I needed to get full set of tires on my corvette ask the manager if the 275/40/17 will fit the front of my gran sport corvette. He told me it was not his job to look up if those tires will fit he said it was my job to do my homework to see if they will fit he told me he was not here to play games he had no time to look it up he was running a busy store I am 61 years old and

I had to have a tire fast on the15th. They had to order it , I was told it would be in by 3pm on the 17th! And was told they would call if anything changed! On the 18th I tried to call 4 times and left messages to please contact me! No response!

I rented a car for my trip and on the 22nd I showed up and had to wait 2 hrs to get that tire installed ! And was told my tire had been there since the 16 th! Poor business

I brought my vehicle in for a flat repair that said I have 13 vehicle ahead of me but that said we can get you out before 3pm I said ok I've watch a total of 25 vehicle go in and out ahead of me my vehicle hasn't even been touched at all it know 3:20 pm and now Alex here at the Roanoke location is now telling me it looking like another hour and

They broke a stud off one of my wheels and sent me to a mechanic shop for repair. I went and was told to make an appointment,so I did. He said I had to drop it off and could not wait for it.

I didn’t have a way to drop it off. My wife cares for her mom full time.

Finally my son from Austin came and took me and took me back when it was ready. He had to miss a day of work which cost him a lot of money. To me that’s a bad way to do business.

All the time and money it cost us to get one little stud placed. The salesman told me Discount does not do mechanical things. What??? Anyway,I’ve been using Discount since they first opened near me in Houston. I am taking my business elsewhere and not using Discount again.

I sat in line today at the Fort Wayne Discount Tire, just to have the air checked in my tires, I purchased my tires at Discount Tire and this location.

After I sat in my car with the window down for 29 minutes no one still had come over to check my tires, so I went in, again no service.

I called after I left because I was on my lunch time and ask if they were still checking air he said yes but they were 20 cars deep...not in the tire pressure line they were not...I was the only car there.

About 10 people walked by me, with my window down and did not say a word, we will be with you in a second as soon as we can...nothing.

I have always had good service from this location but not today, maybe they are short staffed, maybe they are having a bad day...but that is how you lose a good…

00 back in December. My tire had a nail in the 2 back tires and i found out we didnt have the coverage. But we ask for the coverage and they said we paid for the tires to be rotated and blanced not replaced.

Had a flat, took the tire off myself and took the tire in for repair. My schedule would not allow me to stay at the store for repair and replacement so I left the tire and said I would be back the following day.

I was not able to make it back the next day because my schedule would not allow but made it the following day. I purchased a set of over priced tires for my 2018 Ram 2500 4x4 diesel a couple months back. Tires pressure always goes down. It was low the other day while I was out and pulled in to the store I purchased the tires from.

Then line to get air was all the way out to the street. Pulled in to one of the bays that was empty. And they told me to go get in that long line for air. So after spending more money than tires are worth, customer service goes out the door after you get the money. Lousy service.

One customer doesn't affect your bottom line. I now see how that works. Give me your money then get the (bleep) out. I will be going else where next time I and all my relatives need tires for all our vehicles.

The ONLY reason I agreed to purchase a new set (4) of tires was because one of the employees told me by purchasing a new set I would receive a $50 Visa rebate. I have been buying tires from discount tires for years with no problem. I recently bought tires for my 2014 Mercedes Benz CLS550. On fathers day 2019 I and my 10 year old daughter was driving when the driver side back wheel came off.

Fortunately no one was hurt and there was minimal damage to the care. When I called discount tire to inform them I was told by Kaleb at the McDonough Ga. location to file a claim. I did with Mike Bebee.

Yesterday June 4th I went to the Discount Tire store where I purchased my tires twice and it was very crowded. I had made an appointment for after two pm, but when I returned it was still crowded and I would have to wait. Today June 5th I called to make an appointment for 11 AM and was told no, but had openings for 10:30 and 12:30. This is rediculious. I have been purchasing tires since your store opened in Las Cruces, N.M. I was also told that if I make an appointment at a time I will not be serviced at that time, but have to wait till there is an opening. On Tuesday 3/26/2019 I took my 2013 Nissan Altima in to get my passenger rear tire fixed because it was low on air. The auto gage on the car said it was registering 7 psi. I understand it can be misleading a few pounds.

However it was very visibly clear which tire was low. I also told the salesperson Jordan Clark to do a tire rotation as well. He went to the car and recommended two new tires put on the back in which I agreed to pay for the two new tires.

I called the Discount Tire location on Randall Road in Carpentersville, IL yesterday, 03-06-19, spoke to Rich Farias, set up an appointment for a tire rotation today 03-07-19 at 0930 am. When I get there at 0925 I spoke to Carlos Martinez JR who told me that my appointment was not in their computer so I would have to be treated as a "walk in" which would take longer.

Discount Tire cannot properly balance the tires on my TWO VW GTI's, one being a 2015 and the other a brand new 2018 all because of the fact that Hunter Engineering balance equipment at TWO OR MORE DT locations are either defective or just plain worn out.

Hunter will not respond to refute this statement and they will pass the buck when calling them directly on telephone, evidently because they do not want to admit nor deal with this as my suspicions are most likely true and accurate and because I am a retired engineer in more than one arena.

went to buy tires for my truck and was told they were out of stock but could order them. I agreed to that and was told to be back at 800 in the morning. when I came back in the morning and waited to see someone I was told that the delivery truck will not be there til 11 or 12.

I live in a different city and it was a hard ship on me to drive back and forth. I was told I would be first in line when I came back. when I got back I was 4th in line and waited over 11/2 hrs.

My wife took the car to the new tire store in cedar rapids iowa on Blairs ferry road. They told her that all 4 tires were in bad shape. He gave me a quote on 4 cooper tires and out the door was 600 dollars.

