When I signed up with Dish Network it was after Dish sent out letters to their Customers .

I was informed that I was to receive My Regional Sports Channels but as I went looking for them they were not to be found.

I called about them and was told Netsn was being removed which is channel 412 that carries The Columbus Blue Jackets , Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Cavaliers .

I was also told later these Sports Teams may become part of a premium package .

So I was not told about this happening as I got Dish .

I suggest that the company makes a compromise and gets those teams back on our Cable and not charge the Customers like Myself who weren't informed until after they planned on removing them.

Dish discontinued NBC months ago and have failed to provide alternatives to get that programming. It has been very frustrating and although they list streaming options for getting NBC, you have to subscribe and pay for all of those channel. Frankly as long standing customers, we are very dissatisfied with DISH and don't really care why they are choosing not to pay the fees that NBC charges, exorbitant or not.

At this point, we are probably going to look for another TV provider to avoid the frustration of not being able to see major football playoffs as well as favorite shows on NBC. It's pretty sad, because otherwise we like the DISH service. C. G. Simpson

We pay to have NBC. for months now dish has said they are working on getting it back. We still pay for it. You take our money . now we are not only missing the shows we love but also the football play offs and the superbowl.

we should be able to get out of our contract without penalty due to your lack of customer care.

I've noticed in the program descriptions there has been an increased habit of listing a movie description as " From the novel ***". Unless I've read the novel it doesn't do much to tell me if I'd like to watch the program or not.

I don't know if who ever writes the descriptions is getting lazy or just doesn't know what the show is about. Please stop referring to novels and tell us what the movie is about.

My complaint is why do I have to pay you for channels I can no longer get in my package cbs is no longer available my news my weather my sports games all are no longer available to me but yet you still want me to pay my full bill which continues to go higher and higher and the channels are getting less and less of what I want to watch bring back quality tv local news that I trust local events I trust bowl games I’m wanting to watch what should I pay for something I don’t want to watch ?!!

For the price we pay, this station should be restored or adjust my billing. Because I'm paying for at station I'm not receiving!!!! This is called false pretending. In other words dish is charging me for a station that's been removed at no fault by me.

Dish network billed me x2 in one month after I came off of pausing my services. (I'm bundled w/phone co) they thght it was odd. Pending on when u call and who u talk to, u get a different answer.

then told they always bill a month ahead . Been with them 15 years now they want to screw me. Then told because of the date m services paused caused the two bills to being same bill. DISH told me the date to pick. Now Im being screwed.

I'm understanding now this happens alot. I'll be cancelling if not resolved.

I'm really tired and irritated that you can't seem to work out contracts with channels. We pay for a package and there is always a channel no longer in service while negotiating. I missed the entire cowboy season and many other shows because of your fight with channel eleven.

Why do we pay during this time. Give us at least another channel or credit till worked out. It should not take this long to figure out.

I have been without DISH since our move on the 10th of December, which I have a contract which if I break, I am or also, but if DISH doesn’t fulfill, what happens. I had an appointment yesterday, 12/29. I followed the steps DISH gave me and after my call that he was to arrive between 10:45-12:00.

I left work at 10:15 to see sure I was home. I watched the map on my account and when the tech was 1 minute out, I headed out to social distance but greet him. Then all of a sudden his arrival time climbed up to 22 minutes away. No phone call.

So I called DISH, only to get a woman with broken English that wasn’t in my time zone, so told me to hold on. 30 minutes with her on the phone I was told he got sick! Really? No phone call and I am now docked pay for missing work!

You recently removed another station from my network that's three in the past month this time it NESN that's our local sports network and a reason you gave me was ridiculous you said not enough people watch it and that's bologna you have seven a religious channels you have a half of those in cartoons you can't tell me people watch that alright but we pay for it the New England Sports Network is the only way we get to see what's going on in our local sports field so

unfortunately I'll have to cancel and I'm sure I'm not the only one needless to say my cable bill is the most expensive bill I have every month excluding my mortgage instead of giving more you take away very poor way to do business

12/19/21.. I was on the phone for 1. 1/2.. hrs!!! Will h [ 5 ] dish agents!!! and the company allows her to work at home.. All I was asking Dish.. to my debit card pymt each motn to my existing account on the 3 Rd of each month.. man .. finally!!! well, the Equifax..

on Tuesday of next week.. it's already been promised that my daughter will have a technician come & install her dish???.. have to do with fish.. I've had dish for years. promises to this effect!! I have a Criminal Justice Law degree!!!..

