A little free help for you. The Dollar Tree located near my home is only open certain hours on certain days, because of lack of employees. Now, here is the free help for you, since apparently you can't figure out why. You pay one level above Minimum Wage and no one wants to work for those wages. I even saw that some of your stores (with bare shelves) are open today, Thanksgiving. Either you are very uncaring or very lacking in intelligence.... Or both. I will not go to one of your stores because of your business practices. Maybe you should get out of your office and get involved. I would go to the crap hole store that is in Sapulpa, OK and then reconsider if you want your name associated with such a horrible company. By the way, you should also check out the "help…

Arrived at La Quinta dollar tree at 8:45 when I was told by the Manager Christian that the store was closed. I told it wasn’t 9:00pm when he proceeded to to tell me in rude way that the store was closed.

As I walked away I looked through the window he was laughing along with the customers in line. I was there to pick up one thing. I shop at dollar tree all the time, but this is the last time I will visiting this store.

This is regarding the store in Napa on Jefferson. It is by far the worst store I have ever been. It’s dirty shelf’s are empty garbage all over the store. Every time I go in I’m hoping it will be fixed up, cleaned and stocked.

But it’s not the employees hang around the registers talking and not working. It’s disgusting. I would buy this store in a minute and make it so profitable. Someone needs to go in fix this piece of junk. I drive to Suisun where the store is beautiful and stocked.

First, I would like to say that I have been shopping at the Dollar Tree Stores since there opening. It continues to be my favorite dollar store. The one exception is this location. This location has been poorly run, customer service lacks in every category.

Rudeness at almost every level: cashiers, management, cleanliness, helpfulness. I would rather go out of my way to shop at another location, specifically the Keego Harbor store, where the customer service is always a head above. This location has been closed on several occasions due to, they say, lack of staffing.

Your store at 1334 Crain Hwy in Bowie, MD is an absolute disgrace. Merchandise is on the floor, as well as what seems to be trash. I was once pleased with $Tree but it has fallen to the pits and no one seems to care.

I expect that all stores will close in the next year and it is a shame. You had a good thing and someone or someones could not manage it! I don't shop at pig stys!!!

The Dollar Tree in Capitol heights md on central avenue has become a disgrace. The supervisor that works on Tuesday nights , black with “green hair” is extremely disrespectful and belligerent. Me and my family have been patronizing this store since 2010.

This woman has literally stepped off on me while Trying to pay for things at the register. She has called me names “manly” to be specific. There is absolutely nothing manly about me. You all Need to fire her and get a more professional supervisor or I will report this store to the better business bureau.

I don't have anything to share as far as employee dissatisfaction but writing to say I have never seen a story so completely dirty in my life. I suspect you are understaffed but was in shock at how the store was such a disaster...I walked out.

This is the store on Colfax near Colorado in Denver.

Manager was late to open store, I waited 45 minutes along with staff and other patrons. Several weeks LATER I was making a large purchase and asked one staff member remember 8? We waited for your manager I finally had to leave for work, I asked him for a store discount and he replied don't think so, so that upset me, I said my time is valuable too.

So he kind of gave me a nasty look, I reminded him customer is ALWAYS right, then he said not ALWAYS which infuriates me more. So I spoke up and starting saying things about his abilities. Then the managers came over pointing her finger at me saying I cannot speak to him like that, so I reminded the Manager it was her fault for her tardiness, she then scolls me for my behavior and told me I had to leave... WOW

I was at the Dollar Tree in Williamsport Pa store # 27 on 11/19/22. My associate was Mary by the name on the receipt.

First of all they (all associates) were arguing as they always are. Then when she was putting my things in the bag, she licked her fingers to open the bag. This is very poor hygiene and poor customer service. With all the illnesses going around and I don't know this person, it's just nasty.

They should have the tacky stuff if they are having trouble opening the bags. Very grossed out by this.

Manager of the store was complaining loudly for all her customers how lazy we are , messy pigs and she shouldn’t have to clean up after messy customers. She said she is done with customers. Then quit and stop bitching where we can hear you .

I have a complaint regarding the Manager, Rachel at the 13 Mile Road, Royal Oak, Michigan store. She was out of line with my 86 year old, visually impaired mother and proceeded to humiliate her in front of the other customers in line.

I need to speak with her supervisor. Her behavior is totally unacceptable and she should not be allowed to work with the public, especially the elderly. I had a problem with her before when she closed early and said that Dollar Tree doesn't pay overtime.

