Installed 4 new tires on 11/18/ 2023 After a week later 11/25/22 tire pressure light on with one tire had only 26 PSI out of 35 PSI.Had to wait long hours even air pressure checked. Found leak from valve installed out of order. Poor service

I replaced 4 new tires on 11/18/2022 at 8125 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA 98203, after a week 11/25 2023 tire pressure light showed up, I went back to store to check tire pressure I had to wait for about 20 minutes and found one tire had 26 PSI only, I went inside to talked at about 2:30 PM, told me to come back at 5:00 PM did not even take a look, I went back to store at 5:00 PM I had to line up again, I had been waiting for 40 minutes already not even touch my car yet.

I worked for Boeing and I will tell everyone about Discount tire how did they are bad service. Should improve customer service.

We agreed that I buy the tires and I paid on my debit cash card; however, when the payment process completed, he told me I have to make an appointment or drop my car at a later date.

I asked him if I can leave my car now and return when completed. He said that is not an option; i either try some other time or set an appointment. I asked how soon I can get an appointment?

I will first start by saying that I had new tires put on my wife’s vehicle, which was done at your Middleton Wi location and the experience was fantastic! Plus two weeks later she had a mishap on the hi way which caused a blow out and because we purchased the insurance the tire was replaced immediately and at for a minimal charge.

So needless to say the experience was 5 plus stars. So I needed new tires and rims for my truck and with out a second thought I called your Middleton location. I was asked to come in so they could assess my situation and needs.

Measurements were done and they at that time new what in needed. Another appointment was made and I returned in a couple of days to have my new rims and tires installed. Turns out the new tires were too big and rubbed in the wheel wells…

I signed in at Discount Tires MNM 24 Brooklyn Park MN location at 4/25 p to get my tires rotated. Adam MM went outside and did a tire tread inspection and said that my tires were still in the “Green” and that my rotation would be free.

Tire on car started loosing pressure took to Discount parked it and got rep to look at it. While waiting for repair tire went completely flat. They sent young woman to drive car in service area with the tire completely flat, I tried to stop her even tried to get some other employ to stop her but she drove it any way.

They got the tire off and told me it was not repairable I would need a new tire, I told them to put the spare on the car and put damaged tire in the car. Then took it to another shop where they ground the patch off and found the nail still in the tire took it out and fixed the tire.

I called ahead to get 3 tires (I got the 4th changed a few weeks prior because of a blowout), an alignment, and 4 new TPMS sensors. When I called, I asked for the price on sensors, and I was quoted at $10.99 a piece. I was thrilled because this seemed very cheap. I came in and scheduled my service with the store manager. I told them what I needed, and I told them that I didn't need my Rear Left tire changed since it had just been done, but that they would still need to take it off to change the sensor.

Had new tires installed last month and they got behind so rushed installation and ended up cracking and scuffing one of my rims. Reached out to the Altoona, IA store manager who escalated to corporate. Corporate reached out and requested details and pictures, all has been sent.

Received email advising it was being reviewed and now no response and individual assigned will not return calls or emails. What can we do to resolve this issue as I am incredibly frustrated and will file small claims and take to our Iowa Attorney General's office if we don't hear from corporate soon.

Came to buy 2 tires for my truck. Waiting in line always takes for ever. They said that it was going to take 45 minutes to 1 hour. They took 2 hours! ( check your records) Came back to the store 2 weeks later because I didn’t have the time to come sooner and as soon as I start running my truck it starts shaking like crazy.

I recently took my daughter car to have the tires rotated and balanced, as we do regularly, that’s the reason I choose discount tire, for the warranty also. Well so they said her 2 back tires had become thin and one had some wire showing, but warranty only covered one? I was really upset!

Bought 4 new tires and rims less than a week had blow out on way out of town. The discount tire location did not have in stock my tire so had to take what was available. I came home yesterday talked to person at location I bought tires from and told sorry nothing I can do already used your warranty.

