2015 Dodge Charger R/T Purchase New . Have only 11,447 miles . It was making a rotating noise as vehicle moves . Picks up ( louder ) as you go faster . Called dealership , next available appt was a month away .

Couldn't wait and went to a repair shop . Found that the front wheel bearings ( both sides ) were bad and the driveshaft bearing (middle bearing ) was bad too . Must be replace ( driveshaft can snap ) . Dangerous ! 00 !

Own vehicles that went over 120,000 miles with no issues. You have Manufacturers issues ! I just missed the warranty by 4 months . My previous vehicle did the same ( by 1 Month ) . One dissatisfied customer !!!

I bought an 80,000 Dodge Ram dually diesel truck at the end of December 2020 and in June2021 the whole screen went out. There was no way to control anything , including the AC. Dodge made us leave it there for 7 days before they could even look at it then had it for several more days.

They would not give a loaner and we had to rent a truck to use for work for 2300 dollars. We got the truck back and now the screen went out again on July 31. Same story from them. No loaner and service always says they will call back, but they never do.

We are losing money because we cannot work without a truck and they are not even trying to make anything right. On top of that, my husband has a heart condition and has had to drive from out of town in the Texas heat without an air conditioner after being in…

.I have a new 2020 dodge gran caravan. VIN 2C4RDGCG0LR238860 have put about 400 miles on it. Van was adapted for wheelchair assistance. . The first time and thereafter when backing on an incline the transmission seems to slip or pulsates. Tried to check the trans fluid level but it is a dealer only item. I have tried since July 6th to have it "examined". Dealer is nonresponsive and the complaint department. You would not believe the path and response i have experience. Really poor in my estimation. I contacted the complaint dement on July 22nd +- and they have been very unresponsive. So far a waste of time.

When I call Chrysler Complaints I reach Detroit and am advised that the case handler (in Florida) is not at her desk and will call me back. Does not happen.

Took my car to the Dodge dealership to have it checked out to see what's wrong with it after sitting there for 3 weeks I was told that the problem was the PCM was not communicating with the BCM l I've been told they could not fix it because they said the parts were recalled and something like that I was told I could bring the parts to them and they would fix it how am I supposed to find the parts and what would I even be looking for

I brought my Dodge Viper to your dealership do you have it doesn't diagnostic to find out what was wrong the tech took the diagnostic and told me the PCM was not connecting to the BCM and printed this out in on paper then charge me $300 for it my car was down there for 3 weeks I would call every day to find out about it I was either put on hold or sent to voicemail I finally got through and

Dealer lied about 2021 Ram 2500 Limited I just bought vin 3c6ur5sl3ng653670. Dealer told me the truck should be delivered any day (maybe a week). Turns out the truck is scheduled to dealer between August 15 to 25. Would have not done deal if I was told the truth. Custer service would not help. . .referred back to dealer. Customer service from all ends is poor.

Last Ram or Jeep I will buy; Been a 30 year customers.

I want my truck delivered or permission to pick up. Truck has been sitting in Buffalo ny sine July 12th.

I have a 2019 Ram 2500 with 12,000 and not only does the radio freezes up along with AC sometimes it turns off then back on.

Also I have a buckle due to faulty metal on the drivers side back rear where you would place your hand to climb in the truck. Ram advised my claim is denied by the warranty administrator.

Also they refused to speak to a supervisor or even to their voicemail.

Dodge won’t own up to the fact that their components overheated causing a fire inside the car above the wheel well-

Sent their team to investigate can you imagine they couldn’t determine the cause of the fire accept that the vehicle was totaled!

Sent out a generic letter which stated they were so sorry about the car fire but that they held no responsibly for their components overheating causing the fire! PATHETIC!

I purchased a 2-year oil-change plan from my local Dodge dealer in Fort Collins, back in June, 2019. The plan accounted for 4 oil changes over a two year period.

I came into my Dodge dealer today for my last oil change in the plan, and was advised that my plan expired on June 16, 2021. I spoke with Michael, the counter service person on duty at the Express Service lane, and asked for my plan to be extended to allow for that last oil change today. My reasoning for this is due to COVID, forcing a modified schedule for Dodge over the past year, as well as my orders to limit contact with others during the pandemic, due to my health conditions.