At the time I thought that was very unprofessional as well. This instance with my mother I need to speak with someone above her. I have never encountered this type of behavior from a so called store manager before. She needs additional training on how to deal with people.

I went with my daughter to dollar tree in starkville Ms. today and I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully since the store opened.!! #1 register light was on but no one was there, a worker walked by and my daughter asked if someone was there, she looked right at us and kept walking so

she asked again was it open, again no response so we put our things on the register abs no one ever came 3 dollars Tee employees at register #3 saw us and said nothing so I asked loudly across the store was #1 open, the girl said no, ain’t nobody there!

Every Dollar Tree store I shop is dirty and disorganized...WHY..caint you keep them clean? DOLLAR GENERAL does,,,,,

Every time I visit Dollar tree in potosi Missouri they never have anything on their shelves! If I asked why they state that their truck hasn't come in but it's like this all the time they have nothing on their shells they are out of everything

I was in your store #257 at 18:20 on 11/19/22. I walked in the store and a lady came from around the corner who was an employee and just looked at me as I smiled and spoke. She never spoke back.

As I checked out and left she was then at the register a lady finished ahead of me and she was talking to her however when I finished and was leaving she literally just looked at me as if she had an issue with me. As a retail store manager this is just unacceptable.

I am sure nothing will be done about it however I am not one to complain but she needs to be trained on customer service skills.

Rensselaer store was told I can’t check out at #3 because they were ringing out an employee. 2 told me to go back to 3 because they were changing shifts went back to 3 and out my stuff on the counter.

Waited for him to finish and the employee (she was blonde wouldn’t give me her name) told me to go to #2 again I told her they sent me to 3 and she started yelling at me! I told her she can take my stuff to #2 seeing I was being sent once again to another register.

She took my stuff slamming it on the counter and continued to yell at me. None of this should have happened. I was crying when I got to my car. I told her I was going to report her and she laughed at me and said go ahead I don’t care !

I have never been treated like this in any store in my life. I’m 70 years old.

Black woman @ hwy 56 augusta ga is very rude. She evidently hates service dogs. Made me show her my dogs papers and then asked for my PHOTO iD to make sure I'm not a liar. This is 2nd time she has been rude to me.

No other employee does this at this store. I usually go to Waynesboro store if I need something. Manager of that store super nice. Knows my dog by name

I visited store number 1869 in Irving, TX this evening at 7:50 pm. I was mistreated by someone who claimed to be the manager. She was actually the assistant manager. She was not wearing a name tag and refused to give her name.

While waiting for her to check me out, I opened a package that I was purchasing. She rudely told me the next time I go to the store not to open any packages. I told her I was going to pay at that moment and I was from out of town abd would not be back.

I had the items on the counter and the assistant manager closed her register, because she wasn't going to check me out. She sent me to a register with a line. I refused. She wouldn't give her name, so I took a snapshot of her walking away.

At this dollar tree in athens tn I went there to add money on my PayPal card and thay said that thay don't add for paypal card the cashier said so I told them that I had loaded my PayPal card a week ago at the dollar tree at sweetwater tn so the cashier ask the manger if thay add on paypal cards so

he said no just green dot so I was treated so rude at this store I will never shop there again I asked the manager if thay would try to load my PayPal card he said no he would not even let me talk he was so rude after me even standing in line about 30 minutes so I left and went to walgreens and loaded money on my PayPal card and thay was so nice so I will never shop again at dollar tree in athens tn.

on the dollar tree computer equipment and on here phones along with the other merchant Manager who doesn't do a good job at all so last night they stole my money by using my information and obtained. My money by hanging around where I live and my former goodwill boss was in the parking lot when he heard them say that they got my paycheck and the amount of it $1400.

another thing is my money had to been take from these two who are the only ones that had my sign in information I need law enforcement to get these two criminals who are working at dollar tree located. in Richmond VA also please put this on the websites so other employees to see this also. On Friday, November 18th at approximate 12:45pm I had a terrible experience at the Dollar Tree located at 2507 Springs Road NE, Hickory, North Carolina.

The store was busy and only one register was open. Therefore I waited in line quite a while. The person in front of me had an order that totaled over sixty dollars. She proceeded to attempt to pay by check. This brought the line to a grinding halt as the machine for the check was not working properly. At this point the line stretched to the back of the store. I was the next customer in line.

