My daughter was involved in an accident- hit something smaller that pulled in front of her and was unable to stop her vehicle because DODGE has an airbag at the knee level. If there had been other vehicles ahead or beside her she would have hit them.

Her car went about 200 yards before it stopped. This is unsafe. Airbags are a good thing but you can't place them everywhere! It is unsafe if the driver can't control the car after hitting something that doesn't stop the vehicle. Poor choice Dodge. DODGE CHARGER 2020.

Took my 2014 Dodge Ram Tradesman to Collierville/ Tn Chysler/Ram Dealer because of the check engine light. Was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks that was to leave the truck at the dealer. 01/05/22 Through 3/17/22 I called the dealer several times for any update.

Was advised someone would call back which never happened. Ten weeks without my truck was very difficult.

My 2007 Dodge ram 1500 is rusting down around me. This should be on Dodge. Especially as much as the truck cost. I can't believe that there is no recall. Or a lawsuit. Almost all of the 2007 models are like this.

My bed is so rusty that it is about to fall off. The cab is starting to rust also.

In March 2021 my grandson, who is a 100% disabled Veteran purchased a 2018 Dodge Journey from Mike Anderson Dodge in Marion Indiana. It had a 60K power train warranty. The transmission went out of the Journey at 60436 miles and Dodge is refusing to replace or even give him a break on the $8000 they want to fix his car.

I have filed a complaint #82158257 asking for help and it has been denied. Please advise if there is any assistance we can get for this issue. Thank you

I have a 2018 Ram 3500 dually that is right now at the dealership waiting for a new Diesel Particulate Filter. The truck has 47,700 miles on it. It has only regenerated one time since I bought it new. Within a few months after I bought the truck I bought and installed a Stryker “plug and play module on it for a little better fuel economy and a little more power.

The service department at the dealership said the Stryker has caused the problem by “over fuelling the the engine thereby causing the particulate filter to fail to regenerate. Stryker and a diesel mechanic I spoke to both told me the Stryker has nothing to do with the filter regeneration.

The filter burned up and cracked. Ram corporate said they can’t help me even after issuing a bulletin in 2019 about the problem with the filter…

If I could give a negative star review, I would. I purchased a 2018 Dodge Durango R/T. While I absolutely LOVE the vehicle itself, there is a major flaw with the UConnect system which has been documented all over the place from other customers of not only the Durango, but for the Challenger, Jeep Cherokee and Dodge Ram.

Conveniently within weeks of the warranty expiring, the touch screen decides to start peeling away from the LCD on it's own and once it starts, it gets progressively worse very quickly. I have contacted customer service through Dodge and through UConnect multiple times, and every time they basically tell me I'm shit out of luck because I'm outside of the basic warranty.

My Warranty expired from the 3 years in May of 2021, and my problem began in August of 2021. I was even…

I purchased a Dakota from Mann Chrysler the day I drove off the lot I had no idea how dangerous it was. I was told a local trade, it was from Canton Ohio, I found later it stranded me and wife on the road countless times, electric prob,s trans bad,,, rearend bad been repainted at some point, the dealership said not responsible for it,, frankly I've never seen such a lousy vehicle or dealership for myself I'll never buy another dodge especially from that dealership the sad part is nothing can be done about it, lesson learned , I've contacted Chrysler,, the dealership,, the bbb, the attorney general, ever thing is a joke,

DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE FOR SERVICE!!! I took my Dodge Ram 1500 in for an error message, Engine too hot. The truck would go into limp mode. I was told it was a radiator hose along with recommendation for tires, front & rear differential fluid, transfer case fluid, tune up and 6 spark plugs.

5 hours truck came up with same error message and in limp mode. I went to two other dealerships, One told me an oil change and the other said need to replace cam sensors. When I returned they said oh sorry the radiator was the first step.

You need to replace the engine wiring harness. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to going there. 74 truck is still giving me the exact same error message.

I bought a left over Dodge Dart in 2016 so it’s a 2015 and we had nothing but trouble with it then and now. Actually the garage said they changed the oil and for a week I was driving it with no oil so it started stalling around turns.

