In the last ten days, I have tried to contact the collections department of dish network. The customer service section is of no help. There is no way to contact this mythical department. If you ever wish to clear this account, please contact t me bu return email.

My now ex wife didnt pay on the account, thus it might not have gotten paid. I need the statements prior to 1 Sept of 2022. No help from you, no payment from me. Your very pissed off and ex subscriber.

I have lost CBS for months now, it's a major network and the one I watched the most. Of course the monthly payment went up in November after you dropped channels. Worse yet is that CBS carries the football playoffs which I am missing.

I have had it with Dish so I am now looking into streaming and getting rid of Dish. Keep going the way you are and you will be out of business before too long.

where do i start. xx per month. when i went to sign up i found out i was already signed up for autopay and the 139 was after autopay and ebill. then the way you handle payments is confusing. if you have access to my chats you can see the circus i went through.

i can send them to you. next i saw that fox was broadcasting today cowboys-49ners game in 4k. so i just spent $80 for 4k joey and cable and find out it's not available on dish. another lengthy chat. then i find out there is no way to know what programing is going to be available in 4k.

had installer out today to fix reoccurring problem. he tells the is nothing being broadcast in 4k. another thing is you need to let new customers who live in las vegas with cox cable they need to buy router for $180 because dish isn't compatible with…

I’m sick and tired of waiting around on Dish to bring FOX back to our channel lineup. Because of their dispute, I have missed major sporting events that I look forward to each year, and I continue to miss out on events even now.

I’m ready to ditch Dish altogether and go a different route for programming. This is unacceptable. My neighbors have had it with Dish as well.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I don't know why I pay so much for such crap. a local freaking channel because dish is too cheap and stupid. It's ok though, because of this nightmare service (that of course is charging me to get rid of them), I am getting a streaming service like any normal person does these days.

Another reason among a dozen, is their customer service. Holy crap, 1. I know more than them. 2. I promise you it's a foreigner that you can barely comprehend.

We were paying $160 for Dish. They cancelled the ESPN package, so my husband called them in Oct of 2022 to cancel. We talked on the phone for TWO HOURS to the dish customer service rep and he talked us into staying on pause for 3 months and if we still liked YouTube TV.

Then we could cancel when our pause was up in January 2023. So we then got YouTube TV for only $50 a month. And I love them!! I called to cancel Dish today and they’re now saying we have a contract with them until February 2024….

The first I’ve heard of a contract. Apparently when you receive a new Joey for one of your rooms in your house (even though you’ve had their service for 3 years) they put you on a contract for 2-3 more years before you can cancel or they will charge you $250 to cancel.

A competent technician visited our home beginning on January 13. He competently installed the dish, the box and all necessary components; however he could not connect the Hopper 3, despite multiple attempts to have the satellite connect with the dish. He returned the next day with another Hopper 3. That did not work either. He then was told to install the Hopper 2. He did so, but this WOULD NOT INSTALL EITHER. It was thought that the connection might be made later that night, but that did not happen. There was no activation! My call to tech support was wasted, with only an offer to send someone to my house in four days. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

I thought I would be happy with Dish, but this is a terrible way to start a business relationship.

They raise the rates and don't tell you. Don't give me all the channels I pay for. Had problem turning on TV and couldn't get a signal. Was told had to get a better box at additional cost so I won't have trouble getting a signal.

Please allow me to address a grave, serious complaint against your company DISH NETWORK. I have been a LOYAL customer for over 12 years . Four or five years ago, I requested to have a second TV receiver installed in my bedroom.

A technician was sent 3 days later and did the job. A day later, all I was getting from this TV was blotchy reception and the message 'NO SIGNAL over and over again. I mistakenly attributed this anomaly to my TV set and not the connections.

