I have a new 2020 Ram Power wagon and have taken my truck in a couple times and my head unit still doesn’t work and I hate this truck because of it. I run a business with my phone and it never works.

I was stuck in OKC during a ice storm with no heat no radio nothing on the dash with the stereo worked. I was told it would be fixed and hasn’t been fixed yet. 4 months of this shit...

the experience was so bad. our sales girl was good but then again we were put off and put off for people who had a better easier deal. its the truth and she even told us so. we came in on a Thursday and then Friday and drove servel vehicles .

we didn't have the best credit but we were there for like 5 hours Friday and put off then after all the credit papaers were filled out . Saturday we couldn't ge tthem to make a deal and Monday they put us off again and I went up there I was so tired of no word yet.

we finally got it all going but we were told because we weren't up there is why they put us off so much. So wrong. our money was still good enough in the end right? so here is the kicker that really messed us up.

Transmission cooling lines are leaking on my Avenger and is making a humming sound. I was told to bring my car in and a rental car would be provided. I arrive and was told they had no car rental for me.

I asked for my car back. Daryl at the service desk stated the technician checked the car and stated fluid was good and heard no sound. 8 miles! I was there for a total of 15 minutes. No way the technician had time to drive my car and check the transmission fluid!

I asked Daryl what he was going to do to help me with my car. He said " NOTHING". I said "like always". "

March 10, 2020, I came in for an oil change and was told I needed more work. My service person was Scooter. I told him to service what was most important which was the fuel induction service. 00 credit as a first time user. 00. 00 credit. Well, I did not.

I contacted him for the next two months to tell him I did not get the credit. He said I should get it after the 2nd billing cycle. When that did not happen, he said to call the credit card company. 00. 68. 00 credit.

00 more than I had planned. 00 credit. I will be canceling the card when I finish paying the bill! I texted Scooter on 3/25/2020, 5/21/2020, and 6/3/2020. He admitted that he did not know there was a minimum amount (I have the text correspondence).

That is not my fault that he did not know the policy. But I now have to pay…

After working out the deal which I thought was considerably higher when I ran the numbers the finance departed tried to hide vin etching at a very high mark up which is ridiculous. In addition, tried to charge me even more for paint chipping and gap insurance mark up.

They refused to take it off which resulted in me walking out and making multiple complaints and telling all my friends and family. When you tell someone its required when its not, you have a problem especially during Covid and people are trying to get along. Where is compassion. Why the greed?

When you care more about a few hundred dollars rather than a happy customer happy that is poor management from top down.

" I brought my newly purchased used 2013 Dodge Charger R/T Hemi to Carbone Dodge in Yorkville NY. on 4/2/2020 for a starting issue. It turns out that my vehicle had 4 recalls and one of them was a recall for the alternator.

This was the main problem with the starting issues. Not to mention that they said it killed the battery. Anyway, long story short, they replace the alternator, and battery. Charged me well over $200 for a new battery.

Also, fixed two other recalls, except for one recall that they had to order a part for. After paying for my part I went out to my Charger which was facing the garage wall. I noticed the mechanic’s fingerprints "ALL" over the place on the inside of the driver’s door. Not a good sign.

I bought a 2016 Dodge Journey crossroad brand new in February of 2016. The car had 9 miles on it when we drove it off the lot. I have now had the car for 4 years and I thought buying a brand new car would be less of a headache then buying used. I was wrong!

The past 6 months have been nothing but 1 thing after another going wrong with this car. Had to have a new control module put in back in September because the car kept stalling going down the road and all the lights would come on.

The car had 60,000 miles on it at the time. Now it has 68,000 miles on it and it is making really horrible noises in the front when turning the wheel and stopping. I have a payment that is over 500 a month so taking the car to a garage to have it looked at and fixed is really hard and I don't feel that where…

Took my 1999 Dodge Caravan to Reedman Toll in Pennsylvania for service on January 16 for an appointment the following day (1/17/2020). Asked for a 90,000 mile servicing as well as a general inspection since the van had been sitting idle for several years and I wanted to get it into good running condition to give my son who lives in Florida.

I added an additional item to check when I dropped the car off to service (Jenkintown location) and called early the next morning to add another item to check. I specifically stated that I wanted to get estimates before the work was done.

I received no call back by mid afternoon on Friday and called in to check the status. I was told that the car had not yet been "checked in". I called back on Monday (1/20) and was told the car had not yet been looked…

I have had my headlights go off and on for the last 2 years. The dealership could not find out what was wrong because the lights did not go off and on when they kept my car for several days. That was in 2018.