How does a dealership forget to put the most damaging fluid ,going without it, and we tried to say we wanted to speak to the manager or owner and they acted like it’s nothing. Now the backup camera doesn’t work.

The blower motor for heat and air works sometimes and if it doesn’t if you slam the passenger door it sometimes kicks in. This is the 6th and final vehicle we will buy if we don’t get some answers. Driving without oil had to do major damage and they admitted not filling it with oil.

I have a 2014 Ram 1500 Tradesman Quad cab. Uconnect went to the splash screen and will go no further. I took it to Autonation Dodge in Katy Texas and they stated my radio will need to be replaced. The order was placed in November 22 2021.

I have inquired on the the time when the radio will arrive and they stated they do not know when the part will arrive it could be maybe four months. My warranty company has already paid for the part and the idea that the dearlership cannot get the part in a timely matter does not make any sense.

They order the part from Dodge. I could have gotten the radio in three days from online sellers

Comments I have had my dodge 30 th anniversary Dodge Caravan for seven years (first new car) now when the warranty ran out bought an extended warranty. The first year my fuel pump went and I was stranded at a stop sign going to work.

And from then on there has been one problem after another. With fuel lines leaking some thing that I wasn’t allowed to drive it for two weeks. Now my flex pipe went now my AC is down and broken now my transmission is not working from going to Sault Ste.

Marie by myself with my child. In talking with another company they would’ve fixed my transmission as being a valued customer and they would want me to come back when I do get a new car. It is going to cost me $6000 to do a transmission and $4000 to do the AC.

I would like to know why dodge doesn’t stand by…

I purchased a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Limited in late August, the truck has 8193 miles on it.

Three weeks ago my fuel pump went out. I was charged $121 to have it towed back to the dealership where I purchased the truck and who handles service for it. The truck is fully covered, yet I was still charged.

Now, three weeks later I have not heard one word from my ‘customer care specialist’. An oxymoron of a term for Dodge customer care. I have left 6 messages for her and her supervisor, no response.

I am a small business owner who relies on his truck to feed my family and pay my bills. I can’t afford the current rental rates for a truck, while still paying my truck payments. Rates in San Diego are approx. $525 a week.

Brought a 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited from Neesen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership, Kingsville Texas. The service Air Ride Suspension System warning came on. Took it back to where I brought it. Took a week for them ti fix it.

During which I had to call for updates. Called 3 times one day due to no return calls from them despite being told twice I would be called back shortly. Picked up the Truck on Friday. Drive two days warning came back. Returned it to them.

My DEF pump went out on my brand new dodge ram 3500 diesel. It went into limp mode while I was on a trip. I was stranded 700 miles from home the vehicle was towed to the dealership. They did not have rental cars.

I had to rent a car for $500. I was told to submit my receipt into Dodge customer care. Should be called Dodge customer I don’t care. Trading this POS dodge truck in on a Ford because customer care offered me $140 in the form of a voucher for another rental!

What a joke so dodge has lost my business and Ford has regained it.

My new Dodge Ram 3500 DEF Pump went out on my trip. I had to rent a car because the dealership did not supply a loaner. I had to get a rental for $500. I was told to contact customer care to get reimbursed.

They graciously offered me $140 on a voucher for a new rental which I don’t need! I am trading this pos RAM in and going back to Ford . My Ford never stranded me. Dodge lost me over $500 after I paid $65,000 for their new pos truck

I have had my truck at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Carrollton since 11/5/2021. We choose to leave it with them because they said they would get it in and looked at in 2 to 3 days. We were told it was going on the lift to be looked at when we called Tuesday the 9th.

When we call on Thursday the 11th It was not being diagnosed. After calling GM of dealership, diagnoses started Thursday the 11th. Calls are not answered or returned. I have contacted the Service Manager twice. My husband was hung up on by the technician twice today as he tried to explain vital information for diagnoses.

i took my dodge ram truck there to be fixed. the code that came up on truck system was cleared by a local grage. but we had the code written down. code p1414 cylinder 4 reactivation control performance. so we dropped it off to get an estimate on what it would cost to fix.

they called us back the next day said they did not understand what is wrong and for my husband to go in and drive around with the mechanic and help him find out what was wrong with it. so my husband went and drove it around with mechanic, he was guessing what it could be and asking other employees when he had the code from the truck indicater.

