I bought a 2018 Dodge 2500 truck from King Cotton dodge in Covington, Tennessee around the 1st of January 2018. At the time I purchased this vehicle I also purchased the extended service contract. On April 23 2018 I went back to the dealership and completed the paperwork to cancel the extended service contract.
It is now July 1 and I have been to the dealership on several occasions to ask about my refund but have only been told different excuses from Brad the the finance person I bought the contract from. This is totally unacceptable.
Please look into this matter and assist me in getting my refund. Thanks
