Good morning, I have a dish outdoor account associated with phone 717-324-6147. For years, we have used this service on a per diem basis. Even though the app does not have the option to pause my service, I tolerate the call-in and wait for an average of 45 minutes per instance of calling in.
When I called today, your CSR told me that I can NOT pause my service but must run out the month at the full monthly rate. Despite my repeated requests to escalate the call to his supervisor, he refused; he was rude and ultimately hung up on me. com to document it.
Also, I would like an alternative path to pausing my service once my camping trip is complete so that I no longer have to call in to complete this task. Regards,Sean Clark
