We went to Discount Tire at 2515 NE BOB BULLOCK LOOP. Laredo,Tx 78045 For a Tire rotation and balance. After we left at 65mph the truck started vibrating. We stopped and checked and saw some of the nuts were loose and could even take one out by hand.

Visited your location at 8811 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E. Humble, Tx. 77396 on 05/18/22. Thinking if I visited another location than the one I normally visit on Wallisville Rd. that I would have a better experience. I'm not sure why I'm always having bad luck with Discount Tire.

I had all 4 tires replaced and when they were done my center caps were coming off, at least 2 of them. When I wasn't having in problem with them before. As always they will think of a reason other than its their fault.

So the reason I received this time is. That they were old and came unglued. When the caps don't seems to be glued on ,but they have little clamps that snaps into the center piece. The manager he will order only one that came completely off, but the other one looks as if it will fall off soon.

bought 4 new tires invoice number 1339354 tires purchase was great.

however my vehicle has a mark on the right rear bumper after installation, had the store take photos and forward them to fleet response, claim number 1139762.

however fleet response does not return their phone calls with their call back number on the claim or get back to the consumer. They also gave me the supervisors number to call her voice mail was disconnected, seems like they hope you go away.

My complaint is in the works but to start documentation I went in to the Woodbury discount tire to purchase new tires for my truck and we found a pair of four tires that would match my truck and I paid I was told to come back in a few hours and he haven't already on and the truck would be ready.

So when I got there I walked in to see three new tires on my truck and four people standing around my truck as though it just died in the hospital one of them had broken the lug off and they couldn't get the tire off to finish the job.

Then I was told that I was responsible to be the one to go get my truck fixed then bring it back so they could finish the job. m. there was no place in town that is going to be open to take a look not off that's broken on a Saturday.

Dealing with two separate locations, I feel the need to add that the lack of professional conduct seems to be throughout the chain. Store supervisors and managers do not like when a costumer goes above their head. I called a regional manager more than once to have the issue resolved.

After numerous attempts and visits to both storefronts, I finally have the warranty coverage I paid for. Had to fight tooth and nail to get warranty coverage performed. Was told by the manager that they're not in the business of giving away free tires...

Or providing the warranty they exclaimed and charged extra for.. The distraught feeling while having interaction with both stores has convinced me to never use Discount tire again. I am thoroughly displeased with the investment into tires from Discount tire.…

Where to begin, About a year and a half ago I came into the local Discount tire in Fort Gratiot Michigan for new tires. That's where it all started to unfold. The tire tech did not know that on a 1986 Toyota dolphin with a full floating rear axle had factory installed left handed threads for the lug nut studs on the driver side of the axle only.

They assumed the lugs we're traditional right hand thread, unfortunately they were all damaged from the initial visit to have tires installed. Stretched every stud and broke one off completely! Not a common issue, but an honest mistake that they denied responsibility for.

I was sent home with the damaged parts to figure out for myself, how to repair. About two hours of work later, I managed to loosen all the remaining 5 lugs and went back to…

On Tuesday 3/29/22 , I called Discount Tire 4534 Log Cabin Drive Macon, GA. I spoke to a, Chad, I explained to him I purchased some tires brand new(275 60 15) for my 1994 Mark III F-150,which came on the truck, because the wheels are custom, .

I, ask could they install them, he stated ,yes and quoted me a price, and gave me a 2:30pm appointment. I changed my plans and arrived at 2:15 p m. 00. When setting up my appointment, I asked my salesperson “to please keep my stock original wheels and tires”. When they were done with my vehicle, I noticed the original wheels and tires weren’t in the bed of my truck.

I asked the salesperson where the wheels and tires were and with no response but a surprised look on his face; went into the back after a few minutes than went into the storage garage. Rolling tires towards me. “JUST TIRES”.

Discount tire in Highland Indiana is incompetent and ridiculous. RIP OFF. I purchased 4 brand new tires and one tire consistently has air going out, been to the same tire shop several times about the matter and I’m being told oh well maybe someone is messing with your tire instead of replacing the defective tire.

