To whome it may concern im writing you to let you aware i was very upset with the worker you have at the dollar tree on morse rd she was very rude to my children who was trying to buy a few items and she kicked them out of the store i was in my car waiting on them.

We have shopped there for years and i always sent my kids in dollar tree and i never been disrespected like this. To the point i feel i will never shop dollar tree again.

I was in Dollar tree in Flora Il it was so cluttered with empty box , freight you couldn't get a cart through if you tried to walk through ut was a trip hazzard just walking through.thrre was 3 employees standing at the register talking not even editing on customers it was around 1:15 pm on a Sunday afternoon I won't go back

Store 4110. This store is heavily traveled, very busy. My go-to store. It's a money-maker for sure. But it's a mess. There are always boxes all over the store. Items not on the shelves. I don't blame the workers here who are wonderful people.

I blame the company for not supplying enough help in order to get these shelves stocked. The other stores in my locale are not like that. What is the problem here? Please hire shelf stockers.

This is the third time I wrote. Every time I confirm my complaint, I get another email saying to confirm the complaint.

November 27th, I bought a solar light for my garden. It didn't work. I tried to return it for another. The manager in ewing,nj dollar tree said I could not exchange it because I bought it in pa instead of nj. In asked her to check with the higher manager. This manager did, and was told she was correct. When I got to my car. I called the dollar tree in Bensalem pa who told me the manager was incorrect. Also, the manager in ewing's dollar tree kept talking negatively about me as I shopped to other customers and a sales associate. She made me feel very uncomfortable and should not be a manager cause she is unprofessional.

I made a purchase at Dollar Tree in Bensalem. I asked, at the time, if the item didn't work, could I exchange it. The sales associate said I could return it to any Dollar Tree. One of the solar lights didn't work.

When I tried to return it to the Dollar tree in ewing, nj , I was told I could not return it at that store cause this was nj and I had to return it in pa. The manager kept talking about me negatively to the customers and sales associate as I shopped.

She was very unprofessional and should certainly not be a manager.

I visited the Dollar Tree in Burlington, NC on N Church St this Wednesday and had a cashier that was very very rude, she was very argumentative smart mouth with myself and another friend that was with me, I was trying to keep the peace between my friend and this rude cashier named Marshall she should not be working with the public, when things turned left because of he smart mouth and

I am writing about a family dollar and dollar tree store number two one eight nine, located at one fifteen sixth Avenue suite B. I arrived at exactly nine fifty pm... there was an employee placed at the door telling me, as well as other customers, that the store was closed.

I live in Libby,Mt and both of your stores are HORRIBLE! Employees are dirty and they yell and cuss while customer’s are in the store. Both stores are dirty and a mess of stuff all down the isles. Employees complaining of not having breaks and working alone.

Honestly the employees and the store look like crackheads city! It’s a disgrace and embarrassment to have anyone shop in these stores. You don’t get waited on because nobody is at the front. I dinged the bell 3 times before someone came and called for someone who was in the back.

I will never shop at the Dollar Tree on Lineville in Green Bay again. Went to return the b·pure Power Facial Cleansing Brushes and Replacement Brush Heads I bought for a friend. My friend wanted a rechargeable one not battery operated.

So I thought I would return the items that I never opened up and exchange for items I can use. The clerk asks me if there is anything wrong with the items. Told her why I was returning them. She opens up the boxes and one box was empty.

I didn’t check the boxes when I bought them because I figure the items were in it. So she says she can’t take back an empty box. She doesn’t give me full credit for my return. Store #59 barboursville,WVA. November 27, 2022 Three employees critizied , laughed and made fun of a customer. Loud enough that others could hear. Please acknowledge that you received this complaint .

I visited the Dollar Tree on November 27, 2022 (Store Number 2482, 4855 W. Lloyd Expressway, Evansville, IN). My total purchase was approx. 00. Two items I purchased (small bottle of Gain detergent and a small bottle of Downy softner) For some reason the cashier placed them on the end of the counter when I was checking out.

Before she finished my transaction she looked to see if she had already rang those 2 items up. She then picked them up and rang the 2 items up. When she was finished with my transaction and handed me the receipt (after I paid her).

I looked at the receipt and she had double charged me for those items. I told her what had happened. She tells me they can not give me a cash refund and tells me to go find two more items.

I tell her I do not need 2 more items just refund…

Store number 8960 This store is disgusting. You can’t even shop in it. The products are just thrown on the shelf. Books, party and picture frames are absolutely in disarray. Management along with associates should be ashamed of this store. It’s unbelievable that this store has not been opened for any length of time.

The associate George who checked us out was rude. Didn’t acknowledge us and didn’t even give us the total never mind a thank you. I will not be going to ANY of your stores again. I’ll be sure to tell everyone about the condition of the store and the rudeness of associates.

This is the WORST Dollar Tree store we've ever been to. We've been going to this one since it opened. It's been going down since the former Mgr. John left. They're always unstocked on the staples we've always purchased & when I ask them they always say they're doing their best.

It's been like this for months now, yet I see employees standing around talking, on their cell phone or snacking & acting disinterested instead of working. The women are moody & rude. We are retired seniors & used to spend one to two hundred here each month but now we aren't able to do even fifty dollars a month because we're not able to get the staples we've grown used to buying but none of the incidentals either.

At the dollar tree in Blackwood. On Thursday, December 1, 2022, at approximately 2:00pm. A young lady name MIA with a name tag that said “Management” was being very rude to me. Yes, I was rude in return. I am an 80 year old woman.

Was prevented from exchanging an item because the Ewing, NJ Dollar Tree manager said I couldn't because it was purchased at a Dollar Tree in PA. The manager was talking loud about me to another co-worker while I was still shopping and could hear her.

I go to my local dollar tree often. It's located in Washington NC. The manager there is constantly sitting in a chair on the phone. She barely speaks to you when ringing up your items. I just recently visited and her newest hire was eating WHILE RINGING ME UP.

My writing on behalf of my dollar who is a minor and works for dollar tree in Blackwell OK. The original schedule was done and she was not scheduled to work Friday 25th. She worked Wednesday 23rd and the schedule was the same sometime after the 23rd the manager changed the schedule without letting my daughter know she was needed on the 25th a co worker let her know 2 hours before her shift asking if she new he changed it.

He has done this before to her and now he is putting her down has a no call no show because she told him she couldn't work on that short notice. As a manager myself I would never treat my employees that way.

I was checking out today at the dollar tree located at 935 US Hwy 72 E L, Athens, AL 35611. There was a customer three people in front of us, and while they were AT the checkout, they left several times for about a total of 15 mins away from the cash register.
