Good morning, I have a dish outdoor account associated with phone 717-324-6147. For years, we have used this service on a per diem basis. Even though the app does not have the option to pause my service, I tolerate the call-in and wait for an average of 45 minutes per instance of calling in.

When I called today, your CSR told me that I can NOT pause my service but must run out the month at the full monthly rate. Despite my repeated requests to escalate the call to his supervisor, he refused; he was rude and ultimately hung up on me. com to document it.

Also, I would like an alternative path to pausing my service once my camping trip is complete so that I no longer have to call in to complete this task. Regards,Sean Clark

I received your advertisement by mail offering me that if I sign up before a certain date you would give me a $500 prepaid Master Card in which you gave me approval code 1520584359. 3,2023. After many phone calls to customer service I was told after my 1st verified payment I would receive the credit card in the mail.

I called today 4/14/23 and now I was told that I have to go on line and create an account to apply for the credit card. I am very disappointed in your services how I was told it would come in the mail many times and then low and behold I now have to apply on line.

This very bad information is disturbing and miss leading your customers to get them to sign up for your Dish services. Please train your people to be on the same page with their information. I have spent many hours…

The tv never works. We log into a app such a Hulu, HBOMax, Netflix and it doesn’t work. The tv freezes, the sound goes off. It won’t turn on. This is the worst cable we have ever had. And none of you do anything to fix your network.

I have filed an fcc complaint months ago and contacted by a rep from dish by the name of Alicia Clark who in no way offered any help or customer service of any kind. When asked to be transferred to someone else she refused.

She has continued to play games with me as well as the fcc and Fairshake for months now. I have been on hold when trying to contact dish by phone for well over an hour. This issue needs to be resolved and this Alicia needs to transfer this case as she makes conflicting comments in her e mails and refuses to either help or transfer the case.

This is beyond ridiculous and it's simply extortion at this point.

Additionally, I am a senior and have had cardiac bypass surgery. I do not need this! This is in no way customer service.

Have called more than 5 times for same issue. Spent over 8 hours on phone without resolution to problem Agents unable to comprehend English. Claim no notes avail from previous contacts yet they told me definitive notes compiled. Have me go thru same ineffective trouble shooting process as before.

DISH NETWORK system was down for several days. I attempted to make a payment every single day and every time I logged in on the computer or tried to text my payment information. I received a message that stated they were experiencing technical difficulties and we’re hoping to have the problem fixed soon.

I eventually got my Payment made and received three $10 late fees. I didn’t want to cancel my account because I moved to Starlink net work. I had to hold on the line for over two hours, and it was a three hour process total to get my account situated and canceled.

I then received my final bill, so I went online to make that payment. The screen popped up, was apparently not for my final bill, but to reinstate my account which it did not state that it was very very deceiving.

Boost is the worst for the last 4 months I have had nothing but problems with this company Agents don't know their jobs,no technical dept, keep turning off my service when my bill has been paid. All I want is my phone to be unlocked so I can go to a competent company for real customer satisfaction.

I have made a complaint to BBB and FCC I wish Dish would have never brought Boost after 20yrs of being a customer I have to call it quits. BOOST SUCKS!!!!

I have taken off work for the third time for a tech to fix out issue. The tech was supposed to be here today between 8 and noon CST, but no one has shown up. We have not been able to watch our televisions for over 2 months due to the screens freezing.

We keep calling, put on hold for a minimum of an hour and we keep getting the answer, we can reschedule your appointment or sorry, our system is down, so we can’t help you today. We ask to speak to someone in management and are told that they are not allowed to give us that Iinformation.

This business practice is unacceptable! Once again, we have given up our time, paid our bills on time and we have no service to watch tv. If this is not resolved, I will be making a formal complaint or hire a lawyer.

They were scheduled to come out 2 days ago between 8 and noon, I took off of work. Nobody showed up. I called customer service, they said they'll be there by end of the day. Nobody showed up. Called them back, they said they be here today between 8 and noon.

I took off of work again. Nobody has shown up and it's almost 2pm. They're liars, cheats, unorganized, and the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. It cost money to take off work 1 day and they no call no show.

But 2 days, it's ridiculous.

I have tried calling Dish for over 2 weeks with wait times of over 45 minutes almost each time. Twice I was asked if I wanted a call back and I responded that I did. Both times Dish failed to call back as they said they would within a specific timeframe and no call back period.

This is poor customer service.

I have been a customer for over 11 years now. Once my contract is up, I will probably seek other options for our television service. Good customer service is the backbone of any service organization.

Thank you for allowing me to hopefully get my point across. I still want to speak to an agent in regards to my monthly bill.

I am trying to cancel my dish account. Been with them for 13 yrs. I just want out, played the cancel games with directv years ago. Perma hold then a transfer to a dept. that was surprise…closed I’ll have to call back.

