I have had a DISH account for 16 years. This year they removed two of my favorite local channels. 00. Trying to reach them us nearly impossible. I was on the phone today; waiting 2 hours. I am very disappointed,; and thinking of leaving DISH.

Dish Satellite is the terrible; from frozen video, to constantly unplugging the unit, and taking a minute to change a channel. In today's entertainment world a system that constantly crashes is unacceptable. Their Customer service is awful, the average wait time exceeds 30 minutes, and they lie constantly.

I am sending a certified letter to their corporate headquarters just to cancel my service

I have been without my service since 2/20/23. 00 on this day and was told that my service would be deactivated in 15 minutes. My service is still down to this day! I’ve spoke with representatives after representatives and still no service.

54 to have it turned back on and then it would be on between 15-30 minutes. It has been hours since and still it is not on. I need someone in management to contact me concerning this because I’m tired of speaking to representatives that are saying the same things but no service still at my house from Dish!!!!

I am a customer with Dish Network in Vermilion, Ohio. On February 23, 2023 Dish Network sent out a notice that they encountered a Cybersecurity Incident. Since then on a daily basis I have been trying to communicate with them with little success to find out how this incident is affecting me.

I have been unable to go into my online account to manage it. So, I’ve called several listed phone numbers to communicate with Dish with no success. Called customer service and put on hold for over an hour with no response.

Looked up their Corporate Office Contact Phone Numbers and it seems like they’re disconnected. One of their Customer Service Contact Number’s answered, gave some information, then put me hold never to answer again. Very Disgruntled Customer. 03/10/2-23

Dish is having an issue with their payment software. I have been trying to pay them for 2 wks now. They turned off my dish today. I call they say for help with bill paying press which ever number. " WTF.

Directs me to pay online all I need if my 16 digit account number on my paper bill. ) Cuz it was just so awesome to go paperless with them. Been a customer of them for 23 years now. Seriously this is how you treat long time customers?

Dish is a joke and I will not be back.

Customer service worse than ever. Terrible wait times. Didn’t answer their phone for 2 weeks. Can’t negotiate properly and keep loosing channels and customers. Will be lucky to be around in 2-3 years unless management gets replaced. All dish will ever be is something you eat off

No service for over 12 hours, even recorded programs wouldn't show. Have spent close to three hours on hold or talking to a customer service representative and I'm suppose to wait for a phone call from 8-12 or 12-5 for a phone call to let me know if a technician will be able to make it out today or not.

I'm suppose to sit at home all day and hope I get a call about maybe coming out today to fix the problem? What type of credit will I be getting for No service?

Explain to me w long time customers and we have no service and no answer to any phone calls it just hangs up on us and just a few miles down the road everyone's service is just fine.would like an answer soon. Not happy customers at this point. And no warning that the service was going out.

This is the worst company any were I've been on hold for 2 hrs haven't been able to pay my bill in over 3 weeks and they try to tell me I owe them money that I don't owe them this is the only company that charges somebody a month ahead of time I will not pay a month ahead of time for services not rendered then the rude Foreigner that I was talking to hung up on me nobody speaks English after my 2-hour wait then I called back for another rude Foreigner to displace me into some other hold to pay a bill that I don't know all that money after another 2 hours on the phone I finally gave up and

hung up I want to get rid of this cable but now they'll charge me to get rid of it which is ridiculous cuz it's the worst company ever in the world maybe hire people that speak English and aren't rude…

I have not been able authenticate may ESPN app to Dish in 3 weeks. I had to sign up with YouTube TV so that I could use ESPN App. Your contingency planning was very poor or non existent!

I just spent 38 minutes on hold only to find out that their system is down. Why was that not mention during the cue?? And why was I not notified that there had been a security breach?? My time and money are important to me and I deserve better customer service for the amount of money I pay each month to Dish!

I have been with Dish more than 20 years but will now look into other services.. Formerly a loyal customer..

Service is horrible. Freezing distorted picture. Not in sync. I've called 5 times. Still no better. I'm not paying to talk to expert!! If anything we should be given free month of service. Once it's fixed of course. Very frustrating!!

Been with Dish 20 years and they are getting worse all the time. 8 rating with very poor customer service. They were recently hacked and didn’t answer their phone for around 2 weeks. They loose channels because they are more committed to them rather than negotiating to better serve their customers.

They are ongoingly loosing customers because of this. I finally got ahold of them after 2 weeks and a 32 minute wait time to talk to them! I’ll be surprised if they are still in business in the next 2-3 years.

Wake up upper management before it’s too late as how you are running your business obviously doesn’t work!