Every time they run the test it comes back nothing is wrong but clearly it is. Then the employee had the audacity to get smart with me. I will never go to the business again.

Visited store on Hwy 528 in Rio Rancho NM 3-18-22. As a contractor I put many miles in each year. Left rear had a nail in it, asked them to change that and one other and I would change the other two tires next week

TPMS might was still on when I left and I thought it would go off in a while. Car felt loose and washed out a little in turns. Thought I was over compensating. This morning, 3-19-22, TPMS was still on and car felt very loose. Front right had a nail and was down to 11psi. They rotated BEFORE taking the wheel off which meant, they put the punctured tire on the front.

Contacted 800 number who called store. Store manager, Silas, offered to change correct tire this time where I can observe and verify.

We purchased 4 new tiers on February 25, 2022 and the disconnect tier store at 4439 N Loop 1604, San Antonio, TX, 78249 broke 4 of the front passenger wheel studs. My wife was only informed that they would need to be replace but they failed to inform that the car was not driveable.

I have picks of the wheel studs broken and 3 hanging on for dear life. This impacted our finances as we then had to order and pay for the wheel studs $60 and rented a car for another $240 plus gas.

The negligence of discount tier is unacceptable and this could have cause use more than just money. Discount tier should do the right thing and pay for this inconvenience. com. Ruben Gonzalez

Hi, I went to Discount tire,4800 block of Louetta yesterday, 03/03 and they were going to change a tire. 57 wheel hub. All I want, is if I ever go back to Discount Tire is a credit for the part that they broke.

Bought 4 new tires a month ago from Discount tire and had them installed. I went to a funeral a month later, yesterday and on the way back I heard flapping noise in back like a flat tire sound, I pulled over on I95 and check out my tires and no flats?

I drove and stopped 3 other times because of the noise like flat. GOD GOT ME HOME, turns out my tire was about to fall off and the other 3 tires lugnuts were not tightened. This could have been a deadly accident and not my fault.

I was in-between semi trucks and praying that I would make it home, not knowing the noise was my tire about to come off.

I wanted to put in a formal complaint about your discount tire location, specifically 10101 Hull Street Road, North Chesterfield, 23236. I was extremely dissatisfied with my service and overall experience. In my personal experience of working at Advance Auto Parts, we have dealt with many of your angry customers who had to replace hub caps, lug nuts, TPMS systems, due to discount tire.

However, I was looking to replace two of my tires because I had failed inspection. I planned on getting new wheels and new tires within the upcoming months and just wanted to pass the inspection until then. On January 21, 2022 I taken my car to Discount Tires located at 9402 Stella Link Rd, Houston, TX 77025 because the tire pressure indicator was reading 22 instead 35. The standard tire pressure a 2014 Buick Encore should read 35 for all tires.

A Discount Tire technician thoroughly checked all tires by instructing me to turn the wheel in different directions to see if a nail or cut was causing the tire to have a slow leak. No damages was found. He recommend putting air into the tire and if it continues to lose pressure to bring my car back to Discount Tires for repairs on Monday, morning of January 24, 2022.

I use to rave about discount tires, however the last two visits have been disappointing. Previous visit, I had two hub caps replaced. When I ask if they synced up the tpm I got a blank stare and then was told they forgot to put the sensors back.

Plus they were suppose to rotate the tires, they didn’t because I could see where the new hub caps were. I had an appointment today that I made last week. Was told there was no appointment.

I’ve had issue after issue with the tires I’ve purchased. I believe at some point all tires have Beth replaced under warranty, but yet issues continue to arise. I last got a flat 01/03/2022 and reached out to the West Kimberly location in Davenport, IA and was told by Maurice I couldn’t be accommodated.

When asked for corporate info he stated that he could give me the info, but the details would only come back to him. He instead shared I could make an appointment and be seen Weds 01/05/2022. The frustration I truly have is the fact that I caught a flat on 11/19/2021 and reached out and wasn’t serviced until early Dec.

TXS 20 4439 N Loop 1604 W San Antonio, Tx- Took both of my Mercedes (2015 & 2020) in for rotation & balance. Before the service both SUVS ran smooth. The 2020 was serviced proper the first time. My 2015 would vibrate from 68 mph up.