Went in to cancel repeat billing and what’s this they have billing a card that expired 3 yrs ago. I have filed a complaint with the FCC, which will probably go nowhere. Guess i need to have words with CC company and whatever useless govt. agency that oversees them.

Service has been decent over the years, just too much money for the 5 channels i watch. These companies and their leadership will have special place in hell. I will try to update this with the fcc complaint and if i ever get the service cancelled.

And the rating needs to be less than zero!!!!!!

After DIRECTV dropped to conservative news stations, I dropped them and went to dish, was promised by their marketing team, a specific package, inclusive of these new stations. Day of installation, the tech could not access them, called his boss, and was told they’re not in the package I was sold it was escalated to senior resolution team her name was Mary. She pulled the call it took a few weeks, and they indeed lied to me, I was told they could disconnect without any fees due to what they did. I asked for two weeks to find another cable company when I called back dish had all their customer service space breached and they did not answer their customer service phone for over 10 days.

This has been ongoing since February 5, 2023 and I still cannot get through to a human being to resolve…

I'm request that you contact my father Bari E Poorman who has been. Longtime 17 year customer of DISH. I've worked in the corporate world my entire life. He has received scams all week from impersonators saying they are with DISH.

HE HAS ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT DISH-Unfortunately he is disconnected every time he waits on hold for almost 2 hours. This is totally unacceptable and I will be contacting the PRESS LOCAL NEWS NATIONAL NEWS. he is concerned about scammer calling him and wants a DIRECT # TO CALL IF HE LOSES SERVICE.

Was unable to pay bill due to the recent Dish system hack and customer service being down. Was finally able to get a hold of an agent 2 days before my bill was due. Paid the bill via CC over the phone to the agent.

Agent said your all good. Get my next bill only to find out the payment was never processed and I now have a $10 late fee!!!! If they don't fix this it will be the last straw with this bogus company.

I’ve been trying to get thru to DISH for 3 weeks now. I have the hdm1 cable in the right slot. I’ve turned power off and on the receiver. I’m on satellite mode. When I turn off power to tv I get no signal and then I have to unplug the cable to hdm1.

The wait times are inordinate.

Finally got thru today and the lady disconnected my call after waiting 45 minutes! This is absurd. I’m a sr citizen and having to move tv and do this procedure is cumbersome at best!! I’m done!

I have called 4 times to cancel dish and still waiting to cancel. The first time I waited on hold for 30 minutes for dish to tell me they can cancel my subscription due to the breech. The 2nd and 3rd time I was on hold for an hour and 20 minutes each time only to “drop” the call.

I am on the 4th time calling dish and have been on hold for 30 minutes. This is the reason why I am canceling. I shouldn’t have to waist 4 hours waiting on hold to cancel.

I’ve paid my dish bill every 1st day of the month. Then in March 1st I tried paying the bill and couldn’t because they were hacked. I’ve called and called to try and pay my bill still nothing. After waiting 71 minutes I finally got a operator on and I told her I need my account number too pay my bill this was the 20th.

She told me she could not because of security reasons. Then on the 21st my service was shut off with a email and my account number. They was charging me $189 too turn it back on. It was not my fault but yet they did this too me.

So I payed $109 and yet no service. I’m so angry this is not right

Local TV stations were inaccessible after a rain and windy day about eight days ago. I called Dish satellite to report the failure and was met with a eighty minute wait time. I waited and was finally answered by a rep.

We went through a series of test after an hour and finally came to the conclusion that it was the satellite dish. The rep said a tech would be by my house Sat. 3/25/23. I waited all day and no response.

I called Dish to report this and had to hold over forty five minutes. I finally got someone from the Philippines to answer. We had to go through the same tests for over an hour. We came to a repair date of 4/1/23.

I am very annoyed at the service or lack of at Dish network.

I arrived home from work March24, and my service had been cut off with a message I had not paid my bill since Jan 18. 12 using the quick pay number with my debit card which I always due. I have been a customer over 15 years and never missed a payment.

I have my online banking and it shows my payment made to dish. I was told by the first gentleman that there was nothing he could do I would have to pay again. I explained to him I would send a copy of my bank statement but he would not listen. 00.

The wait time is ridiculous and once you speak to someone there in another country. Make matters worse, they still can't help you. I have been trying to close my account since 2/23/23 and still having to call back after 3/30/23.

I feel when I make payments each month it goes to a United States address, someone in the same country as my payments should be taken the call not overseas.

My bill was generated on 7 MAR 2023. When I ordered your service, I told you that I only pay with a paper statement and that I would send you a check for your service - in the mail!!! My bill arrived yesterday, the 20th and it’s due tomorrow, the 22nd!!

I can’t get through to anyone - every single line has at least an hour and a half wait time!!! Something must change! You guys used to have great customer service - what happened? Did you do with NBC and others in the same way the idiot became Speaker - sold your soul???
