25) tree as it as called now, in Rogers, Arkansas, located on Walnut Street. As we approached the checkout counter we were rudely told by the cashier, she was shutting down her register. Her shutting down only left a choice of using the two self checkouts which were full with other people waiting!!!

On a weekend before Christmas this is unacceptable in my book. Plus her manager steps out and sees the situation as well too! He needs to be fired as well! If I owned the company, there would be no self checkouts!

And companies wonder why they lose so much from theft using self checkouts!

I’m very disappointed that my Dollar Tree no longer carries womens perfumes. I also can never ever find regular lined writing tablets which they used to carry before the price increase. I love my Dollar Tree, just disappointed what I used to be able to buy the store no longer has.

Your location on US 42 in Florence Kentucky has a very rude staff. I went in to check on some helium balloons. As I walk in a younger black lady with orange hair and glasses was taping signs to the front door.

I asked to verify that she works there. She has no identification on her person. She never responded verbally, she rolled her eyes and sighed, obviously annoyed. So I simply said “if there’s a problem I can ask someone else” and she responded in profanity.

On Dec the 15th , i was at the dollar tree store in the Bayonne area . I am not a regular there but go often . As I was walking by the register areas , two of the cashiers were having a friendly conversation.

Im not sure who the man was , must have been the store manager , Rudely and very disrespectfully yelled at these two girls on the register to “turn around face forward and be quit “ ! In shock , we all looked at him and one of the cashiers asked him “excuse me” where he then responded in a very intimidating voice “you heard me “ !!

This is NOT a complaint. Lynn, I think her last name is Vierling, at Dollar Tree Waconia MN should be commended for the phenomenal job of getting inventory out and displaying it. I frequent many Dollar Trees throughout the area and none of them have their Christmas inventory out like Lynn does.

I arrived at Dollar Tree 6305 F Cottage Hill Road, Mobile, AL 36695 at 8:45 PM on Tuesday, December 13, 2022. The posted sign indicated extended hours 9:00 to 9:00. The doors were locked. People were visible in the store.

I returned to my car. I decided to return to the store and get someone's attention to be let in the store. I did get someone's attention and was told the store was closed. I pointed to my watch. I was told to come back tomorrow that I would not be allowed entrance.

Very rude cashier at the dollar tree store in Kimball TN. She is a black woman ( not lady) she is always rude, this morning she grabbed my basket and turned it upside down to poor out my items, I told her I would put it back for her, she grabs it and

said ,no , I have it and threw it in the floor behind her. She rang up some stuff and the stuff on the conveyor belt was a little ways back so I just reached over and scooted my stuff up some just to help her out.

Store #3826 Canoga Park (Roscoe) needs help! The store is filthy. The line goes all the way down the aisles so you can’t get through with cart to shop. Only one cashier always. Cashiers complain managers don’t support them while they get verbally abused by customers upset about horrible wait times.

I called for item availability question and was told she is on register by herself with a huge line, no help and can’t help me.

I went to Dollar Tree Store #7350 today and received the worst customer service. I had an employee come up to me with the worst attitude and accused me of putting random items on the shelf that was already there.

She slammed on the shelf several times and was yelling and cursing at me in front of my children. Her name is Ruth and I spoke to the manager on duty that seemed to care less about my experience. This experience has changed the way that I feel about a company that I loved shopping at and was loyal too.

I was shopping at the Dollar Tree on 10260 E Colfax Ave, Aurora, CO. I have my three children with me. Ages 8,6 and 1. My 1 year old doesn't speak yet and screams when he wants something. I live in the Salt Lake City area and at two separate stores there has been a radio blaring up at the checkout registers. I find this very annoying and complained to the person that checked me out and he did not seem concerned at all. It is very rude and annoying to have to listen to a radio station blaring while shopping.

Yes I've been shopping at the Dollar tree on 91st avenue in Peoria around Peoria avenue since the store opened my daughter even worked there for a couple years and I can't believe the way I was just treated by an employee when I tried to enter the store with my mobility scooter you see I'm handicapped I have a broken back and bad knees and I can't walk around on the hard floor in the store but the lady did not like the look of my mobility scooter so she told me I couldn't ride it around in there who is she to tell me that I can't ride my mobility scooter somewhere in a public or in a store I thought you needed to meet the needs of the handicapped I guess not well I'll never shop here again thanks to that one lady

I wish the local employees would take some pride in their work and location. The stores in Tyler are unorganized, you can't find anything. The merchandise is just thrown around. I would shop there more if they were cleaned up and organized.

I don't want to have to dig through other items to find what I'm looking for. It feels like going in to a junk store or a garage sale. Take some pride in what do.

Ordered online to ship to store. It has been 14 days and still hasn’t shipped. Contacted them and they said they would get back to me in 24hrs. Still hasn’t. I asked for a refund. Ignored the question.

On Wednesday, December 7, we drove about 15 miles to visit the Brevard Road (just out of Asheville, NC) location. We were looking for some specific Christmas decoration items. We pulled up and there were four large, poster sized, hand scrawled signs stating the place was closed -- this was at 3:30 pm.

I wanted to store 5954 in Reading Pennsylvania. Where I was returning a few things. I made sure from the very beginning so let the manager know that I did have the receipts. I understand that there's no cash to be given back which I didn't have a problem with.

At 1pm today I was at the Spooner, WI store when an African American woman walked out feeling like she had been treated poorly compared to other customers. After she left the Manager began talking to anyone standing by the checkout, 2 other employees and three customers.

I was an employee until a few days ago I had a customer following me around the store harassing me asking me for my personal information and I tried to called the manger over to where I was she started coming my way then she turned around and went back to whatever she was doing.

Hudson Massachusetts Dollar Tree store Service Dog Issue December 6th 2022 I was in your store with my wife while she shopped for Christmas wrapping supplies. My wife quickly had more stuff than I felt comfortable carrying so I went to the front of the store to get a shopping cart.

The stuff I was carrying including rolls of wrapping paper in the cart and started to push the cart thru the register aisle while leading my "service dog".
