I was at the King George, Va store and my service was very bad. I entered the store shopped for several minutes. After finding the items that I needed, I head to the register to check out. Upon getting to the service clerk, who was a young white girl, I was not greeted with any type of hello, did you find everything you needed.

The clerk just rang up my order and when she was finished she didn't even give me my total. I handed her my money and when she gave back my change, more or less slung it on the little counter next to the credit card machine.

" She seemed to interested in drinking her energy drink and eating the candy she had. Just to let you know I talked with the manager this morning to complain but I still wanted to reach out to corporate and let you know about my experience.

I went to a dollar tree and brought 4 Christmas glasses and the person who was at the register informed me they didn’t have anything to wrap and glasses/plates with. I then asked, so you guys have an aisle dedicated to glasses and plates and nothing to wrap them and protect them with?

She then proceeded to tell me they’re not obligated to wrap them. I can’t believe a store that sells certain products has no way to protect the purchase when you leave out, then when the items break and we have to come back and get our money, then what? Or make several complaints.

It’s unheard of and very rude! I gladly took some of a cashiers paper bags and wrap my glasses myself!

Also at the next register it was a PILE of bundled magazines or papers that could’ve been used as well, just saying! I hope…

I have a complaint for the dollar tree in the northeast plaza in philadelphia. My neice was discriminated. The manager and employees were very rude, told my neice not to let her autistic daughter run around in the store ( she was not running around.

She got a balloon and was happy and ran in the aisle with my neice with her) she was kicked out of the store and all employees gave her and the baby the finger as they left. I will post everywhere until someone contacts us

The regional director for the northern suburbs of Chicago, specifically Evanston, Skokie, Morton Grove, Niles, etc. has no consideration for your Black customers by not/never ordering any Black/African American Christmas decorations that other Dollar Tree stores around the nation have.

) Yes, there are MANY Black people that live in this area area and these suburbs who WANT the products to buy also. EVERY year we suffer and this year yet again are disregarded and products, (not just 10 items per store either), were not ordered and available to us.

Think of ALL of your customers when ordering holiday products for your stores, not just White customers. Note, we have to get the same items from Family Dollar (which you could increase the inventory on also).

The store at Rucker Rd and Hwy. 140 Roswell,ga Is in total disarray and every time I go there which is quite often the manager is always outside on his cell phone. The trash cans are always running over, the floor mats are filthy.

I am no longer going to this location. Your store in Hickory Flat, Ga. Is always clean and organized. It's worth the extra 10 mile drive. Thank you

Is this the prejudice company a lot of the black and brown areas all over the world that has a Dollar tree is having problems getting certain things but I see white people their stores are stacked with goodies please let me know if that is the truth I go to your store because I love the products but I'm not happy in different areas we do not as black and brown get the real products in our stores

Went shopping on Veterans Day even I was wearing my NAVY hat and spent $30 on items only to be treated so disrespectfully by the manager DAWN at the Swanton, Ohio location…! I had three bags full of heavy items, including glass jars of food, I asked for her to please double bag everything and she refused, saying, I didn’t have enough items in the bags And that they were short on bags!

Then she suggested that I just purchase a reusable bag! I should have went to Kroger. You can use as many bags as you wish considering bags nowadays are paper, thin, and all your groceries can go rolling down the parking lot as soon as you walk out the door.

She is a horrible manager, and should be fired!

I went into the Dollar tree in Wantagh, New York. I was very upset when I saw multiple aisles of Christmas decorations and an end cap of Chanukah decorations. I don't think that I'm going to shop here anymore.

I went in and automatically felt unwanted. An older woman greeted me with a snarl. Followed me around the store and made me feel like I was being watched, as if I would steal. I got up to the register, Trish was her name, she cashed me out very rudely and went about telling me she sees people steal.

Safe to say I will never go back there.

On November 7th I went to my local Dollar Tree on Federal Hwy in Boca Raton, Fl. I purchased 4 4x6 picture frames among other items. I opened them this morning to insert pictures and they crumbled in my hands.