Since then my husband has passed and I had the title changed over to me. After he passed in July, this has happened twice. I don't know if this temporarily fixed the problem but I went to where everything is programmed on the dash and reprogrammed the lights and it stopped flashing on and off.

Then last week I was driving back from the airport on a busy highway and they started going off and on again. I pulled over and reprogrammed the lights again and it stopped which tells me there is an issue with a computer glich.

Like I said Hoyte in Sherman could not ever get it to go on and off…

I turned in my 2017 dodge ram lease and did lease a 2020 dodge ram. As part of the deal the dealership agreed to give me a check for the remaining payment. I did receive the check but it was two payments short. I tried to speak with the sales man (Jason Cantone) and the finance manager (paul) but they basically blew me off. I did speak go to the dealership in person and spoke a manager who was rude and basically told me it was my fault and that they do not check any thing and only go by the customers word on what they owe. He stated I must have said I had a 36 month lease and that is what they paid. He said they are not responsible for the mistake.

I was unsure if I wanted to buy my old truck or lease a new one and had told the sales man I did not want the owed payments on the new car…

We bought two cars from Brandon Dodge, Littleton, CO. From the first week until now its been complaint among complaint without the dealership caring that they sold me two vehicles that had bunches of issues and when you complain, if you do not have proof, they will tell you are wrong and

I bought a brand new 2017 Chrysler 300 limited. after about a year took it in because noise in roof was told it was on the clothes handle, but six months later the roof started leaking. still have not gotten any satisfactions as of yet.

There is zero accountability within Dodge, my feelings on every encounter have been that no matter what the problem it’s the customers fault and they will make up whatever they need to to put the blame on the customer. New engine and radiator with 2000 miles on them now leaking antifreeze and they say it’s not related to their repairs without even looking at the vehicle .....right off the bat blaming the customer.

We recently bought a Jeep Moab it has cold weather package heated seats and steering well the heated steering did not work we bought it from dealers in Franklin Tennessee took it back they ordered new steering wheel wrong one came in they ordered another they never call us back so I took it to another dealer come to find out it didn’t even have the wiring harness in it so they had too put it in but had problem getting right wheel my complaint is that it came out of the factory like this and

the pdi was not done properly at the dealership they didn’t even check it out to make sure everything worked also inspected at the factory like this what else are we going to find in the future with this vehicle not listing proper parts on the vin

On 6 nov 2019 i had appointment at blackwell dodge dexter. Missouri to have spark plugs changed i ask what it would cost was stated around two hundred if i had plugs. 00. 00. 50. i tried numerious times to contact Randy Reeves service manager.

ive waited upto 30 minutes. i wont to contact Harry Blackwell. if i cant speak with service manager it will be impossible to talk to Blackwell. Ive had it with Blackwell dodge after 30 years of dealing with him i wont be going back.

Not sure my first attempt at issuing this complaint went through. So I am doing so again. Will never, and I mean never buy a Dodge truck again. If Dover Dodge in New Jersey is the kind of dealership that represents Dodge trucks then it speaks poorly for their trucks. Dover Dodge made a special point to scam me out of an added service maintenance plan that I specifically did not request. They promised upfits on the truck that they did not deliver on. Promised me they would only flatbed the truck to the upfitters but then I found out they waited until my insurance was valid and then drove the truck to the upfitters. I do not even have the truck yet!

On 4/18/19 I took my 2014 Dodge Charger to Golling chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Chelsea as required to keep the life time warranty valid. At this time there was no issue with the vehicle or reported by the service dept.

Around 9/5/19 the check engine light came on I was an appt to take in to Golling on 9/9/10. Mack Hubert met with me when I arrived. I waited 3 hrs before I was told they could not figure out what was causing the issue.

I opted to leave my vehicle and pick it up on the 10th. I arrived on the 10th and Mack told me they cleared 2 of the codes by changing oil pressure sensor which was covered by my warranty. 3rd code had not been cleared, they believed a mouse may have chewed a wire, this was not covered by the warranty would be $120 to diagnose plus parts.

The fix to the steering issue is to weld the adjustable bolt in place so it wont move. This prevents you from getting a front end alignment. 00 to do so. Then you would need to make another appointment after the alignment to have the weld replace.

Customer service says this is a dealer issue they will not take responsibility for their defective part.

My truck was not starting due to problems with the key recognition system. I looked up the dealership to find a contact phone number. The homepage quickly came up with a way to communicate with them, I told them (typing) my problem and they communicated back, I was lead to believe they would contact me.

