The store on Higley and Broadway in Mesa Az it sucks! I really hate to say that but it is always empty. Who orders for the store anyway? Seasonal isle is always empty. Isles are empty. The thing that frustrates me the most is that there is a senior living place across the street and those people love to go over to the store to look around and buy thing they need.

You have a tall blonde lady that works at the Dollar General in Rainbow City AL. Everything you go in and that person is working; she screams at all customers; especially if they are busy and you ask what isle something is on.

Thanksgiving Day she was rude to every customer that came in and kept threatening harm to everyone that was checking out. She even threatened her co-worker. This store never has stock since it opened in July. The old location had more product.

They had very nice employees. Now it is this woman who is horrible. I will not shop there any longer.

There is a Dollar General in White pigeon Michigan and Centreville Michigan both stores are so filthy and carts full of boxes block the isles you can’t even look for anything, I am disgusted of these store I won’t shop there the floors are never clean and so much junk around you can’t shop, hopefully someone will look into these two stores and fix it, if not they will loose customers I know a lot of people who won’t shop there.

Cannot use a cart because you cannot get down the aisles and I am a blind man with a cane so that limits me to what I can carry in one hand! Many of the aisles are so plugged I cannot even get down the aisle to get the product that I would gladly pay for!

My store in Madelia Minnesota is so bad when you come in the door you cannot even take a cart because there is not room to go between the entrance and the checkout if somebody is checking out and when you walk past them you touch each other it is that packed!

I live right by the new Dollar General that is on the corner of 86th and 145th by Casey’s and kum n go, in Owasso, Oklahoma. There is one employee that works there, mainly mornings, and EVERY single time my husband or I go in there, she is talking on her cell phone.

I am not talking about texting. She has her cell phone to her ear talking to friends, even during the checkout process of customers. She never once puts her phone down to engage with the customers. I came into the Dollar General across the street from Marshall Medical North in scant city AL. My daughter was a patient at the hospital awaiting the arrival of my new grandchild. I have only been in this Dollar General location a handful of times.

But with my daughter in active labor I didn’t want to drive any further. When I was shopping, I asked one of the employees if they could help me find a product I was searching for, and she was extremely rude, and snapped at me, saying I would have to wait until she was done doing what she was currently doing.

On 11-8-22 an associate at hyden dollar general was left at store #86 by her mananger that left mid-morning with her girlfriend and didn’t return for hours later. The associate had no help, no relief for a break or her lunch , couldn’t even go to the bathroom because no one else was there to relieve her from the register!

I felt bad for the poor girl. The assistant manager was contacted on her day off but she came into work to give to give their employee a lunch. This manager is always either outside in a vehicle with ppl or leaves in the middle of a shift and doesn’t return for hours later.

I visited the Dollar General on South Main St. in Lima Ohio as I do at least 4-5 times a week. The store is a complete mess, the shelves are never properly stocked, and they have terrible customer service. The store managers name is Carrie Kessler and she was not there today when I visited.

A young African American lady said she was one of the managers and she was very rude. Yelling at me and making nasty comments because I complained. I have been in the store when she's on the register on her cell phone talking to her friends while waiting on customers.

There was no lady behind the register. My daughter needed the restroom asap, I grabbed the bathroom key and used the restroom. As I'm using the self checkout this lady comes up to me and tells me that she could get fired and lose her job over me going behind the counter to get the bathroom key.

She kept repeating this and talking down to me about what I did and making me feel terrible. Afterwards, she immediately leaves the counter again and goes outside to get on her phone and smoke. Leaving other customers waiting at the checkout for her.

I felt harrased as a customer. This was unacceptable behavior for an employee to have towards a customer.

My roommate Kira Harmon who is partially deaf, has neuropathy, among other genetic medical conditions that cause her to have some difficulties walking, standing and even holding anything. She also has mental health issues. Her medical conditions cause her to concentrate and study literally everything she looks at so she takes a long time in a store.

I have a couple of complaints to make about the Dollar General in Mars Hill North Carolina. My first complaint is every time I go into that store it is a mess from one end to the other. it's so bad that you can't even push your shopping cart down some of the aisles due to store stock that's in totes, sitting on carts, throughout the whole store.

My second complaint is nothing ever Rings up as it is priced according to the tags out on the floor . I'm unable to watch for the price of each item im purchasing when is being rung up due to lack of counter space because as I'm unloading my shopping cart the previous items I've already unloaded are being scanned.

The Dollar general in Franklin Kentucky is so unclean and disgusting it's like going into a slum store inside and out. The shelves were nasty. It's gross. Is very unappealing on the outside and on the inside. I don't like to shop there.

The Dollar general store in Auburn Kentucky in my town it's always out of many items that I need. I go there almost daily and it's been months and they still haven't got some of the items in. They never keep things in stock.

That forces me to have to go to another store like Walmart so I can find what I need.

This is the store 2560 trucks Ave. Hernando Florida. The new manager her name is Kelly is not very good at her job. The young blonde boy is rude and walks around in socks no shoes. Always has others hanging out at register.

