My appointment was for 8 30 am Oct 26 2023 to replace a part that had just been recently replaced. Today is March 12 2024 and I still don't have my truck. I have been repeatedly lied to by the manager of the dexter store and my vehicle has been moved to at least 4 locations without my knowledge.

I have been out an incredible amount because of this and 2 weeks ago I had to put down one of my horses because I couldn't get him to the vet. I am absolutely lost on what else to do.

I own a 1992 Dodge stealth RT twin turbo. I brought it in for the recall on the transmission or transfer case rather spend probably 4 years now and y'all kept it for a month and then notified me that I need to have my car removed from there before y'all have it removed from there that you always not going to do my recall.

Y'all offered me $2,500 as a buyback for my $60,000 car which is now I mean in my opinion an American classic anyhow the recall is still not been done I have not been in any way compensated for my you know car recall not being done. And I'd really like to just get my car fixed I don't want the $2,500 y'all for me for it because I paid more for the more than that for it and

I bought a 2022 Durango in July 2022 every time I took it to Viva Dodge In Las Cruces New Mexico I told them about the window tent bubbling and passenger side carpet coming up from around the door, I was told each time someone would call me they did not for over a year, Last month I went in to make an appointment after keeping the car 6 days I was told the tent is another company and would be call with their info, I have not received that call as of yet, I was told on the carpet " carpet coming up is normal' It was not fixed.

I have owned Dodges before and never had a problem. I just want my new car to be something I can show my family and friend's and be proud of, instead of telling them why not to buy a Dodge,

I have never had worse customer service. I have been trying to get a rental car while my truck is at the dealer for repairs that will take weeks. The case manger was inept. He had me getting a rental 4 hours away.

Didn’t call the dealership, and I have been without a car now for a week. There isn’t anyone who speaks English that is understandable. All numbers for Dodge service goes to this company that doesn’t have a website. The fact that my truck has under 30,000 miles and is inoperable is another problem.

a problematic issue that I have come to find out is prevalent in Dodge Rams… The only dealer in my area is backed up and I could take weeks. Besides all the recalls on the truck that they haven’t had parts for, for 2 years.

I would say buy a Dodge Ram at your own risk.

Ok I purchased my third dodge challenger. I bought one from Fayetteville NC dodge, and I purchased 2 dodge challengers from Waldorf dodge. Around August1st, i purchased a 2023 dodge challenger scat pack. Now I traded my 2nd dodge challenger rt in.

At that time I told dealership manager Mark Anthony that I may have financial problems with this purchase. 00 to help me with the car payments. The $363 broke down to $121 for Sept oct, and Nov. I then accepted the offer because of his promises he made.

Now that I purchased the car he has reneged on his promises. Now I want my 2019 car back, I no longer trust Waldorf dodge, I just don't want the 2023 I just want my 2019 back.

My car has been sitting on the lot at Greenway cdjr for 3 weeks waiting on a key. They have directly lied to me saying a tech was checking my car at the same time I'm looking at it in the parking lot.

Today I had enough of the waiting game and lies, so I had a locksmith come to make a key. Jerome very rudely turned him away and said they had special ordered the key fob this morning and it will be four days before it gets there.

Meanwhile my car has been sitting outside with a busted window in the weather for a month. $849 for keys, when the locksmith was less than $500. I have owned a Mopar product for the last 23 years, but I think now I will buy a Hyundai.

I would like to file a complaint against the dodge dealer that I have been taking my truck to be serviced to for the past 2 years. I have many issues with this dealer and they do not have good customer service.

They do not acknowledge my warranty and i am still waiting for someone to call me back from months ago. I work full time and also attend school so I am not able to go up to the service center everyday and when I call someone always says I will get a call back and I never do.

My 2009 Dodge Ram Laramie has been at Victory Dodge in Kansas City, Kansas for about 3 months waiting on a part that’s on back order. I don’t care the excuses 3 months is ridiculous. I am a 3rd generation dodge man but that is in jeopardy right now.

This is my only means of transportation and I have exhausted all my means for rides to and from work. This needs to be resolved soon. There has to be some way to find one either used or new.

Took my 2015 Mazda Cx9 in for service and attention to battery and engine light coming on.. Warranty still on car for service.. I was called and informed it was my battery so I gave them the okay to fix it..

When I went to pick up car the light turned but car wouldn’t start up.

Finally start by the time got home battery light back on. Took car back to shop and showed light still on. 00 . I was told it will take 2 weeks before they can schedule me. 00 i took car over to auto zone they told me immediately it was my alternator and the new battery was dying with only 32%.

Had a radio recall update on my 2020 ram truck dealership messed up my radio they got a new one they could not get it too work i had to call to see how to get it to work somthing i was told they should have done did a force restart. was told to take my truck off lot when they could not get it to work.