They did not contact me so I called the next day. ) They finally responded by sending a tow truck to pick up my truck. About 8 hour later I called them to see what was happening. ) No service yet.

The next day at 3:00 pm I called again. They told me it would take 72 hours to get the part, But they had not ordered it. Why did they not call me and get this order made? So my truck will be out of service a week.

My contact started on a Monday and it will likely not be repaired till next…

This is regarding the Recall 19V293000 - Shift Lever Cable Detaches From Transmission. Our car (Vin# 1C3CDFBA2DD300068) stopped working suddenly 4 weeks ago. we couldn't change gears as it was stuck in neutral. we contacted local dodge deals to get temporary fix until the recall part is available.

no one was ready to fix it. we contacted recall service department at +1800-853-1403 to see if someone can help us. They spoke to Palmer dodge chryler to provide a temporary fix and the dealer says the part is back ordered and he cant fix it until November.

i contacted recall service department again and they created a case# 59458157 and assigned to a case manager Ryan. I called and spoke to customer service department more than 10 times till today. i didnt get a proper response from the team…

I own a 2018 Charger and the radio started rebooting and locking up about 6 months ago. The dealership where I am at is trying to get the problem fixed but cant seem to get the part from the manufacturer or any idea when it will arrive.

This is a major fail on the part of Dodge to not ensure the supplier of one of there parts can not keep up with the demand. There is another car in front of mine waiting on the part 2 weeks longer.

I was involved in an accident on August 2018 and my air bags did not deploy. I was seriously injured and have numerous medical bills for which I think that Dodge Chrysler should be held responsible. so now it is July 18th , still no steering box . I have no idea when this steering box will get here.

We bought a new Jeep commander in 2007 with the lifetime power train warranty. We recently thought we were having transmission issues and when we called the dealer they said our warranty had been dropped because we missed the 10 year inspection.

We were in the dealer on July 2 of 2016 and nothing was mentioned about a warranty check coming up. We received no notification that we were about to lose our warranty from the dealer or Chrysler. It appears to me that something that important would be mailed out to a loyal jeep customer.

I have owned a lot of Jeeps, 1978 CJ, 1979 CJ 5, 1986 jeep Cherokee, 1994 Jeep Cherokee, 2000 Jeep Cherokee, 2001 Jeep Cherokee, and a 2007 Jeep Commander. I would think that Chrysler would have more loyalty to their loyal customers.

Can I give them 1/2 star? Just bought my first Dodge RAM. So far I like the truck but the dealer and Dodge customer service is pitiful. I won't bother to go into the issues with the dealer starting with the purchase, or should I say 5 seconds after the purchase.

I've been trying to connect with customer service using chat: nothing would show on the chat screen, not even my questions.

Finally I "Saved" the chat and could see that they did respond saying they couldn't help me with my question but gave ma a phone number. So I called, recording said it would be up to a 5 minute wait.

So, I waited and waited, finally it sounded like someone was there but I couldn't hear them. ….. I finally hung up. I am trying to setup one of their advertised features as an APP on my phone. I submit my email…

I cannot get my truck repaired locally for the emissions re call. talked to the manager here. and he keeps telling me that they don.t have the parts and I am to call weekly to see if they got the parts. he stated that so many people from phoenix come up here that they could not take my telephone no and call me when he gets the parts.

Well I lost my temper and told him that was BS. He then agreed to take my number call me when he gets the parts. This my first RAM and I do like it but this kind of treatment will make my go back to ford or gmc in next purchase.

Service at Crystal lake dodge located 5404 S Route31 Crystal Lake is horrible. The service department lies ,cheats and steals. brought truck in for service and warranty issues and this what they been going on since Jan 19,2019. They charged me approximately $800 for differential service and trans, but never did it.

(Scam me financial) They replaced the water pump supposedly under warranty, but I had coolant leak after repair. brought it back to them and I told the service department and Gary that the thermostat housing is leaking ,plus I still have a transmission problem.

They said they would replace the water pump again and thermostat housing, but only thermostat housing was replaced (scam warranty) they erased codes again on transmission and it is fine. I took my truck back there on…

Dropped my truck off for $2,000 worth of service, but coolant message on dash stating low coolant before I even brought it into the Sanford, FL dealership. They did mult-point inspection, but listed the coolant level as good (green). When I got home I checked the mult-point inspection, so I called dealership and the advisor got the mechanic on the phone and he said just add distilled water.