I put them back in bag and went to the store. I inquired how I would get credit and was told to let cashier ring up my new items and then she would give exchange credit. The rude cashier informed me that since I “ broke them at home” she would not take them back and especially since I didn’t have receipt, which I probably declined to save paper.

I asked for a manager, also with a rude attitude and said he would not authorize the credit. The work atmosphere in this location has always been aloof, not friendly. 00. I am a senior citizen living on my Social Security.…

The Dollar Tree on Seymour doesn't even deserve 1 star. I received horrible treatment today, antisemitic and racist. It was horrific and I have never been so humiliated and scared in my life. Unless that employee gets fired I will never shop there again.

I been going to this store for about 2 years, 107 and Sandy, Portland Oregon. I'm a 60 year old black female. When ever the lead check, ring up my items. She scan each and every item. Instead of using total number 10 button.

(I buy 10 knote pads) and every time I give her 2 twenty dollars. She hold each one up to the light, look at both sides of the twenty. Last day she did this was Nov, 8 or the Nov 9 2022 about 6pm..

She is prejudice, and racist against me every time I shop there. She did not do this to the 2 white people helped before me. I'm so tired of this happening. Please help.

Walked into the store to hear the store manager belittling an employee. In Quincy Washington

The Hastings Nebraska store is closed completely on Sunday. It also is not open till 9 on the week days, I am unsure of the time they have been closing. I have tried to go several times with in the week and the store has been completely closed.

The hours on the door need to be updated to the new hours or they need to have the store open according to the hours listed. Very disappointed.

I currently work for Dollar tree on business 290 in Hempstead TX. As an individual who has work in retail or fast food my entire career i have never been told that due to my mental disorders that i need to just forget them or quit BY THE GENERAL MANAGER or told by customers to kill my self because I am trans.

I live in Garland TX. I am a regular shopper at 2 of your stores. Store #1184 on Broadway Blvd and the other 2 mile down the road on First street. Every time I walk into one of your stores I feel like I've just stepped into The Ghetto.

Or part of the City Dump!!! It's Dirty and Smells Dirty!!!! So why do I still shop there,you Ask? It's with in my budget, Next to Wal Mart it's my favorite place to shop. What is ya'll Area Managers doing that they allow the stores to be in these Conditions.

Re: Clinton OK location This store is an absolute disgrace. On my latest visit 11-8-22 the majority of shelves were completely blocked by carts of my merchandise waiting to be out away. The aisles were strewn with other merchandise that had been stepped on, often damaged.

This has become the norm for this store. The community deserves better.

Went to the Dollar tree store told a person to put a certain amount on my charge card and I pay the difference in Cash prison didn't do that so what do I do to get this taken off my card the store number was 4166 and the cashier was Eric they were very unprofessional the manager didn't know how to take care of the problem

Isles full constantly of large carts with empty boxes. One Cashier my last three visits. Saw no other workers in the store. This is a high income area of Montgomery, AL and a cleaner store, more efficiently managed is needed. Sales Associate Alicia is superb!

Dollar Tree Riverdale Shopping Center #3215 @2602 Cantrell Road Little Rock, AR. On 11/7/2022 a Pit Bull & another dog were allowed to roam the store off leash. I was unaware that there were dogs running loose in the store until I was approached by a pit bull dog.

I literally scream to the top of my lungs. The owner of the two dogs did not attempt to restrain them and the store personnel said nothing to the owner. She continued her shopping while other Dollar Tree customers left the store.

The two dogs were never restrained or put on a leash. This Dollar Tree store has no regard for the safety of its customers.

The manager was just standoffish and rude without any reasoning for her behavior. Store #7499

, on Nov. 11th she would not give my 6 year old the extra dollar she had given her back. something. She gave her $4 and I thought well it will be ok she will get it back, but she only got change back.

" I asked for a manager and she said she is the manager. I know it's only a dollar, but to a 6 year old it's something. The Manager (Carol) was just rude and wouldn't do anything to help the situation.

My daughter works for Dollar tree on prospect in Fort Collins Co. Your Assistant Manager Cynthia who apparently works at numerous stores here in Fort Collins needs to be fired for the way she treated my daughter. She was rude disrespectful and mean.