Asked him what about your ad if not satisfied bring back was told yet again sorry if you want tire to match other 3 you need to buy it. I do not think this is right. I do not mind paying maybe the difference if need be but was not my fault the store did not have my tire nor that I had a blow out.

I went in to get my tire pressure checked at the 2245 Stoneside (Conroe, TX) location last Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2022. I have gone to the is location before and have also been a faithful customer of Discount Tires since 1992. The reason I am reaching out is twofold.

First, the reason for me stopping by that afternoon was my tire pressure light was on when I got in the car go to work that morning and I wanted to see if there was anything to be concerned about. Purchased new tires from store in Tallahassee Flordia when I brought truck in for tire rotation service guy tells me tires are cupping on front of truck. Had tire rotation and wheels re-balanced. Weights fell off tire within 150 miles.

Went back and was told that the wrong weights were put on tires. These are the same wrong weights that were used when tires where purchased new. Now tires are cupped and I am requesting NEW tires at no cost to me!

I went back to the Grove City, Ohio store to replace a flat tire due to a road hazard. Since all the tires on the car were the same and under warranty, I placed an order for a warranty replacement and three other tires.

I also ordered new wheels at the same time. This was done on Aug 27th, 2022. Was told they would be in by Sept 1st, 2022. It's now just about 2 weeks and still no knowledge of when the wheels will arrive.

Was previously told the tires were in, but now they are on order too. Oh and it seems that there is no acting Manager while the Manger of the store is out for two weeks.

I have been a Discount Tire customer for over 25 years. Went in to the Greenwood, Indiana store last Friday, Sept. 2, 2022. I was treated poorly. They said they had no written information to help me find the tires in the price range that I was looking for.

I usually buy they upper grade tires. they said that I could come behind the counter and look at the computer. They gave me a Discount Tie card to write all the information down. They never did tell me about the Labor Day deals.

As an employee there I expect everyone to be treated equally, even if they are a former employee that had to move on but still wants service. Derek the Senior at txw09 still treats a former employee like he works there.

Always asking why he's always there and questioning why he's doing what he does. Today September 3, 2022, said former employee came in to get a full roto-bal on his truck and we had to take everything off because it is a dually and not all the wheels are the same.

I did an order last week on Wednesday I went to purchase four tires and I was told the tires would be place in order and would be in the shop between sat & tues of the following week- I waited until Wednesday I called and was told that they were in the shop.

I stated that I was going to pick them up and when I get there the tires weren’t ready meaning they weren’t on the rims (which I had left them in the shop the prior week). I’m truly disappointed due to the fact that there is no communication amongst the staff to provide a better service to your client, since I had to wait 30mins for them to be placed on the rims.

Concerning poor service at Clute Texas Location.

On August 23, 2022 I scheduled a tire rotation for 1:30 p.m. (these tire were purchased at Clute Texas location) I arrived 10 minutes early. At approximately 1:50 pm my vehicle had not been moved . When i ask what the delay was the Associate(sorry no name) , said they were short handed and it would be "a while" before they could get to it. Why did he not let me know earlier as I just sat there? This is the second time this has happened at the Clute Texas location. My Company will never buy another tire from there. When our owner called to complain that evening they could not have cared less. Just an FYI if you care!

I went to the store in Dallas of of Forrest lane today. I'm done of being a customers of this company due to service time waits. Went in today to get my tires rotated and balanced and was told it would be a "2 hour wait". I shook my head and wasn't happy. I quickly stated to him and across the lobby that: "What happened to you guys, yaw used to be so fast". The service person stated that "I could go online next time". I left upset and disappointed!

I stopped at Discount Tire on Speedway Blvd in Tucson because I got a nail in my tire and wanted a repair. The car is pretty new, and had 12,000 miles. They told me that my tires were dangerous to drive on and gave me measurements of 2/32 and 3/32 for the front and 5/32 for both rear tires.

They also stated that tires need replacement at 4/32, and that I was risking my life, and may not make it through the day if I left on those tires. I went for servicing of the car at the dealership today.

