Hi I went to the store 06831 on 1108 North Main Street and it's a mess the assistant manager is so busy worrying about telling everyone that walks threw the door that the store manager isn't there anymore which can tell that. I was in there for about 10 minutes and every customer that came in she was telling.

I didn't even buy anything I left. That she don't even notice she not doing anything, she never really did because she lazy. All she do is stand behind the register or outside smoking. O and I guess because she has her son working there now its going to change.

I've gone to dollar store in fredonia Kentucky 3 times this week and they have closed as early as 945pm and not supposed to until 10. Twice there have been patrons besides myself outside trying to get in and we're there when I got there.

Had an slip and fall in the store and hurt my back and sprained my ankle

I bought some hair gel at a Dollar General near my home and did it realize it cost as much as it did so I planned to return the item. Well, I had to go yo work so on my way home I stopped at another Dollar General to return the item.

I had the receipt but had put it in my back pocket and it was torn in a small place. Because the receipt was torn they would not return the item because it would not scan wit the scanner. I bought the item this morning and was returning it the same evening.

You see I needed to return the item so I would have gas money to get home on. The cashier said she could not manually type the scan numbers in. She never asked another employee for help to make the scanner work.

Told me to take it back to store that I bought it at. Well, that store is about 40 miles away…

I had a clipped coupon ("deal") for $2 off ASPERCREME with Lydocaine but this did not show up at the register whereas other coupons did. This happened at #490 on 3/08/24. Price for the Aspercreme on recepit was $7.17 but SHOULD have been $5.15 with the clipped coupon. Transaction code was # 222500. DG is my favorite store but missing this coupon was a little disappointing. I always clip coupons from DG.

I am a regular customer at springfield vt store.