I took it back Thursday (12/16). I was told that all the tires were out of balance. Excuse me, but there was no problem till I brought it in for rotation/balance. So they redid the balance and told me the problem was fixed.

Sorry, but the seats & steering wheel shook like hell. I'll never set foot in this store again. I then took the 2015 to another store @ 12850 W I 10 San Antonio, Tx. Spoke to "Jesse" and advised him of the trouble.

I had made an appointment for buying 4 new tires for my Honda CR-V. It was for 2PM on 11-24-2021. 45PM. 20PM nobody came up to me for starting the new tires switch. I noticed that other customers were being attended to and I was being discriminated.

My husband Steve Simmons took my 2017 Lincoln continental premier in on October 25th 2021 due to the right rear tire kept going low. The car was bought June 2021 with no flaws and thoroughly inspected as well as pictures take to give to the credit union. there were no flaws.

Steve brought it home, but due to health problems I have not driven it since then. Steve drives his truck. Today I opened the driver door to get in to and to my horror there was a blackish irregular smudge on the seat.

The seat some kind of leather but not real leather and its kind of a cream or light beige color so it was very noticeable. I immediately started wiping the smudge off of course and I could see also there was more than just a dark smudge, it was cut.

Tried ordering new tires and make an appointment online. The issue my Discount Tire card is the issue apparently it no longer works if you don't use it for 1 year they cancel it he told me. But who buys new tires every year. Makes no sense.

Said I had to reapply so I do I get an account number reference number. I go to purchase the tires and it doesn't work. The website says reference number is no good. The folks at the store were not helpful either.

He said I can come in right now and he can straighten it out but I can't come in right now that was the whole point of ordering online and making an appointment that was convenient for me. I don't want to drive all the way over there straighten out the finance account then come back another time.

I recently bought all 4 tires but one of them was defective. I called them to let them know that my tire kept getting low. I had to be adding air every other day, well I called to explain to them my situation and to ask if they had that tire in stock, one of the employees who answered the phone checked and

he told me that they did have the tire and told him I’m on my way, so I headed out to the store and when I got there they told me the tires that I had boughten were discontinued!! I was furious because they had told me they did have them.

Aiken SC, Do not follow instructions even when it on the work order, had store that was separated, removed from car and placed in truck, showed salesman, while buying four new tires, wanted new tire on the one in the trunk,and the left rear was the spare, bad tire in the trunk, had to go back, Thier statement was there wasn't nothing wrong with it, but they got the tire out of the trunk and mounted one of the old tires on it, missing center cap on tire now, poor quality work, and poor workmanship.

The Discount t tire located at 20690 Us Highway 281 N San Antonio, TX 78258 United States is horrible. Ordered 4 Pirelli tires from them about 3 months ago (August 2021) warranty and all. Came back about a month ago (September 2021) because of a nail in my tire.

Discount said it was not repairable because of the nail being on the sidewall, So they ordered me the same tire from another location. A few days later, it shows up, they throw it on my car and i leave.

I come back a couple days later to check the tire because my drive was off, turns out the new Pirelli tire they just ordered for me was bad (has a bubble in it). Fast forward to today and i’m STILL driving on the bad tire that Discount PUT BACK ON my car????

went to the fort smith arkansas location to have tire pressure sensor looked at. i was told that i had 2 bad sensors and agreed to have them replaced. when i drove my car in i had 2 sensors reading in the dash and 2 not reading.

after replacing them i was told that i need to drive 5 to 10 miles to get sensors to reset. the new sensors never registered on my dash gauge and the 2 that worked were flashing 10. after about 70 miles and without the sensors working right all readings went to dash marks.

i returned the following business day, they looked at the issue and told me that the 2 new ones were reading and didnt know why they were not showing in the dash and that the other 2 must have gone bad. the tech told me that if one does not read that none of them will work, which was a lie…

I’ve contacted the company over the last few weeks without a call back. I responded to an email received for employment.