I have now been without TV for 2 weeks. Dish network contacted me about a weak service. The guy that came over changed my Joey box. He was very courteous. I'm not complaining about him.

However he was unable to activate the new box. I understand Dish is having internal problems but I don't think it should take 2 weeks to get a box activated. I have been with Dish for years but I'm sure I can get another provider

Your DISH website along with customer service and any way to get help has been down for many days now. I’m having a difficult time believing the statement that appears at the website because I find it hard to believe that a corporation such as your doesn’t have a backup to re instate services.

Your inability to recover from whatever happened (hacked) is causing me and I’m sure thousands to lose complete trust in your ability to deliver services.

The least you can do is provide some leadership and explain what happened and what is being done about it via all media sources.

I have been with Dish for about 4-5 years. Every year it gets worse. Now I'm thinking of leaving them. I have had 3 complaints in the time I have been with them, not one has been addressed properly. I have had a problem with my bedroom Joey for about a year and they insist its my tv.

Yet the tv works fine. I have to reset their box atl east twice a week because it freezes. I had a living room remote go out and instead of saying they would replace it they told me their system was down but I could buy one at Walmart or Amazon.

I have called to complaint that I havent had CBS for months and no credit was offered although I pay 180 00 a month for the channels I signed up for. Why is my bill the same when I dont get the advertised channels??

Dear sirs, or to whom may I complaint to. I know here lately your company has been quite and network problems. My complain is simply this I have been experiencing a lot of greenscreen and blackout screens. I don't get half of the channels I'm subscribed to and they either loose they're connection and I miss Half of the movie.

This is not what I signed up or PAY for. Lately it's been a continuing pattern. I don't usually complain but this is not good business! Signed, Concerned in Texas.

In actuality I rate them a -5! They have shut down services so they don’t have to answer to their customers. This maleware hack they say happened should have been cleared up. That’s why systems have back up tapes and security systems.

They should have been able by now to have restored access while investigating the data stolen. If this is the best the technicians can do it’s time to hirer new ones!

I am very dissified with dish network supposedly, dish had a cyber security attack and did not bother to let any of there customers know about it, I only found out when I was trying to pay my bill today online and

also called I could not get a hold of anyone they are locked down and have been since February 22nd. How could they be so careless to let something like this happen. Hopefully dish customers will get to pay there dish bills soon, because there better not be a late charge in my bill.

Ever since we were told to switch to the hopper, we have had nothing but bad reception. We’ve had the hopper replaced three times, the entire house has been re-wired and the outside dish itself has been replaced a couple of times.

Each local technical support person has been out to our house at least twice. We have cut down trees and are at a loss. What we are experiencing is on every channel. We record on the DVR every show. Two minutes into a TV show I get tremendous pixelation.

It does not matter what channel or what time of day. Now we are getting pixelation’s more frequently throughout a recorded show. if we are watching something live and we get pixelation, we rewind it and go forward again and the pixelation is not there.

I was told that it was the fault of our local stations…

First sttempt on feb 27 to reach customer service at Dish Net. All contact numbers are out of service. I pay ny dish bill by phone. I doNOT USE other services because they charge and additional $5 to my card.

My march 5 payment will be late - i do NOT own a computer, therefore i cannot make an online pymt. This is UNACCEPTABLE

-March first, 1:30 pm, technician, Joe, departs with the assurance that the red "activation" box would turn from red to green in two hours at most.

-March third, activation box is still red. NO TV.

We have been without CBS for over 3 months. I can find no current info on when or if it is ever being restored. I have called & a recorded message says systems r down & disconnects. I can’t access my Dish app as it won’t load.

I do not want to cancel my service but the inconvenience of not having all my local stations will force me to do so. At the very least your customers should be kept informed on what the progress is. This has went on far too long..

Awefull!!! can't get through to customer service and i've tried every number i can find to include the corporate office. You are having internal issues and disconnecting once you let us know via an automated message assuring us that the service is fine. My issues is that the actual dish is physically broken and I need to replace or get it fixed since it's not working but I can't get a hold of anyone. I tried emailing info@... and it bounced and finally found another email support@... and waiting to see if someone replies.

You should have some type of phone support!

Hi, On February 23, I had a Dish employee come out to change the TV line in the basement, from one location to another. ( This took less than 5 minutes) Then he opened the box for a new 55 in. flat screen TV.

He & I placed it on the stand. Before he did this, he called someone at Dish and asked if he could do this. The Dish system is down, and I don't know if he was able to connect with Dish.

I asked what the cost of taking it out of the box and placing it on the stand was, but he said nothing, as Dish has an internal problem with their system, and can't be reached. Days later, I see that Dish charged my credit card $89 plus.