She is on a power trip and I'm filing charges on her for the way my daughter was treated. If this is how she treats her employees I feel bad for the customers. After speaking to others who have had bad experiences with her.

I don't understand why you would put someone like her in leadership. Not mention my daughter is a minor and as a mother I find this behavior disturbing and unprofessional! Please address this with the District Manager and have this woman looked into.

The Dollar Tree on 80 ( marshall next to pizza king) in Longview Texas has the worst customer service I have ever seen in a store.It really is very very sad and the manager needs to be fired.This is a very serious complaint.Customers are ALWAYS upset when it's time to check out because there are several people working in the store including the manager but only one checker.People shop and leave stuff in buggies and walk out because of this.Please do not ignore this.

hi, my name is tomorrow lewis and i just left the dollar tree on wrightsboro rd, center west prky, augusta, ga. the cashier rang up my items and i had to transfer money over to my other bank account. so i ran outside and grabbed my phone and came back, took me like 2 seconds literally.

i came back in and waited my turn in line again. the lady in front of me asked if i wanted to go ahead of her and the cashier interrupted rudley and said i couldn't. she was extremely rude and was cussing at me all bc i had to run out and grab my phone. i'm completely confused.

The line was all the way to another aisle people were walking out and there is three managers in the office area counting a drawer which couldn't open another register and we asked him to and they said we can't do that right now and I think that's bullcrap cuz you should always have two registers open ... they were very rude... it was not Eric. He was not there.

There was a new girl on the register. It is like this all the time. And the store looks like they never put the truck up. So why are you paying all those employees to be there to do something about the store when they don't do nothing.

This is NOT a complaint!!! It is a compliment. I had ordered on line christmas dishes to be delivered to store #06914. The Manager, Joanne, was absolutely wonderful, as her immediate employees were when i went to pick it up.

They had the boxes ready, and Joanne had left matching christmas placemats out for me to see. The gentlemen put them in the cart for me, very helpful. When I got home, i unpacked the boxes and there were a few dishes missing paint.

I called Joanne she said please let me know what dishes they are and I will have them for you when you bring those back to the store. Again, she is wonderful!!! How refreshing in todays world to have such wonderful employees, so helpful and pleasant.

I was at the dollar tree in aurora on Buckley and Mexico. The associates were friendly.

However, I did find the male manager there to be rude and condescending towards a cashier working there. That manager, I believe Xavier, Very unprofessional and not away to treat your employees especially in front of customers.

Two Store Managers, Laura (store #5480) and Nicole (store #678) have developed a lesbian relationship. Although we disapprove, their sexual orientation, is none of our business, until you bring it into our store. Recently, Laura has been helping Nicole out at #678. We assume Laura is helping out Nicole due to the relationship and a desire to spend time together. We would prefer, not to witness the flirtatious behavior and the public display of affection. Please address this situation before half the team walks out.

Store number 5562 in North Randall Ohio is the worst managed dollar tree store I have ever seen. They open whenever they feel like it. Most times I visit they are at 11 or 12 o'clock. Their cooler is totally empty. No food at all.

And some days they do not open at all. It is ridiculous. This not a first complaint about store 5562. DO SOMETHING!

I was treated rudely by a store manager named Sandra Thompson in Lagrange Georgia. I applied for a job twice and both times she said she was going to push my application through but never did. Wouldn't put me to work.

She told me to apply for assistant manager and I did then she said she didn't need one and flat out lied to me she want take my calls or texts. She is an awful manager with a bad attitude.

Why tell people you are gonna hire them then don't. I really needed a job but because of her I will no longer shop at her store because she has no right to lie to my face and be so hateful.

She doesn't deserve her job at all. I have never felt so degraded in my whole life.

The coweta, oklahoma dollar tree off of hwy 51 is never fully stocked. Their seasonal stuff is always in boxes around the shelves but never put up, and if it is put up, it looks just thrown up there. Social media plays a huge part in sales and when I see someone post something on tiktok or instagram about the stuff found at dollar tree it can never be found at this location.

It is very disappointing and frustrating walking in and things never being stocked. I know I am not the only one who is having this issue because when I was there today- a couple ladies were talking about it aswell.