& go back through this ignorance.. I'll get an email to the CEO/ PRESIDENT!!!..

I was going to get a dish account for my new house and when I went to set this up I fond out someone else has an account under my social security number. They told me I would have to go online and fill out some paper work on a fraud claim.

This is exactly what I done. Dish then sends me an email saying I needed to fill out an affidavit and go back to March of 2014 and have proof of residents from 2014. These proof of residents have to be one of these proofs.

Water bill, electric bill, car insurance bill. I am like huh and how am I supposed to have one of these proofs from 2014? Does anyone have proof from 7 years ago! I guess dish just lost a customer now because there is no way I can get proof from 2014!!!

Oh well their loss someone else's gain!

First I can see why there is less than 2 star approval. May want to consider some new staff or give allowance to do their jobs to make customer service a top priority for a value customer.

Second, I don't feel like a value customer. I have spoken to 6 different people and one of them notes he would place my bill where it was for a year. I had a locked rate of $43.05 due to a budget and cause of an error of an employee my rate now falls in a package deal which increased it and now I am being told that I was never locked in so I am a liar and the rep who said he would fix it (Richard) lied to me as well per one of the today reps, cause there is nothing can be done. I have a new rate and no cares about what I think or what I was told.

I just have never seen customer service like this…

This happens a lot you been fighting channel 8 our local channel you had them off the air for quite sometime well we have to pay for them channels on our bill so why don't you take money off that we get billed for but you don't we pay for them channels and you take them off the air that's ripping us dish customers off your taking money and

we're not getting the channel just like channel 118 it's gone we don't have it anymore but I'll bet we still pay for it this is dam ridiculous some of us are scraping to pay your bill to start with i don't mind letting people no how it works concered customer for a long time just thought you should no how some of us feel with don't mean anything to you cause you get your money

That I was told the wrong time,and came when I was told technician would be here. I left work early to be home. I can’t get service until December 2. I am home starting today the 22nd of November. Everyone says they understand but no one will do anything about it.

This is horrible customer service and I will be switching to direct tv. I have had to call at least 10 times and there is no local number to talk to a person.

we are SO disappointed in Dish. We signed another contract with the understanding we would get the Utah Jazz games again. Not only that but you have kept us waiting way to long to get our local channel 7. Even the NBA station is NO help in getting our JAZZ.

You are airing everything around us, Lakers, Clippers, Blazers, so why not the JAZZ? As soon as we can we are switching over to DIRECT . We have been continued supporters of DISH for a long time, and this is what we get?

DISH has been “in negotiations “ over carrying NBC for over a month. This is our favorite channel…and we do not have adequate internet to stream as they have suggested. No decrease in our monthly fee. How about a refund or get the channel.

We have been without channel 8 now for some time, yet Dish has offered nothing to compensate for it, though we continue to pay the full monthly amount. No offer of an extra channel to compensate for this loss, and no credit on my bill.

I've been disgusted with Dish since they have treated me like I don't know what I'm talking about that friends are receiving all the hallmark channels and I only get 1 even though we have the exact same plan and pay the same amount. Do you really care how your loyal customers feel?

Dish is the worst company to deal with. They lie and don't keep their promises. They told me twice that they were going to put an outside antenna on during this loss of channels and they gave me an inside one that doesn't work and want me to pat $135 for an outside on.

They should be giving everyone a credit for the two channels they can't watch. I will be going back to DirectTV. Don't trust them at all. They also set my appointment for the afternoon, which I ask for and the guy showed up in the morning. They are the worst.

They are ripping their customers off.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my disgust with DISH TV in not working More diligently with Portland Oregon’s NBC affiliate KGW to resolve any negotiation issues To get KGW back on DISH. As a resident of rural Oregon who only has access to local channels through satellite TV, I am extremely upset to not being able to access local news, national sport coverage, and NBC prime time TV series.

I find your actions in this situation a total disregard for your satellite subscribers. To gain access to NBC I will have to subscribe to LA or NYC NBC coverage or Washington State local coverage for all 3 major networks.

I am also submitting my objections to KGW and I hope both businesses can come to an understanding in the VERY NEAR future. I am disappointed in both businesses’…

We tried to cancel our service back in June 2021 they offered suspended service but never got it. They disconnected our service. Since then we have received emails, phone calls, bills, we have responded back but never resolved. They told us we old money, we paid it, they told us to return there equipment, we done that through ups which we have a receipt for.