I called Dish offices here and was rudely told there would be a charge for sending a technician. After my pleas to have this done without any expense on my part, they sent a technician who told me the WRONG CABLE (or wiring connection) was installed - and that is why I was not getting the right reception, He quickly went back to…

In addition to the widespread information that Dish Network sends out about channel issues that it has with other networks such as the one that controls MeTV, I've spoken to a couple of customer reps that don't seem to have any more of an idea of when MeTV will return any more than I do. This is also happened with several similar situations over the last 5 years, including one that dealt with a local channel one of the three main networks that are broadcast through Omaha stations.

I understand that there are issues with negotiations that I could only dimly understand.

However, if the companies that Dish Network is negotiating with cannot seem to come to an agreement with Dish then it seems obvious at least to me that they need to be cut loose. What that means of course is either a slight…

Wanted to cancel my service but was told I had to pay $20 a month penalty for 19 months to cancel. I never signed anything but they say I agreed to it when I turned my extra equipment in. They’re a bunch of crooks in my opinion.

WTF?! We pay you way too much for CRAP service (glitches in content, DVR not recording content, channels missing, have to pay for local channels etc). Whats the point in having DVR if it doesn't record?! Dish network has me pissed off.

For over a month, I have not had CBS/KIRO/Channel 7 supposedly due to ongoing negotiations with Cox. Well you must have really lousy, inept, incapable, incompetent negotiators!! This is my primary channel with anything worth watching. I barely can stand to watch bits on one or two others.

I am retired and live alone and like to have some tv, but am on a very limited income. You have me in a bind paying $82 a month on a two year contract that I cannot afford to break.

$82 is already daylight robbery. But now, I don't see why on earth I would pay that or half that when I'm left with nothing but garbage to watch if at all.

I was not able to successfully operate the Hopper control in order to view Programs I wanted. The keystrokes and procedures were too complicated, mostly I could not get the programs That I wantd to view du to the complexity of the remotehopper.

I spoke with Dish via phone several times and got partial help, but mostly I could only watch 5 channels total without very frustrating keying. I was a Direct TV customer for several years but ws drawn to Dish by promises of new better equipment and programming which I was not able to use..

To whom it may concern at Dish Network I am writing this because I want to express how disappointed in the treatment and service that I have recently been through ,I also know this will probably fall on deaf ears and blind eyes because I am one out of 10000 of customers, but let me explain my situation I sent in a payment of $150 in October I was $26 shy of the full payment.

DISH has frequently double charged us for local station service and then pushes back/argues when we complain. DISH has badgered us because we own our receiver and router BUT AT THE SAME TIME DISH STILL CHARGES US A "RENTAL FEE" EVERY MONTH FOR THE EQUIPMENT THIS HAS GONE ON FOR LITERALLY YEARS.

36 hours ago we contacted DISH about YET ANOTHER DOUBLE CHARGE FOR LOCAL STATION SERVICE as well as a substantial increase in the monthly bill which was UNEXPLAINED in that the total bill was quite a bit more than what was itemized yet they even argued and pushed back on that despite being unable to explain the overcharge.

We are tired of dropped channel's. Recent: MeTv. That is my husband's favorite and he is extremely mad. We pay for service that includes that channel. We lost HBO and now this. We are told we are given channels to make up for it but they are ones we already have.

We have a service call scheduled for problems we are having but we are seriously considering changing our service to cable. Very disappointed with everything.

my sister was dying in the hospital I was unable to pick up my paycheck for fear she would pass. Her children live in Las Vegas nev I was unable to contact them letting them have the chance to see her one last time and boost refused to turn my service back on for a few hours so

I could notify them I was told I could change to the 35$ plan or get 10$ off my current plan which didn’t help me at all contact my family on their mothers passing they refused to restore service for a few hours to. she passed and her children were unable to say their goodbyes.

Cannot get to an account specialist to review my account and make changes. Cut off 4 times after holding for several minutes. after 50 minutes I gave up. Terrible customer service over last 6 months. Had billing error and it took 6 attempts and e hours total hold time to get fixed.

Very difficult to get a person who can help with very simple requests.