You hear other employees complaining about Kelly working at another store and her's is a mess. She treats the hard worker's like crab. She wouldn't give an employee evening off to take kids tick or treating but get the lazy young kid off to party.

And get tired of hearing her asking people from pain pills for her back. That's not very good for business.

Unsafe carts piled high with merchandise and blocking at least 5 rows at a time and empty shelves. No one is working trying to put items on shelves to be sold. This is happening every day of the week. stores doing this are Paris, Paris Landing, Dover, and Big Sandy.

I thought it was just poor management of a store, but this goes all the way to the top. Stakes of crates on a carts that takes up at least 5 isles in every store and having empty shelves with merchandise.

Noone around to put items on the shelf and it makes no difference what day of the week it is. Worse stores: PARIS, PARIS LANDING, DOVER, BIG SANDY. A handicap person better just stay in the car. Even if you're skinny you can't get past the carts

This manager at the surrency store is aweful. She will air all of the business that she has with an employee out on the floor in front of customers. Tells her employees that they will get wrote up for calling in sick because she is supposed to be off and she doesn't feel like she should work everyday but that is supposed to be what a manager does.

She talks to an employee about matters with the job on the floor in front of everyone when they go to the store to shop and not work.

The Milk is always spoiled and taste nasty!!! Numerous times I have ordered from there and each and every time I get milk it's disgusting!!! I have 5 kids and I rely on you guys to provide milk that is, worth something.

my only complaint is why did you build all your stores so damn small? If you would have built the storerooms bigger to hold enough roll containers for 2-3 truck loads then all the stores wouldn't have to put everything out in the aisles of the store making hard for people to shop and

The store that is located @ 1450 N Eaton St. Albion, MI 49224 it is a safety hazard because of all of the containers that have product on them are sitting down every isle and the shelves are empty and if you are looking for something you can not find it because the store is unorganized if something is not done I will be calling OSHA because of the safety hazard plus there is not enough staff for the store normally. Store # 13172 in Cochranton PA. For more than a week now the isles in this store have been filled with rolltainers. I shop at DG all the time and have never been so disgusted by a store. Every day it seems they bring out more stuff and nothing is being put away.

There are several isles that people are not able to get into and most shelves are empty. I feel that they need to start taking better care of this store or hiring more help to do so.

Store #09731 To whom this may concern. This particular store is a neighborhood store and without a doubt is the nastiest, ill ran store in the whole State of Mississippi. I bought a minute card the carrier is AT&t I always check the cards when I pick them up to make sure they're not already scratched off I paid for my things got to my car to put my minutes on and noticed it was scratched off but it wasn't whenever I bought it.

My name is Patricia hinson and this complaint is on behalf of a manager at a dollar general location in macclenny, Florida. My mother is suffering from heart failure and the manager was completely rude to my brother who was trying to take her to the emergency room. Store #14394the store is very poorly managed. We were happy to finally get a store out here but the last year the store has been a horrible joke. Nothing is ever stocked there besides the freezer items. Everything else remains on carts even as the next week's truck comes in.

We stopped at Dollar General in Ila, GA. this afternoon. I love to look around at their seasonal home decor. Well I urgently needed to use the ladies room so I asked the only employee in the store for the key.

Pecos Texas dollar general #01735 is to hot to be having your employees in there working I don’t even want to shop there because of the heat in that store it’s really inexcusable for you to have them working in them condition’s you wouldn’t want to do it!! I am writing about the mess in my local DG scores. This includes: 4216 Woodbury Hwy, 918 Hillsboro Blvd and 215 Woodbury Hwy , all in Manchester, Tn. These stores are in a constant mess, shelves half empty and many pallets of merchandise blocking the aisle throughout the stores.

After observing this for at least the past year, it was told to me that there is usually only 1 person to staff the store, and they are told to ‘ just watch the registers and don’t worry about getting the pallets emptied’. My sister and I just had the rudest cashier. My sister was getting several orders. The man abruptly stopped checking out. My sister questioned him about the price of a product he got rude with her and said that was the price now.

The signage stated otherwise and he should have given her the price marked. Stating they only had two people working then he went to the other register and started checking the other customers. This was In Morrisdale PA store #21358.

I love going to the dollar store. It's cheap and right down the road. But for the last 6 months to a year the Dollar General on Old Rosman HWY in Rosman, NC has been closed early. I mean noon to two o'clock early.

Some days they may stay open until 6pm or rarely till 8pm. It is getting to be very inconvenient especially since the next one is in the next town of Brevard. That's a lot further than I'd like to go.

Someone needs to hire more people to work in that store. Their reason for shutting down early is because they don't have the help. But according to their website they are supposed to stay open until 10pm. False advertising is illegal I thought.

We usually give our cats 9 Lives, but we buy it at our local Dollar General and the last THREE times we’ve bought it our cats have not wanted it. They usually love it. Something is wrong with the quality they are sending to our store.

Store on Southland Drive in Lexington KY. Store hours for every day is 8 am to 9 pm. Says so on the website and the sign on the door. But the girl working this Sunday 7/10/22 says it opens at 9:00 am.