We returned a large box and two little boxes through ups and we have a receipt. We don't owe them any money we don't have service and we don't have their equipment. We want them to leave us alone and stop threatening us stop calling stop the phone call, emails,bills, everything

For 3 weeks now, I have missed 2 Oklahoma Sooner games and today, I cannot watch 2 Sooner quarterbacks compete against each other in the NFL Cardinal vs Browns. Itech xiu zippo have not received a discount on my bill at 113 North Avenue Q, Po Box 337, Johnson City TX 78636 for channels I cannot watch because of your feud yet Channel 24 is included in my package.

I have not seen any progress updates giving where negotiations stand so we can decide if we need to go with Direct. Enough of the BS. How about trying customer service for a change!

It is simply awful you are always having issues with the local channels. Each year it’s a dispute with you removing channels. No other cable company has this issue every year what is your problem? and the man talking about it’ isn’t convincing at all.

This doesn’t set well with your customers. I can assure you that many of your customers will leave and commit to a cable company that knows how to negotiate without using their customers as leverage to gain control for more money.

It’s always about the money not your loyal customers. Please get it together! Otherwise I will be one changing cable company

Root sports was taken off because not all the people that are paying for it are watching it. Well, there are a lot of channels on Dish that I pay for and never watch. Pomeroy is getting fiber optics laid, so I soon will be able to get a system that does not lie to it's customers.

Dish will give excuses that are not creditable and think I am stupid enough to believe their cons.

I only just now learned that Dish will no longer carry AT&T Sportsnet. Apparently this has been in negotiation since July. I did not hear anything about it when I was signing up IN JULY. I specifically chose Dish Network because they carried Sportsnet.

Now I am locked in to a 2 year contract without the channel that I chose you for. I upgraded my package so that I could get it. Now if I want to watch the Utah Jazz I will have to sign another contract with another company.

You don't seem to be concerned about the other 200+ channels that I pay for and don't watch, just us sports fans.

The lady was very rude and over bearing, she didn't want to work with me at all on nothing I said. She talked over me while I was trying to talk. I am a long time customer and do not appreciate this at all.

I have not had tv since 9/15/2021 and I can’t get a technician until 9 /29/2021 I called back to see if they could possibly get someone sooner and I was told yes we can get someone out to you on 9/18/2021 between 12 and 2:00 I did not get a confirmation email and was told we don’t have your technician coming till 9/29/2021 I’ve called multiple times to see if they can someone sooner and

they can’t That’s very poor customer service you should be able too get someone sooner then that I’ve got 5 months on my contract but I’m going to get out of it because direct tv can do a new installation sooner then that I’m giving dish network a one out of ten I’m extremely disappointed and upset this is absolutely ridiculous that they can’t get someone out here sooner then that. Bought the dish playmaker, it could not pick up satellite so I sent it back. It has been 3 weeks but I haven't received my refund. I've spoken to 4 people who said it was being processed but I'm still waiting.

Canceled the dish service after being with them 12 years on August 27th, but we keep getting billed. Our account shows Canceled on the website. We do not owe anything and have called dish 3 times, but we get different responses or they say they can't do anything.

A flat-out lie to me and they lie to everybody they say you can record 2 shows you can't record to unless you're watching one so tell me why would you record a show you're watching when I presented that to them they didn't want to upgrade my Hopper without charging me I will dump this whole contract back in their lap when they least expect it if they don't resolve the problem but I would strongly suggest you don't trust toward the sales people tell you cuz that's a flat-out lie

Is Ben a directv customer for 30 years!!!! Is fed up with their poor service and decided to switch to dish. Was offered a $300 Mastercard in the mail to join. Was on the phone 3hrs was disconnected over 15 times.

Got service set up, But when it came time to redeem the gift card no nobody knew what they were doing. It was accused of being a liar by one customer representative. Was the most horrible customer experience I've ever had.

The end result is I canceled service before it even started and told them that I was much happier with DirecTV. No one even said a word besides OK thank you goodbye. I guess dish has enough business and doesn't care about potential customers for the future.

I sincerely hope this makes a corporate desk somewhere. Executives in this company need to know how…

To begin with the service is very glitchy and it freezes every other day. When I first booked the service the lady was very unclear with what exact package I was receiving. As far as I know she said I was receiving a package that included all the movie channels included in the monthly price because I got the highest package.

However, turns out the actual package carried the movie channels free for only three months. Understood! My question is why were the movie channels taken off after only 1 month? For starters why was I lead to believe that all the movie channels were included in the monthly price to begin with.