I’ve requested a call back and nobody seems to respond back. This is entirely unprofessional and disrespectful. My family has been long time customers, which makes is even more surprising.

Amount of waiting time at store was more than a customer should have to endure. The stalls were NOT busy at times, up to 3 stalls with no vehicles . Much attention was given to instore phone calls and sales verse what the store had ready for installs.

Need to see where you want to send all 4 of my wheels to have reconditioned again because of your total lack of customer service. 00 in paint and materials to restore my 2007 Mazda 3 GT Speed wheels and your arbor dug into all four wheels because your tire tec had no idea what he was doing.

Down hill corporate operation.Bad customer service.2 different accounts I only have 1.returning my overplayed account.2 refund checks 6/2020 deposit&1 bounces charging me $15.00 for their mistake&report my account 2 months pass due to credit reporting agencies bringing score down.In august I get 2 more checks.Customer service is horrible when you call to try to straighten their mess.

Having been a customer for years I knew to arrive early to get service. The store opening hour is 8:00 AM. I arrived at 7:30 AM before anybody arrived, probably before store employees. An employee started to get information from customers who arrived after me.

I informed the employee I was first in line and had been there since 7:30 AM. He told me I would have to get at the back of the line. Appx a dozen people were already present for service. I stopped another employee who moving vehicles/notifing other other people they were next.

I had a tire losing air took tire of vehicle and found a tiny small hair line crack on rim. Took it to 98 north store in Lakeland Florida. I asked about the lifetime structural warranty I had. I was told by sales associate Tanner that it was covered and they had none in stock, he got on the phone with someone in California and they where shipping one to Lakeland store.

Again I was told it was covered. Now I get here today and it was full price on rim. Not fair to me the customer when I was told it was covered. Brenton Johnston at the 9403 Culebra Rd San Antonio Tx 78251 is a thief And liar in my opinion. I have dealt with Discount Tire for over15 years but not again if they have workers such as Brento Johnston. I purchased a set of custom trims and he didn't even return my old wheels or wheel covers.

When I had my adult son who dealt with them this time due to my in ambulatory condition ask for them he was told we didn't ask for them AFTER BEING TOLD THEY WERE LIKELY IN THE BACK. I wonder if I am driven back with the receipt if they take these custom trims and reverse the deal? Hope so

I had an appointment for 9AM, and when I got there. The location was flooded with people. There were only two employees in the lobby. My car was not done until 1030. There was no apologies, and there was no proper seating, phones were ringing off the hook.

Several people were waiting who had 9AM appointments as well.

Discount Tire in Carson City, NV quoted me $40 for a tire rotation/balancing for my vehicle make & model. When my wife took the vehicle in for service she was charged $50. When I called the Discount Tire Store in Carson City to ask why they charged $10 more than their quote I was put on hold for 15 minutes so hung up and called back and was asked if I could be put on hold again. I asked if someone could just call me back but no one ever did. I called again the next day and waited15 minutes to reach a person who promptly put me on hold for another 30 minutes and never checked to see if I was still on the line. I finally hung up.

The store charged me more money than I was quoted and I can't even get a hold of anyone to find out why? Terrible, I will never buy tires from Discount Tire again!

I applied for a Synchrony card and was approved in short order on Friday , 2 July, I wanted to order online a set 4 of tires. I completed the ID and received approved ID as Retired Navy. On Saturday 3 July, I attempted to get my Synchrony card info so I could complete my order.

I was told it was less than 24hrs and they could not provide the info, and I could call back later. Now Sunday 4 July , I called and was verified with CSA who I was, The CSA pulled up my info, however refused to provide card number, cva expiration date , even when I said you have my last 4 SS# you ask me to confirm by email, address etc..

We stopped by the discount tire in Howell, Michigan to have a tire repaired. We were told since we did not have an appointment we would have to be a walk in. We have waited over an hour snd a half to get the tire repaired.

Then the gentleman said we could make an appointment to get it repaired. The last time I made an appointment they took in 3 walk ins before they even pulled my car in. This is unacceptable the tire could blow out while driving.

We purchased these tire from here. But I think I’ll go somewhere else for new tires.