I inquired about their price for tires. They told me that both front tires were 5/32 and that the rear tires were 6/32. They rotated them, and I then asked if they thought I should replace them soon. On 7/5/22 I purchased a tire at Discount Tire in Baton Rouge located at 7900 Florida Blvd. One of my tires were plugged and needed replacing. I bought a Han Kinergy GT H436 and that store put it on or so I thought.

I get back to Austin and take my car in on 7/18/22 to Discount Tire (Austin) and I'm told I still have the plugged Tire on my car and two lug nuts are missing. I drove from Baton Rouge to Austin on a tire that old have blown out or popped off.

0n 6-24-2022 I purchased 4 wheels and 4 Michelin Defender tires for my daughters car. 5x47mm wheel. He sold me 16”x7”x40 he said that there will be no performance difference at all. At 65 mph her car vibrated and so did her steering wheel.

She took it back the put a rubber spacer on each wheel. It still vibrated. I had the corrosion sanded off one of her Honda wheels. She went to return the wheels I bought there. They wanted to charge $56 to put her wheels back on.

I told him no so he charged me $27. I already paid $22x4 when I bought the wheels and tires from employee # 465. It’s not my fault he misled me and said theses will be great, no problems. He was wrong.

Yesterday 6/28 around noon . my car with yellow warning on which indicated low tire pressure. This was the first time in summer for this car with three tires replaced in 2017 and one replaced in the summer of 2021. A friend of mine suggested Discount Tire which I had never used before.

The front desk clerk came out used machine checked the pressure: two front tires and one rear on driver side were above 30 with a normal pressure, one on the rear of passenger side he said was 27. He said that they could check the low pressure tire and fixed for free. He said that took about 2 hours which I really didn’t mind waiting but he then asked me if I could come tomorrow…

On 62122 I took my vehicle to the discount on Kolb Road in Tucson Arizona. I had a nail in my tire which I was trying to get patched the guy comes out and tells me that not only is there a nail, but that I had previously had some Patchwork done on the tire that was leaking and

they couldn't mess with it because of that, but they would patch the nail and I would just have to top the air off until I can get a tire. Stressed out a single mom i leave there to go pick up my son and end up on the side of the road with a flat.

I have 3 truck's that I have road hazard and rotation service contract with the local discount tire. This costs me a lot of money, but when I went in today to get the tires rotated and balanced a rude young man told me to come back in 3 days because they had too much work.

I also have a business to run if I ran my business that way I would be shortly out of business. I am not very happy with the customer service. I'm not sure if when the tires wear out on these trucks that I will continue to do business with discount tire.

I made an appointment at my nearest Discount Tire, located at 2310 82nd Street in Lubbock, Texas, and arrived early. I plan to either sell or trade in my Toyota FJ Cruiser this weekend, and the low tire pressure alert has been on for awhile, so I wanted to have the battery replaced that was causing the sensor to stay on.

My oil change place told me that based on their sensors, they believed it was the spare tire battery that needed to be changed. Upon arriving, I relayed all this information to the customer service representative, and he proceeded to check the tires in an attempt to determine which tire had the faulty sensor.

He ultimately decided the sensor needed to be replaced in the rear right tire, but we both also noticed that that tire was low and should probably be checked since…

I arrived for my appointment and no one was at the counter and I was told several times that someone would be right with me. Hugo help a guy who showed up after me while I stood there and waited.

10 min later someone finally can out. Poor customer service.

Yes,just left discount tire on woodruff rd,put 45,000 mile Toyo tires on my vehicle 21,000 miles ago.They are wore out,all highway miles,now they want another 488.00to replace....So bottom line is that I will have to pay twice the amount to get that mileage out of these tires....yes two for one,being you're double charged to get the mileage they say....good luck

Yes,picture this,two days,80 miles,still no tire replacement. 5 cars pull after mine,and there took back and I'm still waiting. If this is how you run your business, then I'll take my 3 cars that has your tires on them, I will be done with you.

3 days to get a simple tire change. I guess it's time to let everyone know about the work being done on wade Hampton Blvd Greenville SC.