I did have my RAM brought in back in the Fall, though had my son bring in my truck so I could stay home. As vaccines are readily available and…

I took my car in to charge my air conditon, no more than 2 hrs late it was hot air. I called to take it back and they told me i had to drop My car off for the entire day and they will try to slip it in between appointments.

After waiting the entire day, they told me nothing is wrong and ther recharged it. ) after i grt there they make me wait 1 1/2hrs while they enter notes, while i see my car parked in front. Assistant Jeremy at Renton, Wa Dodge was rude.

Then later comes back that they took it back in and found a leak, not true I was watching my car. Then tell me its going to cost 2 grand to fix it. The worst customer service I have ever had and I shouldnt have to spend 2 full days to recharge air conditioner.

I will never return to them ever again.

Newburgh Chrysler/ Jeep New York. I purchased parts from this dealership before. This time we got bad gas in Wyoming in our Wrangler we tow behind our motor home. It was missing and not running right after our Yellowstone vacation.

My wife and I made the decision to drop it off at this dealership on our way home as they had the parts and expertise to get it back in good running condition. We talked to Dennis Coakley and he said I can't get to it this afternoon (tuesday) , but probably tomorrow .

We left it and drove our motor home to our residence 20 miles away. I asked him if it would be wise to change all 6 injectors as the code was 3 bad spark plugs and #1 injector. He said ONE injector was $600 which baffled me ,I said try to clean them instead.

I have attempted twice this morning to file a complaint and to speak with someone by phone that can represent Didge Chrysler My son has a 2017 Bug Horn RAM 1500 truck he has driven less than 30,000 miles owned less than a year . Last week his truck was not running well he was on side of the road He got help with a gentleman that pulled over with same truck.

They got it to place of purchase Lee Didge Westbrook ME The Lee Didge service man told Victor they would determine the problem and if it is warranted or act of nature. The service dept called back face Victor a loaner truck and said the damage was under warranty I heard that myself. com

Purchase a 2019 CPO RAM from Crown dodge in Ventura. Since Purchase, I've had the truck in for service 7 times. The main issue is a loud squeak in the front end. They had it for 2 weeks to replace the front suspension and it still does it.

Went yesterday to try and see if anyone would listen. They said they would order a new front sway bar and bushings. Today I get a phone call telling me not to come back and they are done working on it.

Now I have to drive 40 minutes away to another dealership to have it looked at. This was the service managers decision. Less than 33 000 miles. Horrible.

Why is there not a recall on the third break light and the vents under the back window. I have a 2018 1500 sport truck and I have water that filled up the storage compartments under the back seat. 00 to get it fixed and that it is a common problem with the third brake light and the vents.

If it is a continuous problem there should be a recall on these specific items.

Bought a 2017 daytona 392 certified pre owned and have had nothing buy problems! Not to mention it takes me 2 weeks to a month to even get it in for service. Then I have to replicate everything it's doing which is kind of hard when half the stuff is just random when it messes up!

I've brought it to the dealership twice now. They could not fix the first issue with the suspension and couldn't get the car to do anything else I was having problems with. So I've been waiting 3 weeks to get back in so they can try and fix the suspension again and look at everything else that is wrong because they don't have a loaner car to give me!

I bought a brand new 2019 Dodge at the end of October 2019. Upon delivery of the car, it was immediately in the shop for an o2 sensor. Within a month, the rest of the o2 sensors. Catalytic converter replaced in early 2020.

Transmission issues in 2020 twice. Car completely disabled in 2021 for transmission again. Recently power steering pump blew up causing new power steering pump and line. I go without a vehicle a lot with no loaner and no place to rent a car.

Closest place is over 2 hours away and the warranty department states they will pay 35 back a day. It cost over 600 a week to rent a car. Plus I can't get there without a car. Dodge doesn't care about their customers or their families.

