out here to fix the problem still NOTHING.

Now they are saying hopefully tomorrow or the next day. Very bad business DIRECTV. I hope they switch to Dish. I was considering switching for HBO But not a chance after this ordeal. Now Cobblestone Inn will probably also loose my business.

I like Direct TV. But their customer service is so messed up. Have had so many conversations with different reps. due to overcharges and not being charged what I was promised when I was offered a Come Back Promotion, along with a $200. Visa card.

I was offered one price along with free premium channels only to be charged for them. Have not received all the adjustments I was quoted on either.

Account package was changed without our knowledge or consent after our monthly bill increased and we called to inquire about it. We then over the next month lost hours on the phone trying to figure out why we received error messages on certain channels selected.

We made numerous phone calls during the month, spoke with several service technicians who ensured us it was a software error and that they could fix it, meanwhile I'm paying full price. Last straw - we spoke to 5 different representatives, who all had different answers, and were ultimately hung up on.

We will not continue to do ANY business with at&t.

We have had Directv for about 20 years. The prices have steadily increased. I now pay $200 per month with no premium channels. I called customer service to see if they could give me a discount. The best they could do was $23 off a month with a 2-year renewal.

So I called Spectrum and they told me that they could give me a bundle package which included high speed internet, phone, and tv for $165 per month with no contract. Kind of a no brainer. See ya Directv.

Ripped off by Direct TV. I had a three year contract with direct, the three years expired and my rate went up. I cancelled direct tv and was charged and early termination fee. The reason I was given for the charge was that I added another tv and that automatically put me into another two year contract.

My family and I have been calling these employees for 9 days. Each day they lie to us about fixing our situation. Getting us equipment and turning service on. We have had family members at residence waiting for 9 days.

Each day nobody showed up . They later tried charging us a bill which we have not had service and equipment. My home burned down the existing equipment in my home burned melted. I keep telling them about the house fire they dont understand English.

I dont know how they are #1 in Customer service. Had them for 3yrs, worst Customer service ever!! every time I called they would transfer me to someone in another country. They would always put me on hold then hang up, at lease 3 times every time, there Excuse always the same have a new system in place, working out the glitches.

hard to understand them cause of there thick Middle Eastern Accent, and they sometime get upset when you ask them to please repeat themselves. I finaly canceled my service before my next billing cycle, but they took the money anyway.

Ordered service back on the 6/14/2019 no installation done yet just excuses. Here it is the 26th of June and this is the 4th no show of the technician no call from AT&T or DIREC TV folks. S. back ground noise was super loud.

Spoke in different language with another worker three different times three different calls. I’m done with this company and others will here about their service. Best of luck to you.

I have received several letters stating my account is past due. 32 on May 27th that cleared my bank on June 3rd and was deposited into a Wells Fargo account that the billing department does not have any record of.

I have spent over an hour a day for the past 4 days being bounced around from department to department, getting hung up on etc. I have the cancelled check for your review. I am done messing with you and your billing department.

For the past 5 months I have been billed for equipment the I have never had. The customer service, If that's what you want to call them, have assured me every month that this would be corrected. They gave me a confirmation number of 4852367251A and ticket numbers 148034, 159185.

The woman I spoke with today said the "back office" didn't approve the ticket number. What the heck is a back office? I picture little fat guys smoking cigars. I was told that I have equipment in my living room, bedroom, and a bar room.

I don't know what this is, just something you made up I guess. One rep told me that they had a computer change and the extra "bar room" must have been added by mistake. I have requested that you send a service person out to verify the equipment I have since I must be a dishonest…

Have not had on demand working for 2 months. At least 5 techs have been here and twice from my internet provider showing that I have a good internet connection. Numerous appts with techs have resulted in no one showing up or calling either.

I have talked with many people on the phone with little or no luck. 3 New receivers have been installed to no avail. After talks on the phone today I have come to the conclusion that nothing is going to be done.

I am getting ready to ditch this company after 16 years. I hate to, but phone conversations are useless and I am tired of being lied to on the phone over and over.

The installer who showed up was hours late and didn’t want to do this to begin with. I tipped him up front to help matters easier on him. I already had direct tv. Just needed the receiver and remote. He left the house at least 20 times slamming my front door as hard as he could every time.

Surprised he didn’t break the windows on my door or worse. I never received a survey comment email to complain. Still trying to figure out my new remote control. He was very rude and disrespectful. He just wanted to leave.

I believe it was a Friday evening. Very unprofessional!! I’m reporting him, or at least trying to. Thank you, Don Furtado.

Our Satellite was not working so my husband called for a tech to come out to fix it. He called at 10 am and was told someone would be out to fix it between 12 and 4.. no tech ever came when i called around 5:30 i was told the tech was on his way.

Again no tech ever showed up so i called back around 6:45 i was told the tech placed the order on hold and that our next option is for someone to come out on Friday.. and essentially that is the only option.

So now i have to pay for no TV for 3 days until they get around to fixing the problem. And I am already paying too much because when the satellite is actually working all there needs to be is a cloud in the sky or a few sprinkles of rain and the service goes out and glitches.

Direct TV schedules an install date that "works for you" when signing you up as a new customer. After you have been signed up, they call you to tell you that the scheduled install date does not work and you must reschedule. They rescheduled my install date twice!

Service went out. Called Direct tv had to schedule tech. Tech came out left needed newer equipment. He never came back rescheduled a tech. That tech never showed up. We’ve been on the phone 7 times now to get this resolved.

3 times they have set an appointment time spanning 4 hours and just call after said appointment to reschedule and your talking to someone from India.. I even pay extra for protection half of my favorite channels have been scrambled for a month now..