I don't know what these charges are for?? 99 a month for Dish Protect for at least 8 months now. I think this is ridiculous! It took less than 5 minutes to take…

I tried to pay my bill this morning but there is a message that "dish was experiencing technical difficulties and is working on it. Please call 1-800-263-1911. I did. I received a message "if you are over 50 press 1 - If not press 2.

I pressed 1 and received an answer from a gal that she was on a recorded line and can I hear her? I think she was from life line. So I called back and selected #2. Figured I could get through to pay my bill, but no, the same gal answered. Her name was Jessica.

I told her I wanted her to switch me over to pay my bill and that I wasn't interested in purchasing anything from her AND SHE HUNG UP!!!!!!!! So, now I have to wait until I can either reach the bill pay on line or until Dish is answering their phone.

This is not a professional way to treat customers!…

On my phone number 571-991-1113 I've been using it for years on February 1st I paid my bill Plus boost Mobile gave me dollars on my bill which made $73 total and on the 8th they suspended my service without good cause some stuff that they seem to be making up because of an upgrade or they say I violated terms and conditions of data when I have unlimited data unlimited text unlimited talk so

I feel like I got robbed of my money and my service and when they tell me to email wireless account! I really don't know how to do it and because I'm not good at it it comes back address and I found so I haven't had my service or the money back and I don't have know how to send an email to the wireless account!

I have NEVER in my life had such terrible service, other than dealing with directv over seas customer service, they lost me as a customer because of India’s men! Now dealing with dish & due to their lack of ability to have service I’ve been without any cable for 72hrs now & STILL after all that time they still can’t help people… what a ripoff! Tried to use dish on demand could not. Went to website could not log in. Called customer service spoke to a person named "Johnny" (right) who told me he would reactivate my account but there would be a fee. I told him no way my account was paid up and I did nothing to cause the problem.

Cannot access the DishTV website for the last 24 hours. The main phone number is not accessible either! DishTV needs to notify it's customers when they have a major outage. This could be done through another website set up just to let customers know there is an outage. Poor customer support!

I have tried for hours this afternoon February 23, 2023 to reach DISH TV. I tried at least 6 different phone numbers. I could not contact to anyone by phone. I also tried to Log into my Account on the Internet and it would not connect!

I don't know what the problem is, but I am not going to continue to do business with a company that I can not communicate with. I expect someone from DISH TV to contact me @ (315) 521-0414 ASAP or my next complaint will be filled with the State of New York and the Federal Government!

Though I subscribe to NHL Ceter Ice, I now have to subscribe to ESPN+ in order to watch my favorite team. This has occurred 3 times now. Further, several games have been blacked out even though the game is being played in Canada.

You, Dish, are attempting to force me to purchase ESPN+ though I've purchased center Ice. This is morally wrong. I don't see the point in purchasing Center Ice any longer. For that matter, I don't see the point remaining with Dish.

I just entered into a contract with dish. I told them of the three channels that were a must for me because those were the channels I watch the most and they said I could them. They came out and insisted the equipment but when I sat down to watch the channels I discovered they have lost their contract with 2 of them and the 3rd one they have never offered.

I would NEVER have signed up with dish had I known that these channels were not available. I also told them I didn't record anything but they sent a DVR anyway and I am having to pay extra for this also. 00

Just spent more than 45 minutes on hold waiting for two different agents, only to finally be told that the agent can't pull up my account due to internal issues, so can't answer any questions or sign me up for a new contract. Great way to lose a customer, quickly and cleanly.

Called for help advanced tech agent checked my system 1st day of service messed up. By the weekend it froze up on 2 shows in a row. Worst TV night ever. Cancelled with arrogant cs reps on 8th day. No follow up as promised by Advanced tech no offer to send out a repair team.

Now they want cancellation fee over 500 bucks for nothing. Broken toys. Not spending life calling in on hold and getting poor customer service on dish tv.

My name is Alexandria K Nelson I have been a devoted Dish customer for over 4 years now. Usually my experiences with Dish customer service have been just fine if not great.

However recently as recently as yesterday actually. I called because I was having problems with my Hopper I quote my Hopper not a new remote. The representative took it upon himself to order me a remote that I didn't need nor do I need to use and has charged me $20.

He also had the audacity to tell me that I'm responsible for the $20 I have to wait for the remote that I didn't order in the first place to come in the mail mail it back to Dish and that's when I'll get my refund. I finally above matter to be extremely unprofessional and I need dish to take care of it as soon as possible.

If not then I'm going to cancel…

I can’t believe that Dish is willing to lose customers over a dispute with Fox affiliates. I’ve been a Dish customer for over 17 years and I’m ticked off with greedy executives and how they are shafting their customers.
