I have been on the phone for a total of over 6 hours in the hold line and getting cut off before I can talk with a tech rep. At my normal pay of 300+ per hour this is very irritating.
I just got back from a week of camping and could not use my satellite dish because I could never get anyone to ping my satellite. I have dish at home and pay over $100 per month and don't get channel 7 this year and channel 5 last year as your company held us hostage to your negotiations for payment of these channels.
We never got a discount and missed lots of our favorite shows. This situation I am in now involves the extra 7 dollars per month for each Wally in my RV account. I pay every month whether I use the dish or not and cannot get any service.

1. This is my third attempt to reach Dish. Customer service number on Saturday said the wait time was 845 minutes, today it was to be 29 minutes. I have been on hold for 46 minutes. 2. I need new equipment, don't know if the problem is the remote or DVR equipment. 3.

Cannot connect to the Internet since February 25th. Cannot get through to Dish on phone or chat. Have Premium service that I cannot access and no one to report this to.

Bill increased and no access to customer support via email, phone or online site.After two day effort and got a phone agent who said she was not authorized to make changes.
After your service was down for weeks I call to add a channel. When I request this the person tells me she has to transfer me to another person. This was after a 45 min wait the first time. Now I have been holding for an additional 30 min. 75 min so far.
This is not what customers should b experiencing.

Online service was shut down due to being hacked. You advertised that no service would be interrupted and that paper bills would be sent out so we could get our account number. Today my service was interrupted and I have not received a letter in mail. March 19, 2023
I’ve been calling for days. They’ve said they are way to busy call back. I have over and over and over again. Tonight they said we will be with you in 42 minutes. I held, as soon as they answered, they said hold on a minute and then they hung up on me.
We received a bill day after the due date the bill is suppose to b sent 15 days before due date it was not I tried calling waited on phonecoved 2 hours still no answer We do not want to b charged a late fee
com does not work. Their phone numbers do not work they don’t answer the phones. I can’t do any changes to my account. I can’t even find out if I owe any money or what my account number is. I don’t even know how to make changes because I cannot contact anyone.

I have been trying to cancel my Dish account for 30 days now with no success!! Dish is claiming that they're system is down, therefore I haven't been able to get my account information! How can I reach out to someone regarding this matter!
I have no service for over a week.
First I receive an email stating no payment despite I have been on auto pay for multiple years. within minutes, I receive another email stating to disregard the first email.
However I can access previously recorded shows, but cannot access live TV or any channels that I subscribe to. High volume calls and to call another time. The average wait time today is 200+ minutes. I have been on hold over 10 hours on several calls this past week.
Each time they promise it will be fixed and after a brief hold, it disconnects and you start over. If they made every corporate person try to call and go through their miserable service, you would see the old tire lady throwing the DISH receiver through corps window. MISERABLE & FRUSTRATED.
I have been waiting on your telephone line for 2 hours and 48 minutes. I, cancelled my subscription with dish earlier this month. Well it's the 17th of March now still haven't received a box to send your stuff back! 23 .

False advertising and on hold three time longer than they say and then tell you nothing they can do right now because of technical problem they are having.

Account hacked, service consistently down, 6 plus hours waiting time on phone for rep to just transfer me to another agent which was over a 66 minute wait again. Absolutely NO customer service period. If I only had another choice...

The service w/ Dish is terrible. It is so bad I am ready to cancel our service. We received a bill TODAY in the mail. The bill is DUE TOMORROW! We have called Dish. We are left on hold for hours & hours.
We are told we will be called back by Billing dept. We were called back twice, after waiting 3 hours for a phone call. both times IT WAS NOT THE BILLING DEPT. Both times they said they would connect us to billing. IT NEVER HAPPENS.

I have been trying to get hold of someone for over 2 weeks I’m 77 and I have unplugged and repluged till I’m sick of it Can’t get a human to talk too if you talk to one you have to pay and my bill is too high anyway can’t talk to anyone but you can sure take money out of bank I’m done gonna cancel as soon as my plan is over which is next month

Since your system has gotten hacked, and after over an hour each time, trying to make a payment, and the my account on dish TV isn’t working to do it, as well as the dish app, you should not be blocking anybody’s signal until you get your system fixed. This is worse than I ever had to deal with When I had DIRECTV!

I have been on the phone since yesterday trying to pay on my account.Start calling to day for the last six hours no one picking up the phone keep putting me on hold.They have interup my service today while I am waiting on the phone to payy bill. This is the worse service I ever had in my life time .And I am 62 years old. They pick the up twice and said it will be from 8 to 10 minutes it have been a told of 6hrs.I am very disappointed with this service.

Have had dish for theee weeks and have nothing but trouble very unhappy can’t make it thru a movie without it going out and usually have to wait till next day for it to come Try calling customer service and on hold for hour and finally hang up watching news this morning and bang went out at 5 am in morning didn’t come back till 430 afternoon.
Reset and unplugged three times weather is not problem. Not sure if you have kids but I have one year old granddaughter and no tv shows for her makes for a long day for both of us. I received a email stating a payment was not received. I have automated billing. I have been calling for the past five days. I can’t get threw. I find this very unacceptable.
Can not pay my bill! Customer service will not answer phone. I did not receive a bill this month to give me my account number after Dish system was hacked. I do not have an old paper statement to get the account number from.
The automated payment receipt only has the last 4 digits of the account number. If I have no way to pay my bill then you cannot expect me to. This is extremely poor service.
They cut off our service for no reason. Have tried to call for over a errk, keeps saying try your call later, think this is a hoax. Just want my service back thinking about just canceling and going with direct tv.

I have been trying to pay my bill for over a month. And every time I have been on hold for over an hour. Now I have no service and I was told many times this wouldn’t happen. I would like to know when the automated system will be back.
I have also tryed paying my bill throw your app and that didn’t even work because I didn’t have my account number and when I did get it, it wouldn’t take my payment. This is getting annoying. I have waited and I have also waited for some to chat with. Still nothing.
Dish charged me 2 payments and said they would refund it. Spoke to cs for 2 weeks I was told it takes 7 business days the 3rd rep I spoke to said it takes 14 lol. I was also informed it was refunded successfully which it was not.
My bank reversed one charge now dish is saying I owe 2 months because they say they "refunded" my money. They say they have no access to act numbers but they can take a payment they say they will put in a ticket lol total fail but funny they knew my banking info but can't access my 16 digit act number

I have been without service for 3 now going on 4 days. I have the Dish Mobile and pay monthly. Well Dish has received my payment and it has cleared my account but the service has not been restored. I have tried for 3 days to get help.
Today, Mar 13, I spoke with 8 people in customer and none of them could get my account restored. I was told I would get a call back but that never transpired. This has been the worse experience I have ever had with any service company.
Also, I would like to have a credit on my account for all the days I have experienced no service since my payment was accepted by Dish. Next, I will be contacting my state senator to have him look into this.

I have dish on the go for my rv I was trying to change the location after being on hold for 2 hours I was transferred 4 times when I told the lady I did not want to be put on hold again she hung up on me. Now I can not get anyone on the phone. They are happy to take a payment but Iif you need help getting the service that you already paid for They don't want to help you.
Can't get through to make a payment because of cyber attack. They ask for 16 digit account number. How do you get that if you cant check your account. This is ridiculous. Won't answer phone calls. It gives you a message and hangs up.

Had a Joey hooked up in my dad's bedroom he wanted to see his favorite show before passing ,meanwhile four days later they have not activated it in called customer service, been pushed off on several employees, and nothing has changed, but it took two days to get the new bill,they stuck thinking of switching to direct tv.