Told him I only had water and he said that would work. I found out that regular water was bad. I then took it to Daytona Beach, FL dealership to have it flushed and replaced, but they did nothing with the coolant and changed the oil.

When I pointed that out to the service advisor in Daytona she didn’t return my text or phone call. No service at all.

I have filed a complaint months ago. we purchased a Ram with a scratch and it was supposed to be taken care of. we have not as of yet received a call and our salesman has left. He was the one that took the pictures of the scratch.

I think we are on file with you on our complaint. Now I am getting worried about the recall and we need an oil change. What if they do something to our vehicle for punishment for contacting you? They have changed general managers so many times I don't think anyone would recognize us even though we went in there every several months to complain.

Never again will we buy a Dodge Ram.

had a recall for the draglink. service said parts would be a couple of weeks , they call and I took it down there. Carlock of Tuscaloosa Alabama didn't replace anything they tight up the nut holding it together and welded the threads so the nut can't come off.

it may have stop the problem but I know it will cost more to have it repair in the future, when I ask about it, it would need to be cut off which a thread on nut doesn't need or I would need to grind off the weld. cheap a$$es

Vehicle was at dealership to be serviced for almost a month. Services listed on invoice that were not performed. Refused to correct problem after I paid deductible and AcadianaDodge suggested I do elsewhere to have repairs repaired. Vehicle was in worse condition than when I initiated dropped it to dealership.

Very disappointed and will seek legal action.

I delivered my car to the Service center in Abu Dhabi for regular service 140000KM service schedule , and re, as usual, ceived it next day, 20 minutes later the car was overheated and engine coolant was all over the road, when the car was sent back to the dealer 1 hour after receiving it from maintenance I was told that there're 2 hoses (in & out heat hoses) are broken and

Very rude manager. There wass a young lady on a personal call, or so I thought. I asked her several times if she could send assistance over to refrigerators. Each time she smiled politely, gave me the "one moment" hand gesture and continued her call. ' I then went to the service desk to request a manager because I had been in the store for over a half our waiting on this young lady. The male manager said he would assist. I said thank you.

Then I explained the sale associate was on the phone. He became irate, screaming and yelling about "not appreciating me accusing his sales person."

I left all merchandise at that store, walked out and am filing this formal complaint. This all happened 3/14/19 at the Mayfield store roughly around 10 to 10:30 AM.

I sent my daughter to the Mentor store…

I purchased a 2018 Durango back at the end of October or beginning of November 2018. After purchasing the Durango, I decided that I didn't need some of the extras that I purchased. So I contacted Calvin Pham to cancel the extras that ended up being about $10,380.

Calvin told up that even though we canceled the extras within a week a purchase the refund may take a few billing cycles before we would see the refund. So in January 2019 I emailed him back and asked where is the refund?

And to make sure that the refund would be $10,380 plus some interest that was added to our total purchase. He said again give it a another cycle. Well another cycle came and no refund. We didn't get our refund until February 16.

But we were only refunded $9,485. When I saw this I emailed Calvin and aske why…

I took my 2014 Dodge Challenger in to White Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Roanoke Rapids NC on February 28th to have repair work done. (rear main seal, 2 front calipers and drivers seat track) As of today March 14, 2019 I still do not have my car back and they can't tell me when its going to be finished. This is ridiculous.

I haven't been given anything to drive other than a rental car for 5 days and that was from the extended warranty I purchased when I bought my car from there. I own a Dodge Challenger and a Ram truck.

The only thing I've gotten from owning these 2 vehicles is numerous recalls and horrible customer service. The service I'm receiving is unacceptable and something needs to be done now.

I purchased a card for free services from a local dealer, Allen Samuels 1421 e 30th Hutchinson Ks. 67502 I bought 10 of them has they seemed like a good deal and figured it was a way to get me in the store which is alright.

Has I went to use them they had several excuses why the would not honor them like they were not to be sold past a certain date the people kept the money etc. All of these excuses are not my problem they are there's and it is leaving a bad taste in my mouth for dodge products and especially this dealership.

I have bought several Mopar vehicles and am currently driving a 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel this is the truck of my preference and the Grand Cherokee is the suv i like. This is going to make it impossible to buy another Mopar product from this dealer or maybe any…

we went to fletcher dodge in Jonesboro ark. to get recall done on ram truck we took our son who is legally blind and they humiliated him he was looking to possibly get a truck for his wife...…… we just wanted a slight estimate on what maybe they could do and they pulled the one truck out for him to drive and he is legally blind..... they even tried to get him to fill out credit report without knowing if he might be able to make payments he just wanted slight estimate and got third degree