For the past four months, we have been given the run-around with our vehicle. We were told due to the shaking of our truck we needed an alignment. After that didn’t work we were told to rotate our tires. Then when those didn’t work we were told we should change our shocks.

This part was covered by our warranty, but after four months we still have not been able to get them. This was escalated to customer care and still nothing has been done. The last two trips we went on my son vomited.

It’s a hard ride and for a new truck this is unacceptable. My family and I are extremely disappointed in Ram and their customer service.

Redlands Chrysler Jeep Dodge intentionally robbed me of about $2200. I took my truck in for a 120k service and it was in perfect condition. After they serviced my transmission it began slipping and shaking badly. I took it back in and they said it was leaking fluid where the transmission connects to the main drive.

I said it was fine when I brought it in, and they are responsible, but they denied it and I reluctantly agreed to pay $350. And then I filed a complaint with BAR. AFTER I filed a complaint, the dealership called me and said now my driveshaft is bad, and that's another $1150!!

It was fine before they worked on it. They are thieves. No difference at all. I want action! This is not right. It is not a coincidence. I also reported them to the attorney general. 3

Made an online appointment for 9am, included that my brakes squeak, grind and my tailgate will no longer go down. I was told to leave my truck and someone would get to it Tuesday! Today is Friday, what is the point in making an appointment?

This is the 2nd time this has happened. They did not even off a loner car, I have kids and Job, I can’t be without a vehicle for 3 + days. I just hope nothing happens while I’m driving my truck with my children with me.

My 1500 ram as been at Fletcher dodge in Sherwood 11 days trying to figure out what's wrong with it. Not upset with the service they are doing there best. But after the second day I asked my service manager to have a salesman call me about trading it.

I bought a 2019 Challenger vin2C3CDZAGXKH744287in Nov. 2019. My third new Dodge since 2006. The Uconnect system housing the climate, phone GPS and other icons is defective and the service advisor at Cerritos Dodge told me he would have it replaced after multiple attempts to resolve the collective issues with the system.

Responsive to my inquiry, he advised me he would install an upgrade system if I paid for the upgraded system and installation. I contacted the parts department, responsive to the advisor's instruction and was told they would or could not provide any such upgrade.

2008 dodge , towed to their lot on June 1st 2021. ETC light on dash truck stopped. Had it towed while park on road it was broken into. they replaced with used column, which is ok. In two weeks they can't get it started.

I bought a 2019 dodge ram 1500 in December 2019. it has been having starting issues in beginning of 2021. there is only 32000 km on it . it has left my wife stranded were she could not get to work.

I had it looked at in April 1 2021. I was told radio was not going into sleep mode . here it is 2am I can't sleep because of stress. I work for auto systems a division of magna corporations.

My Dodge Ram 1500 is 3 days old and I am having a problem with the uconnect features. I was on the phone with customer care for over 1 hour talking to a uconnect tech. the end result? take it to the dealership.

Took it to the dealership to no avail. The ONE GUY that knows this is off on Mondays. Called dealership after 2nd round with customer care uconnect person ended in failure. Dealership appointment setter hung up on me for "not speaking to her with respect" Called back asked for her manager, left message with Heather.

I have been a loyal customer since 2008. I have purchased five Grand Caravans 2007 2009 2012 2014 and 2016. The 12 14 and 16 we're new car purchases. The transmission in the 2014 went at 55000 miles Dodge rebuilt that trans but I wasn't happy with it's performance so I traded the car in for the 2016 model at 20000 miles the transmission went in that car Dodge replaced it with a new transmission.

I have had a thermostat changed and now my power steering pump has blown. I have been sold a lemon and Dodge said they don't care, it's different things so it's not a lemon. In the community I love in, the dealerships have a monopoly so I have been left stranded everytime with no way around.

I purchased a 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroad in January 2018. I was told that I had extended warranty coverage for up to 100,000 km. I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle since purchasing it. I had to pay $500 for a new rim because shortly after purchasing it there was a bad wobble and vibration when driving the vehicle.

I was told that I had a bent rim and it looked like someone tried to hammer the bend out. I certainly did not do this to the vehicle but I couldn't prove that it wasn't me so I had to swallow the $500 cost.

