Dollar Tree

I am very confused about Dollar Tree policy in the San Marcos and Escondido CA stores. Apparently the cashiers are also confused. Here is the dilemma. I would appreciate clarity on bagging. I have had some cashiers use the Dollar Tree bag that I previously purchased.

Some refuse to do so, often quite rudely. I had one young girl tell me that she won't touch used bags. What is the point of purchasing re-usable bags if the cashiers won't touch them? I do shop at "bag your own purchases" stores that have that policy clearly posted.

Is that the official policy of the Dollar Tree?

Also, at these other stores a large area is provided for bagging. Dollar Tree check stands are very small after items have been rung up. This really slows the line if a customer has to bag the purchases while also…

T in Lorton va. I went in 3 days ago and there was crap all over the FLOOR. This store serves a lot of seniors. God forbid if someone was to trip or fall because they don't have, or no one walks the store and clean it up.

I bought several items including 2 large calendars. The corners are somewhat sharp and will poke through the thin plastic bag. When I asked for a double bag I was told no. I feel like if Im spending money there almost every day that the least they could do was double my bag.

I was recently at a Dollar Tree location in Lincoln Nebraska. The address is 2840 S. 70th St. Ste 175. During my shopping visit I witnessed an employee (obviously on drugs) bent over laughing in the isles. There were at least 5 employees working, and they were all at the front of the store.

They were all talking and laughing so loud I could hear them through out the store. When I went to check out I had to wait a few minutes before they noticed I was standing there. I have never been to a location and witnessed so many un-professional employees.

Only 1 cashier, I stock person that said she could not run a register when a customer asked her to open a other register. 15 customers were lined up to the middle of the store waiting for service. Store manager was on break according to the 1cashier.

Unfortunately for me, this was the second horrible interraction I had with this particular employee. He never smiles, he looks angry, barely acknowledges you, and has never thanked me for my business when handing me over the receipt. His bidy language and demeanor clearly indicate just how much he "enjoys" working there.

Store #9386 McComb, Ms This is in my local town. Was spectacular at opening couple months ago. Now it’s filthy, no one ever reorganizes or put things back on shelves. Looks ransacked like a Dirt Cheap store. Items are all over the floor.

To Whom It May Concern: I love to shop at The Dollar Tree at Siloam Springs, AR until today! I am a lady who recently had a hip replacement. I did not realize the poles that you added to carts would not let me exit the store.

I was by myself with a full cart of items. I looked to see if I could transfer my items to a cart without a pole and there was none. A customer coming in the door saw my predicament. This lady was so nice to carry my items to the car.

With a recent surgery I have to use a cane or use a cart for stability to get to the car. I cannot use a cane and carry a sack of items. I was so disappointed that your company did not take into consideration handicap people.

I went to the dollar tree Tuesday 10/24 I came across an associate who was very rude. I was in an aisle and was waiting to get by and she wouldn’t move. There was this cart and I was going to move it a little so I could get through.

She said not to move it.. She said this aisle is closed. I said there were no sign stating it was closed. She just would not let me by. I asked what her name was and she hesitated then said her name was Debbie.

Hello I'm a regular at one of your dollar tree stores in Louisville Ky.

First I want to start off by saying that the manager doesn't look like a manager when he approaches the cashier. He always just has on a black t-shirt and Black jeans that aren't pulled up to his waist they are always below his bottom, and he sells like cigar smoke.

I have been going to this same store for more than 15years and it has never look like the way it does now. The store looks like it is going out of business, the shelves are empty!!!! You have some of the store looks put together and the other half is a mess.

As a customer of Dollar Tree, I find a pleasurable shopping experience except for one employee who claims she is an assistant manager. While I was checking out this evening, she was complaining about how sick she was and how she could not afford to take time off.

Store #8518 , my problem was once I checked out I didn't realize you couldn't take the shopping cart outside to your car. I have a large hernia and I'm not suppose to lift heavy items. Jose the sales associate and a female CO worker could of told me but chose to laugh at me instead till it dawned on me about the cart.

Is this how you treat your paying customers? All they had to say was excuse me madam but the cart doesn't leave the store. I never would of shopped at this store had I known you can use cart outside.

I have purchased several halloween backyard picks. After 1 rain fall the picks started bending and peeling. And now they are covered in mold. I don't understand how something is sold for the outdoors and was ruined so quickly.

I was a cashier/stocker at Dollar Tree for 1-1/2 years. I quit the other day due to the store manager ripping me apart in front of customers for asking for help in balloons because she was busy. I was the only cashier and had a long line of customers.

I have never been so verbally abused in a workplace! She not only disrespects her employees, but has yelled at customers as well. Many employees have quit because of her rude, crude attitude and sharp tongue. I am not the first!

She can't keep any assistant managers to work with her. and she wonders why. I would really like to file a grievance against her at the corporate level.

I was at the Dollar Tree in Spirit Lake Iowa on 9-5-23 at 6:00pm. The sidewalk and curb had garbage and cigarette butts all over. Cigarette butts were in piles. The inside of the building was nice and tidy. They need to work hard and clean up the outside.
