I haul cars for a living and have bought two dodge ram trucks with the last one being a 5500 . Thinking the first trucks transfer case breaking and almost killing me was just a fluke. No, now my 2017 has done the same thing.

Both trucks having the same problem and doing my research the Dodge's are notorious for this. The transfer case breaks and there are none to be found. Apparently, they are coming out of California, but no one can tell you when.

If the truth was known, they are making them but probably going into the new trucks they are selling. Forget the people that have already purchased your vehicles as you have already got your money. I have been sitting now for three months and my mechanic just told me they are saying December now.

I have a 2012 RAM truck that I purchased at my dealer in Lee's Summit, MO. This was my third vehicle purchased there. I bought a service plan for oil changes at the time of purchase. I have regularly used them to do all repairs and service over that period.

The last couple of times, the response has been poor but today got my last nerve. " Today I went without an appointment arriving around 9AM, there was only one car in front of me and four service managers in the office.

I was told, after waiting almost 20 minutes talk to a service manager, that they were not taking walk-ins today. The attractive young lady that had been in front of me did not have an appointment for the same service but was taken right in.

On October 04, 2022, I dropped my 2022 Ram 2500 diesel off for warranty & recall work. I was told this would take 3-5 days. On day 3 I went to service department to ask about my truck . To my surprise it hadn't been work on.

After leaving I received a text informing me my truck was being looked at. On day 7 I went down to the service department again, once again to my surprise my truck still hadn't been looked at, after they told me on day 3 that it was.

So I picked up my truck with out any service being given. This is the worst service I have EVER RECEIVED IN ANY SERVICE DEPT EVER !!! And I need this to be dealt with. FYI I Was never given a courtesy vehicle nor did the service manager (Dave Monty) come out to talk to me about this major problem.

On 10/3 I contacted the Perris Valley Dodge internet manager on a new Dodge Challenger. On 10/4 we agreed on a price. On 10/5 I was going to pick up the vehicle. I left work early and drove 1 1/2 hours from my home to the Perris Valley dealership. 00.

He also Stated that Dodge can pull rebates at anytime and doesn’t have to notify the dealership. If this is how Dodge does business, I will never purchase another Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. If Jose Salagado lied I think Dodge needs to know how their dealership conducts business.

I waisted three days of my life trying to purchase a vehicle.

Complete bait and switch at the dealership. Got us in the door with a lower cost vehicle. Sat down to go over numbers and said the truck was sold. Tried selling us a more expensive truck that was lesser grade.

Salesman and manager were scum and wasted our time . Do not shop there . Dishonest and disrespectful. Westbury dealership in Jericho, NY horrible.

I purchased a 2021 Dodge Charger in November of 2021. The front right tire ate its by running on the inside part of the tire. I purchased two tires and had them put on at an independent tire shop. a four wheel alignment was attempted but could not be corrected to specifications.

I returned to the Dodge dealership where I was informed the alignment was within specifications. I asked for a printout of the alignment but could not receive one. Turns out the alignment machine was out of calibration. After the alignment machine was calibrated, an alignment was completed and it was confirmed the alignment was out of specifications.

I love my 2006 dodge Ram 3500. I am disappointed in the A/C Compressors, I have had 3 replaced by dodge dealerships (5 others) and none of them have lasted. I had them my A/C compressor changed in Oklahoma, they forgot to put oil in it and it seized up in Conroe.

Conroe did a good job warranting the 3 month old compressor. Last time it cost me $3500 at Helfman. The messed up my cruz control, left screws out of my dash and worse of all failed to reconnect my head light wiring.

They also double charged and i had to get my bank to fix it. This is not surprising at Gillman they charge me a $1000 to find a parasite drain on my battery. I have a 2021 ram 1500 the valve stem caps on all the wheels are all stuck and will not come off. because one of your design engineers is a dumb-ass and put an aluminium cap on a steel stem.

I had a low tire took it into Mclarty daniel dodge in bentonville arkansas where I purchased the vehicle a year ago. 82 to replace all 4 valve stems and sensors. which is a crock of shit. dodge should be replaceing these for us for free because of the shit design you decided to put on the vehicle.

On July 29th, 2022 I scheduled maintenance to be performed on my truck on August 18, 2022 at Rick Hendrick Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, located at 1468 Savannah Highway Charleston, SC 29407. I submitted an online appointment in which I scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation, lubrication of the front drive shaft fitting, and safety recall Z20.

I also listed that I wanted them to check if my running boards were properly torqued due to them feeling loose and to see if they could find out why my entertainment system randomly sets the temperature to 76 degrees and will freeze for 3-5 minutes not letting you adjust the temperature.

I purchased my dodge ram last month after the lease expired, from suburban dodge on maplelawn in troy. After purchase i emailed the salesman (Scott Viau) and asked him if their were any extended warranty options available for me to purchase.

I emailed him on 7/21 and 7/25 asking this question (my emails were replies to his emails to me) and i received no response to either email whatsoever. This is inexcusable. I have purchased or leased 5 vehicles from this salesman over the last 14 years, and this will most likely be the last dodge product i purchase, to due this shoddy, undependable, and inconsiderate work.