Please note my complaint is NOT with the cashier.

When the manager, Jessica, came out, she seemed incapable of fixing the machinery problem. She had aother cashier open a register...and that cashier took the first person who rushed forward instead…

Hastings Nebraska store closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays then Thursdays they close so they can unload truck? Very poor management there.

Store #4823 sales associate Alice 11/15/22 at 16:23. This cashier was rude and loud to a young coworker in front of customers and had her stand by the balloon area looking at the floor so embarrassed which was very unprofessional, this cashier was also eating chips while scanning customers items.

This is my #1 store and this is the first time I see something like this happen. This cashier needs some more training, even though she is older she had no rights to act that way towards another employee. She was acting like a bully and eating like no one can tell her anything. But professional at all.

As I approached the register to cash out and get ring up to leave the cashier proceeded to make conversation with me about Thanksgiving and what I was doing I politely said I will be eating dinner and I proceeded to wait to pay for my items once he was finished ringing me up instead of saying have a good day he said enjoy getting stuffed like a Thanksgiving turkey.

In hopes that I was not intelligent enough to catch on to exactly what he was Implying which I find extremely inappropriate behavior especially for a cashier that is dealing with customers on a daily basis. Tuesday November 08, 2022 I was in the Port Arthur, Tx store. The lines was long only one checker. This store is very unkept sorry to say. As I finally got too the register the lady that was checking me was eating her lunch, I can't say if it was chicken nuggets or fish strips.

She spoke to me with her mouth full, had sauce dripping out of her mouth. They don't wear name tags so I don't know her name. Her friend came in the door and she started chatting and laughing with her friends.

She handed me my receipt out the door I went. This isn't the only time things like this happens. They have checked out talking on their phone never looking at me. I go Bridge City store if I should happen to be in the area it is a very clean and friendly store.

I work for the corporate office of Check N Go. To my understanding we rent an old dollar tree building from you located at the address below. We are never able to get in contact with anyone in property management. We have had multiple break ins at our store and did get assistance once with the holes being secured at the vacant space next to us from the facilities department.

Our current issue is with the lighting at our store. The outside lights are not working at our store and a vendor would need access to the vacant space next to us to fix these. I was given the name Rion Henderson from the facilities dept. to reach out to and we have left multiple voicemails with no return calls.

Your store #1299. Let's customers take as much as they want of items. bottles and bleach small bottles. All types of things. I seen a person fill shopping baskets with gain laundry soaps till they were gone.

Stocking is a major issue in this location. Understand there are supply shortages ,but here it seems excessive. Maybe signs would be helpful. It is very messy, but know shoppers can be part of the problem. I have found the staff in this location to overly helpful and extremely pleasant.

Very quick to answer questions or open registers. This store is a great location North Easton, Ma /Roche Bros.

Location SR7 Boca Raton In Target shopping center I went last night and has the best experience Employee Jennifer was happy bright helpful and a delight. Every customer was moved by her demeanor. If only others had her disposition.

I live in Hempstead, TX and shop a lot at your store. It is horrible in the store. The store is filthy. Boxes are sitting everywhere in the store. The floors have not been cleaned in months and days. As paying customers we should not have to go into a filthy store and spend our money.

25 at dollar tree. BIG mistake!!!!!!!! Food or frozen items are much higher. There should be prices indicating prices or else change the friggin name. This is very misleading to customers and frankly I think dollar tree should be fined for this practice

The past two times I shopped at Dollar Tree Store #5187 at 2218 Artesia Blvd in Redondo Beach, CA. A sales associate named Charmaine checked me out. She's not honest. You have to double check your receipt. The first time I gave her $20 for less than a $5 purchase.

She insisted I paid with a $10. I didn't want to cause a scene so I left. Today I was in a hurry so I ran in to get a couple of things. She charged me twice for a package of paper towels.

Since this happened twice in a row, I question her. Plus I had to hunt down someone to check me out, so she's not really present. She doesn't automatically give you a receipt.

The dollar tree at 9163 Roosevelt boulevard, Philadelphia, Pa 19114. Decided to make fun of a two year old with autism. The manager and the employees also decided to step outside and smoke a cigarette and put their middle finger up at the two year old and her mom whilst laughing at her.

This is not okay and extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. When we called the store to ask for the names they decided to laugh and hang up. This is unacceptable and would like something to be done. I will not stop until this is resolved. The manager. The employees.