Your store manager is in complete disaray. She will never schedule a person for frieght but, will schedule them to do her job... Including but not limited to cashier, frieght etc. The store looks worse now than it did before she ever showed up.

Her boss dismissed all complaints about her. I've witnessed Johanna (the current store manager) screaming and yelling in front of customers. If you're company cares anything about customer service.... You'd be rid of her.

First of all, I have tried to put this email off but I just can't any longer. I frequent the Rochester, Indiana store on many occasions and have found the manager Renee to be very unprofessional. She is rude, has a bad attitude, is always gossiping out loud, and is always outside smoking.

There is a bell at the register to ring if no one is there and I rang it three times one day and all three employees were out front smoking. They were putting their faces up to the window to see if anyone was at the register and apparently couldn't see me.

When she saw me she ran in and said I hope you haven't been waiting long. Which I had been there longer than I should have been. I'm sorry you had to wait, all my cashiers decided to call off today.

Janette the cashier at 1723 New Hope Church Rd is constantly loud obnoxious and rude. She prays into the private and personal lives of others their at the store and I'm surprised Dollar Tree is still open. It should be boycotted..

Naples Florida stores on Pine Ridge Rd has minimal stock on the shelves. It’s VERY MESSY with boxes filled with merchandise in all the isles. What a shame that the manager is not attentive to the mess. I’ll post pictures tomorrow 11/4/22.

Why is the card supply down in our Kingwood WV store

Assistant Manager Kimberly walls from the batesville Ms 38606 wrote my child up because she had a long line and she was the only one working while Ms Walls was on the phone with her daughter then told my daughter that she was going to slap that wig off her so my daughter call the manager and said she was being harassed then Ms wall call the police on her. Everyone being having trouble with Walls so my daughter comes in when nobody else working.

I bought three items at Dollar Tree in Sierra Vista, Highway 90. I attempted to purchase my items however a receipt did not print. The clerk attempted to assist me however the store manager or supervisor, proceeded to tell me that I did something wrong.

When I began to explain the situation, the manager proceeded to tell me I was not hearing correctly. The self-check out was not working properly and then the manager had another clerk assist me however she was new and rang too many items.

The manager proceeded not to listen and ignored both of us.

Finally after a minute she decided to walk over. Horrible service and I was charged for the items as I had stated to the manager. ) I will never go to this Dollar Tree again.

I’ve been trying to get a job for months there . Keeps coming back as in registrable the manager before the current checked the wrong box . When you call the corporate office you get nasty nasty people after you wait on hold for an hour!

They talk to you like your garbage! I’m a hard competent worker’ I got a job in a day at another store including a background check !! No wonder these dollar trees are filthy dirty they can’t get help and no one at grad quarters will help!!!

I walked into my local Dollar Tree at 9pm . I was greeted with in a screaming rude demeanor HEY, WHAT ARE YOU DOING, WE ARE CLOSED !!!!! I promptly apologized and said the door was unlocked and I thought the store closed at 10 , I am sorry , I will go .

The employee went on to call me a liar and proceeded to accuse me of unlocking the door . I explained to her that, that was an absurd belief , I have no key to the store . I told you the door was unlocked .

As I was walked out the aggressive employee followed me and seen that the door lock had been turned so the bar was out - holding the door opened instead of locking it, even after noting the mistake the employee still blamed me for her door being unlocked. I will say I told the employee this conversation was ignorant and her behavior…

Why can’t you keep the store in Monroe, Wi 53566 open. Discussing, was a great store. Get your act together. Dollar general has so much inventory still on carts waiting to be displayed you can’t get down the isles. Thank you

Dollar Tree Store Number 7745 / 8005 Fayetteville Road, Raleigh NC 27603 First of all I would like to say that I am a frequent shopper at Dollar Tree. Tonight as I was waiting in line there was a cashier that was supposedly talking about Jesus, which normally as a Christian I would appreciate, but this girl was speaking heresies and to every customer in her line.

Not only was she sharing these heresies but arguing with her customers about it. The name on the receipt is Lakennia. I called to speak to the manager and all I got was excuses for her behavior. what bothers me is someone misquoting the bible and arguing with her customers about it.