I have a 2020 Ram 2500 with a diesel motor. There is a recall involving the injector pump. I went to my local dealer, Crown Bristow of Bristow, OK. I was told they are allotted only a few repair parts, they have a long waiting list and few technicians and they won’t even schedule a repair.

today I came in and my 26 year old son was with me. I tried to purchase some beer and the lady at the checkout asked for my son’s I’d. He had purchased beer earlier without them asking for I’d which he showed them anyway.

But when i came back to buy it they didn’t ask for my I’d and I’m the one that brought it to the counter and was Going to pay for it with my card but wasn’t allowed to because he didn’t bring his I’d this time. I don’t get why he was being I’d when I was the one making the purchase and she had just seen him buying some not thirty minutes prior to her refusing to sell it to me .

I have had a van at the local Dodge dealership in Roanoke Virginia for one year waiting on a new transmission. The expected arrival date for the transmission has been changed between six and 12 times over the last year my company has had to fork out money for a rental this whole time. We would like to continue our business with Bergland Jeep Dodge Chrysler in the future but it’s not looking good at this point that we’ve had to wait so long to get our van back in service.

East side dodge in Calgary. Honestly the worst thing I have ever had to deal with. I took my jee compass in for a tire repair and I drove it into the service bay and left it so they could repair a small hole in tire.

And I left to go to lunch got a phone call about 5 mins after Leaving saying they can’t start the jeep. I’ve never had a problem starting it. So I told him I didn’t know because that has never happened.

About 30 mins later he called me back saying he still can’t start it and he disconnected the battery to try to get it to work. And I said I wasn’t sure I’ve never had this happen and I will be there I. 20 mins.

While driving down the interstate at 70 mph my car DIED.. locked up, no breaks, no steering wheel capabilities. Had it towed and it was a bad sensor. I understand things go bad, but to make a car that dies while driving.

My kids were in the car, I was in the left lane passing a semi! This could of turned out very badly. I hate this car! I have owned many cars, makes and models and Dodge is the worst. I would like for you to pay off my loan or buy this car back from me. It is dangerous!

Vehicle was serviced and when we picked it up items were missing out of the vehicle. We were told to wait for a policeman to file a report Meanwhile we were treated like we were the criminals. We waited half an hour for a policeman and are still waiting The money and merchandise missing was in excess of 300$.

My dodge caravan was brought to south 20, because it was wandering and hard to keep on the road while driving. The dealership told me it needed shocks and struts as well as an alignment. After 2 weeks without my van they called and said that it was ready for pickup.

While driving it home it was no better. I called the dealership and told them the problem was not fixed. They told me that it needed new bushings. I brought the van back to them and was told that we needed to wait for the parts to arrive.

On 04/08/2022 I took my 2009 Dodge 1500 Ram truck to Spartanburg SC Dodge service for a few things I wanted done. I bought my truck at this dealer brand new and have not used any other service but Spartanburg Dodge.

My truck is in beautiful shape and I am doing my best to keep it like new. 49. The issue outstanding is the TPMS. They returned the truck to me and the indicator light was off. Then the next day it came back on.

When I checked tire pressure I saw they had replaced all four valve stems with rubber stems. My truck had metal (Aluminum) stems original. They did not tell me and now will do nothing to remedy the problem. They told me I could buy the metal valve stems and they would install them at no cost.

My car broke down on Friday May 27th morning. It was towed to the dealership to have diagnostics ran on it to see why it broke down and was inoperable. On Tues May 31st, they finally figured out it broke down due to driveshaft.

SERVICE advisor, Mauriz or Maurice, said the car would be ready on Friday June 3rd. I contacted them to see if it was ready, they said no due to still not having the parts. Said car will be ready for pick up 1pm on Saturday June 4.

I called again, noone has called me, and said they still have not obtained part and will be ready on Monday June 6th. Manufacturer warranty is covered but noone has answered the service department in 4 hours on Sat. Now I still have no car, no loaner, no rental and no answers.

Good Afternoon,

My husband received a letter about enhanced security feature and the need to have the RF-HUB upgraded to prevent potential theft. I called Courtesy Chrysler Dodge and Jeep Ram Superstition Springs to schedule an appointment. I was told that we would need to schedule to come in to have a reading done before they can order the part from Dodge. This could take a half hour to half a day depending on what the techs are working on. Once they place the order with you it will be around a week and another appointment will need to be scheduled for the actual work.

So you have a known issue, sent out the letter but want to inconvenience your customer not once but TWICE. WHY? Also if I schedule an appointment and the work only takes 30 minutes why should they have my car for any…

We made an appointment for a car repair on our 2013 Dodge dart for 9:30 AM on May 31. It was the earliest appointment we could get even though we called a week ahead. My son could not get the key out of the ignition because he couldn’t get it in to parking gear.

All 3 brake lights came on. I took it in to see if it was covered under factory or the warranty that I pay for and apparently it wasn't. So I asked to have it checked and let me know how much it would be.

I went to pick it up and it cost me $135 just to check it which already had done for free. To fix it it was over $800. I've had it for eight and a half months a vehicle Im paying almost 40,000 for so I'm stuck with the problem until I can come up with the money.

