I want my money back . , EVERY AND I MEAN ABSOLUTELY EVERY time I shop this crap ass store. They ring the stuff up incorrectly. EVERYTIME TODAY TGE LAST. and Not only that but the rotting food . I'm so glad I have gotten food poison from this place .

I purchased a 12 pack of Dr pepper and noticed that the box had zero sugar tried to exchange for regular Dr pepper and she wouldn't take it she was rude and snobby and I wasn't gone away from the store went to next store next door had my receipt and she wouldn't exchange it I'm upset don't appreciate i spent my money there and received that type of sevice

I sometimes do business at the Dollar General store in Paden City West Virginia. There is a cashier there who is very rude to her customers. When I ask a simple question she answers in a snotty tone and makes rude comments.

I see that I'm not the first to complain about her I have read reviews and saw where other customers described her to a T. My thoughts are if a person doesn't like working with the public they have no business doing so.

It's just the simple to be kind to customers as it is to be mean.

At 8:52 the Dollar General in Avon Park Florida is closed when it states clearly on the window 9 o’clock which turns out it’s the only 9 o’clock closing Dollar General that there is in Highlands County none of the other ones do close that time I walked up here and that’s ridiculous.

I'm reaching out about an employee you have working at the Bethany Beach Dollar General . Her name is Alexandra. I work in the area and visit that DG quite often . The things I have witnessed by her while visiting your store are disgusting and highly inappropriate .

She plays loud vulgar rap music from her phone while rapping foul things . I've witnessed her saying things like "men are dumb and don't listen , but I blame it on your mom " to a male customer while checking them out .

Today I walked in the store and she was making LOUD comments about another lady who walked in and didn't smile at her, yelling provoking things across the store about how this lady was "miserable " for not smiling . This type of behavior is unacceptable .

This about your store in Sigourney Iowa. Fairly new store as the old one was t small. On many occasions i have been in this store and it is a mess. I shop a lot at DG. Of course there are some items that can not be purchased there but in general most of my everyday shopping is.

But this store is ridiculous. I had to open an entire case of pizzas to get 2, some with ice cream. but at least it was out. Large carts of freight blocking several isles. Either you tried to move them or went clear around.

I could see the item i needed on the top stock but no one there to ask for help. 00 worth in my cart. which i about just left because it is so frustrating. Then i got to the check out there was 5 in front of me and after a time there were several behind me.

This is the second time I’ve been to the DG in Georgetown Illinois with the same incident. I coupon on Saturdays and, the total is never the same or even close to what it’s supposed to be when I cash out.

The first time i told the lady that my $5 Saturday coupon never came off. Her reply was there is nothing I can do about it. You still had a lot of coupons that “did” come off right? Tonight close to the same happened except she was very rude and, very uncooperative.

There an employee at the Mentor Rd Louisville TN store who needs to learn basic hygiene. He stinks, you smell him before you get to him, his hair is stringy and greasy, he has sweat stains under his arms. He would rather talk than wait on customers, he ends up with a line.

Dollar general in Porterville on West Olive in the town and country shopping center I am an employee there that works nights I would like to keep my name anonymous for the safety of myself and job. This is the absolute worst store I have ever been to. They are never stocked. Carts with all the stock are blocking most all of the shelves. It's almost impossible to get a cart around the store because of all the goods on carts.

It's like this every single time that I've ever been there. I've wasted my time and gas, numerous times. The last 3 times I've went there, I left with nothing. More than likely, I will not be going back again.

It's a shame, because it's right on my way home. They need to either get more help, or close the doors.

Visited Dollar General in Groesbeck Texas today. Our hometown store has not been taken care of in months. There is no product being stocked. Shelves are empty. There are carts blocking most of the isle where you can not walk n push a cart to shop but even if you could push a cart there is nothing to buy.

Yesterday,April 14th I went to a DG store (119 E state hwy, Mustang Ok) and the Manager (a blonde woman) didn’t want to apply a digital cupón in one product , she was very very rude with me and my husband and started to yelling us. Another client saw the situation and told her to stop but she continued.

After that we told her that she should call the police and she did. The police arrived and she was very nervous (obviously). I tried to call customer service at that moment but no body a answered . We are very very mad with this kind of actitud because we are the clients.

I walked into my local store the Phoenix Place Store, I could not enter the store for the clutter, I had to walk around the customer check out line. It was filthy nothing on the shelves. Every isle was blocked with products not on shelves I literally could not take my cart down a single isle.

