Dish has the worst service. My dish was out for over a month, until they would send out a technician to fix it. They told me I had to pay for the service call,when it's their mistake. Constantly overbilling for services they don't provide.

Customer service is no help. I am so tired of waiting on hold and arguing with them. So frustrating I had to cancel the service. All around bad experience.

To Whom It May Concern, I'm a 16 year customer. I've been having a problem receiving my one-free veterans movie pass per month ever since Dish was hacked approx one-year ago. The free movie pass used to be e-mailed to me within the first week of the month. For the last year I've had to call monthly wasting my time and your support staffs time begging for my 4 digit # code movie pass. I've also spoken with your Resolution Specialists on 12-6-2023 and 12-6-2024. Support has always been polite and helpful assuring me they will pass on my problem to be corrected pronto by someone. So far ALL of those promises have failed and it's getting soooo old and stressful.

They have screwed up our account so badly! We've reported it day after day with different answers every time with the promise a manager will call us to get it corrected which does not happen and has not happened to date.

All they have done is told us lie after lie! You can't get a live English speaking person on the line! You just get thrown into a call center and again all the do is lie!!

I saw all these ads about price guarantee for 3 years. then I ask about due date cause I didn't want late fees. I wasn't told my bill would go up 26 dollars then go back 135. 47 the next bill.

This is so so stupid!! If I'd had know I'd left it alone!!! 99 discount for only 6 months for protection plan. 47 a month. 56 a month. That's false advertising!! I asked over and over that would be my bill for 3 years...

47 and that's all my bill would be with Dish. I've been with dish since Oct 6 and I had to pay a month bill 2 weeks later now I'm due the 2nd one. Usually u go a month before ur charged.

Last week on November 1, 2023 my Samsung TV located in the family room indicated an error message related to " On Demand" and "Netflix'', which are controlled by the Dish Network remote control and I called Spectrum, my WiFi provider, to find out why I am having an issue with the internet.

The Spectrum technician determined that there is no issue with the internet side of the system and she suggested calling Dish Network. I had a conversation with a technician and then with his supervisor and both of them could not resolve the issue remotely.

The supervisor then offered that the Dish Network technician come out and try to fix the problem in my house. The technician came out on November 4th at about 10 am and after looking into the problem he quickly determined that the problem is not…

I had a technician from dish come into my home to install cable. That was on May 28,2023. The technician proceeded to sexually harass me and told me he had a bag of rope, knives and a gun in his truck.

This went on for 2 hours. When he finally left after repeatedly telling him to leave he took my phone number off the work order and proceeded to text and call me the rest of the evening. The police were called twice that night regarding the incident.

I have called dish multiple times and no response. I was victimized in my own home by one of their employees and NO ONE has responded to me. I tried calling the corporate office and you can’t get through. Women do not let them in your homes.

They obviously do not vet their employees. I am following this up legally.

If I could rate Dish Network with ZERO stars, I would. It took me almost two hours of phone calls on two different days to cancel my account. The representatives asked me dozens of times if I wanted a better deal, promotional price, to change my package, etc.

I told them clearly each time that I did not want ANYTHING except to cancel my account. On the first day, I got a cancellation confirmation code, but found the next day that the account had been reactivated and another month billed.

When I called to resolve this, I asked to speak to a manager, but none were available. I waited the first day 40 minutes on hold, the second day 30 minutes on hold. I don’t normally complain about difficult accents, but the disclosures that I needed to understand for returning equipment were read so fast…

I had a Tech service scheduled for 8-12 today, 9/20/23. The tech said he rang the doorbell and nobody answered the door so he left. The tech lied. there were 4 persons at home plus 3 dogs that would have raised heck if someone was outside.

I am very disappointed with dish's service. my system has been intermittent since a storm came through in June. when I called the tech support staff would electronically restore my service just to have it fail again in a short period of time.