The vehicle went in for service twice for the battery being drained (once in February, 2018 and then April, 2018). I was blamed for leaving a light on or "something". Turned out it was the radio that was draining the battery. The radio was replaced.

I am writing this letter to bring your attention that I am not satisfied with the quality of services provided at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Stonecrest. To make a long story short. I brought my 2011 Dodge Challenger in for repairs. You guys charged me $4999 odd dollars to have EVERYTHING fixed! (key word EVERYTHING)! I then took it to have emission done. Water pump failed under warranty they had my car a month and returned it saying was fixed. Case manager called to let us know the part would be in soon. They never changed it said they did, and we've been driving it for 2 days when it's dangerous!!!

The first thing is I've been lied to since I walked in the door the first day and they are still lying to me. My pickup was supposed to have 108 windows it does not. Oppositely told them I needed a receiver hitch for the pickup and they said that they would take care of it don't worry about it I have not received it as of yet.

I've driven 504 mi from my house to the dealership and back to get that receiver hitch and have not received it. They don't wish to return my calls. I have got about 10 or 12 things wrong with the pickup that needs to be addressed.

7 hemi with 82000 miles and the dealer tells me they have to replace the transmission because Dodge does not offer repair parts for. It is a-sealed transmission,serviceable by Dodge only and the factory warranty is 100k. How can this not be a factory recall?

I brought a used 2018 Dodge Charger Scat Pack. The car had 32,000 miles on it, it now has 35,713 the basic warranty has expired but the powertrain warranty is still valid. The engine locked up, while I was on the way into work.

I had th vehicle towed to my nearest Dodge dealership. Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge, in Tempe Arizona. They had to do a diagnostic test to determine the engine locked up. The Service advisor name Sam, said Mr. Hood you are covered up under the powertrain warranty.

I said that is great, he asked me some questions about performance modes and so forth. I told him I only did cosmetic stuff. He said fine, then he calls me back a day later after saying I was covered.

I was told I was approved and to come down and asked specifically multiple times that I was approved 0 down no co-signer I didn’t have time or money to waist driving 116 miles each way my girlfriend cancer had just spread and I’d rather be with her if everything wasn’t approved and good to go.

nothing else was mentioned . 13 . When I asked the supervisor what happen i was told when the Tech drove the car in it was spewing out fluid, however the video that was sent to me on 4/01/21 by the technician he mentioned while driving my car in he noticed my car vibrating Due to engine mounts.

I own a 2010 ram 1500 and the exhaust manifold is making a ticking noise. It is a common problem with dodge engines. My uncle owns a 2019 and has same problem. I do not know of anyone without this problem. Bad design flaw.

I have a new 2020 Ram Power wagon and have taken my truck in a couple times and my head unit still doesn’t work and I hate this truck because of it. I run a business with my phone and it never works.

I was stuck in OKC during a ice storm with no heat no radio nothing on the dash with the stereo worked. I was told it would be fixed and hasn’t been fixed yet. 4 months of this shit...

the experience was so bad. our sales girl was good but then again we were put off and put off for people who had a better easier deal. its the truth and she even told us so. we came in on a Thursday and then Friday and drove servel vehicles .

we didn't have the best credit but we were there for like 5 hours Friday and put off then after all the credit papaers were filled out . Saturday we couldn't ge tthem to make a deal and Monday they put us off again and I went up there I was so tired of no word yet.

we finally got it all going but we were told because we weren't up there is why they put us off so much. So wrong. our money was still good enough in the end right? so here is the kicker that really messed us up.

Transmission cooling lines are leaking on my Avenger and is making a humming sound. I was told to bring my car in and a rental car would be provided. I arrive and was told they had no car rental for me.

I asked for my car back. Daryl at the service desk stated the technician checked the car and stated fluid was good and heard no sound. 8 miles! I was there for a total of 15 minutes. No way the technician had time to drive my car and check the transmission fluid!

I asked Daryl what he was going to do to help me with my car. He said " NOTHING". I said "like always". "