I am a sales lead(key holder), in worked at Dollar general for a year and a half, it took eight months of hard work to move up .. Never having missed a day off work, always covering shifts for everyone who called in, staying late, going in early, etc...

I went into the St. James Mn store tonight 3/26/2022 like usual. I noticed a few people in the store, nothing unusual. I shopped for what I went in for and went browsing. What I did notice was that there was no employee or employees around, the cash register by the door was left unattended.

I waited to pay and ended up using the self checkout. Still no employee around! I liked going into the store when it first opened because it was so clean and an employee was around if you needed to ask questions.

Tonight, nobody around, at least not visibly. I will shop there again, if it happens again I will take video and it will be sent to DG.

I frequent Dollar general a lot in Chillicothe Illinois and for a while now the restrooms have not been working. Only restroom open is the men's and the door doesn't lock on it so it's kind of not very private if you're going to expect somebody to walk in on you any minute.

The women's bathroom has been out of order for a while now. I have kidney problems so I have to use the restroom quite frequently so I just have to quit going there so I can use a restroom if I have to somewhere else.

The store in Vernon tx is nasty and dirty can't get down the aisle nobody does anything that goes for the manager too they are a bunch of deadasses worst store I've been in,they all need to be fired

I bought a few items at your store last week. I had to use the self scanner as there was nobody at the front cash register. Today I tried to return a couple of items and was told I couldn't get my money back because I used the self scanner. If someone had have been at the front to check me out at my last visit (which there should have been) I could get my money back. That makes no sense to me. I was offered a store credit which I didn't want. So I am hoping you can help me so I can get my money back.

A employee named Bridgett that works at the west Cumberland Ave dollar general in middlesboro KY is stealing almost every day that she works, she told me that she will act like whatever she needs is either marked way down or is buy one get one free , I seen her do antifreeze and motor oil like that a few times .

This store in Greenville Indiana use to be one of the best. The past couple months it has went downhill daily. There is hardly ever anyone at the checkout and you have to go find an employee to check out.

The sign says open at 8 am. Today at 10:30 it's still not open. The employee has speakers on so loud or ear buds in and can't hear anything or talkiing on the phone while checking you out Signs on the shelves indicates the price and then checkout enters another price.

I use to drive farther to shop at this store other than one close to home, but now it's not worth the drive.

A new Dollar General store was placed in my area around 3 to 4 ears ago. It is on Farmington Rd in Peoria, Il. We were excited to get this store. Within 6 months it was in disarray. Since that time it has gone completely downhill.

Employees are never anywhere to be found, boxes are never unpacked and is a complete disgusting mess, not to mention a major fire hazard. On more than one occasion I have stopped in and the employees were outside smoking and never came back in, so I left.

On 3-7-22 I purchased some articles from the Dollar General store in Kingston Ohio Store nr 12774. 50 cents each. I was back in the store on the 8th and showed the receipt to the man that had sold me the items, and explained that I had rechecked the shelf and verified that the charged price was wrong.

The clerk, bald headed man, stated that I would have to present the purchased items to the manager to get it corrected. And that manager was not there. The clerk did not look at my receipt or check the shelf while I was there.

This is not the first time I have been overcharged and I am tired of it.

Also this is the trashiest junkiest store I have ever been in. I’m a retired firefighter and know that if inspected this place would be shut down.

I just returned from shopping at Dollar General, 2614 North 12th, Quincy, IL 62305. I entered my number into the registered at the beginning of the transaction. I asked the clerk if the number registered at the end of the transaction. She said no. I asked how could we get it entered. She advised I would have to contact Dollar General.

I left the store without $60+ worth of transactions.

Store #14591. Their shelf prices NEVER match up on my receipts. I just bought Lipton noodle soup $1 a box. 75 on my receipt. 50 each according to shelf price. 80. 20 a 2liter bottle. 20 each. Tuna Creations packets are on shelf for $1 each. 25.

I bought 15 packets and was told the price would adjust at the end. I told her to take them off my order. The saddest part about all of this was I told the employees about the differences in prices and NOTHING has been done about it!

How do you expect your employees to make a living wage and pay bills on 17 hours a week? I was employed at the store on Martha Berry Hwy Rome Ga I went to pick up my first paycheck today and was told that I was fired because I was a felon, that the maneger that hired me quit and they couldn't tell me anything about m paycheck. They told my husband that I should have gotten a bank card to receive the money. All lies I know.

This store is the worst store I have ever been in. It is poorly maintained, lake of supplies on the shelves, unable to get through the isles because of all the boxes of stock that sits there for weeks if not months waiting to be put on shelves.