They finally agreed to send out a tech out and an appointment time was chosen that that would not interrupt our day. Now I am being told the tech would not be back until latter today. I have a ring door camera and 4 other outside cameras.

My mother died 3 days ago. I called to cancel her Dish TV. I was put on hold for over 2 hours. When Someone came on the line, the connection was poor. No compassion when I told them my mother died.

All he could say is we have a beautiful plan and tried to get us to transfer her account to us. I said no over 5 times. After that he was rude. I will never recommend Dish and will never use this service.

I wish to cancel my account. I guess I am being punished because I have been holding of almost 2 hours. I tried the chat line and held there over 45 minutes.

Finally spoke with someone on chat and they said I have to call. Still holding. I'm sure they will close before anyone answers my call. If I was re-considering cancelling my account this has made my final decision. Terrible customer service.

In the the last month with two month to finish my contract they charged us two pay preview boxing spurs events, a soccoccer event and two movies which occurred on 7/30/23. They spoke with my father an 80 year old man in spanish and where very rude and disrespectful with hima nad told him to except the two courtesy credits they were giving him.

I have been a customer for 19 yrs. I called to try to lower my monthly rate. I was told by a very "charming" and extremely happy young man that he could do this. He stated since we were loyal customers, that he could apply credits to out acct with free upgrades. 15.

I verified that this was the total bill and he agreed. When I got my first bill, it was about $150. This is where my saga begins. I have called numerous times and spent countless hours on the phone with agents.

I have been told a supervisor would call me back and that hasn't happened. 15 bill and that my monthly bill would be $150 - $160 per month. It depends on whom you talk to, as to the amount. I have been told anything from $130 - $166.

I’ve been trying to quit Dish Network ever since the company decided it was okay to take hundreds of dollars from me, realistically without warning. Their “phone only” policy is absurd and handled poorly with intention. For weeks on end the company was unreachable by phone inside of 90 minutes, which meant I could not “fix” anything.

I've had you're service for about 16 years. I just turned , and switched to cable. I've had cable internet for as yours was unreliable. I do have a problem with you charging me 20 dollars a box to send your equi0ment back.

Last fall I decided to try another provider for TV, home phone and internet. I chose Dish Network. I was not capable of figuring out how to use the remote so my doctor wrote a statement to verify this in order for me to not have to pay the cancellation fee.

I am 76 years old and have several medical issues including having had a brain aneurysm. During this attempt to change I had 3 sets of equipment: Century Link, Dishnetwork and Xfinity. I was also very ill at the time with claustridium difficile.

I received a letter from Dish that I had not returned the equipment. A few days later I took it to the UPS office for return. I had been told to take it there by someone. At UPS I was told it was supposed to go to the USPS.

I was a Dish customer for many years, years ago and hardly ever had any issues, however, I recently decided to get their service again and it has been nothing but problems since day one, not to mention the countless hours spent on the phone with several representatives!

On or about the 1st week of May, 2023, I took my 5th wheel RV to our usual place in Coos Bay Oregon. Our satellite did not pick up our usual stations and I called Dish and they told me there was interference and that I should move my RV.

That was impossible because there were no spaces available, and we had no obstacles to interfere with, so we lived for a week without a tv! Got home and tried my RV Dish again and my regular stations were back on.

I have been a customer of Dish for 25+ years. I called Saturday, July 17, 2023 early morning and talked to a CS tech and spent 45 minutes troubleshooting. Needless to say, she hung up on our conversation. I called back again and talked to a lady and talked 20 minutes.

Same thing, ended our call by hanging up on me. I called back the third time and talked to a gentleman about 12 minutes and he scheduled an appointment for today, the 19th, between 8:00-1200 noon, central time. Well, I have yet to receive a phone call or visit from a technician.

BTW, we are paying the full price for the Service Contract. This has been the worst service I have ever had from any company. Somebody needs to take a look at your people in control of servicing your customers. DAP in Alabama.