Maybe someone here can answer a question about recall P77 parts. My truck has been sitting in dodge service since Aug. 13 and there waiting for parts i found out they need the spider gear to do repairs there is no information about when part will be received i called some parts stores close to my house and

found the spider gear is in stock at 3 different stores now dodge doesn't have part but everybody else does. This is very upsetting that i don't have my truck because of poor customer service.

I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab and while taking off from stop the pinion nut came loose and damaged rear end that was on Sept. 11, 2021 an was towed to Napa Dodge on the 13th and has been sitting there without any repairs done because dodge doesn't have parts available this repair is a recall #P77 i can't believe that a vehicle needs recall repairs done can't get parts.

Since all of this been going on i lost my job have no way to get to work. The service dept advisor at napa has never called me about my truck and when i call him and leave message i have never received any calls same with parts dept.

I have never received service this bad ever i will never go to this dealer again. When i get my truck back i pray the repairs are done properly so i don't need to go back. I'm so sick…

I purchased my Dodge Nitro back in 2007 because of the LifeTime Power Train Warranty. I have serviced my vehicle as stated in the conditions to keep warranty. A month ago I took my Dodge to the dealer for servicing and they found a leak in the rear main seal.

They contacted the warranty people and said my warranty is invalid. I contacted Dodge to open a care case to find out why. The Care Case #80793074. I was told I had not done my 10 year inspection which is not true.

I sent them a copy of the service order of when it was done in 2018. They sent me a email yesterday stating that i have to have an inspection and any repairs will be my responsibility before they will reinstate my warranty.

I dislike making an issue about a poor experience with a local dealership, but here goes. I own 3 dodge products/ '19 Charger Scat Pack, '21 Challenger Hellcat Redeye and a '20 Ram 2500. The Ram is the issue, not mechanical but a simple oil service.

I made an online appointment with Thunder DRCJ in Bartow, FL. I drove 20mi for the appointment. Days in advance, I received Email and phone text Reminders, which was helpful. I was 20 min early and pulled into the narrow service bay.

Walked into the new service entrance and told a service writer I was here for my oil change. His response was 'First Come First Serve'. I asked , what was the online appointment about? Oh, that should have been disregarded weeks ago.

My car currently will not run because of a recall issue. I called my local dealership, which is not where I bought my car since we moved out of state, and they kept trying to tell me that they won’t know if it’s because of the recall because it may have already been done.

I told them ten times I never had the recall fixed but apparently to them I’m a liar. They then told me the first appointment they had was November 16th. I spoke with dodge and found out they don’t cover rentals for recall issues, it’s a case by case basis.

They even asked about my warranty which shouldn’t matter if it’s a recall problem! So unless someone decides to be generous I have no vehicle because of a manufacturing problem. Do not EVER buy from Dodge! Your customers pay you thousands and you leave them stranded…

Had steering issue with 2018 Ram longhorn. Took it to no less than 4 dealers. Rack and pinion replaced twice. Steering shaft once. Everything was ok for about 2 months. Started having issues again. Took it to Southfork Dodge in Manvel Tx.

They indicated there was problem with work done by last Dodger dealer. That the rack and pinion was not mounted correctly and needed to be redrilled. Southfork then said they would not fix the issue and that we needed to address the issue with the Dodger dealer that did the work.

We took the truck to Dodger dealers for this reason. What good are they if they don’t guarantee the work at dealers nationwide. Will never buy another Dodger vehicle. The fact that it took 6 months and trips to multiple dealers and still couldn’t resolve the issue shows that…

I took my Dodge Ram rebel in to performance dodge to recalibrate and recharge my four corner suspension system ever since then and over $4000 and 4 mos in the shop it is still not fixed all they kept doing is saying it’s a different problem replacing parts charging me more money and same problem kept coming back.

