Hi, On February 23, I had a Dish employee come out to change the TV line in the basement, from one location to another. ( This took less than 5 minutes) Then he opened the box for a new 55 in. flat screen TV.
He & I placed it on the stand. Before he did this, he called someone at Dish and asked if he could do this. The Dish system is down, and I don't know if he was able to connect with Dish.
I asked what the cost of taking it out of the box and placing it on the stand was, but he said nothing, as Dish has an internal problem with their system, and can't be reached. Days later, I see that Dish charged my credit card $89 plus.
I don't know what these charges are for?? 99 a month for Dish Protect for at least 8 months now. I think this is ridiculous! It took less than 5 minutes to take…