I gave them a bad review for this Brought my truck in on 6/29/23 to get serviced was told by service manager Dean they would no longer work on my truck due to the bad review i gave them including any factory recalls that may come up due to they had to many bad reviews already and to leave there dealership.

So now have a 2020 dodge with no dealership close to bring it to if i have trouble. This is wrong they do not do there job right and i have to be in this position.

The customer service was very rude and very disorganized. I was told one thing from one person and any person said that the person I talked to did not work there. Was to set up an appt for my truck at the local dealer and was then to call back to and they were to send out a service technician from corporate office to look at my truck.

When I called back they said they had no record of that call and there was no one by the name of the person a spoke with about this. New person hung up on me twice. I wanted to speak to the supervisor and they refused to transfer me.

I've been waiting for almost 2 months for my Dodge Ram 1500 to be fixed. The Dodge dealership in Coopersville, Michigan has had the parts on hand for 3 weeks or more ok. 00 dollars worth of parts. I've only had the vehicle just a little over 2 months ok.

The check engine light has come on more than 6 times since I took possession of the truck on 4/13/2023 ok. It has been smoke tested and has a diagnosis of a evap sensor and a wiring harness and a bad gas cap ok.

I've only made 2 payments on the truck so far ok. My complaint is being tossed around and myself also like a damn football ok. The Warranty was figured in the cost of the truck ok. I like the truck but am damn tired of being jerked around and brushed aside ok.

That's no way to treat a customer ok. I can't even depend upon this…

My husband’s Dodge RAM Ecodiesel broke down last July. We paid for a rental car until the dealership determined the breakdown was due to a recall. They provided a rental car moving forward and told us we were eligible for reimbursement for the $723 we paid for a rental car.

Dodge Customer Care said we had to wait for the repairs to be done before we could file. It took ten months to get the truck back. When we were finally able to file for reimbursement, they refused to pay the entire amount.

We got $360 and they won’t respond to us, saying our case is closed.

I’ll drop my car off at the Dodge house in Monahans Texas I let it get diagnosed and usually after that the mechanics will call the warranty place and get it situated I had given Carlos all the info he needed to call national auto care to open up the claim on my car on June 22nd 2023 she cost me June 24, 2023 to tell me that my warranty wasn’t gonna be covered because what he assumed my car was hit which didn’t have this car for 22 days before messed up.

Therefore the warranty is fully in affect, and it is going to cover it only reason why it wasn’t going to cover it is because Carlos took it upon his self to call me at 9 o’clock in the morning and lie to tell me my warranty wasn’t going to cover it so I get on the phone with my warranty company, they open up claims on my vehicle there…

When taking my 2019 caravan in for service because the battery kept draining I was told it was the alternator. So we replace that and when I pick it up one week later the light is still on. e check it put I was told they didn't have time ot was fine to go home.

Not surprised when I woke up amd my car was dead again. So we bring it back amd we're told it's the alternator. They replace it again. So multiple weeks and 600 plus dollars and guess what, my car is dead again.

Decided to take it else where. In 1 day it was discover it was actually the front fuse modular that needs replaced. Now I'm out money amd time because obviously no real mechanics work in the liberty dodge dealership in hinesville ga.

I refuse to even bring in either of my vehicles for even a oil Change to another chrysler…

When I have an appointment on certain date I expect to have it looked at on that date. The Scottsbluff dealership continually lies and waites several days after appointment with no communication and doesn’t even return a phone call, costing me thousands in lost revenue. Dodge should be absolutely ashamed of themselves on how they treat their clients.

I purchased a 2019 dodge heavy one ton to pull my fifth wheel camper. I have had it for a year now and it did great until 6 months ago the abs break service like came on. The mechanic in our area said the control unit was bad and needed replaced.

This means my antilock brakes are not working. My problem is they have been waiting on the part for over 6 months and summer is getting close and we have a lot of plans this summer. The mechanic said it would not be good to pull our camper.

My problem and complaint is why is it so hard to get the part we need and why does it cost so much? I am getting feed up and very disappointed in my first dodge truck. I do not know my next move so it is up to you. Please help me

For the past three years, everytime I went to get my inspection sticker for my vehicle it has been rejected. I've taken it to the dealer and it turns out they always had to reset the modules. When I went to get my sticker for 2023, the mechanic had to reset the modules again. 00 dollars.

We have had a NEW Ram 4500 EMS ambulance at Larry Miller Dodge since Jan 15, 2023. This was after waiting nearly a MONTH to get an appointment in the first place. This ambulance was supposed to be delivered to a small Emergency Medical Service in Holbrook, AZ in December 2022 so they can provide a critical service.