Dish network owes me a refund. They acknowledge they owe me a refund but will not release the funds into my account. They released the funds on 05/10/23 and said I have to wait 14 business days for the funds to be released into my account.

They never showed up in my account. After five or six calls they said I would have to do another waiting period of 14 business days. This is ridiculous for a $27. And change refund. Telling signs of financial difficulties when they can’t afford to refund the customers their due refunds.

Customer Complaint Friday, June 9, 2023 I am filing a complaint regarding the incompetence of Dish not able to update charges on my account 8255 9097 4703 3667. I have made 3 telephone calls (possibly 4) concerning charges on my account that are not valid.

Having these conversations and explaining the issue of my cancel on the internet the agent assured me everything will be taken care of within three business days. This all began on April 21, 2023, when I notified Dish to cancel my internet service.

I have had two lengthy conversations concerning my account. They took the information and informed me that it will take three days to update my account. On the second call they told me it will take up to 6 days for things to get updated.

5 years and never missed a payment because I was on autopay. I called in April to suspend my service for 6 months as I would not be using Dish. The customer representative assured me that my service would be suspended.

Instead that representative took my account off autopay and never suspended my account. Hence I received a notice of past due account. When I called they refused to suspend my service and denied that I had requested the service to be suspended.

They even demanded that I pay more to have my service canceled. They are dishonest and have absolutely no regard or respect for loyal customers.

I had been a dish customer for over 3 years in las Vegas, Nv. I moved to Texas on Mar 7th. I put my dish on pause until I got here and decided what to do. I called to have it installed in April, the tec came out, looked around and said he would have to install BLACK WIRE all across my entire family room.

I asked if he had white, He said NO, I said I am sorry, this is a brand new home and you cannot string BLACK WIRE around my white walls and baseboards. So He left!! I called after I got a $63 bill told them it was not installed and the reason, his response was you should have called us to see if there was another way to install.

Asked to send me a box to return the Las Vegas equipment, since it was never installed. (the tec said he could not take it with him). I am still getting billed…

DVR receiver never worked for over a year. Kept freezing. Called customer service and spent 2 hours diagnosing a crap DVR. Dispatched tech who cane and used bathroom for 1/2 hr to poop before stating problem had been resolved and left. Problem continued and called Dish again and they finally sent replacement DVR. In the interim, Dish attempted to raise rate from 77 per month to $112. Newer DVR cane and was DOA.

Called Dish waiting 1/2 hour and talked to 3 people to try and cancel service. The 3rd call the agent tried to push promotions to try and get be stuck keeping service but when I said cancel only, agent terminated call and now stuck waiting another 1/2 hour to try again.

Whist is this serviced? The cable MAFIA??? Tempted to sue Dish. Worst service ever

I've been waiting for a refund from Dish for a couple of months and have yet to get my refund. I have called at least 5 times and get different answers each time. It's only $54 but it's my $54.

The last person I spoke to told me it was a delay in sending out refunds, the person before him told me my refund will be in my bank 7 days. As of May 22,2023 I still have'nt recieved the refund.

The reason I had Dish network installed was because I wanted to watch local new and have access to Kansas City Chief's game. Since the local CBS station (Springfield, MO) is no longer available I have lost part of the reason I have Dish in the first place. If this channel is not restored before the NFL preseason games begin, I will have to look elsewhere to satisfy my needs.

Well I get a bunch of different stories. No results this company should be reported for double charging accounts miss. Charges no supervisors to speak with. The workers go change shit on the computers.

I used to watch my local ABC Charlotte affiliate regularly. It seems Dish has quit carrying this station due to being in a dispute with the carrier most of the time anymore. These disputes are a regular item anymore and it’s just getting totally ridiculous.

We have had 3 appointments for a service technician this past week, and he has not come or called. This is sooo discourteous and a waste of my time. We have two accounts with you for $400 a month, and I think it’s time to switch. You will be loosing a long time customer