So much for the Dodge ram dependability. I am very disappointed. There are two warranties on this vehicle that I pay for and get no help with it. I am a disabled veteran and don't make that much but I wanted this awesome vehicle and I love it but the first thing that went wrong with it kind of feels like a money pit.

They are refusing to fulfill my warranty for service because they want to charge extra fees not in the warranty, they said its $320 to check the 2 Maintenace lights on top of my deductible! I said no I have a warranty then they said $160.

Today (May 20, 2022) I took my car into Dodge Collierville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Collierville, TN. I had previously visited the location because my car AC is blowing heat. The car stereo wasn't working properly. I was informed by the service Manager and Service person that it would need to be replaced.

I was given a quote of almost $700 for replacement {part + install). Upon arrival, I informed the service lady that I had quacked the radio. She informed me that it was no need to worry because I was getting it replaced.

Dodge in my current city has had my truck for 8 days. I was told parts would be in in 2-3 days, now being told 14 more days. The service manager in Odessa Texas has no idea what’s going on in his shop, not sure why he’s employed there.

I want to know why parts are not available for recalls and also why Dodge is selling trucks that have recalls on them when purchased. The issues on my vehicle were issues when I bought it

My son and I jointly purchased a truck on March 5. He traded in his car for $5000 plus paid $3000 for a down payment with an arrangement for an additional $2000 down payment on March 18. Five days after the 18th my son reached out to the dealership to find out why the $2000 hadn’t been deducted.

He was told there would be follow up the next day but there was not. On April 19 the finance manager called me aggressively saying we had not paid the $2000. We authorized him to deduct it that day April 19.

Bought 2020 Caravan On April 13, 2021 with 13 miles on it. Paid for Platinum warranty, Tomson Motor Center never rotated my tires and now my front tires a bald and back are almost new. I have had nothing but issues with this dealership in response to any issues I have with the van.

The GM doesn't bother to return my calls, the service manager doesn't really care, said my bald front tires were normal wear and tear.

My son was in a minor traffic accident on I5 today where a piece of debris flew off a truck and struck is tire. Whatever it was it went straight thru his rim - split it into two and punctured his tire.

He called me in a panic and thankfully he was ok so I called the Tacoma Dodge dealership at 4101 S Tacoma Way in Washington state - its less than a mile from my place of business and a few miles from where my son's incident occurred. Contacted Dosge/FCA numerous times regarding the "WELL KNOWN" issue with their faulty u connect screen delaminating. Was told to take it into a dealer. I did and got the report as I was told to do. Dodge never responded once I sent the report.

Took me over a week to get ahold of someone else. Who then told me to get a second opinion. Are you kidding me? The dodge dealership was even befuddled. Completely ignored me time and again and now won't even respond to calls or emails from myself or the dealership. Complete SCUMBAGS.

45k on a vehicle and they're faulty touch screen they can't even replace. Should be a recall by now. Yet they've fixed others but ignore me after I've done everything they've said. Just ridiculous to say the very least.

In February of 2022 I brought my late husbands Jeep in to get work done to be ale to pass the state inspection and get the registration as we were finally ready to get in it and drive it. I was told it needed over 2000 of repairs that had nothing to do with the inspection which I paid since I was told the jeep needed these repairs.

Complaint Details My ram truck has been held for "warranty work" at Toyota dodge, jeep ram in st croix since jan 31, 2022. It has been almost 2 months. They haven't given me a loaner and have no update other than the parts aren't in.

I have been making my monthly truck payments and have no vehicle for this entire time. I want either an exchange for my truck with a similar one, or my monthly payments along with my 2 cab rides per day to and from work taken off of the total amount paid for the truck. and then what?

no one has ever called me. for TWO MONTHS!! I NEED A VEHICLE! I had not choice but to bring the dodge truck to this location as they are the only approved place on the island for warranty repairs. I am currently at work in Austin TX.

And can pick up whatever parts they need.…

I purchased a new dodge caravan in 2017. No chips on hood for 4 years. Paint was blistering because of poor design. They replaced the hood. It moves when you push lightly on it now and it has chips starting two months after their paint job.

Dodge will not stand behind it. Bill Walsh in Peru or Bill Walsh’s body shop in Ottawa won’t stand behind their work. Companies should not be able to ripe the consumer off like this. All they do is pass the buck.

Don’t buy from Bill Walsh he will ripe you off. This is my 3rd can in the family and I will never buy a dodge again. Do your home working before considering buying a dodge vehicle

I have had my car in there body shop n had my cars i there service department n always had good service On Saturday i tryed to contact service department n the lady that answer phone seem like it was a problem to send me to service so I had put a 2 star review on that so then I looked thru my email n found one form service department sent them a message n they contact me back n I made a 1 pm appointment no more then

5 minutes later got a call form Pete Donaldson service manager and was told if I didn’t take the review down we could no longer do business so he proceeded to go off on me and tell me I was trying to kill his business I told him no it had nothing to do with his service department so when I finally told him to give me a chance to speak I told him the review was put on before I…