It was taken to Albuquerque dealership because it was felt that it was better to stop and fix it before it broke down on the road during delivery. This truck has an issue with the rear differential making whining noises.

2021 ram 1500, When I have not run it for 7 days the battier is completely dead. This happened a mouth or so ago and the dealer tested it and said it was a bad battier. Now they are telling me that this is normal. Does the dealer runs all the trucks on the lot to keep the batters up. I have had this truck from the start and this just started now.

Took 2016 dodge journey to frontier dodge 12/26/22 for heater not working.

First it was 2 actuators not working cost 500$ I said ok then that didn’t work so then it was ( center stack) I’m guessing control module 2500$ then it’s a wire harness 3500$. It’s been 2 months and the price keeps going up all for the heater not working I’ve contacted molar complaint # 85392577.

Dodge has recalled numerous keyless node modules for inition on 2008 challenger chargers and 300 vehicle different years. My node was reprogramed in 2009 and only has 15k mileage on vehicle as of today. This part has failed just like all others that have been recalled.

I believe my node has not been changed out and only reprogram. 00 to replace part. Dodge has been recalling numerous vehicles for this default. Please replace my recalled faulty part.

I have had several repeat issues stemming from cracked manifolds. This is the 3rd time it happens every time I’ve gone in the service advisors Islam and Roman are completely worthless and knowledgeable. Promised me to order manifold and call me never have. Left 3.

Messages to Service manager ni return call. Left message to GM no return call. Vehicle is 2021 and have already had this issue and now I’m having electrical issues. Cannot be left 1 week without vehicle and now this will be my 3rd time and need an oil change and manifold has been cracked since last one.

I purchased a used 2017 Dodge Ram last week from a dealership. I specifically was in the market for a truck with all equipment to safely tow my trailer that weighs 6,000 lbs. Arizona law requires a brake controller, as with many most states in the US.

I went to the dodge dealership to have one installed. 79. I cannot use a after market brake controller. I was told it will void the extended warranty. I will never again purchase a dodge product.

On November 21,2022 My wife and I went to BBDodge in New Braunfels of the Kahlig Auto Group to look into purchasing a new Dodge Durango. Our main factor with purchase was monthly payment, which I have never done before.

We spent hours at the dealership, chose the vehicle and commenced the finance. 00 While there we agreed to a $10,000 down payment in order to reach my objective. George from finance took us back to a room and did his calculations.

00, we turned down the deal and started to walk out. He asked us to wait while he did some more pricing adjustment in order to meet our goal. He returned with the work sheet and a figure of $627. per month.

I scheduled service for my 05 Dodge Durango online for 19 Dec 2022. As of 7 Jan 2023 my vehicle has not been serviced and I have not been given a diagnosis on why the "Check Engine" illuminates from the vehicles dashboard.

I authorized and had the repair work done at that time. I paid $1800 at that time for parts and labor. I bought a 6 cylinder quad cab in 2005. After spending the whole day uselessly combing the lot. I found found it (me myself and I) the exact truck basically that I asked for at the beginning of the day. So I bought it.

Long story short truck didn't make it to 100,000 miles before it blew the motor. Throughout the whole process dodge denied any warranty work or services without a huge bill to go with it. I swore I would never buy another chrysler dodge product.

Fast forward to 2022 and I have now made the same fatal mistake of trusting these people to do right by their customers. Less than a year after buying my "certified pre owned" ram "heavy duty" truck I am now without a vehicle because of a damaged engine.

I have tried multiple times to get ram to work with me on resolving this…

I would actually give you zero stars if I could. I ordered my Dodge Ram 2500 in April 2022. It was built in June 2022. It has been setting in the lot waiting for shipment for five months. I still can’t get an answer of when it will be shipped.

I know of several people that ordered their Dodge Ram months after me that have already received their vehicle. I can’t get an answer from anyone at Dodge about why they can’t ship the vehicle. I talked with past car dealerships and they said vehicles are shipped by the money Dodge makes on the vehicle. Great business practice!!

Hi do I complain to outside of Dodge so it hurts their reputation. I tried the BBB but they said Dodge is not an American company. Do I just file a complaint against the dealership so something can be done?

I scheduled an appointment for service on my 2022 Dodge Durango for a noise coming from the 3 row. I was told that I can only bring it in during the week because they only have diagnostic technicians then. I did that and now the service manager and service rep Marcel and Christine at Sansone states I had to leave the vehicle for 24 to 48 hours so they can figure out the issue because right now all they can do is oil changes .

I took off from work to bring my vehicle in if I have an appointment that means that someone should be able to look at the vehicle while I wait if I just drop the vehicle offf how would they know the reason why I brought . My vehicle only has 2249 miles on it the customer service was terrible here