He only had 2 in stock and would order the other 2. He called me 2 days later and said they were in. I was set up to come in the following Monday at 4 o'clock. Another person helped me.

You get 0 stars 7-30-2018 around 9ish am. I brought my car into Discount for 2 front tires. I told the sales rep behind the counter to check the rear tires for nails/screws. I walked out side about the time the tire monkey was done and he never touched the back tires.

Went back inside to the front to get this squared away. At this point i was polite, I had stuff in the back of the car I apologized because I forgot it was left in the car and the guy had to move it because the key chuck was under it.

This is when it all takes a turn for the worst. I have worked on cars for 30 + years I have never see a screw in the tread area of the tire that could not be repaired. Apparently you use patches and not plugs.

So it takes more of an surface area to patch a tire than it does to plug one. So…

I purchased 1 new tire and had 1 tire replaced on warranty on Monday 05/21/18. I purchased the extended warranty so it wasn't a freebie as the store manager insinuated. I purchased the warrantied tires in November 2016 with the recommendation of the sales representative at the time.

I didn't choose the brand of tire it was referred to me, Roadhugger 235/50r18. I admit needed a realignment badly and it wore the tires quicker than normal but on Sunday evening coming home from out of town I hit a wrench and it lodged into the tire.

Last Month I took my truck to the New Braunfels Texas Discount Tire to get the tires rotated and balanced. When they delivered my truck to the front there was grease on the outside door handle, inside door handle and steering wheel. When I got home I noticed that one of my front tires had not been rotated. I have been going to discount tire for years and about a year ago i got a new tire and a few months later the air is leaking from between the tire and the rim so when i called them to let them know chuck told me they probably did not seal it correctly so when i went there to have them just reseal it chuck told me they wouldnt do it trying to say my tire was bald when it was not chuck wad steady trying to get me to buy a new tire which i did not need and

was very very rude saying this is not a mom and pop store this is a good place so chuck argued with me for about 10 minutes but would not reseal my tire!!! Very disappointed and will never go back there again

On Jan 5,2018 I drove my vehicle--2015 Chevy Trak to Discount Tire on Augusta Way, Aurora, Illinois Spoke with Customer Service Representative: Jason He stated that this store did not have a Tire to replace my flat tire I asked him to check the air in this tire. No Response I asked him if it was safe to drive to another Discount Tire store. No Response

Oh, and I forgot to add that I removed the articles in the rear of my hatchback automobile to allow for the transit of two removed tires which I was going to keep as emergency spares" ... bottom line, they have wasted a LOT of my time and you don't even want to know what I charge per hour as an engineering consultant....maybe I should bill discount Tire for my wasted time?

May I strongly suggest that CORPORATE adopt a program to institute to ALL Discount Tire stores so that a customer who was in the store the day before and returns the day scheduled for tires install need not have stand in line again for another 20 minutes waiting before being acknowledged. It seems to me that good business sense would also be to receive a phone call, be it an electronic message or a live person to advise that my special order tires have arrived.

I was all set to go to purchase the first of TWO SETS of special order Michelin tires for my two automobiles this morning, I was standing at the previously made appointments counter area for ten or more minutes and got no response from the employees who were waiting on the long line of walk-in customers.

took car In for a warrenty repair on 1/23/18 at 11;00 I was told they would have to get my tire from another store and it could take up to a day to get it. I could see by the line up out the door they were busy.

so I left them the keys and said keep it till its fixed assuming 1st thing in the morning they would get to it. its now1/24/18 at 1;45 and still no call. m. and they offered to put my spare on knowing the lug nuts for the new rims aren't made for the spare and then I was informed I might not have my car on the road till tomarrow the 25th.

there is no 1st come 1st served. since its a warrenty repair its on the back burner. I just bought tires and rims for this car from the same store and before that I bought a set of michlen tires and the car before that I bought 2 sets of tires…

Poor customer service. FRM# 7827680 date 01/04/18. I had gone over to have them rotate the tires, front to back. They tell me a tire needs to be replace. This was on 12/23/17, I ask just as long the same brand is put on.

Wanted the same tread and tire to match the others. David the salesperson, said we have it in stock. After three to four hours, the car was ready. So three days after, while on vacation. I see the new tire and it's not the same tire as the others. I have on.

At Discount Estaben, goes to check all tires. And I tell him, I want the same tire, as the rest. Replace this tire, he claims, they do not have it. It needs to be order. The tire is order, and received on 01/04/18, David the salesperson.

Tells me come over, no wait. Will be put ahead of the line. Waited another 3…

Its Saturday night and 8 hours later. It has taken me this long to cool down and send this complaint, What happen to me at Discount Tire hope that it never happen to another customer. although, this is not the first problem i had with them.

my complaint is a simple one. i ordered a rim, one tire rim to be exact. Its been 3 week and still on rim. Each time its been a different excuse. I finally had it with Discount Tires. I will gladly pay double for my tires and rims some place else.

I wonder if Bruce T. Halle is rolling in his grave right now or maybe he should have put those millions of dollars and energy on quality control instead of legalizing recreational use of marijuana. but thank god they have a new CEO.

just returned home after a 2 hour wait to have a tire repaired. Was told it would be only 1 hour. When the time approached closing time of 6:00pm and the crew in the back were running and throwing tires everywhere, I decided to ask for them not to rotate my tires due to the late hour. Rep.

came up front and said they couldn't find a leak, just watch my tire for a few days. I was ok with that but then they allowed another customer to pull sideways behind my vehicle thus blocking my vehicle for another 10-15 minutes.

This made me late for an appointment. When finally my vehicle was cleared to be driven home I asked about my wheel lock. They had to go find one in the shop. They forget to give mine back. I would have been in a real mess if I had to change that tire later.

On top of that…