I finally just had to take the truck out of that shop. I contacted customer care and they were just as useless, my truck is riding extremely low on passenger side

I have Lifetime Maximum Care contract on my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan vin 8R14573. 0L engine. Local service dealer says they can not fix it and no longer makes the engine or head. I have been waiting over a month for the district rep.

to offer a solution to my problem. The dealership service manager has been trying to get the district rep to respond to his emails with no results. I guess my next step is to hire an attorney to get someone to take action.

The emotional stress will be worth a high price if I have to go that far let alone lawyer frees. Please respond. I have a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan GT. Just turned 60,000 miles. The transmission has already been replaced, luckily that was under the 60,000 mile mark and covered under warranty. 00 to fix the air bag light. Since this is a major safety issue I feel like this should have been covered.

My paint is bubbling on the hood in a very strange place. Again this is a 2018 vehicle! Not very happy with this vehicle.

The Dodge dealership in Tyler, TX, refuses to repair our vehicle. They have taken our money but did not fix our Dodge. This vehicle is the only reliable vehicle that my husband and I had. We paid for the Patterson East Texas Dodge in Tyler, TX too put another motor in our dodge truck.

The motor that was installed did not work properly. The motor leaked and leaked oil and we took it time and time again to the Patterson in Tyler, TX complaining about the motor.

Finally, we were told that the motor needed to be replaced again. Patterson kept our dodge for about three months only to call us and tell us to come and get the vehicle that they were not replacing the motor because the warranty had expired.

I have bought three Dodge Chargers in the past nine years I am a disabled veteran and brought my 2012 charger in because dashboard lights were on. they told me to fix the car would cost 2600 dollars so I said forget it.

But they still charged me 454 dollars for the scan. My son-in-law took the car and fixed it for 80 dollars. If this is how they treat a disabled vet who bought 3 car’s from them needless to say I won’t be back.

So I sent 80000 dollars for a truck I still have not driven due to FCA manufacture error the aux coolant pump is bad like on many trx rams it’s a shame we are charged so much, and FCA fell to have parts on hand for the trucks that are being built.

It’s been like 2 weeks since I’ve spent 80000 dollars with dodge and haven’t enjoyed the fruits of my labor. There is an open case and my case manager is working her hardest to get find a part FCA should have on shelves due to the high demand hopefully I hear something about my part this week because I was supposed to receive it today I would hate to call my bank and

We have a 2015 Dodge Journey with just over 49,000 miles. The transmission tore up on a local trip and we had to take the vehicle to a transmission shop. The power train warranty is 5years/100K miles and we bought the vehicle (New) 5 years and 7 months ago.

It seems to me that a power train should last quite a bit longer than 50K miles. I called customer service and although they were sympathetic the warranty was clearly over. If we liked we could bring the vehicle to a local dealer and maybe someone would look at it and make some decision as to what they might pay for.

Since I had already been told that the vehicle was out of warranty I had the transmission rebuilt for about $4000. The parts that were taken out of the transmission were so poorly machined that the mechanic was amazed…

I have a Dodge Durango 2002. Still in great condition. The CTM went bad. I purchased one on line took it to the dealer in Vienna, VA. 00 and said that they did not have the equipment to recalibrate the system. I returned the CTM.

The car will not run without this. Please help me resolve this. I depend on this car for work and cannot afford a new one. Can I have my CTM repaired or replaced with one that works?

On Monday, September 6th, I was looking via the Internet for a 2021 Dodge Durango GT Blacktop in Destroyer Gray. I found the Hemet Chrysler Jeep Dodge website where they advertised the exact car I was looking for (Stock number N9865).

I called and spoke to Lizee. We also sent text messages back and forth. beginning at 10:16am. She sent a copy of the ad, the price, the so-called incentives being offered since they were having a "Labor Day" sale. She assured me, several times that day that the car was still available.

On 8/23 I took my Ram 3500 in for a check engine light on. That was on Monday. After no word until Tuesday, I called the dealership for any kind of information and was told the truck hadn't made it to the shop to get diagnosed.

Friday 8/27 I get a call and was told that the problem is either the turbo or the actuator related to the turbo.
